This paper describes the characteristics of the multi-DOF controllable mechanism type construction machinery, and has done the kinematic analysis on the work equipment of this new type loader. 3 dimensional model of the multi-DOF controllable mechanism type loader is established by Pro/E software, and describe the typical workflow of work equipment through step function. Through carried on the positive and inverse kinematics simulation used the dynamic simulation software of mechanical system ADAMS, we got the movement rules of the driving lever and the curve of the bucket dip angle. Finally, a small prototype model was built to test this new type loader.

A series of poly (hydroxyethyl methacrylate)-g-polycarboxybetaine methacrylate ester (PHEMA-g-PCBMAE) hydrogels were synthesized using reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization in the presence of crosslinker. Then differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to characterize PHEMA-g-PCBMAE hydrogels. The compression stresses of these hydrogels were investigated to evaluate the mechanical properties. The mechanical study suggested that PHEMA-g-PCBMAE hydrogels presented improved mechanical strengths comparing with polycarboxybetaine methacrylate ester (PCBMAE) hydrogel. Besides, the antimicrobial properties of PHEMA-g-PCBMAE hydrogels also estimated by usingStaphylococcus aureusas a model bacterial.

Aluminum pigments were encapsulated by hydrolysis and condensation of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and methyltriethoxysilane (MTES). The influences of solvents and ratio of MTES/TEOS on corrosion inhibition performance were studied. The FTIR, XPS and SEM analysis showed that both TEOS and MTES hydrolyzed and condensed at the same time to form a compact and thin sol-gel layer on the surface of aluminum pigments. Aluminum pigments encapsulated by MTES and TEOS, which can hardly generate H2 in acid media of pH=1 within 12h, show greatly excellent corrosion resistance than that only by TEOS or by MTES, due to the formation of a compact and thin hybrid film to protect aluminum particles from corrosive media.

The relationships between (meth)acrylate polymers structure and its film surface wettability were analyzed. A series of random (meth)acrylate polymers were prepared by the free radical solution polymerization and their coating film wettability was analyzed by measuring water contact angles(CAs). There are three kinds of functional groups on the surface, including methyl, ethyl and ester group, and the surface energy of ester group is greater than the others. The more ester group on the surface will result in the better surface hydrophilicity. Polymer structure parameters as the side chain length(m) and glass temperature(Tg) are taken into account in discussing the migration of functional group to the outermost surface. It was found that the less m and lower Tg will promote the motion of the side chain and hence cause the surface exhibiting more hydrophilicity.

Supercapacitors can harvest and return energy to power grid as elevator generator is operated with generating mode. This paper investigates energy storage technology of supercapacitors and presents a charge control strategy employing energy control regulation applied to Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) circuit. Experimental results illustrate that this strategy can fully satisfy the requirement in terms of charging supercapacitors safely, reliably and promptly.

The effect of operating conditions on the performance of a CTAB modified resin column used for the treatment of steel rolling oily wastewater was investigated. The influence of flow rate, influent oil concentration, fixed column height and influent pH was studied. Experimental results showed that several processes were involved in oil removal from rolling oily wastewater, i.e. emulsion breakdown, coalescence and adsorption. More than 95% of oil content in the influent stream was removed by the modified resin column and it increased by 15% compared with the unmodified resin column.
