Being sustainable development of construction,is an important issue which architecture design is facing. This paper will discuss aspects from importance of sustainable architectural design, sustainable building theory, design concept and method, concludes that only a balanced architecture and nature of the ecological environment relationaship, can lead to turely sustainable construction.

This experiment used SODOTM ozone catalytic oxidation technology treated MBR effluent of a advanced treatment project of water treatment company in pilot scale test, which studied the effect of SODOTM oxidation and resolved the problem of MBR effluent drainage system can not meet the standards of "Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant " (GB18918-2002). Operating parameters of the test device: Ozone dosage was 200mg/L•h, system contact oxidation time was 4h, the average of effluent CODCr was about 100mg/L by controlled the dosage and other parameters at the economical operating conditions.

The aim of this study was to synthesize a serious of biodegradable elastomers by photocurable reaction as a potential biomaterial for the delivery of protein drugs. The macromonomers was prepared via ring opening reaction at 140°C later methacrylic acylated at 50°C. The optimal conditions were investigated and the property of the two macromonomer precursors were characterized via GPC and 1H-NMR. The cross-link degree of the elastomers can be adjusted by changing the concentration of photoinitiator (DMPA), furthermore influence the elastomers’ degradation rate. it could provide more appropriate choice for the elastomers in application.

The traditional calculation methods of mortar thickness without considering creep of the bridge caused by the mortar thickness, affects the safety and quality of the bridge. This paper proposes a mortar thickness calculation method of bonding layer in large-scale bridge construction based on Kalman filtering. The method uses the mortar creep impact indicators system, selects the creep test data as sample, and analyzes its sensitivity to the thickness to get the intensity of factors affecting mortar creep. It also filters the interface of amount of cement, aggregate content, water-cement ratio and components, and effectively computes the thickness which reduces the cost while improving the quality of bridge construction.

Usability evaluation of eye-traker based smart phone APP Graphic user interface (GUI) use innovative visual factors separate concept to design three A/B tests, thoes viusal factors are color, icon and layout. Within area of interest (AOI) method collect eye-tracking data by eye-tracker such as time to first fixation on-target, repeat fixations/ post-target fixation, number of fixation per area and percentage of fixation. As a resualt, through test and data analysis find optimal GUI prototype. This usability evaluation method is a new way of APP GUI prototype usability research and is capable of being widely used in relevant research.

By analyzing the inadaptability of vehicle braking system on the long-distance downgrade in the mountainous highway, the paper puts forward the necessity of continuous braking device and pointes out the advantages and disadvantages several continuous braking devices as well as the influencing factors of continuous braking performance, it is concluded that the combination of many continuous brake devices gains access to better continuous braking efficiency.

How to apply big data technique in the innovation of government administration is one of hot issues of e-government. The paper discusses one method that applying visualization modeling technique, builds business model including organization model, resource model and process model. According to the connection rules in or among models, the paper also advances the methods to check integrity of models and simulate the business process for insuring the correctness, and to resolve the problem of normalization and accuracy. Then by extracting and integrating information resources from the business model, obtain unified business frameworks, and according to the efficiency factors that corresponding organization, resource, behavior, collaborative and product performance, collect big data and provide a quantitative analysis for the optimization of government business to guide the government business optimization strategy.

In view of the difference in design, construction and the usage of the old and the new bridges, there are always stress defects in seamline because of the concrete creep and shrinkage, temperature effect and prestress loss, which seriously affect the service and driving safety. The current ways in foreign and domestic, such as plant steel and semi-rigid connection method, are passive processing based on structure, can’t ensure the long-term performance. According to the three direction stress existing in the seamline, this paper decomposes the material contribution and structure influence, putting forward respectively using material and structure to overcome the adverse situation, using material to remove partial long-term effect, and through the sensitivity analysis of related parameters, to make the structure bearing the rest adverse effect, ensuring the long-term performance of seamline. The relevant conclusion can provide reference for the design and construction of the concrete bridge seamline.

This paper briefly introduced the main linear damages in the network layer of electric power Optical Transmission Network which contains fiber loss, chromatic dispersion and polarization mode dispersion. Based on the engineering practice in the application of power system, this paper studied the loss in the optical fiber cable line. The paper also studied chromatic dispersion and polarization mode dispersion. The calculation models were concluded and used for simulation verification. Each model can be used to power OTN engineering design.

Hybrid Pennisetum (Pennisetum americanum×P. purpureum) is a widely used bioenergy grass that could also serve as forage for livestock production. In a pot experiment, breed No.1 and breed No. 2 of hybrid Pennisetum were treated with 15°C /10°C day/night temperature for 10 days. Results showed that yield and photosynthesis of breed No. 1 were higher than those of breed No. 2 under low temperature. The unsaturated fatty acid content and the DBI (double bond index) of the major membrane lipid of MGDG (monogalactosyldiacylglycerols), DGDG (digalactosyldiacylglycerols), PG (phosphatidylglycerols), PC (phosphatidylcholines) and PE (phosphatidylethanolamine) of breed No. 1 were significantly increased, while significantly decreased for breed No. 2. We also observed an increase in the proportion of unsaturated fatty acids and a decrease in the proportion of saturated fatty acids under low temperature for breed No. 1, while it was reverse for breed No. 2. Thes results inducate that chilling resistance of breed No. 1 was improved by enhancing the unsaturation of membrane lipid under low temperature. These findings would be useful for understanding mechanism of chilling resistance and the production of hybrid Pennisetum as a biofuel on saline land in the Northern of the China.

This optimized binarization algorithms for mobile terminals QR code. Bimodal histogram method, OTSU method and homomorphic filtering algorithm were combined to improve multi-threshold method. Experimental results showed that the method to different light image of the environment was able to get a better QR code binarized image, greatly enhancing the success rate of the QR code recognition.

This paper introduces the working principle and structure of direct digital frequency synthesizer. This paper select the technology of lookup table to design DDS because it has many advantages such as less consumption hardware resources, simple structure, output only small delay and so on. As a result, signal generator can produce many waveforms with good stability and high frequency resolution. Finally, test showed that the output wave of triangular signal frequency is greater than 1MHz and the highest sine wave frequency is 30MHz, the value of peak to peak is continuously adjustable in 50mV ~ 4V range. The result of study will provide theoretical guidance for the design of DDS.

Based on the Arca subcrenala Lischke’s surface morphology and its excellent wear resistance, we designed and processed the cement roller stripe-shaped surface. We used test optimization and regression analysis techniques, made the number of stripes and stripe’s depth as the experimental factors, and have studied the stripe-shaped cement roller wear mechanism. We received the relationship function between roller wear with the depth and number of stripes, explored the influence of resistance about wear based on the various test factors, and made a simple analysis about the wearable mechanism of the stripe-shaped Bionic roller.

Accurate wind power predicting is helpful for the dispatch and safety operation of grid, so as to increase wind power penetration, Two representative prediction models, based on gray theory and time series forecasting method respectively, were selected, the farm measured data were input to the models and their own prediction results were obtained respectively. Finally, the prediction results of the combined model were compared with the two individual models, verifying the feasibility of the combined model to wind farm generation capacity forecast. It is concluded that the combined forecast model can predict more accurately than the individual forecast model.

A new partial discharge online detecting equipment based on TEV method is introduced in this paper. Its application to 3~35kV metal-enclosed switchgear partial discharge detection is clarified by an instance. Advice for improvement is also presented.

In order to improve the efficiency of the traditional building materials information management, a construction materials quality detection management system is designed and developed. It includes three subsystems, they are quality testing system, information management system and process monitoring and control system. In the system, SQL Server 2000 is used as background database, Visual C++ 6.0 is used as the development platform, ADO is used as the connection between Visual C++ and SQL Server 2000. By using this system, the original paper records are stored in the database, the testing process is standardizes. The modernization of building materials information management is improved. This system has been successfully used in certain Building Materials Quality Supervision Station, which proved that the development process is suitable for Building Materials Supervision Station to quickly establish construction materials quality detection management system.

The test use the practical reduced scale model of flat-bottomed silo to determine the value of static lateral pressure of silo walls, dynamic pressure of discharge process and dynamic pressure of silo walls which comes from eccentric discharge. Then the work is, respectively, to analyses static pressure value and flat-bottomed silo standard value, dynamic pressure value and static pressure value, as well as dynamic silo walls overpressure contrastively, and to calculate the coefficient size of each survey point of silo walls. Thus this trial verifies that the existence of the phenomenon of the silo dynamic overpressure and dynamic overpressure caused by eccentric discharge, also, it illustrates the problem of silo dynamic pressure we cant ignore during the engineering design.

The transfer learning paradigm promises to improve the adaptability of mobile robots which apply machine learning (ML) algorithms for perception and localization. An system framework based on transfer learning paradigm for mobile robots was proposed. The keys of the framework are 1) how to arrange the knowledge database, 2) how to select the source data, source model and priori knowledge, 3) the method to achieve the target model and 4) the method to gain new samples. An experimental platform was built up in order to gain data to verify the framework, whose underpan is the same as the Freescale Cup, MCUs core is ARM Cortex-M4, raw data is stored in a SD card and model is trained offline by a more powerful computer using ML algorithms. The MCU communicates with the powerful computer by Zigbee or WiFi. The experimental platform is cheap and feasible, which is validated by data collection and model training experiments.

The input voltage of off-grid PWM converters has a great dynamic range in amplitude and frequency. In addition, the frequent changing of these parameters also makes it hard to measure preciously via traditional ways. Details of window function are presented. A modified FFT spectrum analyzing method using interpolation is also given and checked. Finally, a feasible solution which balances both precision and real-time data processing comes up considering the speed of MCUs mainly used in industry. Simulations and experiments show that this solution settles the troubles which cant be cleared up by traditional methods.

3D face modeling has been an important offset of computer graphics. It can be used in many fields. Modeling reality face of a given person is a difficult task because of the complexity of face surface. To improve the modeling results, kriging was used in 3D face modeling adjustment . The general face model is personalized using the space interpolation technology of Kriging. To improve the result of Kriging, the 3D model is smoothed by interpolating once again in a local area near every feature point, and then a better natural result is achieved. The final model is more human and natural.

The accumulation of basic research management information is an important foundation for the continuous development of scientific research, is the important strategic resources of science and technology innovation, economic development and national security, and is the important basis for government departments to formulate policies and make scientific decision. According to the situation of basic research management information, this paper proposed the overall architecture and implementation plan of national basic research management information data center, combined with the key technologies in the construction of data center. By this architecture and plan, a national basic research management information data center with centralized management, ordering specification, reliable sources and fully sharing can be constructed.

Composite structures adopted in aerospace structures have attracted much interest to structural health monitoring (SHM) for localization of impact and damage positions due to their poor impact resistance properties. Propagation mechanism and frequency dispersion characteristics of Lamb wave signals on composite structures are more complicated than that on simple aluminum plates. Recently, much attention has been paid to the research of time reversal focusing method because this method shows a promising advantage to give a focusing image of the structural damage, improve the signal-to-noise ratio and compensate the dispersion of Lamb wave signals. In this paper, aiming at developing a practical method for on-line localization of impact and damage on aircraft composite structures which can take advantage of time reversal focusing and does not rely on the transfer function, a new phase synthesis based time reversal focusing method is proposed. Impact and damage images are given out directly through time reversal focusing based on phase synthesis process of the signals. A SHM demonstration system is built on a composite panel of an aircraft wing box with many bolt holes and stiffeners using the phase synthesis based time reversal focusing method. The demonstration results show that this method can estimate the positions of impact and damage efficiently with a low sensitivity of velocity errors.

Based on the unique electronic properties and high adsorption capacity of carbon nanotubes, as well as the specific recognition ability of molecularly imprinted polymers, a novel molecularly imprinted carbon nanotubes electrochemical sensor with high sensitivity and selectivity was developed for bisphenol A (BPA) determination in water. The sensor was fabricated by directly thermalpolymerising molecularly imprinted film on a multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The linear sweep voltammogram of BPA on this sensor exhibited a well defined anodic peak. Under optimum conditions, the oxidation peak currents were linear to the concentration of BPA in the range of 0.1 mg/L-10.0 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9987 and a detection limit of 24.2 μg/L (S/N = 3). The proposed electrode exhibited good sensitivity and selectivity, and provided operation and store stability for the determination of BPA. The experiment results indicated a good potential application of the modified sensor in the detection of BPA.

Based on the full analysis of prior benefit estimation methods of pumped storage power station, from the perspective of pumped storage power station participating in actual operation, itemized analysis on the main dynamic benefits of pumped storage power station and further study of quantitative calculation methods of all the benefits have been down in this paper. When calculating emergency reserve benefit, it introduces a new method of quantitative evaluation of dynamic benefits in a accident, whose core is calculating the curves of load rising in two situations, which are with and without pumped storage units’ participation. With this method, three specific indicators for the evaluation of emergency reserve benefit can be achieved, namely the lack of supply of power consumption, the lack of electricity and accident duration difference. The calculation of black start benefit should be taken into account some of the cost compensation as a black start power. These studies can necessarily promote the healthy development of the pumped storage power station.

This paper expounds the hardware and software system design for the transformer temperature measurement based on optical fiber grating. According to the linear relationship between the Bragg grating center wavelength and temperature, the FBG-T-01 optical fiber sensors constitute a sensor array through the WDM principles. And the tunable release-pearl ROM cavity (F-P) filtering demodulation method is used for wavelength detection. On the basis, the polynomial fitting algorithm for peak is proposed. The software system could find anomaly problem of transformer winding problem timely. The measurement point temperature and the temperature rise rate both are the criterions to judging transformer winding temperature normal or not. The experimental results show that optical fiber grating temperature measuring system is accurate and stable. It can perform the transformer temperature measurement task favourably.

Taking the finite element software ANSYS as the analyzing platform, a finite element model of the ZB39 glass-shaped tangent tower model was established and static wind load was precisely applied by means of a sectional-loaded method. After analyzing its static characteristics, it was put forward that the effect of weight of transmission line could be neglected while doing design analysis under the maximum wind. What is more, with increase of the tower height, the axial stress in the main members of the tower dropped. The axial stress in the tower leg was the biggest and the tower structure had crucial impact on the members.

Phased array theory was utilized in the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) wing box to identify the screw loosening in the structure. Phased array theory could well control the beam steering of Lamb wave to the desired directions to scan the structure for damage recognition. The time delay in special direction was calculated for the beam steering of the signal. The recognition result was shown on a mapped image.

In this report, a strains of nitrifying bacteria HFX08 with low temperature and low carbon nitrogen ratio is separated from the activated sludge which is domesticated of the northern city sewage plant in winter. The optimum carbon source for the growth of the strain is sodium acetate, the source of nitrogen is potassium nitrate and the optimum growth temperature range is 10-20°C correspondingly.

The impact processes of water and ethanol drops on a rotating horizontal aluminum disk were recorded and analyzed using a high-speed digital camera together with an image analysis program. The angular velocities of the disk were altered to study the effect of surface tension of drops on drop impact processes. The experimental results show that a lower surface tension will result in a higher tangential spread factor and a lower receding rate during the receding stage, for the drop impinging and depositing on a rotating disk. In addition, a lower surface tension of the drop tends to promote the occurrence of splash. The experimental results further verify a proposed correlation of splash-deposition boundary for drops impinging on a rotating disk. Both drops, though they have a quite different surface tension, experience four stages, with two new stages different from those of drops impinging on stationary surfaces. Their tangential spreading factors both increase obviously with the tangential velocity at the impact point, while their radial spreading factors vary a little.

Concrete face rockfill dam has the certain superiority in the construction of dam. Duncan-Chang nonlinear elastic model is selected as the dam materials in ABAQUS, which is an nonlinear finite element analysis software. Stresses and deformations of the concrete face rockfill dam are analyzed during its completion, operation and water level drawdown periods. Study shows that all results meet the requirements of the project, and have referenced value for other similar engineering.

According to the relative position between before-after vehicles or vehicles and obstacles after braking, a separate vehicle risk in different traffic flow states is divided into four levels. To discriminate real-time traffic status on road sections , the concept of critical density is brought in and the risk of four ranks corresponding to the critical speed are anti-calculated in free driving state and car-following state. By comparing critical speed with the average speed on road section, separate vehicle risk is converted into real-time risk of group vehicles, and real-time risk assessment model of highway traffic in rain and fog weather is established. Simulation results show that the low-density traffic flow will bring lager risk than high-density traffic flow in rain and fog etc disastrous weather; To reduce traffic risk of road section, effective measures are speed limit in low-density flow, speed limit in combination with shunt in high-density flow

Worst-Case Execution Time (WCET) is crucial in real-time systems and is very challenging in multicore processors due to the possible runtime inter-thread interferences caused by shared resources. This paper proposes a novel approach to analyze runtime inter-core interferences for consecutive or inconsecutive concurrent programs. Our approach can reasonably estimate runtime inter-core interferences in shared cache by introducing lifetime and instruction fetching timing relations analysis into address mapping method. Compared with the method based on lifetime alone, our proposed approach efficiently improves the tightness of WCET estimation.

When the bridges broaden with seamless technology, there are differences between the existing bridge and the new bridge in design, construction and service. Because of concrete creep and shrinkage, temperature effect and prestress loss, there are stress defects in the seam, which will affect the service and safety. The current methods for the seam in foreign and domestic, such as plant steel and semi-rigid connection method are passive measures based on structure exiting state, which cannot ensure the long-term performance of the seam.

Removal of perchlorate from drinking water in an ion exchange membrane bioreactor (IEMB) was investigated at different influent ClO4- concentrations when the hydraulic retention time was 5h. Except the 49th day and the 51st day, the effluent ClO4- concentrations met standard of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) required 18µg/L. In the initial stages of the influent ClO4- concentration increase, the ClO4- concentration in the anaerobic bioreactor, the effluent Cl- concentration and the effluent electrical conductivity increased suddenly. As the operating time increased, the ClO4- concentration in the sludge supernatant kept below 10µg/L after steady operation; the effluent Cl- concentration declined slowly and finally stabilized at about 90 mg/L; the effluent electrical conductivity decreased gradually and finally stabilized at about 279µs/cm.

This paper presents an intelligent fault diagnostic approach for a steer-by-wire (SBW) system. A rough set model is utilized to reduce the redundant information. On the base of the reduction, the classifying rules can be extracted. A radical basis function (RBF) neural network optimized by particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is designed to learn the fault rules that are extracted from the reduction of the redundant information. The proposed approach is simulated in MATLAB. Simulation results show that the proposed intelligent fault diagnostic algorithm provides a higher level of diagnostic accuracy than the approach without any optimization.

The scale model of squat silo in large diameter was established with Particle Flow Code (PFC3D) in this paper. This scale model uses the centrifuge model test principle for reference and provides the field of gravity in the calculation of archetypal squat silo. When the silo filled with granules reaches static equilibrium state, record the static lateral pressure measurement values of its each column measured wall, followed by eccentric discharge simulation in different operating conditions, while monitoring the changes of Measured walls in five different directions during discharging granules, in order to analyze the influence of eccentric discharge on the lateral pressure of large diameter squat silos wall. Thus the following conclusion can be obtained: （1）Overpressure coefficient is close extensive between eccentric distance and far extensive between physical reference of storing material.（2）Under the same condition, the overpressure coefficient of same side wall will be minished with the increasing of discharge port.（3）For the same silo model, maximum pressure coefficient is related with eccentric distance, discharge port size and the position with the wall measured, and its value is greater than the calculated value of standard, because the overpressure coefficient calculation formula is only related with silo diameter and eccentric distance, and this is worth further discussion.

The system of Logging-While-Drilling based on BPSK continuous wave is important for horizontal well prospecting. In this paper, the processing techniques of BPSK signal received on the ground have been studied. However, it is difficult to acquire the useful signals, since including most of reflective and mud pump noises. Based on the signal’s characteristic of sine, a new difference filter method, which is in the time field, is put forward. The method combines with the band-pass filter, which is in the frequency field, to reject the noises. Costas phase-locked loop technology and number control oscillator have been used in decoding technology, which can demodulate phase information and decode the BPSK signal. By the analyses in theory and experiment, the signal can be correctly decoded.

Bridge engineering concrete’s Freeze-thaw damage is the main durability diseases which take place in the service process of north China. Aiming at the Songhuajiang Highway Bridge being located in the cold-warm alternant area, According to this environmental characteristics, a batch of concrete samples were made in the construction site by using Material and ratio of the Bridge’s practical construction, they were shipped back to the laboratory and then were used in freeze-thaw test and carbonization test under the influence of freeze-thaw. Obtained the dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength variation regulation according to the freeze-thaw circles of the concrete specimens. Analyzed the relation between laboratory experiment and field atmospheric exposure test, the paper constructs the durability degradation appraising model and predicts the maintenance-free life of Songhuajiang Highway Bridge. It has important meaning for the maintenance and repair measures in the process of this bridge.

In this paper, by using the Kronecker product of matrices and the complex representation of quaternion matrices, we discuss the special structure of quaternion skew bisymmetric matrices, and derive the expression of the least squares skew bisymmetric solution of the quaternion matrix equation AXB =C with the least norm.

More and more experts and scholars pay more attention to the research of complex behavior in switching power converters. The research has become an important branch in power electronics. This paper introduces research methods of complex behavior in switching power converter. It includes how to observe complex behavior through building up mathematics modeling and simulation and how to make theoretical analysis to understand the reason occurring complex behavior. Practice proved that the research has a very important practical value and theoretical significance for stability design of switching power converters.

This paper introduces the work principle of single-phase SPWM H bridge inverter and builds up the mathematics model according to KVL and KCL. It can easy to observe nonlinear phenomena in the circuit after simulation the model. According to the characteristics of single-phase SPWM H bridge inverter, both resonant parametric perturbation and TDFC are good ways to eliminate chaotic behavior of inverter and made the system changing from chaos to stable period. It has a very important practical value and theoretical significance for stability design of single-phase SPWM H bridge inverter.

This paper discusses thermo-viscoelastic problems using the symplectic system method. With the aid of the symplectic character and the Laplace integral transformation, all general solutions of the homogeneous equation are obtained directly via zero eigensolutions and their Jordan forms of the corresponding symplectic dual equations. The special solution of the non-homogeneous equations are given by applying the the adjoint symplectic relation between the eigensolutions. Examples show the results of the direct symplectic method, and reveal the creep and relaxation properties of the time dependent viscoelastic materials.
