General public has gradually realized the significance of building energy efficiency because of the increasing severity of environmental pollution and energy depletion issues during rapid societal and economic development. To achieve the goal of building energy efficiency requires the support from technical, economic, politic as well as social dimensions. Aiming to establish sustainable environmental and constructional development mechanism towards macro environment, this article has firstly presented the concept of general building energy efficiency, which is a general term of all energy-saving technologies in building lifecycle, from design and planning to operation and maintenance, and even demolishment.

The natural ventilation of residential areas has placed more and more emphasis on residential area planning, according to the relationship between natural ventilation environments and the layout of architecture, we can reduce the energy consumption and the adverse effect of wind outdoors, improve the living environment and quality of life, making harmony between human and the nature. In this paper, we use Air-Pak to simulate the wind environment of residential areas. Through analyzing and simulating the air field which forms when the wind blows around the residential buildings by Air-Pak, we explain the advantage of the combination of computer simulation software and residential area planning. And we give some advice to the layout of the outdoor environment early in the residential planning area by the simulation of outdoor environments of buildings.

Since the reform and opening up of China, the urbanization process has accelerated. While China has made great achievements, some problems affecting economic and sustainable development have occurred. Firstly, this article analyzes two typical phenomena in the Chinese urbanization process, namely "under-urbanization" and "passive urbanization". It then explores the institutional factors and recommends corresponding solutions, aiming to promote the development of Chinese urbanization in a healthy and stable way.

This paper mainly introduces the nationality characteristics and ecological design idea of the traditional stilted building projecting in Kaili City, Miao and Dong Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. Stilted buildings are simple and practical, Ecological organic, energetic architecture which deserve to be developed.

Ni-diamond nanocomposite electroforming films were prepared in supercritical fluids. The effect of process parameters to wear-resisting property of composite electroforming films was analyzed by orthogonal tests, which included current density, working time, diamond content and working pressure. It has been found that the composite electroforming films prepared in supercritical CO2 fluids have spherical crystallization with refined crystalline grain and small internal stress. Then it can be that the wear-resisting property of supercritical electroforming films is far higher than that of conventional electroforming by detecting the wear scar cross-sectional area, and the wear-resisting property increased by 18.8%.

This paper analyzed the architectural style and energy utilization of “Bamboo House”, “Y container”, “Eco-House”. And then described original ecology and energy-saving technology applied in these solar houses. Authors have provided some beneficial advises in material collection, hydroelectricity, natural ventilation, and effective energy utilization. The considerable development trend of solar building has inspired architects to pursue “Zero Energy” solar energy technology.

Mercury emissions from cement plants has attracted the attention of the world, the United States and the European Union and other developed countries have already made strictly limitations of mercury emission from cement plants,China has also been developed to limitation of mercury emission from cement plants. Mercury of cement plants comes mainly from coal and raw materials.,and mercury from flue gas can be removed by removal equipment, so you can use mercury control technology to remove mercury in flue gas. Depending on the different size and raw materials, of the plants, and mercury emissions under different conditions is not the same, so there is no mature mercury removal technology can be applied directly.1 Overview

Mercury is one of harmful pollutants during the coal-burning process that can not be ignored. The Ontario-Hydro method, Method 30B and Method 29 are mainly used for sampling the mercury in the flue gas from the coal-fired industrial boilers. This article studied the control ability of the mercury by the electrostatic precipitator (ESP), wet flue gas device (WFGD) and the dust removal and desulfurization integration at home and abroad.

Loudspeaker equalization aims at mitigating the distortions introduced in the process of audio reproduction. Conventional equalization schemes focus mainly on the axial room impulse response, and thus cannot fulfill the requirements of near-filed applications such as desktop loudspeakers. This paper describes a novel equalization scheme, in which the problem is partially solved by taking the binaural perception difference into consideration.

Based on electric electrical characteristics of cross slip planes, designed the hardware systems and control processes, use the VC++ software design a self-adjustment factor of Fuzzy-PID composite controller for control. Welding experiment had proved that the automatic tracking control result, and the result meets industry requirements.

Through analysis principle of ultrasonic cavitation and heat transfer enhancement for carrying the experiment, study the pattern of scaling in heat exchange tube for different velocity and viscosity, effect in flow rate on the ultrasonic cleaning wastewater, Effect in ultrasonic treatment time on the descaling result. Obtain that it can enhancement transfer for 48%.

The autonomous navigation process of a mobile service robot is usually in uncertain environment. The information only given by sensors has been unable to meet the demand of the modern mobile robots, so multi-sensor data fusion has been widely used in the field of robots. The platform of this project is the achievement of the important 863 Program national research project-a prototype nursing robot. The aim is to study a mobile service robot’s multi-sensor information fusion, path planning and movement control method. It can provide a basis and practical use’s reference for the study of an indoor robot’s localization.

Process algebra is an algebra method of concurrency theory. Based on the relevant theories of process algebra, it is set forth several class process algebras and the important role they played in the development history of research on process algebra according to two breakthrough of process algebra. Finally it is introduced the applications of algebra process in the protocol verification, workflow description and other areas.

The dynamic experiments about the conversion of CO2from simulated flue gas were carried out in a bubbling reactor containing a kind of adsorption with M dissolving in ethanol and water at atmospheric pressure. Based on the results of product analysis and electrode potentials, the reaction mechanism of CO2reduced by M was deduced. The results of dynamic experiments showed that the reaction order was 1.0, the rate constant was 5.91×10-2s-1, and the apparent activation energy was 23.47 kJ·mol-1.

In order to shorten the total time of the ships in port at a planning horizon, an integrated optimization method for berth schedule and quay crane allocation was developed. Interrelation between berth and quay crane allocation was analyzed, sharing quay cranes with the adjacent berths was put forward, dynamically allocating the limited quay cranes in the scheduling of handling tasks on each ship, an integer mathematical planning model was set up, and a corresponding genetic algorithm was designed to solve the problem. The result suggests that the method can improve container handling efficiency effectively compared with that of separate allocation.

sewage heat exchanger is important to collect heat energy in sewage source heat pump system. Heat transfer enhancement effect is not obvious while the chemical methods and manual cleaning is applying to remove the heat exchangers fouling in the long-term operation. Here sets an ultrasonic incrustation removal physical model in heat exchanger structure to antiscaling and descaling simultaneously. The acoustic cavitation technology can be used in sewage source heat pump systems for the experimental results and decontamination rate reaches 50%.

Qinhang Metallogenic Belt is an important metallogenic zone of copper, iron, and precious metals deposits, in China. On the basis of absorbing and summarizing the achievements in the previous researches, 5 kinds of gold metallogenic series are summed up. One of the most important series is Gold Metallogenic Series Related to Dynamic Metamorphism, of which the deposits are mainly distributed around Shaoxing-Jiangshan deep fault belt and have the characters of large amount and big reserve. The gold ores of other metallogenic series types are mainly associated with Pb, Zn and Cu deposits.

A integrated environmental benefit analysis model is established based on China's hydropower installed capacity and power generation data from 2007 to 2012, by using the methods of cost-benefit method, emission reduction calculations and multi-attribute evaluation (MCDM).

In order to improve the efficiency of the handling operations equipment in container terminal, reduce the waiting time of container ship in Port, this paper researches the integrated scheduling of the different types of handling equipment in container terminal, considers the constraints of different handling equipment impact between each other, build a mixed integer programming model, presents a heuristic algorithm for the of the scheduling problem and gets the approximate solution. The results show that the integrated scheduling can effectively reduce the time of the ship staying in port, and improve the overall operating efficiency of the port.

Dimensionality reduction (DR) of image features plays an important role in image retrieval and classification tasks. Recently, two types of methods have been proposed to improve both the accuracy and efficiency for the dimensionality reduction problem. One uses Non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) to describe the image distribution on the space of base matrix. Another one for dimension reduction trains a subspace projection matrix to project original data space into some low-dimensional subspaces which have deep architecture, so that the low-dimensional codes would be learned. At the same time, the graph based similarity learning algorithm which tries to exploit contextual information for improving the effectiveness of image rankings is also proposed for image class and retrieval problem. In this paper, after above two methods mentioned are utilized to reduce the high-dimensional features of images respectively, we learn the graph based similarity for the image classification problem. This paper compares the proposed approach with other approaches on an image database.

Due to the urgent requirements of the current domestic robots development and technical talents, this paper has proposed a methodology on service robot development platform, which is used to achieve the target of basic teaching and stimulate students' creativity. The development platform is composed of mechanical structure, hardware and software control systems. The advantages of the platform are modular, openly designed and easily restructured. So, the robot technology can be developed on the platform. The platform integrates machinery, electronics, communications, computer technology etc. Especially, the control software adopts 3D simulation technology besides network management and remote control functions. It is well-known that Single-arm robot is representative in the development platform. This robot is taken for examples of the mechanical structure, control systems and software design methods during the development platform. The results have been proved that the development platform is beneficial to improve students' practical abilities, help employment and highlight advanced studies.

The results showed From ammonia nitrogen source analysis, urban sewage and industrial waste water, agricultural non-point source pollution and earthquake that triggered the new soil and water loss is the main pollution source. Based on the hydrological site total hardness concentration prediction, we can find wenchuan earthquake disaster area total hardness concentration significantly increase trend.

The total iron content is not affected by the earthquake, before and after the earthquake did not appear obvious difference.

In this paper, a cooperative quantum genetic algorithm-particle swarm algorithm (CQGAPSO) is applied to tune both structure and parameters of a feedforward neural network (NN) simultaneously. In CQGAPSO algorithm, QGA is used to optimize the network structure and PSO algorithm is employed to search the parameters space. The amplitude-based coding method and cooperation mechanism improve the learning efficiency, approximation accuracy and generalization of NN. Furthermore, the ill effects of approximation ability caused by redundant structure of NN are eliminated by CQGAPSO. The experimental results show that the proposed method has better prediction accuracy and robustness in forecasting the sunspot numbers problems than other training algorithms in the literatures.
