Great changes have taken place in construction methods of industrial building relative to traditional construction. The cooperation between construction contractors, prefabricated parts suppliers and other materials and equipment suppliers in the supply chain of the industrial building can not be ignored. The evolutionary game theory can be used to explain the dynamic trend of the relationship until it is stable. The evolutionary game theory is applied to study the process and method of cooperative innovation between construction contractor and many subcontractors. Based on evolutionary game theory, the paper discusses the process and method of cooperative innovation between the construction contractors and numerous subcontractors. It focuses on the analysis of the influence of cooperative profit distribution, spillover effect, innovation subsidies and cooperation risk sharing for evolutionary stable strategy. The evolutionary game model of cooperation parties is constructed. The key indexes such as profit, risk loss, distribution of excess income and innovation cost are considered comprehensively. The results show that with the increasing of the spillover effect, innovation cooperation, suppliers’ innovation income and excess returns of cooperation innovation, the system will tend to the stability of cooperation. And with the increasing of the contractor's subsidy coefficient, the innovation cost, cooperation innovation risk cost, the system will tend to uncooperative. There exists an optimal distribution coefficient of excess income, which can strengthen the cooperation willingness of both sides. This study provides a guidance for the cooperative innovation of the supply chain participating parties.

Real-time positioning of thin seam shearer's working position is an important prerequisite to achieve thin seam mining face automation control. Based on the analysis of walking mechanism of thin seam shearer and the existing shearer positioning systems, a method was proposed by detecting the shaft angle with the improved thin seam shearer angle encoder. Meanwhile shearer automatic calibration method was designed based on the magnetic sensor by adjusting the error coefficient. The system provides the data support of thin seam shearer automation control.

The engineering contracting enterprises have the following development obstacles including the lower profit level, malignant competition intensified, the lower financing level and the sole industrial structure. Along with the stern challenge of the climatic change in the whole world, the enterprise must apply the low-carbon thinking to reconstruct operation mode. They should use the diversification strategy to widen the enterprise’s competition channel, strengthen the research and development of low-carbon technology to promote the competition level and apply the measures of the high-quality personnel training and the technical science and technology to impetus the management mechanism innovation. These measures provide the highly effective realization path for the enterprise’s sustainable development.

Deformation error caused by cutting heart and external force is one of the key factors influencing machining precision in machining process. Aiming to identify the machine deformation which has the most important influence on machining precision, an identification method for sensitive error and deformation based on multi-body system theory has been proposed, which lay the basis of stiffness distribution of a machine tool and structure optimization of parts. At the end of this paper, the effective of this method is verified by using the machine tool for globoidal cam.

Carbon fiber is a fiber material, so the tension must be kept constant in the placement process. The attitude of carbon fiber placement head will change with the change of a placement path. Focusing on the problem of tension fluctuation caused by the attitude of carbon fiber placement head, gravity balance characteristic of symmetrical objects is adopted to propose a tension control method for eliminating the tension fluctuation and tension measuring error caused by gravity. In this way, the tension is kept constant depending on tension feedback control. Mathematical model and theoretical analysis show that the tension control method with gravity balance can eliminate the gravity influence on tension and make the tension keep constant.

In order to study the traditional accident causation theories and models about human factors in flight accident. A new aviation accident causation model based on the improved HFACS is constructed. Through using system aging, quality and Structure Entropy formula the degree of order of model 1 and model 2 are evaluated, and by selecting aging entropy, maximum timeliness entropy, timeliness, quality entropy and maximum quality entropy the structure of the degree of order is calculated to verify structure in the right to re-bias stability under the conditions. It is shown that the model 2's structure entropy are lower, aging and model quality are also larger, so the improved model is better structural model.

With the development of computer technology and the Internet, mobile learning has become more important in E-learning applications. Being freed from traditional fixed locations and times for the unilateral learning of formal curricula, a learning style allowing for adaptation and interactivity as well as ubiquitous learning has emerged. From the perspective of cognitive apprenticeship, in which learning cognition is guided by experts, and the executive process of missions, objectives, and capacities is manifest, the master can observe and discuss with the apprentices, and revise it toward a well-mixed interactive process, promoting learner ability in diagnosing and reflecting upon errors. This study uses the electronic cognitive apprenticeship system as the basis to integrate and construct a mobile digital content learning community. Through the handheld devices or mobile devices used by learners connected through wireless Internet, learners can read and learn digital content on computer hardware fabrication. The learning behavior recorder for enhancing learner learning activity, which integrates records for tracking and learning processes for the learner, in order to conduct master discussion and guidance for apprentices in electronic cognitive apprenticeship.

Taiyuan Boiler Group Co. Ltd. designed and developed an 850t/h CFB boiler with energy saving technology on the principle of “State Specification Design Theory”. By measuring the ash formation and attrition characteristic of the design coal, with the one dimension mass balance model developed by Tsinghua University, the bed quality of the bed inventory and the pressure drop were modified. Based on the particle density calculated, the heating transfer coefficients were chosen and the arrangements of the heating surfaces were modified. According to the special operation conditions of the user, the practical working conditions for the boiler are determined so as to assure the technical characteristics and structural properties in 850t/h CFB boiler.

With the boron-containing slag separated from ludwigite in the 13m3 blast furnace as crude material, cooling experiments in practice are fulfilled, where reasonable boron-containing slag cooling technic and industrial cooling installation conditions in industrial practice are obtained. Relationship between cooling rate and extraction rate of boron is observed. That is, as long as cooling rate keeps below 2°C/min in the temperature range of 1200°C~900°C , average boron extraction rate increases with the rise of cooling rate in the temperature range of 1500°C~1200°C and could reach up to 80%. This result is coincided with that of laboratory research.The experimental result demonstrates that twin zone cooling technology could be fulfilled in practice. Meanwhile, the way for the future cooling equipments design is pointed out. This study has scientific values for both practice and theory on multipurpose utilization of mineral resources.

In this paper, we use GA to improve the D-S evidence theory, and apply the improved D-S evidence theory to VIP intelligent recognition and recommendation system. In the VIP intelligent recognition and recommendation system of clothes, there are three main evidences: body size, personal preferences, and purchase records. So collision often happens inevitable. This requirement asks us to find out a suitable method to identify the VIPs needs. D-S evidence theory can improve the rate of identification, but has no idea about the collision. The improved D-S evidence theory based on genetic algorithm can deal with the collision evidence and improve the rate of the identification and the stability. As such we can provide VIP more suitable recommendation. The experiment results of clothes recommendation demonstrate the flexibility of the improved method.

In order to solve the existent problems of incomplete and ambiguous information during the evaluation on the multiple constraints factors of city underground space development and utilization, this paper applies analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of the multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, then Yuzhong District, Yubei District, Beibei District in Chongqing respectively as an example, and comprehensively to evaluate the multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization. Example analysis shows that, it has high feasibility and effectiveness that applies the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, and it can contribute to solve fuzziness and uncertainty problems of the evaluation process.

In recent years, Chinese Government adopts series of policies and actions to advance the building application of the renewable energy resources. Based on the policies for demonstration projects of application of renewable energy sources to buildings (ARESB) in China, this article discusses the policy systems for the demonstration projects in all aspects, including application and review systems, supervision and administration systems, inspection and assessment systems, and the whole policy systems are based on promoting the advance techniques, practicalities, reasonable economy, demonstration and generalization meaning of ARESB. Based on the actual construction and operation of the demonstration projects, the article also analyzes and evaluates the implementation effects and suitability in different areas concerning each technical type, and then analyzes and evaluates issues existing in the implementation of the policies for the demonstration projects of ARESB, with further policy suggestions provided.

According to constraint elements more and more appearing in the comprehensive forms, and at present it only considers that single constraint element of city underground space development and utilization has been unable to reflect the actual situation. On the basis of the main characteristics of city underground space development and utilization, this paper aims to analyze various factors which may cause the consequence and the frequency of appearance, and to construct evaluation index system of city underground space development and utilization which is composed of 5 one-level indexes, 20 two-level indexes of evaluation index system of multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, and to use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the influence on city underground space development and utilization. Analysis of the example application shows that, it only considers single constraint element of city underground space development and utilization is not comprehensive, and not science, and it needs to consider the correlation between various constraint elements.

Compared with the gas-compressed refrigeration system, the diffusion absorption refrigeration cycle has no moving part and the associated noise and vibration. It can be operated without any electric input and driven by various energy sources, has no the problem of the substitute of CFC, furthermore it has positive significance in energy conservation, off peak, environmental protection, and promoting the use of gas. So it has broad application prospects as a kind of absorption refrigeration mode. In the development of diffusion absorption refrigeration technology, the performance of diffusion absorption refrigeration system has been improved and enhanced continuously. The paper presents and discusses the recent research progress of diffusion absorption refrigeration which contains design of bubble pump, adjustment and optimization of operation parameters, utilization of low-grade thermal energy and selection of working medium. The research direction of diffusion absorption refrigeration in the future is suggested.

In this paper, the STIRPAT model has been used for quantitative research of the driving factors of building energy consumption in China. We use the ridge regression method to obtain the regression equation between building energy consumption and five key driving factors, including population, urbanization rate, household consumption level, per capita living space, and the development of the tertiary industry. The results show that the comsumption level has higher influence on building energy consumption in China than the other four factor, and the influence of the tertiary industry and building area factors is inferior. The influence of population factor on the growth of building energy consumption is small, but the distribution of urban and rural population factors (urbanization rate) have greater influence than the total population factor.

According to the characteristic of GPS system fo intelligent garment, this paper presents a strategy of GPS data processing by removing redundant information and shifting the combination codes. Its compressed result is analyzed by comparing with direct data compression and Huffman coding. The above-mentioned strategy takes into account both the speed and the effect of the compression, and has a good performance in the compression rate. The non-destructive GPS data processing method has a positive and practical significance in the intelligent garment for efficient monitoring.

Particle damper comprises granular particle enclosed in a container within a vibrating structure. It may be applied in extreme temperature environments where most conventional dampers would fail. In this paper, the feasibility of an application of particle damping to the noise and vibration control of a drum brake is analyzed. A coupling simulation algorithm based on the discrete element method and finite element method is presented. This method makes it possible to consider parameters of particle damper such as the particle size, ratio and particle material and so on. The validity of this numerical method is examined by a comparison of the experimental results. And the results show that the presented particle damping is effective and the analyses of dynamic feature of a drum brake with particle dampers are reasonable.

Based on accurately considering the axial extension, geometrically nonlinear governing equations for a two-layer beam subjected to thermal load were formulated. By using a shooting method, the strongly nonlinear ordinary differential equations with two-point boundary conditions were solved and numerical solution for thermal post-buckling and bending deformation of a two-layer beam with pinned-pinned ends and subjected to transversely non-uniform temperature rising were obtained. As an example, equilibrium paths and configuration for a beam laminated by brass and steel are presented and characteristic curves of the nonlinear deformation changing with the thermal load were plotted. Effects of the geometric and material parameters on the deformation of the beam were discussed and analyzed in detail. The theoretical analysis and numerical results show that the bending deformation and the stretching-bending coupling terms of beam subjected to uniform or non-uniform temperature rising can be produced because of the non-homogenous distribution of the material properties. The bending deformation resulted from transversely temperature rise is primary deformation when values of average temperature rise parameter is under critical temperature, however, the curves become the thermal post-buckling equilibrium paths with the increment of average temperature rise when values of average temperature rise parameter exceed critical temperature.

Aiming at the machined workpiece surface texture images,some technology about image pre-processing and the texture feature extraction based on gray level co-occurrence matrix are researched. Then it is time for the analysis of the texture characteristic parameters based on BP neural network and the identification and diagnosis of tool wear state, Finally the recognition diagnosis system interface is designed by Matlab-GUI.System simulation shows that the interface fusion of image processing and neural network is a good way to ensure the realization of tool wear condition recognition,what’more, the identification diagnosis rate is profect.

This paper is a study of the application of integrated intelligent computation to solve the problems of error compensation for high-precision a NC machining system. The primary focus is on the development of integrated intelligent computation approach to get an error compensation system which is a dynamic feedback neural network embedded in a NC machine tool. Optimization of error measurement points of a NC machine tool is realized by way of application of error variable attribute reduction on rough set theory. A principal component analysis is used for data compression and feature extraction to reduce the input dimension of a dynamic feedback neural network and reduce training time of the network. Taking advantage of ant colony algorithm on training of a dynamic feedback neural network does the global search so that network can converge to get a global optimum. Positioning error caused in thermal deformation compensation capabilities were tested using industry standard equipment and procedures. The results obtained shows that this approach can effectively improve compensation precision and real time of error compensation on machine tools.

On the basis of Reddy’s higher order shear deformation plate theory and the von Kármán’s geometry nonlinear theory, governing equations for nonlinear thermal buckling and post-buckling of cross-ply laminated composite beam subjected to a temperature rise are derived, in which the stretching-bending coupling terms produced by the non-homogenous distribution of the material properties are included. By using the shooting method to solve the corresponding nonlinear boundary value problem, numerical solutions for thermal post-buckling of cross-ply shear deformation laminated composite beam with its both ends immovably simply supported under uniform temperature rise are obtained. As an example, equilibrium paths and configurations for laminated composite beam paved in term of 0/90/0 are presented and characteristic curves of the nonlinear deformation changing with the thermal load were plotted. The effects of the geometric and physical parameters on the deformation of the beam are also examined. The theoretical analysis and numerical results show that different thermal expansion coefficient ratio, elastic moduli ratio, shear stiffness ratio will influence of the non-dimension critical buckling temperature.

Based on the model of three phase boost type PWM rectifier in synchronous dq coordinates, a simple control law, which transforms the rectifier control system into decoupling and linear one,is deduced based on storage function. New rectifier control system based on the law has many advantages, such as simpler structure, and low total harmonic distortion,and good robustness for load. Decouping control system of three phase boost type PWM rectifiers is proved feasible by simulink simulation.

In this paper, we will set up a kind of model of comprehensive errors analysis for a NC machining system and present an error compensation for high-precision a NC machining system by a dynamic feedback neural network embedded in a NC machine tool. The results obtained shows that this approach can effectively improve compensation precision and real time of error compensation on machine tools.
