Abstract

For a long time, settings complexity makes the settings remote modification technology is difficult to be applied on the relay protective devices effectively. To solve the key technical problems of relay protective devices settings remote modification, this paper makes an in-depth research of setting group remote control model. The setting group remote control model based on protective relaying and fault information system is proposed with the setting group services mapping between IEC61850 and IEC60870-5-103. The setting group remote control models working mechanism is deeply analysed via the setting group views. Base on the analysis, an enhanced control flow and task block method are provided to avoid the edit setting group data being changed abnormally, which improves the reliability of setting group remote control remarkably. The setting group remote control model introduced in this paper is applied successfully and its reliability is approved.

39. Low-Fire Processing (1-x)Mg0.95Co0.05TiO3 - xCa0.6La0.8/3TiO3 Microwave Dielectric Ceramics

Abstract

The effects of 3Z2B addition on the microwave dielectric properties and the microstructures of (1-x)(Mg0.95Co0.05)TiO3-xCa0.6La0.8/3TiO3 ceramics prepared with conventional solid-state route have been investigated. Doping with 3Z2B can effectively promote the densification and the microwave dielectric properties of (1-x)(Mg0.95Co0.05)TiO3-xCa0.6La0.8/3TiO3 ceramics. It was found that (1-x)(Mg0.95Co0.05)TiO3-xCa0.6La0.8/3TiO3 ceramics can be sintered at 1150°C due to the liquid phase effect of 3Z2B additions observed by SEM. The Q×f value of (1-x)(Mg0.95Co0.05)TiO3-xCa0.6La0.8/3TiO3 ceramics decreased with increasing 3Z2B content. At 1150°C, 0.9(Mg0.95Co0.05)TiO3-0.1Ca0.6La0.8/3TiO3 ceramics with 1.0wt% 3Z2B addition possesses a εr value of 22.6, a Qf value of 49,000 (GHz) and a τf value of-10.7 ppm/°C.

40. Photocatalytic Performance of SnO2 Prepared by Different Precipitants

Abstract

Parallel flow precipitation has been employed to prepare nanostructured SnO2. It is found that the specific surface areas and photocatalytic performance of SnO2 has a strong dependence on the kind of precipitant. The prepared photocatalysts were characterized by BET, XRD, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance and SEM. The results show that SnO2 prepared by NH3·H2O + (NH4)2CO3 has the highest BET surface area and the smallest crystal average size. SnO2 prepared by NH3·H2O + (NH4)2CO3 exhibits the best photocatalytic activity. The results of further experiments show that the specific surface area plays an important role in promotion of photocatalytic activity of SnO2 prepared by NH3·H2O + (NH4)2CO3.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the problem of H∞ filter design for continuous Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with an interval time-varying delay in the state. Based on the free weighting matrix method combined with a matrix decoupling approach, some new sufficient results are proposed in forms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can achieve much less conservative feasibility conditions. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated ba an example.

Ideally rolling parameter is symmetrical relative to rolling Hcenter lineH in the rolling process. When there is transverse asymmetry incentives disturbance, Hsymmetrical stateH will be destroyed. Some Hquality problemsH will happen. The paper study transverse asymmetry characteristic of force and deformation of rolling mill and mill bar, establish parameter relationship equation of transverse asymmetry characteristic of force and deformation, establish parameter relationship figure of transverse asymmetry characteristic of force and deformation. Using this figure, we get balance control model with a view to removing strip delivery wedge.
