In this paper a process framework was constructed for the inspection and assessment of urban gas pipeline. Take a certain gas pipeline network as an example, work directory for complete inspection was established as well as models for risk assessment. Feasible and effective rectification measures could be taken according to the relative importance of the results of the inspection and assessment. Some work in this paper could be adopted for the inspection and assessment of urban gas pipeline.

An automatic control system of sampling package for sample coal is designed according to the realities of sample coal powdery materials which are based on controller (PLC). The system can realize the functions of random sampling, auto-weighting, auto-packaging, and auto-sealing off. It also can adjust waste less, control convenient, zero point self-tuning and dynamics weighing measurement. It can be used in sampling weighing package of sample coal. Various performance indicators can be stably and reliably used in field.

This paper designed a motor winding testing system, it can do the dielectric withstand voltage test of inter-turn under 30kV.The system can communicate effectively between PC and machine, by using the PC's powerful capacity of process data and PLC's better stability and the Labview's convenient UI. So the system has real-time data collection, preservation, analysis and other characteristics. This system is able to achieve factory testing and type testing of the motor windings facilitating. Various performance indicators were stable and reliable by field test during a long time.

In this paper, a design method that teaching and playback of motion trajectory based on 5R parallel stacking mechanism is introduced. Analysis the inverse kinematics of the 5R mechanism, we can concluded that the 5R is given two original moving parts, you can uniquely identify the pose of the rod end of the implementation of parts, but in seeking the position and orientation inverse solution, the only connecting rod track can not determine the only two original moving parts. We can solve this problem with the minimum principle that the square of the residuals between the prime mover rotation angle of adjacent track points. Finally, we show the program diagram of teaching and playback. The system has such advantages as simple structure, movement speed, large workspace, motor casing fixed, load drive capability and light weight.

Al85Ni10Zr3Y2 and Al80Ni10Zr8-xCuxY2（x=1,2,3,5） alloy ribbons had been prepared by single roller melt-spinning process under vacuum conditions. The ribbons were investigated by X–ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results revealed the strong effect of content of Cu、Zr elements on the glass forming ability and the thermal stability of the alloys. The formation of amorphous alloys are sensitive to contens of these two elements. The completely amorphous alloy or the primary amorphous phase alloy can be obtained when the content of Cu or Zr reach an optimization, otherwise only gaining crystal phase. Al80Ni10Zr7Cu1Y2 and Al80Ni10Zr3Cu5Y2 alloys possess the excellent glass forming ability, which can form the completely amorphous alloy or the composite material of the partial crystal in remaining amorphous.

Wind-induced dynamic analysis for flat tensegrity structure is performed with the nonlinear random simulation method in time domain. And several parameters such as wind velocity, length-windth ratio, rise-span ratio and prestress of cable are considered.

In this paper, we design and construct a multi-label image annotation and retrieval system. Various MPEG-7 low level visual features are employed for representing images. For image annotation, a bi-coded genetic algorithm is employed to select optimal feature subsets and corresponding optimal weights for every one vs. one SVM classifiers. After an unlabelled image is segmented into several regions, pre-trained SVMs are used to annotate each region, final label is obtained by merging all the region labels. Based on multi-label of image, image retrieval system provides keyword-based image retrieval service. Multi-labels can provide abundant descriptions for image content in semantic level, high precision annotation algorithm further improve annotation performance.
