The development of the national economy has been always depended on natural resources. The massive development of resource has resulted in large amounts of waste, and tailings sand is one of them. How to change waste into treasure, to solve the contradiction between environmental protection, energy supply and resource exploitation, more and more attention has been payed on it. This paper combined the development situation of iron ore tailings at home and abroad, based on its engineering properties, make it used in mortar. After replacing the cement and natural sand of mortar, we studied the influence on the engineering properties of mortar which are compressive strength, workability, and water consumption. The experimental results show that when the tailings ofreplacingratio is in a certain range, the adding tailings produce beneficial effect on the performance of mortar, whichcan meet the engineering requirements, save production costs, and improve economic efficiency.

The force affect factors of anchor anti-slide pile in slope reinforcement under seismic load are studied in this paper. First of all, the method of dynamic analysis is introduced in FLAC3D. At the same time, seismic wave is selected in seismic dynamic analysis. Then, the sensitivity influence of anti-slide pile design parameters on dynamic contact stress, shear force and dynamic bending moment is analyzed by applying the seismic wave, giving the most significant effect factors of the dynamic contact stress and dynamic moment. In the end, the distribution regular of the contact force and the pile body stress under earthquake action is analyzed by selecting a case, laying a theoretical foundation for the further study of the dynamic performance of the reinforced slope.

This article describes a facile solvothermal method to prepare magnetite (Fe3O4) for electrode material using ethylene glycol (EG) as one of the raw material. The properties were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The as-prepared Fe3O4 as an electrode material was fabricated into supercapacitor and characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements. The Fe3O4 particles disperse well and the size is about 50 nm. Saturation magnetization and coercive force of sample are 90.44 emu/g and 81.84 G, respectively. The specific capacitance is 50.2 F g-1 at 0.5 A g-1.

With the rapid development of smart grid and green energy technologies, Bidirectional charger is paid more and more attention.This paper mainly studies the voltage stability of Bidirectional charger in the process of charging and the grid current waveform distortion rate of the discharge process. Put forward a control method based on RTW matlab/simulink. Build the simulink model and control model in the simulink environment.Then the code will be burned into the DSP processor complied from control model to the corresponding simulink model which achieved the desired effect.This method can guarantee the stability the current and voltage in the two pattern of the constant current source and the constant voltage source.In the process of discharge,the Grid-connected total harmonic current distortion rate less than 5%,the power factor is basic to 1.The simulation results and hardware platform experiment of DSP2812 all proved that this method is effective.

In this article, we study inferences for reliability functions of the system having two components connected parallel. Suppose that the lifetime of two components have exponential distribution. Using the generalized inference approach, we obtain confidence intervals of our interested parameters with good coverage.

Two new algorithms for nonlinear damage detection are proposed based on linear model with autoregressive moving average (ARMA) in this paper. Firstly, a novel DSF is defined and the DSFs are identified and classified followed by cluster analysis or Bayesian discrimination. Secondly, the performances of the presented algorithms are evaluated and verified by the experimental data of a three-story building structure. Finally, the illustrated results show the algorithms are efficient tools for nonlinear damage detection. They grant a higher accuracy and improve the reliability of nonlinear damage detection whilst reducing computational costs. It can thus be inferred that the proposed algorithms are applicable for Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) in situ.

In order to adapt to new modern car styling, the aerodynamic numerical simulations based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) are applied to the process of car styling. We received the early modeling design automobile aerodynamic coefficients, pressure distribution, velocity contours and other body outflow field data after the CFD post, combined with these data some advice to improve the aerodynamic drag of the designed car are given. Proposed aerodynamic automobile design method is based on numerical simulations, according to experience in air vehicle dynamics studies.

This paper designs a new ZigBee intelligent robot communication control system, which realizes one to many data transmission. Upper computer can send commands to control multiple mobile intelligent robots to do the action response through wireless module. Slave computer can also send data to host computer to achieve remote monitoring, and has high relay ability. In order to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the system, this paper tests the system and obtains 3D signal and robot node control distribution. Through the analysis of the system time delay and control signal features, we found that the system has good stability, which can satisfy the design need of multi-intelligent robot control. It provides the theoretical reference for the study of ZigBee automation control.

Na2BaMgP2O8phosphors were synthesized by a standard solid state reaction and their luminescent properties were investigated. The phase structure was analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction measurement. Under the excitation of 365nm, Na2BaMgP2O8:Tb3+, Eu3+phosphors show two color bands of green and red color due to5D4−7F5transition of Tb3+ions and5D0−7F2transition of Eu3+ions, respectively. The emission intensity of Tb3+deceased with the increasing concentration of Eu3+, which verified that an effective energy transfer occurred from Tb3+to Eu3+in Na2BaMgP2O8host. The present study indicated that the phosphors have a high potential application in solid state lighting.

Everyday there are about 7 million passengers commuting by subway in Shanghai, China. Although Shanghai has one of the largest subway networks in the world, yet this subway system is still full of passengers during the rush hours. Extracting air and smoke is important part of the station ventilation system which supplies enough fresh air in the crowded station. As we know, the underground subway stations are built in an enclosed space where needs air circulation far more than other type of station. This paper focuses on the designs of duct layout and valve control in an underground subway station. The authors give three solutions to return air and exhaust smoke in the underground station platform area and entrance area. The goal of this paper is to compare these three ventilation solutions in the normal time and in the fire accident. The result of analyzing and applying these solutions are concluded in the paper.

This paper studies the software automatic test in virtual machine environment. The existing software automatic testing technology is not compatible for virtual machine. Cloud-based virtual environment provides a new means for the software test. A novel testing framework is proposed in this paper. The new technology combined cloud-based virtual environment and related the software automation tool. The fully test procedure are provided with test design, test develop, test execute and test result collection. The character for different application could be supported in this framework. The virtualization technology is used to test some applications and proved effective.

This paper proposes a convenient and safe method for removing extra matters on overhead lines by distantly irradiating the extra matters with high-energy laser beam. Theoretical study and field experiments on the feasibility of this method were carried out according to the thermal properties of the main components of overhead lines and common extra matters on them. Results show that infrared laser is a better choice to be used to remove the extra matters than ultraviolet and visible laser lights. Experimental results also indicate that there is a large feasible scope of laser power density in which common extra matters can be efficiently removed while the conductors and grounding lines get no harm. Moreover, preliminary design of the laser removing system is given in this paper for practical application.

Based on the trip faults data of 10kV and 20kV distribution lines which come from actually power grid in China, this paper has done a large number of statistical analyses and investigations. Trip faults are classified and analyzed by fault positions, monthly changes, fault causes and so on. Preliminary analysis suggests that main factors which lead to trip faults are outer forces, meteorological conditions, improper operation and maintenance, quality of equipment and design processes. Rains, strong winds and lightnings have the worst impact on distribution lines in a period from June to August. External forces caused the most faults on conductors, towers and stay wires. According to different failure reasons, countermeasures are put forward pointedly,so can provide references for improving power supply reliability in distribution network.

Equipment performance degradation model is a key component in its diagnosis and prognosis models. As to slewing bearing, vibration signals are usually non-stationary and with strong white noise, which makes it very difficult to extract useful information from the signals. Therefore, an Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition – Principle Component Analysis (EEMD - PCA) based method was proposed to denoise the vibration signals and performance degradation model was established by PCA. To verify the proposed method, an experiment was conducted and the life cycle vibration signals were acquired. After denoising, performance degradation model was established to explain the denoising performance. Results show that the proposed method acquired a better denoising performance than EEMD-MSPCA, which provides a potential for further research.

The influence of impulse corona is taken into consideration by inserting equivalent complementary capacitance at both terminals of each short line based on its analysis. The model of tower is improved so that we can consider the effect of coupling ground wire (CGW) as well as that of impulse corona. The contrasts of lightning back striking simulation results show that impulse corona and CGW affects the breakdown data of transmission line and insulators greatly.

The paper introduces the technical features of the railway track inspection cars of different countries and the development review of China’s technology of railway track inspection, and make a brief comparison of the advantage and disadvantage between the chord measurement and Inertial method. The paper also introduce the integrated detection system, which consists of a laser visual detection system, laser radar scanning technology, infrared thermal imaging technology , radar technology and communication detection system. With the implementation of the railway transport, enhanced efforts should be exerted to the comprehensive checking of the track. The development orientation and application of subway inspection equipment is put forward. To develop new portable track inspection cars which can detect the railway tracks and tunnels and the quality of the transmission channel of the train control information, the strength of wireless mobile communication system and track’s electromagnetic environment at the same time.

Engineering education in China’s colleges has been progressing rapidly, while there is a wide gap between the students’ engineering abilities and the requirements from enterprises. Consequently, engineering education should be guided by professional evaluation, centered on strengthening college students’ aptitudes and qualities. This paper analyses the concepts of college engineering education and an effective approach to improve current college engineering education in China.

The performance of resistance to sulfate attack and permeability of chloride ion on concrete with different mineral admixtures (fly ash, slag single or both adding) under sulfate and chloride environment were discussed. The results indicated the performance of resistance to salt attack on concrete with appropriate mineral admixtures was improved. Under chloride environment, the resistance to sulfate attack coefficient of testing mortars descended, and compressive strength loss rate of concrete was raised after dry-wet cycles. Therefore, the performance of resistance to salt attack on concrete was decreased in this environment. Besides, on the initial stage of corrosion, the ability to resist chloride ion penetration of concrete was improved under sulfate environment, while the penetrating of chloride ion was accelerated on the later stage.

Robotic automated fiber placement (Robotic AFP) was a cost-effective and highly innovative approach to produce large and complex composite structures. In order to achieve desired qualities, the tow tension of the process required to becontrolled accurately. Due to the high nonlinearity of the system, such as the large elastic modulus, flexibility and viscosity of the tow, traditional methods failed to work effectively. A fuzzy-adaptive PIDcontroller combining fuzzy logic and adaptive PID together was proposed in this work. Fuzzy logic was able to respond quickly to disturbances without the need for an accurate model and adaptive PID control could eliminate the steady-state error by adapting its parameters to the working conditions. With this method, the tow tension could be precisely regulated thus improved the qualities of the composite structures.

Based on the research of the current situation of design and production of fancy yarn, the article point out the reason why the current development of fancy yarn has been limited. Chose dyed fancy yarns in different length as subjects of contrastive experiment, the authors further analyze the different pattern shape caused by the different width of basic fabric formation during the production of fancy yarns. And after the primary discussion of the changing rules and main impact factors of the formation of the fabric pattern, this paper comes to a conclusion, which is with great practical importance to the current development of sweater products, that there is a close relationship between the pattern change of the fancy yarn and the section length of the dyed circle, the proportion of dyed yarn and the width and formation of the fabrics.

Traffic volume prediction has been an interesting topic for decades during which various prediction models have been proposed. In this paper, Kalman filtering (KF) model is applied to predict traffic volume because of its significance in continuously updating the state variable as new observations. In order to enhance the prediction accuracy, an improved KF model is developed based on the current and historical data. To validate the improved KF model, empirical analysis is conducted. The results show that the improved KF model has higher accuracy than the traditional one and is more reliable and powerful in traffic volume prediction.

To improve the vehicle comfort, Magnetorheological damper is installed on the vehicle suspension system. So the system with hysteretic nonlinearity is a typical nonlinear system. First, the behavior of system under the periodic excitation force is analyzed, and the possibility of chaos is proved in the paper. Then, with piecewise-quadric function employed, the nonlinear feedback controller can be used to control the chaos. At the same time, Melnikov’s method is used to gain coefficient of controller. Numerical simulation shows that this method can the effectively guide chaotic motions toward regular motions. This control method is quite simple and effective without affecting the system properties. The results may supply theoretical bases for analysis and optimal design of vehicle suspension systems.

Short-term load forecasting plays a vital role for the power system’s safe operation and production arrangements. This paper regards electric load forecasting as a nonlinear time series prediction problem, and establishes the electric load autoregressive prediction model (ARX Model) based on historical load data, approaching ARX model parameters with RBF neural network, estimating model parameters with using a Structured Nonlinear Parameters Optimization Method (SNPOM), proposing cycle prediction method for short-term electric load forecasting. Experimental results show that the method has higher prediction accuracy for short-term electric load forecasting. This paper proposes an approach by logarithm to evaluating the electrical vehicle traction force control directly instead of the slip ratio measurements. Utilizing the built character database of the driven motor, or so-called current-RPM-torque database, a gain-scheduled approach by logarithm transformation is developed to provide the appropriate traction force while one traction wheel of the vehicle is traveling into different road surface. An illustrated simulation with a scenario close to real situation is also given to show the feasibility to evaluate and control the traction force through the database of the motor.

In the subway movement the stability of current collection is extremely important. Using experiment system of the pantograph current collection to simulate the vehicle running in different speed can be used to analyze the condition of contact pressure, the current collection quality, the disconnection frequency under varies speed conditions and bring up the method to reduce the disconnection occurred. The results of the study have the positive significance in researching the characteristics of pantograph-catenary disconnection parameters when the vehicle running, and have certain reference value in analyzing mechanism of pantograph-catenary disconnection.

This paper introduces the method of braking system design for FSAE racing car. Based on the rules of FSAE, the requirements of braking performance were analyzed and the layout was confirmed. The forces of the braking system were analyzed under different braking strengths. The simulation results show that the ?design of the braking system ?can ?meet the strength requirements. Mo-Ni coatings were prepared on Ni alloy by electrodeposition method. The effects of electrodeposition temperature, current density, stir speed and electrodeposition time on deposition rate and microhardness of Mo-Ni coating were researched, respectively. Deposition rate of Mo-Ni coating decreases with the increase of electrodeposition temperature in 35 °C ~ 60 °C. Deposition rate and microhardness of Mo-Ni coating increases with the increase of current density respectively in 15 A/dm2 ~ 17.5 A/dm2. Deposition rate and microhardness of Mo-Ni coating decreases with the increase of stir speed respectively in 200 r/min to 400 r/min. Deposition rate and microhardness of Mo-Ni coating decreases with the increase of electrodeposition time respectively in 30 min ~ 40 min. When electrodeposition parameters: temperature 35 °C, current density 17.5 A/dm2, stir speed 200 r/mi, pH 5 and time 30 min, deposition rate and microhardness of Mo-Ni coatin are as high as 0.269 mg/ cm2·min and 502.4 HV respectively.

The anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) films were prepared by anodization method from the 15 vol. % sulphuric acid solution, and prepared AAO films were heat-treated in the ranges of 25~1000°C. AAO films were characterized by EDAX, SEM and XRD techniques, respectively. The crystal phases of prepared AAO film is amorphous. The apertures of AAO film are in 25~30 nm. AAO films are amorphous when heat treatment temperatures of AAO films are below 800 °C. After the AAO film being heat-treated in the ranges of 850°C~900 °C, the heat-treated AAO film are γ-Al2O3film. When the AAO film is heat-treated at 950 °C, the part of γ-Al2O3change into α-Al2O3, and the heat-treated AAO film are mixed film of γ-Al2O3and α-Al2O3. After the AAO film being heat-treated at 1000 °C, the heat-treated AAO film is α-Al2O3film.

With the development of social economy and acceleration of constructions of inland waterway transportations, the adverse impacts on ecological environment are gradually known by people. Under the circumstance of protecting the environment we live, the generalization of technology of ecological bank revetment will be an irresistible trend of the development of inland waterway. Combining the examples of constructions of ecological bank revetments in inland waterways in Jiangsu Province, this thesis presents us the discussion on the structural style, technique features, as well as the application principles of ecological bank revetments, meanwhile puts forward the prospects of technology of ecological bank revetment.

In view of high discharge temperature of compressor, the heating performance attenuated seriously, even unable to work properly and other issues of normal heat pump air conditioning system for electric vehicles under low temperature conditions, a gas-mixing heat pump air conditioning system for pure electric vehicles is designed. Based on the first law of thermodynamics and coupling properties among all components, the mathematical model of this system is established. The analog computation of main performance parameters of this system is carried out by this model, having a better match in comparison with experimental results. By simulation, the results show that the system can effectively solve the problems of high exhaust temperature from compressor and heating performance attenuation seriously of non-gas-mixing heat pump air conditioning system for pure electric vehicles under low temperature condition.

Eu, Sb doped SnO2 and quartz compound conductive powders are prepared by the coprecipitation method with SnCl4·5H2O, SbCl3, Eu2O3 and quartz powders as the raw materials. The crystal phase and structure of the prepared conductive particles are characterized by FTIR and XRD techniques respectively. The resistivity of the prepared conductive powders are measured with four-point measurement method. The resistivity of Eu, Sb doped SnO2 and quartz compound condu-ctive powders is 0.37 Ωcm. FTIR spectrum of Eu, Sb doped SnO2 and quartz compound conductive powders shows that there are the vibration peaks in 546.14 cm-1, 489.95 cm-1, 466.71 cm-1, 430.34 cm-1 and 418.92 cm-1 respectively, and have intense absorption in 4000 cm-1 ~ 1100 cm-1. Eu, Sb doped SnO2 conductive powders have a structure of tetragonal rutile. The complex doping is achieved well by coprecipitation method and is recognized as replacement doping or caulking doping. The composition of compound conductive powders are Eu, Sb doped SnO2 conductive powders and quartz powders.

Y is used as a dopant for the first time in preparing conductive powders to improve its performance. Y and Sb doped SnO2 conductive particles are prepared by the complexation-coprecipi-tation method with Sn, Sb2O3 and Y2O3 as the raw materials. The crystal phase and structure of the prepared conductive particles are characterized by FTIR and XRD techniques respectively. The resistivity of the prepared conductive powders are measured with four-point measurement method. The resistivity of Y and Sb doped SnO2 conductive particles is 0.22 Ωcm. FTIR spectrum of Y and Sb doped SnO2 conductive particles shows that the vibration peak are wide peak in 570 cm-1 ~ 400 cm-1, and have intense absorption in 4000 cm-1 ~ 2500 cm-1, respectively.Y and Sb doped SnO2 conductive powders have a structure of tetragonal rutile. The complex doping is achieved well by complexation-coprecipitation method and is recognized as replacement doping or caulking doping.

The traditional virtual assembly technology requires building a true three-dimensional scene of all the assembly data, leading to complex modeling, low sense of reality and efficiency of real-time interaction. An augmented assembly system based on markers is proposed. The camera calibration technique is studied to get its inside and outside parameters first; a 3D registration algorithm based on markers is used to determine the exact location of virtual objects in the real scene then; the augmented assembly system is constructed according to the characteristics of virtual assembly finally. Experimental results show that the augmented reality technology makes the assembly steps appear in front of the staff intuitively and allows them to complete the actual assembly correctly, improving the sense of reality of the operation and interaction efficiency.

With the development of electronic commerce, commodity recommendation system of using a single strategy for all users has been unable to meet the needs of businesses and consumers. This paper proposed a commodity recommendation strategy of e-commerce based on classification users, e-commerce users are classified as new users, general users, Silver users and Gold users. According to the difference of users, the paper recommended using different methods to improve the efficiency of commodity recommendation system to better meet user needs.

Mo-Ni coatings were prepared on Ni alloy by electrodeposition method. The effects of sodium fluoride mass concentration, sodium chloride mass concentration, sodium molybdate mass concentration and pH value on deposition rate of Mo-Ni coating were researched, respectively. The morphology of Mo-Ni coatings were characterized with scanning electron microcopy (SEM). When sodium fluoride mass concentration is 12 g/L, deposition rate of Mo-Ni coating is as high as 0.3781 mg/cm2·min. When sodium chloride mass concentration is 22.3 g/L, deposition rate of Mo-Ni coating is as high as 0.2108 mg/cm2·min. When sodium chloride mass concentration, sodium molybdate mass concentration and pH value are 22.3 g/ L, 12 g/L and pH 5 respectively, deposition rate of Mo-Ni coating is as high as 0.2123 mg/cm2·min. There are many cracks and pits on the surface Mo-Ni coating deposited in the bath without adding NaCl or NaF, and coating surface is very uneven. The surface Mo-Ni coating deposited in the bath adding NaCl is smooth, and the grains of Mo-Ni coating is small. The surface Mo-Ni coating deposited in the bath adding NaF is smooth, and there are many nodules on the surface Mo-Ni coating.

The design and study of parking meter with the use of "cradle to cradle" (C2C) design method have an important impact on the sustainable development of cities. Based on the discussions on designing methods and principles of C2C, this paper has analyzed sustainable designing strategies, methods and procedures of parking meters by combining with designing cases of it. Finally, a summary and a prospect on the C2C design and study of parking meters has been conducted in the end of this paper.

With the increasingly fast-paced software releasing or updating, research on the method of an efficient software automation testing framework based on cloud computing has become particularly important. In this paper, we propose an automation testing framework over cloud. We also describe some key technologies in the aspect of the design of hierarchical test case and automatic distribution of test cases in the cloud computing environment. Testing experiments show that our framework can take advantage of on-demand testing resources in the cloud to improve the efficiency of automation testing.

One hypersonic aircraft nonlinear observer and controller are designed synthetically to solve the part of actuator failure problem. The research model is developed based on a SISO output feedback nonlinear unobservered minimum phase system. filter is adopted to reconstruct state vectors, adaptive control law is designed to guarantee the system boundedness. Dynamic surface control is employed strategy to eliminate the explosion of terms by introducing a series of first order filters to obtain the differentiation of the virtual control inputs. Both theory analysis and simulation verification show the simpleness and effective of this method.

The pitch channel output tracking of a kind of ummanned aerial vehicle over-load control system was designed based on second order sliding mode control theory. Output-redefinition approach was adopted to resolve the non-minimum phase problem between rudder angle and overload output of ummanned aerial vehicle system, second order sliding mode control was used to eliminate chatter, and guaranteed the tracing of original system output. The observer was designed to deal with the not complete state measurable system. The stability and robustness were verified by the simulations results.

By using multilayer neural networks and dynamic surface backstepping,one new robust adaptive control design method is proposed for one hypersonic aircraft (HSA) uncertain MIMO nonaffine block control system. We adopt dynamic surface control strategy to eliminate the explosion of terms by introducing a series of first order filters to obtain the differentiation of the virtual control inputs. multi-layers nerual network adjust function to compensate the influence from the uncertain, and design the robust terms to solve the problem from approach error. The stability analysis and simulations demonstrate the good performance of the controller. Nonlinear six-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) numerical simulation results for a HSA model are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In this paper, a novel large-strain sensor based on a dual planar capacitive structure has been developed. It has the capacity of large-strain measurement up to 200,000 με (0.2 ε). The change in strain causes a measurable transformation in the capacitance of the sensor by relative shift of the overlap area between two capacitive plates, one fixed (i.e. fixed plate) and the other one movable (i.e. movable plate), and is thus converted into a voltage signal by a read-out circuit module. The dual capacitor structure was designed for increasing the initial capacitance and improving the resolution of sensors compared with a single capacitor structure. The experimental results showed that the sensor had a linearity of 2.29% full scale (FS), a hysteresis error of 1.146%FS, repeatability of 0.226%FS and a resolution of 0.5%FS, suggesting excellent performance of the sensor.

In order to reveal the motion center track of boring bar during heavy-duty deep-hole boring trepanning processing, a new model is proposed considering both linear item and cubic item to describe nonlinear factors of the bars stiffness. The study mainly investigates two factors: vortex instability caused by outside cutting fluid, and perturbation instability caused by inside cutting fluid of the boring bar. Vibration amplitude of the bar changes with the nonlinear stiffness coefficient while the bar works at the same rotation speed. The results of numerical calculation and simulation are obtained, when the processing parameters match the combinative operation parameters under the different motion status. It shows the bar interaction with external cutting fluid while it is subjected to unbalanced force. These behaviors will induce self-exited vibration of bar, meanwhile the center track will be a closed curve loop. Boring bars vibration is always in a certain vibration amplitude. The maximum vibration amplitude is near the region of ω/2 and 2ω in the x direction.

For the purpose to analyze the stability of the deep-hole boring, a rubbing disturbance model is proposed. New model introduces an effect of friction dominant. The stability criterion of the system is obtained, by means of describing the tangential friction velocity as the function of the angular frequency and eccentricity. Thus, the center tracks changing with vortex stirred by the rotating bar within the inner and outer cutting fluid environment are analyzed. The results show that the vortex frequency of boring bar tends to increase with rotation speed increasing. The vortex frequency tends to hyperbolic declining with the increasing of the clearance C.
