In order to study the influence of the splitter plate in the elastic support system, the SST k-omega turbulence model is used to solve the problem, and the cylindrical system with splitter plate is numerically simulated by overset mesh. This paper studies the effect of the splitter plate on the vibration system at different deflection angles. The results show that the splitter plate has little effect on the system when the deflection angle is low. When the deflection angle is about 10 degrees, the system vibration characteristics will have a sudden change, the amplitude will decrease, and the vortex frequency will increase. Between the deflection angle of 10 degrees and 45 degrees, as the deflection angle increases, the amplitude increases and the vortex frequency decreases. It can be seen from the motion trajectory that the deflection angle changes suddenly after 10 degrees, and the system has a very small amplitude between 10 degrees and 25 degrees. In this declination interval, the splitter plate controls the vibration of the cylindrical system better.

This paper studies a problem which is the rapid acquisition feature information of moving targets in a video sequence. Selecting the harris algorithm as a feature extraction algorithm, but harris algorithm has a problem of running slowly .Opting 3 * 3 window as the detection window, analyzing the similarity between the window capacity pixel and central pixel, then using the difference to measure this similarity of pixels, when the difference is greater than the set threshold value, we thought they are different, otherwise they are similar.After that characteristics of regional screening was completed. The target areas were divided into feature areas and non-feature regions, but we only calculated the response functions of characteristic areas. The algorithm’s executing efficiency improved.

To reduce logistics costs and enhance operation efficiency, selecting a suitable logistics center location has become a very important issue for manufacturing, sales and logistics industries. The selection of logistics centers is a most important decision owing to the need to consider various criteria that involve a complex decision process in which multiple requirements and uncertain conditions have to be taken into consideration simultaneously. In this paper, we propose a multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) model based on fuzzy-set theory. And it is applied to the evaluation and selection of logistic centers. In the model, quantitative and qualitative criteria as well as the different importance weights of all the criteria are considered. A FMCG logistics center location example is used to elaborate how to use this model; meanwhile, the method is proved more scientific and reliable.

Considering its important influence on ultrasonic burnishing, ultrasonic horn is the research object in this paper. Take theoretical design of it firstly, then build 3d model by ANSYS11.0 and carry out modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of it. The results show that the longitudinal vibration frequency and the amplitude of transducer are similar to the design value. This validates the feasibility of the design and provides a certain experimental basis for the application of horn in ultrasonic rolling process.

A series of Li-doped zinc oxide ( ZnO ) thin films were deposited on quartz glass by sol-gel and spin coating method. Their p-type conductivities could be achieved by subsequently thermal annealing process, which were characterized by Hall effect measurement. An optimized result with resistivity of 46.8 Ω cm, Hall mobility of 1.35 cm2/V s, and hole concentration of 9.89×1016 cm-3 was achieved at the annealing temperature of 700 °C. The films exhibited highly (002) oriented growth in all the cases. Strong green emission centered at 510 nm was observed by photoluminescence spectra in Li-doped ZnO films at room temperature.

Amorphous hydrogenated carbon films deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering showed that nanoNi3C crystals, fullerene-like/onions structures as well as small curved graphenes dispersed in amorphous carbon matrix. It is believed that the migration of Ni atoms leads to the formation of the fullerene-like/onion structures as well as small curved graphenes at high pulsed bias.

Silica-coated carbon nanotubes compounds were synthesized through coating silica nanoparticles on the surface of carbon nanotubes, by peptization and reflux method with tetraethoxy silicone as a main material. Silica coated carbon nanotubes-alumina composite ceramics were synthesized by adding the SiO2/CNTs compounds to the alumina ceramic. The surface of composite ceramics were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), the coated nanotubes exhibit better dispersion in the alumina substrate over uncoated and play a role of bridging the alumina grains.

This paper present a pedestrian following mobile robot with binocular vision sensor. Because Kinect is one of the most inexpensive devices of depth-cameras, it is used in our application. Human skeleton is extracted by using Kinect, and the location of human is checked by projecting the three-dimensional (3D) pose of skeleton onto 2D screen. This 2D screen is separated into three parts, left, middle and right. Mobile robot rotates and translates according to the corresponding location of pedestrian. To make the robot move forward and backward, the distance between spine point and mobile robot is calculated. Finally, a real experimental result is used to validate our proposed method.

This paper presents a method to track and follow target person. A laser range finder (LRF) is used to measure highly accurate distance of objects with the range of 180 degrees. First of all, the erroneous data are excluded due to the error of LRF. Then all the raw sensor data are separated into many groups when the difference of the measuring distances of two adjacent laser points are beyond a limited value. For each group, the width is calculated, and it is considered as human legs if the defined conditions are satisfied. Finally, a real-time human following experiment with a SICK LRF and PIONEER mobile robot is done to validate our proposed method.

Electrospun poly (lactic acid)/poly (lactic acid-co-lysine) (PLA/PLL) blend were prepared, and the structures including fibers, beads and microspheres and properties of electrospun material were characterized. Viscosity, conductivity and surface tension of electrospinning solution had critical effect on the structures of the electrospun blend. The optimization process conditions of PLA/PLL electrospun fibers, beads and microspheres were confirmed and the structures, thermal properties, crystal properties, and hydrophilicity were analyzed. The results showed that the average diameter of electrospun PLA/PLL fibers was less than that of PLA under the same spinning process, and the crystallinity of spun products was affected by solution concentration, pushing speed and spinning voltage. Accurate controlling of spinning product morphology can be achieved by adjusting the formulation of electrospinning solution and spinning process. The addition of PLL into PLA could improve the hydrophilicity of electrospun PLA/PLL products.

The non-equilibrium atmospheric pressure Ar plasma was applied for the polymerization of maleic anhydride (MA). The deposited films were analyzed by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) proving the monomer was successfully polymerized with retaining the functional groups. The intensity of optical emission spectroscopy (OES) of the plasma jet was found to become weaker when the monomer was introduced into the jet. This was interpreted as the result of the energy transfer from the metastable Ar to the monomer. It was proposed that the excited MA changed into π-π* transition state to produce dimer biradicals which initiate the polymerization.

The characteristic of nozzle jeting is affected by injection frequency, gas pressure in the piping and duty cycle of the control signal.The experimental study is in order to determine nozzle’s opening frequency, duty cycle and pipe pressure affect to the gas flow rate using a drainage method, nozzle opening frequency and duty cycle are controled by mototron platform and ATI Vision calibration software,while using pressure transmitter to measure the change of pipe pressure relationship with duty cycle and frequency.

Previous researches have indicated that the number of online shoppers in China has been experiencing a slow-down while the enthusiasm of e-commerce enterprises remains the same as before and online market competition has been fiercer. Therefore, to attract online shoppers and propel them to complete the transaction have become the key to success for e-commerce enterprises. Based on related literature research, this study explores deep into the relation between website traits and shoppers’ cognitive trust, enjoyment as well as their purchase willingness. Innovation Diffusion Theory, “S-O-R” Model and Structural Equation Model are also applied in this research. It is shown that website traits such as compatibility, complexity, observability and trialability, exert a positive effect on shoppers’ enjoyment and cognitive trust. What’s more, the influence enjoyment exerts on shoppers’ cognitive trust and purchase willingness as well as the effect cognitive trust has on purchase willingness turns out to be positive.

The construction project for the construction woks is the cost center of the construction enterprise and the standpoint of the cost management for the construction enterprise, strengthening the cost management is the inevitable choice of the construction enterprise to accumulate the funds and enhance the competitiveness. Since the construction project period is long, it is complex to recognize the median income and measurement of the intermediate cost, and the bidding period and the cost incurred after putting into use are uncertain, the traditional cost management method no longer meets the practical needs of the management for the building construction enterprise. This requires us to be innovative in the cost management mode of the construction project, and make a scientific estimation in the future level of cost and possible future trends through the objective-cost planning research of the construction project.

NOx emission of diesel engine is an important pollutant to the environment, in the bench test of SCR technology for the diesel engine NOx reducing effect. Diesel engine NOx to ESC test cycle emission by 10.73,down to 3.24; ETC test cycle of the diesel engine NOx emission decreased from 9.533 to 2.98, the diesel engine emissions to meet Euro IV emission standards. Experimental results showed that SCR can effectively reduce NOx emission of diesel engine and the pollution of the environment.

This paper presents a RTDS model applied to simulate periodic commutation impulse voltage of HVDC convent valve. The model’s main configure and basic parameters are matching to a typical monopole system which include 12-pulse converters of rectifier and inverter, convert-transformers, DC transmission line, DC filters and AC equivalent power network. Among the system model, the valve components of rectifier are User-Define-Component (UDC) model with RC branch for describing detail valve internal. And also, discrete time step apply 2.5μS non real-time of RTDS for complying with high frequency transient. The validation test is carried out and the result show that the model can simulate accurately valve voltage waveform.

In this paper, the earth and rock mass are classified as continuous porous media. The thermal constitutive relation of porous media and motion regularity of pore fluid are deduced from the basic theory of solid mechanics, hydraulics, and thermodynamics. Based on momentum, mass and energy conservation equations, the multi-field controlling equations of unsaturated porous media are given, in which the unknown variables include displacements, pore liquid pressure, pore gas pressure, temperature, and porosity.

The essay describes the basic principles and the method of application of prony algorithm, as well as how to use prony algorithm to fit fault signal and extract the corresponding transient parameters. And on this basis, the order of the signal model, the data window length, sampling interval and the parameters such as attenuation factor are determined. Then, the correctness of the prony algorithm is verified by the means of extracting of the small current grounding fault transient component.

The special advantages of Soundless Crack method are safety and environmental protection. Soundless Crack is widely used in stone exploitation, partly crack of brittleness materials such as rock and concrete, and backout of building in city. In these engineering, we must drill many holes for loading Soundless Cracking Agents, but the drilling cost is expensive including human cost and materials cost, at the same time need much time to drill these holes. So we hope to gain the best crack results at the minimum drillhole numbers. This paper used RFPA software to set up some models with different drillhole numbers, gained different failure process of models. Adopted different drilling plan will occur different results. We should drill more holes if we need partly crack smoothly. We can plan the number of drillholes based on our need if we can use RFPA to simulate the failure process before beginning.

After a study on the existing preheating scheme of vehicle engines, we propose to design an onboard electromagnetic preheating unit. Connected to 220v power, the unit may generate a high frequency alternating magnetic field through rectification and inversion. It will heat the engine cover directly and constantly to conduct heat to the engine and its oil so that the temperature rises up to meet the conditions for vehicles to start up.

Puli central mall, with super high-rise steel-concrete composite structure, is one of the landmarks in the city of Jinan. During the construction process, the vertical deformation of the structure is crucial. This paper based on the finite element analysis software Ansys, uses the refined finite element method to numerically model the elastic, creep and shrinkage deformation during the construction process, in order to gain the vertical deformation and the difference of deformation between core and frame. The pre-control methods for reducing vertical deformation are proposed for design and construction based on the modeling results and the relevant theory, beneficial to guide the construction process for this project.

In the excavation process of Foundation Pit in Soft Soil area, it will cause the large uplift of stand column, and may cause the instability and failure of foundation pit in case of being serious; but the additional internal force of support system caused by the uplift and sinking of stand column currently has no practical calculation model in the foundation pit design. This article discusses the reason and mechanism for uplift of stand column in the foundation pit, proposes the simplified calculation method of estimating the additional bending moment of inner support through uplift of stand column in allusion to two main influence factors of bottom heave and vertical load caused by the excavation of foundation pit, inversely calculates the permissible additional bending moment of inner support based on this, verifies by combining the monitoring data for uplift of stand column in the actual project, and finally, further proposes the project measures corresponding to the uplift of stand column, hoping to provide beneficial reference for the similar project.

Split Hopkinson Tensile Bar (SHTB) apparatus is widely used in experimentally investigating the mechanical properties of materials. The experimental results are significantly depended on the amplitude, the shape and the wave length of incident wave. However, theres no research on the effect of incident wave especially the influence of parts of the SHTB equipment has been put forward. The mechanism of the overlying and the amplitude of incident wave by FEM has been analyzed, which can give much help for the theory basis of SHTB apparatus design.

Compact layout is a problem widely faced in many branches of science, engineering, is also the key point in lightweight design of product. With the perspective of digital design we divided the layout procedure into three stages-only outers, outer-inner, more objects involved-based on (convex hull plus rubber band) CPR. Motion analysis in each stage is done respectively according to physics principles. Rules of Multi-Object collision response are built in two forms, vertex-edge and edge-edge. Objects motions are determined by their motion analysis and collision response rules. An example of Multi-Object compact layout in stimulation platform is given and feasibility of the method is confirmed.

Due to the existence of underground building, the distribution of displacement field of adjacent foundation pit is obviously different from that of general foundation pit, and it is of great significance to correctly understand the sheltering effect of underground building to displacement field for determining the protection class of foundation pit while supporting design of foundation pit, and protecting the safety of metro station built near and surrounding buildings during the construction. Relying on the foundation pit project of metro station and combining the sensitivity theory through mechanism analysis, this article discovers that the sheltering effect is most obvious when the spacing between the underground building and retaining wall of foundation pit is 0.5H, and the sheltering effect can be ignored when the distance is more than 2H.

Combining use electrochemical measurement and weight loss testing, the inhibition efficiency of an organic inhibitor was studied in a chloride contaminated solution. The results showed that the added inhibitor can enhance the corrosion potential and decreased the corrosion current density of rebar. The weight loss testing confirmed that the inhibitor reduced the corrosion rate of rebar by 80% in the chloride containing solution. Moreover, the linear polarization results are consistent with the weight loss testing, which suggests that the former is an effective method to estimate the inhibition efficiency of inhibitors.

Insufficiency of traditional EB-type silk reeling machine was pointed out after analyzing its traverse mechanism. A novel traverse mechanism driven by non-circular gears with Fourier pitch-line was proposed in order to make up the insufficiency of the traditional EB-type machine. Kinematical mathematic model of this mechanism was established and an aided analysis and simulation software was compiled. A group of preferable parameters was obtained by means of human-computer interactive optimization method. New advantages of uniform roundtrip velocity and better silk winding shape were achieved by the novel traverse mechanism compared to the traditional EB-type mechanism.

This paper proposes a non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) curve extraction algorithm from 2D laser sensor data and 3D simulated data. In robot localization and mapping application, the raw sensor data cannot be stored due to its need of large storage space. However, only a small number of control points of NURBS curve are needed to be stored to recover the geometrical feature of raw data. To comprise the number of control points and accuracy of the extracted curve, global approximation method is adopted to minimize the error between the raw data and the extracted curve. In extraction process, all the weights are set as one firstly. After find the control points, a weight calculation method is developed to update the weight values. The NURBS curve with new weight has smaller error than with original weights. Finally, NURBS curve extraction results from real 2D laser sensor data and 3D simulated data are shown to check the feasibility of proposed algorithms.

This paper attempts to develop a variable sampling plan based on the lifetime performance index CL for exponentially distributed products.Practitioners can use the proposed sampling plan to determine the required sample size and the corresponding critical acceptance value,to make reliable decisions in product acceptance.We also tabulate the required sample size and the corresponding critical acceptance value for various producers risk and the consumers risk.

In response to characters of multi-robot systems in RoboCup soccer game and dependence between decisions of robots, multi-robot systems task allocation was analyzed by means of game theory in this paper. Formalized description based on game theory for multi-robot system task allocation was offered, and a game theory based task allocation algorithm for multi-robot systems (GT-MRTA) was proposed. Experiments show that GT-MRTA has low complexity, and less time-consumption, can obtain comparative schemes with centralized method, and shows good robustness to communication failure and robot failure.

It is an innovative design method in physics that product layout design is abstracted into convex hull plus rubber band simulation layout mode by setting up the optimized model. Based on the physics model of Newtons Second Law, this paper analyzed collision detection methods during the process of realizing reasonable layout, and it is founded that real-time collision detection and collision response during movement, produced components within the given beat, appeared to be the key content of resolving digital model design. In this paper, Area Difference method was adopted to detect when the collision occurred during component movement and what kind of state the component tended to be in collision. At the same time, it also determined the interference degree, solved critical point pose for collision response as well as its generation time and related torque and force, which can confirm the components continued movement model of rotation and sliding. Meanwhile, it employed the Judgment Matrix method to analyze collision response so as to confirm the collision interference relationship and collision action state, movement possessing mode (rotation, sliding and retraction, etc.) within the remaining time after collision with given beat during the layout process. All these provided with a practical solution for digital design of optimized model based on convex hull plus rubber band simulation compact layout.

Parameters of Support Vector Machine are playing an important part in learning performance and generalization capability. The randomness and blindness in selecting SVM model parameters artificially could be eliminated by using group intelligent optimizing algorithm. FOA is a kind of group intelligent optimization algorithm. It has some advantages such as global convergence, connotative parallelism and fast operating speed. However, its optimum efficiency is very sensitive to the length of fixed step. In the course of optimizing, if the step is oversize, it will have preferable global optimizing performance and weak local optimizing capability. On the contrary, if the step is undersize, the local optimizing capability would be powerful and it will have the most probability to lapse into local extreme value. Therefore, a kind of algorithm named Diminishing Step FOA is proposed, the step length minishes progressively along with the process of foraging. So that it would have preferable global optimizing capability in early stage and preferable local optimizing capability in later period. And then, a dynamic balance will be achieved between global and local optimizing capability. The experimental results show that the SVM model using DS-FOA has optimal forecast precision and effect.

Based on the Lagrange finite element method, a simplified computational technique for sliding interface in oblique penetration is proposed in the paper. By applying the 3D finite element program developed on this technique to numerical analog computation of ogive-noded steel rod penetrating in the aluminum target, a result which is consistent with that of A.J.Piekutowskis experiment can be reached. Hence it proves the rationality and validity of the program and method discussed in this paper and that the method is useful in the numerical study of penetration and perforation.

Through earthquake simulation experiment of nine regional confined concrete columns with different axial compression ratio, the bearing capacity and seismic behavior of regional confined concrete columns were studied in this paper. Considering the ductility, stiffness, energy-dissipation performance and related factors of regional confined concrete columns under different axial compression ratio, by comparative analysis of the hysteretic behavior of the specimens, the limit of axial compression ratio of regional confined concrete columns is proposed for seismic design.

This was based on a 330kV substation sewage treatment project. This design provides intelligence and zero discharge for the substation sewage treatment process. It also optimizes the use of technology to provide the economic benefits of a full life cycle. The design will provide notable environmental and economic benefits.

When rolling thread shaft in cross wedge rolling, forming quality of thread is affected by many process parameters such as the thread helix angle, which is a special and complex parameter. However, there is few study of the effect of the thread helix angle on thread shaft forming. In this paper how thread helix angle affects axial metal flow was analyzed from the perspective of rolling force and the forming process of thread shaft was simulated with different helix angles by the deform-3D software. Through the measurement of the point coordinates, the effect of the helix angle on the axial metal flow of rolled pieces was analyzed. Finally, the conclusion was obtained that helix angle causes the asymmetry of axial metal flow with small difference values for asymmetry and the axial metal flow of rolled pieces increases as the helix angle increases. The rolling thread segment can be ensured in the middle of rolled pieces by moving the blank a suitable distance in the reverse direction of the axial flow direction.

Schedule control is one of the main tasks of engineering project management, and effective schedule management is an important means of realization of project objectives. The traditional project schedule management is lack of dynamic adjustment and update, and various drawbacks of the method have been appeared. Last planner system (LPS) is a kind of schedule management of project based TFV theory of lean thinking, which transfers the traditional "push" system into "pull" system for schedule management. Based on the master schedule, look-ahead schedule and weekly work plan, schedule management with LPS will facilitate the realization the projects schedule objective.

The objective of this paper provides a numerical implementation procedure of thermo-metallurgical-mechanical constitute equation based on additively decomposition of strain rate. Together with phase transformation kinetics, the macro material properties are determined by assigning temperature dependent material properties to each phase and by applying mixture rule to combine. Then the constitute equation is implemented into general purpose implicit finite element program via user material subroutine. The effectiveness of developed computational method is confirmed by a Satoh test simulation. Simulation of Satoh test demonstrates that transformation induce plasticity has significant effect of the evolution of residual stress and can not be neglected for alloy steel during hot working process.

A feasible and effective method of thermal hydrolysis to prepare poly (lactic acid) (PLA) oligomers with different controlled molecular weight from PLA is presented in this paper. The thermal hydrolytic reaction was carried out by immerging PLA resin pellets in boiling distilled water for a certain period of time. Ester groups in PLA chains are hydrolytically degraded in the presence of water and thermal, so PLA oligomers with different molecular weight were prepared. The structures and properties of PLA oligomers were characterized by FT-IR, GPC, DSC, etc. The results showed that thermal hydrolytic reaction could effectively reduce the molecular weight of PLA, which declines with the increase of the thermal hydrolytic reaction time. Meanwhile, the content of terminal hydroxyl group, glass transition temperature, melting point of PLA oligomers prepared from thermal hydrolytic reactions exhibit gradual changes with the extension of the thermal hydrolytic time.

In this study, an elastic-plastic finite element model is used to simulate the thermal affected bone (TAZ) during bone drilling process under the condition of constant applied drilling force. Various drilling times and measurement depths are investigated to explore the size of TAZ and stress distributions within the bone. The results indicate that the maximum TAZ occurs at the interface of cortical bone and cancellous bone. The maximum diameter of TAZ is found to be 3.5 mm in this study.

This paper uses both numerical simulation method and experimental research method to study on welding residual stress of high-strength steel of the cone-cylinder hull. Welding is often accompanied by a larger welding residual stress, which directly affects the safety and service life of the hull structure. In order to obtain the distribution of the welding residual stress, the welding procedure was developed by its parameter language by using FE analysis software in this paper. Then the welding residual stress of hot spot region was measured through X-ray nondestructive testing method, and compared it with simulation results. Finally, considering the residual stress as the initial stress, this paper analyzed dynamic response process of the welding structure under combined actions of the welding residual stress and multiaxial loads, which could more accurately determine the stress of welding structure and the location of fatigue risk point. According to the amplitude of damage parameters and strain time-history curve, we can estimate the fatigue life of structure by selecting the corresponding damage models.

In order to determine the supplies of different levels newly-building housing for a certain period of time on the market,promote the supply and demand of newly-building housing into balance structure,and then urge the government to take more effective regulation for dwelling house market.This article is based on the analysis and thinking of the dwelling house filtering theory,and under the general equilibrium condition constructs the dwelling house filtering──equilibrium model.
