Based on characteristics of stainless steel cold-rolled products pickling wastewater, a new process route with advantages of sludge originally reduction, wastewater two-stage treatment, Heavy metal-contained sludge and calcium-salt sludge separately recovery is developed. As 2 waste-water treatment stations operation results have shown, during the passed 6 years, annual sludge reduction ratios (per tons product) reach 43.64% and 50.29% respectively, realizing 105.6 thousands tons of sludge reduction effect and 68.04 millions CNY economic benefits. After two-stage process treatment, effluent water can reach emission standards steadily, Fe,Cr and Ni total contents in the front-part heavy-metal sludge increase from 10% to 30~40% compared with that of one-stage wastewater traditional treatment process, with dramatically decrease of F and S impurities content, therefore it can be used as ferric-contained sludge; while among the post-part calcium-salt sludge, F and S recovery ratios reach 20~40%, with Fe,Cr and Ni total content falls below 3%, therefore it can be used as fluorgypsum or fluorite. Since this technology fit the trend of hazardous waste original reduction and resource categorized recycle, it has a broad application prospect in stainless steel enterprise.

Recently, energy saving and emission reduction get more attention in the world, electric power industry is one of the major sectors of energy consumption. The national government has issued a series of related policies and regulations to change the power structure and control pollutant emissions, in order to improve the level of energy conservation and emission reduction. Some problems exist in the current policies and regulations. This paper puts forward measures and suggestions to strengthen energy conservation and emission reduction.

An audio digital watermarking algorithm based on QR decomposition and dither-modulation quantization is proposed. Arnold transform is utilized to scramble watermarking image in order to improve the security of the algorithm. Then chaotic sequence encrypts the watermarking which was folded before. DCT coefficients of the original audio signal are selected to embed the encrypted watermarking after QR decomposition. Dither-modulation quantization changes the largest R component values of the QR decomposition. Imperceptibility, security and robust test results show that the present method is more robust, and possesses good transparency and high security compared with the scheme based on SVD and dither-modulation quantization.

Frontal polymerization is an fast, energy saving approach to prepare polymers and its composites. nanoCarbon /epoxy composite were prepared by frontal polymerization in this study. The composite was prepared using test-tube, and the reacting front was triggered by hot air gun. It was found that increasing the amount of hardener from 10wt% to 20wt%, the reacting frontal propagating velocity of pure epoxy system increased from 0.11mm/s to 0.34mm/s. With the increasing amount of nanocarbon black, the electrical conductivity of the composite was improved. Along the direction of the frontal polymerization, the conductivity of the composite did not change obviously which indicating the forming of uniform nanocarbon black/epoxy composite by frontal polymerization.

We introduce the principle of AdaBoost face detection algorithm based on Haar-like feature in detail, and use OpenCV face detection module to realize AdaBoost algorithm on CMU face library. Experimental results show that the algorithm receives good effects. Meanwhile we analyze the relationship between the number of simple classifier and face detection result.

UVA is seldom applied in UV inactivation or disinfection, however, it may be more suitable for underwater photo-catalysis treatment. Since the wavelength of UVA is longer than UVC, the former has higher transmission ability and encounter less disturbance of suspending substances in water. Also, the exciting wavelength of UVA is between 365nm and 413nm which coincides with the wavelength of UVA. Hence, the spatial distribution of UVA radiation is studied for a 15W UVA lamp. The decaying tendencies of UVA radiation intensity were probed over horizontal and vertical distance, behind large amounts of experimental data. Optimal radiation conditions plan to be detected based on the research to guide the UVA treatment.

Processing and interpretation of magnetic data usually require information of total magnetization direction. However, under the effects of remanent magnetization, total magnetization direction is different from induced magnetization direction, which makes data processing and interpretation complexity. In this paper, we present a new method by cross-correlation of magnetic dipole source for determination of magnetization direction from relatively isolated and approximate equiaxial-shape magnetic total field anomaly. This method calculates cross-correlation coefficient between observed magnetic total field anomaly and theoretical magnetic total field anomaly caused by a magnetic dipole source, by using a set of varying parameters of positions and total magnetization direction of dipole source for trial and error. The corresponding magnetization direction of maximum correlation coefficient is regarded as estimated total magnetization direction. Test on synthetic data indicates that this method reliably and effectively estimates the magnetization direction from relatively isolated and approximate equiaxial-shape magnetic total field anomaly.

Chain SVG device is connected to the power grid via the reactor which is also referred to as connection reactor. Compared with other reactors of reactive compensation devices, It’s not like the serial filtering reactor which simply provides a specific quantity of inductive reactive power, or parallel phase control reactor which provides continuously adjustable inductive reactive power. The connection reactor in SVG is related to the impact of SVG on the power grid, the impact of the power grid system on SVG, and in particular, the compensation capacity and effect of SVG. Therefore, during design, requirements of SVG and electrical property of the compensated system should both be considered. In this paper, the impact of the connection reactor on SVG stable operation is analyzed in detail. The design principle that when choosing the reactor parameters, the impact on power unit DC side voltage should be prioritized is proposed, and simulation verification is conducted by using of PSCAD software. A reasonable reactor is selected for a 10kV SVG based on the conclusion. The actual operation result verifies the rationality of design.

The Smart Hybrid Powerpack (SHP) is an electro-hydraulic system which combines the system of Electro Hydraulic Actuator (EHA) and advanced technologies such as network fault tolerance and intelligent control. EHA system has been famous in the industry because that the EHA acts as a power-shift which shifts the power from high-speed electric motor to the high-force of hydraulic cylinder by bi-directional piston pump. If errors in the plant and network occur in the SHP, the system will cause serious malfunctions. To reduce plant noises and network errors, this paper shows the intelligent control method comparing Self-tuning fuzzy with fuzzy control and network fault tolerant error control coding in the SHP. In the intelligent control part, the simulation result shows good performance to reduce plant noises by the self-tuning fuzzy than fuzzy control. In the network fault tolerant error control coding part, proposed scheme also shows good performance by CRC code and Reed-Solomon (R-S) code in two channel (CRT) method than one channel only. We developed LabVIEW Graphic User Interface (GUI) to show these simulation results. Using this GUI, we can save time to experiment and get benefit of guidance to make real program.

This paper investigates a miniature rectangular triplate-printed antenna, which acts as a magnetic field probe to estimate amplitude of the RF Electromagnetic Interference current by non-contact measurement. To characterize the probe, a current transfer factor defined as the ratio of the probed voltage over the current is investigated by measuring the frequency-dependent S-parameter. Moving and rotating the probe will change the current transfer factor, and then significantly affect the estimation of the RF current under detection. To specify the application of the probe, the spatial dependences of the current transfer factor are systematically studied, and in agreement with the calculation of the magnetic field generated by the RF current.

It introduces a kind of technique method that recycling alkaline zincate zinc plating waste liquid in laboratory, involving the fields in electroplating and comprehensive utilization of waste liquid. This method is introduced that with adopting materials such as HCl, NaOH, H2O2, activated carbon, dithiocarbamate diethyl ester, chloroform, ammonia and baking furnace, incinerator, pH test paper, for treatment of the waste liquid through some processes like neutralization, filtration, chemistry precipitation, extraction, distillation, burning, so that some recycled substances in it can be reused such as distilled water, zinc oxide, and as to those can not be recycled, carry on the harmlessization handle by incineration or deep bury.

It introduces a kind of technique method that recycling sylvite zinc plating waste liquid laboratory, involving the fields in electroplating and comprehensive utilization of waste liquid. It includes the following steps: first add hydrogen peroxide and activated carbon into waste liquid to remove the organic matter in it, and then reduce the solution’s temperature with refrigeration film, and filter out the solid contents. Add NaOH solid, NaHSO3 into the solution, through chemical reactions, precipitate the heavy metal element, and finally get distilled water through distillation. It can make the recycled materials be reused, such as distilled water, boric acid, etc., and as to nonrecyclables, such as heavy metal ions (Cu2+, Cr3+), bury them deep that disposing harmless.

In many real-world applications, warm standby redundancy is a commonly applied technique that can compromise recovery time and energy consumption in the fault-tolerant system design. It is considered as a generalization of cold standby and hot standby techniques and has attracted lots of research attentions. In this paper, a demand-based warm standby system subject to imperfect fault coverage is studied. The demand-based system consists of components with different capacities and fails if the cumulative capacity of working components is lower than the desired system demand. To adapt to different fault covering mechanisms, this paper considers two different kinds of fault coverage models, i.e. element level coverage and fault level coverage. A multi-valued decision diagram based approach is proposed to analyze the system reliability. The suggested method is combinatorial and has no limitation on the type of time-to-failure distributions for system components. An example is presented to illustrate the application and advantage of the proposed method.

Furthermore, the interest and enthusiasm of students are greatly improved, as well as the cognitive competence, innovativeness and team spirit. As a result, the teaching effects are dramatically improved.

For the purpose of making a smart car which can recognize the road make up of a black line wide of 2.5cm and white background, a video capture system based on SAA7113 is designed. The chip SAA7113, a video decoder, is used for video capture of the smart car. First, the hardware of SAA7113 peripheral circuit is designed, through the SAA7113, the analog video signal collected from CCD sensor is converted into digital, and the valid row signals and parity field signals are extracted. Second, the initialize configuration of SAA7113 is realized via the I2C bus. Finally, the algorithm of video capture is proposed. The results showed that the video capture system can get a 30x80 image every 20ms, and the image can basically reflect the road information, which can be meet the control requirements of the smart car.

With the constant development of digital technology nowadays, architectural creation is undergoing great changes on design ideas and realization methods. With the international events held recent years, there comes more and more international design competition on large sports center, in which digital technology has become a major boost of design innovation. Meanwhile, digital design method has achieved a change from media reproduction to the body resulting. Based on the analysis of typical examples of large sports center design using digital technology, this paper makes a deep study of the application of digital technology in the international design competition of large sports center through digitized form, digital manufacturing and control processing.

Based on fuzzy decision theory, multi objective fuzzy optimization is done for the dynamic isolation model scheme of self-anchored cable-stayed suspension bridge. Using two comparison theory solves the problem of quantifying the qualitative indexes and distinguish the concepts of importance and superiority. Combining the fuzzy decision method with engineering practice and using the results of five cases are proposed for multi objective fuzzy optimization. Comparison results show that it is more reasonable to place lead rubber bearings not only between pier and girder, but also main tower and girder, with viscous dampers between main tower and girder on the same time. This method can provide a reference for structure selection in practical conceptual design phase.

There is a very significant application today towards multiple zone fracturing operations in a horizontal well of low permeability reservior all over the world. But the number of the ball seat activated sliding sleeves that can be run in a well is limited because of the design and cant meet the need of volume fracturing in low permeability reservoir; Also the sleeves can only be shifted by CT, which extend the length of the operation and add to the overall costs. This paper introduces a kind of sleeve which is controlled by RFID and meet the need of volume fracturing, the number of sleeves that can be run in a well using this technology is essentially unlimited and can be operated remotely[1-3]. It is eay to operate and no intervention; It is proved by field test that this sleeve is reliable and can meet the field application.

Electrochemical micro machining is a critical micro machining technology. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) complex electrolyte in electrochemical micro machining (ECM) of stainless steel. The micro machining of stainless steel is difficult by electrochemical machining, especially in machining deep micro holes, because of an oxide layer formed on the surface. In this paper, ECM of stainless steel in EDTA complex electrolyte was researched. The influence of electrochemical machining parameters such as pulse duration, electrolyte composition to machine stainless steel was investigated. The results showed that EDTA can enhance the stability of electrochemical machining and the electrolyte is eco-friendly.

Inspired by the non-smooth structure of the leading edge of owls wing,a bionic wavy cylindrical surface is proposed in this paper to reduce the aerodynamic noise of a cylindrical rod. The effects of bionic wavy surface on the aerodynamic and aeroacoustic performance of the cylinder are investigated by wind tunnel and numerical simulation. The fluctuating pressure of the smooth cylinder and the bionic wavy surface cylinder are tested by pulsating pressure sensors in FD-09 low speed wind tunnel of China Aerospace Aerodynamics Research Institute. The fluctuating pressure of the bionic wavy surface cylinder is significantly lower than that of the smooth cylinder. We used the software ANSYS FLUENT to research the effect of the bionic wavy surface on the aerodynamic characteristics and aerodynamic noise of a cylinder by the Large Eddy Simulation (LES) and the Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings (FW-H) equation. Compared with the smooth cylinder, the aerodynamic noise of the bionic wavy cylinder is reduced by 6.7dB. A study of the relationship between the fluctuating lift and the aerodynamic noise size is conducted. We found that the sound pressure level of the wavy surface cylinder is significantly lower when the lift fluctuation amplitude decreased. Bionic wavy surface can effectively restrain the separated shear layer transition to turbulence. The frequency of vortex shedding which causes the lift fluctuations is reduced, so the aerodynamic noise of the circular cylinder is reduced. Inspired by stripe shaped structure of owl wing feathers, V-ring surface was proposed in this paper to reduce the aerodynamic noise of a circular cylinder. The effects of V-ring surface on the aerodynamic and aeroacoustic performance of the cylinder were investigated by wind tunnel and numerical simulation. We tested the fluctuating pressure of the smooth cylinder and the V-ring surface cylinder by pulsating pressure sensor in FD-09 wind tunnel of China Academy of Aerospace Aerodynamics(CAAA). At a wind speed of 42m/s, the Reynolds number is 1.62105 based on the cylinder diameter D of 58mm. The test results showed that the overall fluctuating pressure on the measurement points of the V-ring surface cylinder was significantly decreased compared with the smooth cylinder. The mechanisms of aerodynamic noise control of circular cylinder by V-ring surface were studied by the Large Eddy Simulation(LES)and the Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings (FW-H)equation. The numerical simulation results showed that the aerodynamic noise of the V-ring surface cylinder was reduced by 4.1dB compared to the smooth cylinder. The sound pressure of V-ring surface cylinder model is reduced when the lift fluctuation becomes lower. The V-ring surface is capable of reducing the frequency of the vortex shedding and controlling the fluctuating lift force induced by unstable vortices acting on the cylinder surface. The pits is a typical biomimetic surface morphology, typically it is beneficial to reduce the flow drag on the wall surface. In this paper, a method combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is adopted, it carries out a flow and stress analysis on the wall surface distributed by 3mm-diameter pits with typical bionic surface morphology, reveals the forms down stream flow field and the pit internal as well as the distribution of stress, it also analyzes the relationship between the viscous drag of the pit wall surface, the pressure drag and the flow drag, comparing the size of the downstream shear stress of the smooth wall and wall surface distributed with pits, investigates the mechanism of the downstream shear stress decreases on the biomimetic pit wall surface.

Using wavelet analysis for non-stationary signal de-noising of electro-mechanical system is considered to be the best approach, and wavelet threshold de-noising method is the most simple method that needs the minimum amount of calculation. But this method in selecting threshold functions needs to be improved. Based on different domestic and foreign methods of improving threshold function, propose an improved bivariate threshold function. According to the simulation of non-stationary signal de-noising, the results show that the optimal de-noising results of different signals exist by taking different parameters. Compared with all the de-noising effects, application of the bivariate threshold function considering signal-to-noise ratio and mean square error is superior to the traditional soft and hard threshold functions. At the same time, it can significantly improve the filtering precision, and reserve the main signal details while effectively removing the noise well.

It’s necessary to establish a perfect dust water supply system according to Coal mine safety regulations. In order to do researches on the reliability of mine dust water supply network, this paper deduces the similarity number of flow rate and pressure under the condition of abnormal similarity, and establish the physical model of mine water supply network according to the gravity similarity criterion at first in lin-nan mine as the background. Monitor the running status of the whole network, measure the flow rate and pressure of the monitoring stations, and then contrast the experiment result and EPANETH simulation result with the data of the original network. The results show that physical model meets gravity similarity under the condition of abnormal similarity, which provides the experimental basis for the follow-up research on mine water supply network.

The embedded boost power factor correction (PFC), which is realized by a storable duty cycle control method, has been verified that it can achieve good performance when the input voltage is standard sinusoidal signal. But the input current can not keep the good sinusoidal waveform all the time when the amplitude of the input voltage changes. In order to solve the problem, this paper presents a duty cycle adjustment strategy for embedded boost power factor correction. This strategy can adjust the duty cycle data synchronously when the amplitude of the input voltage changes. Its test results show that the adjustment strategy can achieve better performance to make the input current follow the shape and phase of the input voltage. The proposed duty cycle adjustment strategy can get the embedded boost power factor correction more effective and practical.

This paper proposes a new digital constant-current control method for high-power LED drive based on buck-boost topology. In this control system, buck-boost topology is used as the power conversion. The output voltage can be either higher or lower than the input voltage in buck-boost topology. Therefore, it solves the problem that in the buck topology the input voltage is required to be always higher than the output voltage. Furthermore, according to the input and output parameters, the duty cycle data which are used to maintain output current constant can be calculated in advance, and stored in the embedded chip. Thus, it can reduce the calculation of the embedded chip and solves the problem that the existing digital constant-current controllers need the high-speed analog-to-digital converter. In addition, in order to reduce the error generated in above calculation, the double threshold feedback circuit is used to fine-tune the duty cycle and makes the output current more steady and accurate. Meanwhile, due to adopting full-digital control, the brightness and flicker frequency of load LED can be conveniently regulated by modifying the system firmware. Therefore, this method can apply to the device of illumination, lighting decoration, visible light communication and so on.

In case of highway road construction often beneath existing overpass project, the filling of neighboring embankment may cause lateral displacement of bridge piers, which seriously threaten the safety of bridge. One case history, for inclination disease of overpass bridge piers in soft soil area, was presented. Aiming at the deformation of piers caused by the neighboring embankment construction, the displacement feature of bridge bearings were tracked and measured by site monitoring, and the damaged position of piles were clarified with low strain dynamic test. For these geological traits, the reasons of the inclination were analyzed. And the rectification method of applying surcharge load for smaller deviation (50mm) and the rectification method of pushing combined traction for serious deviation (>50mm) were respectively put forward on the basis of the lateral displacement statistics of bearings and the analytical standard set by Bozozuk. Site observation indicates these rectification methods can achieve the desired results.

Based on the theory of the Terzaghi 1-D consolidation and the linear compressibility of soil, a rational method for regionalization of recompression and compression in the distribution of the excess pore-water pressure under overloading-unloading was presented. A simple generalized expression of the ground settlement rate applied to insufficient-load preloading, equal-load preloading, surcharge preloading and a time expression of insufficient-load preloading, surcharge preloading relative to equal-load preloading were further derived. The relationship mechanism of settlement rate and time of insufficient-load preloading, surcharge preloading relative to equal-load preloading are discussed based on the same allowed post-construction settlement.

Strain Galactomyces sp. M-2 from activated sludge was used as parent strain and then UV mutation breeding was performed. Finally we obtained a quality strain UVM8 suitable for the production of bioflocculant which flocculating activity is 92.8%. It showed there is excellent stable flocculating activity for stain UVM8 in the flocculating stability experiment. Further studies showed the best flocculation effect was obtained when C/N ration is 20:2 and pH is 8 in the initial culture medium.

In the pilot research for treatment of the purified terephthalic acid (PTA) wastewater with the functional strain Fhhh in the carrier activated sludge process (CASP) effectively, control of the value of COD: TN: TP and the concentrations of Cu, Mn, Se and Zn were conducted to improve the manganese peroxidase (MnP) level. When the value of COD:TN:TP was 100:0.36:0.15 and the concentrations of Cu, Mn, Se and Zn were 0.54, 5.07, 0.00 and 0.08mg/L, the specific activity value of MnP reached a higher level being 689 units while the sludge loading rate was 1.09 d-1. This value of the sludge loading rate was those of 4-7fold of the other processes reported. The data suggested that improving MnP level could enhance the degradability for Fhhh. And the potentials for Fhhh in the PTA wastewater CASP will be also discussed in this paper.

The physical model of magneto hydrodynamic explosive munition using ferroelectric ceramics as primary source is established. The equivalent circuit of primary source, MFCG and magneto hydrodynamic accelerating model is analyzed by current transfer process. The security system is designed for the new ammunition, and its initiation timing is analyzed. A microsecond detonation control method is also given.

This paper records the practice of Web2.0 used in the assessment of technological personnel on seismology, and is of considerable importance for improving the assessment methodology and establishing a scientific assessment system of the seismological personnel.

Roundabouts have since become increasingly common. Statistically, roundabouts are safer for drivers and pedestrians than both traffic circles and traditional intersections. However, in the actual life, now roundabout faces the challenge that the traffic flow exceeds the limit. In order to decrease the construction cost and maximize the benefits, in accordance with the analysis of the roundabout capacity and traffic signal control, the author put forward a self-suitable red light adjustment scheme based on BP neural network. At last, integrating the roundabout traffic management system actually investigated, selecting the data to do the test to prove the validity of the mentioned scheme.

The two-point multi-section method has higher precision than two-point correction algorithm and had lower operation load than multi-point correction algorithm. We realized the two-point multi-section method by the use of FPGA hardware module.

Due to the instability of the output in wind power, there exists some difficulties on wind power merger to electricity grid. The fast forecasting of output of wind power is in favor of reasonable allocation system and increase the possibility of power merger in a large scale. Based on the actual wind power data, this article utilizes the one order differential method to remove data unsteady and obtains the stable data. In view of the ARMA time series, a numerical prediction model of wind power output is established. The results show that the model has good precision and can be used in the production practice.

As an effective tool for achieving sustainable development, cleaner production is playing an increasingly prominent role in China’s industrial and environmental protection policies. In this paper, the authors evaluate the implementation of cleaner production among 51 enterprises in Qingdao by cleaner production audit report. Results show that, significant economic and environmental benefits are achieved by implementing cleaner production. To promote the development of cleaner production, increasing financial and political support as well as publicity and training are urgent tasks for Qingdao.

Aiming at the application requirements of this over-speed warning system for preventing the secondary accidents on expressway, this study has conducted certain researches on vehicle speed detection, license plate recognition, and wireless warning techniques. Through settling certain key technologies as over-speed vehicle recognition and license plate recognition based on video tracking, this study would accomplish the portable over-speed warning system model used on expressway and provide technical support for the prevention of secondary accidents on expressway.

Outdoor experiments confirmed the Gaussian fitting matching algorithm to ensure a stable spot image.

To fulfill the requirements of processing, analysis and inversing the observational data of experimentations, simulation software for the inversion of satellite experimentations is designed and developed independently on the developing platform of Qt, based on satellite observational data inverse theory. It provides a simulation and calculation platform for analysis and evaluation of space tests. By using dynamics principle and energy conservation principle, the software resolves inverse problems in satellite orbital dynamics. This article mainly presents the function and design method of the software, explains the design goals, shows the overall design framework, and emphasizes key technologies and countermeasures in process of the software design and realization. The software could be used to investigate the inversion of observational data and evaluate technologic indexes in satellite tests.

The edge information of pupil was extracted by the least-square method, and the iris outer circle was extracted by the improved Canny Operator plus Hough Transform. The segmental-secondary linear localization method adopting edge detection and Radon Transform was proposed to remove the noise from eyelid on the eyelid localization, the eyelash noise and eyelid shadows were removed by threshold method.

In this paper, linking with the basic principle of FCM (Fuzzy c-means clustering) algorithm, on the basis of theory research, a method of the cluster analysis of FCM based on artificial life is proposed. The artificial life approach is promising in image processing because it is inherently parallel and coincides with the self-governing biological process. Firstly, the approximate optimal solution obtained by the FCM algorithm is taken as the original value, then combined with intensity-texture-position feature space in order to produce connected regions shown in the image, the final segmentation result is achieved at last. The experiment results prove that in the view of the sport image segmentation, this algorithm provides fast segmentation with high perceptual segmentation quality.

China is conducting a lunar exploration mission named “Chang’e project”. The goal of the exploration mission is to obtain the drilling core without breaking the original geological information. Since the characteristics of drilling object in lunar exploration mission are different from the soil on the earth, efforts should be greatly made on special sampling methods, sampling drills and the appropriate sampling strategies. Herein, we proposed a novel drilling and coring method, in which a soft-bag is mounted in a rotary-percussive drill for lunar soil sampling. In the process of lunar soil drilling, the driving parameters of several moving units are strongly coupled. The moving units should work cooperatively in order to acquire high coring rate and low power consumption. The relationship between the coring quantity and the drilling parameters will be discussed through experiments. The research showed a clear correlation between rotary drilling torque, sample quantity and rev-feed ratio under specific lunar soil conditions.

Fracture test was performed on conventional joint of steel box column-H steel beam. The test results indicate that the conventional joints brittle fracture at butt weld of beam flanges. The performance of joints of steel box column-H steel beam strengthened with haunches is numerically simulated based on an ellipsoidal fracture model considering of welding residual stress and welding defects. The simulated results show that, for the joints of box column-H beam strengthened with haunches, the plastic rotation of could reach 0.03rad and the bearing capacity increased by 20% compared with that of the conventional joint.

This paper presents the use of a fuzzy logic controller combined with Machine Vision to improve the accuracy to identify ball and speed to approaching ball in Robot Soccer. The conventional robot control consists of methods for path generation and path following. When a robot moves away the desired track, it must return immediately, and while doing so, the obstacle avoidance behavior and the effectiveness of such a path are not guaranteed. So, motion control is a difficult task, especially in real time and high speed control. To achieve good control performance and requirements for timeliness, accuracy to identify and approach the ball, the paper designs a sugeno fuzzy control system, which could make robot complete the whole football performance, including finding, approaching and shooting ball. At the end of the paper, to validate the proposed fuzzy algorithm, the experiment on METALFIGHTER-2 humanoid robot has been run, which showed that the fuzzy controller is effectiveness and robustness.

The pile-base post-grouting technology can solve the bottom slime and the shaft mud-cake which are the two principal deterioration factors of slurry bored piles. The enhancement effect of pile-base post-grouting was analyzed through the comparison static loading tests and summarization of literature data. The hysteretic nature of the enhancement effect was revealed and the abnormal phenomena was analyzed that the initial loading stiffness of deep pile with post-grouting was lower compared with the pile without post-grouting. The settlement-reducing effect of post-grouting is limited at serviceability limit states and the additional settlement effect of end resistance enhancement of pile with post-grouting is proposed.

Element-free Galerkin method (EFGM) is successfully applied to solve the bending problem of plates on a Winkler foundation. The shape function which is characteristic of high-time continuity is formulated by means of weight function. A way to incorpor- ate the self-adaptive influential radius in weight function is proposed. Based on variational principle, this paper derives control equation for the bending of plates on a Winkler foundation from Mindlin-Reissner plate theory. Using penalty function mothed, assembled stiffness matrix which is real symmetry positive definite matrix is deduced. This method can solve the bending problem of plates with different boundary conditions on a Winkler foundation. The corresponding computer programs of EFGM and post-process programs are also developed. Numerical examples show that EFGM solving the bending of plates on a Winkler found is reasonable and feasible. This present study provides a newly effective numerical method for the Winkler foundation bending problem and expands the application field of EFGM.

The load transfer property of embankment fills, cushion, pile (or with cap) and foundation soils are complicated in a piled embankment. In this paper, the vertical load effects of pile and foundation soils at the bottom of embankment were analyzed with consideration of the interaction of each component. The arching effect of embankment fills and the pile-soil interaction were respectively formulated, and then, with continuous displacements and stresses at the bottom of embankment, a calculation method of pile-soil stress ratio was presented. In addition, the influence of the setting of cushion and geosynthetic was analyzed. The present method could definite the load sharing between pile and soil, and may be applied in the engineering design of embankment supported by spares piles.

CNC grinder is considered as the key equipment of camshaft production line. Its reliability directly influences the quality of the products. This article takes an analysis of fault record of 15 sets of CNC grinders of production line, gets failure positions analysis, and then reaches data of failure modes, fault reason of CNC grinder. Comprehensive analyses of criticality for the machine are done through establishing models. Therefore, this analysis provides technical basis for repair, maintenance and update of CNC grinder of camshaft production line.

A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor was applied to detect influenza-A virus in human. The detection scheme was based on the measurement of SPR response unit resulting from the hybridization of biotinylated DNA probe immobilized on the SPR chip modified with streptavidin and the product of polymerase chain reaction reversed from the influenza-A virus RNA segment (AB514942). The prepared biosensor demonstrated optimum performance in 200 mM phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with a pH value of 7.5 and exhibited good sensitivity with a detection limit of 0.5 pM for perfect complementary hybridization. In addition, the prepared biosensor can effectively discriminate perfect complementary and other three types of mismatch: base substitute, base insertion and base deletion in 200 mM phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with a pH value of 7.5. Furthermore, the influenza-A virus in throat swab samples was directly (without RNA extraction, and amplification) detected with the prepared machine, and the result showed that the SPR response unit was in response to the dilution factor of throat swabs. Better sensitivity and specificity based on Surface Plasmon Resonance biosensor were obtained which demonstrated a promising potentiality in detecting influenza-A virus
