In this paper we solve the three-dimensional coordinate that the satellite is relative to the geocentric coordinate under certain conditions, making use of the satellite orbit standard trajectory differential equations. By means of the method of tri-parametric equation fitting, we confirm the three-dimensional trajectory function of target flying object to geocentric coordinate in double satellites observation conditions, and analyze theoretical errors.

This paper mainly researches the deterministic methods that discriminating threshold by signal noise ration of different kinds of genes, approaches the relation between frequency spectrum and signal noise ration under Voss mapping and Z-curve mapping, and concludes the deterministic methods and threshold results of different kinds of gene thresholds.

This paper analyzes the relevant factor which influences the accident severity, and puts forward BP neural network traffic accident serious level model based on principal component analysis, it selects the main causes and accident serious level of 344 traffic accidents in Harbin in 2003 on the main road as the training and binding of the model, make sure that there is a good correspondence between the related main causes and the serious level. The model provides reference for the main control factors in order to determine the serious level of road traffic accidents of Nonlinear Systems.

China has become the worlds largest emitter in carbon dioxide. Power generation enterprises are the concentrated source of carbon dioxide emission. As the core mechanism in carbon trading market, price mechanism influences the markets function a lot. This paper analyses the initial carbon emission price mechanism and the forming mechanism and influence factors and puts forward the design scheme to implement carbon emission right price mechanism. Finally it makes suggestion to perfect the price control mechanism. The conclusion shows that the initial carbon dioxide emission right price control is beneficial to control and reduce the carbon dioxide emission from generation enterprise.

Backfill is needed after putting pipes in the trench and the stress changes with the change of overburden compaction multiplier. We use CAESAR II to do stress analysis and draw the reasonable overburden compaction multiplier on a gas pipeline. By changing the soil overburden compaction multiplier and comparing pipes mean stress value, when the overburden compaction multiplier is set to 3, operation, primary and secondary stress ratio would reach minimum. And with the increase of overburden compaction multiplier, the stress ratio increases slightly.

This paper presents a rocket recovery system logger program. The equipment mainly used in the recycling system of the missile-borne solid state memory. As the signal transmitter, the Beacon is set under the memory of the rocket, sending GPS information real-time when the memory falls down to the ground. For the ground recovery system, we can dispose the specific location of each node based on the topography by calculating the landing area of the beacon. A beacon transponder is placed on each node and each beacon transponder of the node can better receive signal and transmit it to the control center correctly. Every beacon transponder has only one corresponding MAC address, so the control center can distinguish which one is sending signal. This paper designs the framework of the network nodes and the transmission of the physical model, it also analysis the signal transmission system problems such as the high dynamic Doppler effect, the theoretical analysis and experimental verification. The experiment demonstrates that the network node is a particular promising approach in wireless transmission technologies.

This paper presents a fiber different pressure sensor based on intensity modulation,This sensor is composed of number of pressure sensing probes, the form of each probe is used to the fiber axis symmetric distribution, Using the analytical method to establish a mathematical model of light intensity modulation function M, this mathematical model showed a ratio of the received light intensity and entered light intensity, the ratio is mainly composed of the effective receiving area S and the reflected light cone end diameter R, finally using the simulation method to calculate the output light intensity ratio curve of the receiving fiber when the distance parameter was changed, and imposed a range of pressure P on the elasticity of thin slices, the results showed that the value of has little effect on the sensor measuring range. Finally, done the level monitoring experiment in one container, and obtained that the change of output signal and liquid level had the same trend.Studies have shown that, by this structure of the differential pressure sensor designed, can be achieved for different pressure range and accuracy detection.

Wind energy curtailment to reduce wind power and solving wind power grid connected problem is the key element to increase wind power grid-connected and promote renewable energy development. Firstly, from the perspective of clean energy development ,utilization and increasing in wind farm investment income, this paper has analyzed the reason of wind energy curtailment, and summarized effective policies for the management of wind energy curtailment from all over the world. On this basis, this paper considered the loss of interest of thermal units during wind power peak regulation, in order to enhance the enthusiasm of thermal units to participate wind power and thermal power bale delivery, this paper has established wind power, thermal power bale delivery model of calculation of interest. From the numerical example, we conclude that after wind power and thermal power generation rights trading, the wind turbine will get higher revenue due to higher pool purchase price,while thermal power units are exposed to a loss because the tradeoff price is lower than the stake electrovalence.

By modeling for the energy conservation and pollutants emission reduction of subway, the paper takes the subway as an electricity-replacing-oil strategy .Compared with the road oil consumption transportation, subway proves to be efficient in energy saving and environmental protection. It also has a large potential in further improvement.

Present a semi-automatic method to rapid reconstruct 3D building models from point cloud based on building semantic objects, its symmetric and repeated properties, introduce its basic theory and detailed work flow. Experiment investigation shows that the method is more efficient and more productivity than existing reconstructing methods.

High pressure die casting is a high volume component manufacturing process which is used extensively in many aspects. There are many factors affecting the quality of die-casting die. In this paper, the CAE simulations of filling and solidification processes for die-casting are studied. Numerical analyses are presented for two practical die-casting parts using HZ CAE software. The temperature distributions and filling states in solidification and filling process are presented. Then the deficiencies of the part are predicted. Based on the analyzing results, the structures of the two dies are optimized and longer die service life and high-quality castings are obtained. It is proved that CAE simulation results can offer a helpful reference for die-casting die design.

In order to solve the problems of the waste of resources, and reduce the cost directly caused by the short life of the hot die in enterprises, this paper analyzes the wear of hot die which is one of the main factors affecting service life, and a thought that enhanced mold through laser surface local stripe grid bionic process is pointed out. Different from traditional laser hardening technology, the service life of mold processed by bionic laser melting enhancement simulating butterfly wings is nearly doubled. Experimental results provide a new way to improve die life, and the application of laser local stripe grid bionic process will bring enterprises significant economic benefits for its extension in mould industry.

For the short life of enterprise hot work die directly caused to problems in the waste of resources and the rising cost of production. Based on studying the biological prototype of crack-resistance of dragonfly wings and finding surface thermal fatigue crack is one of the main factors affecting life of the hot work mould, it is put forward thoughts about the local laser bionic strengthening the grid mould surface. Different from the traditional mould surface integral laser transformation hardening (LTH) technology, by using laser melting simulating dragonfly wings to block localized crack in the partial surface of mold, bionic strengthened die life is improved within 1~1.5 times. Experiment results on die steel shows that it is provided a new method to improve the service life of die casting mold and promoting this technology will bring significant economic benefits for the mold industry.

In order to rescue the problems of controlling laser bionic strengthening local stripe of mould surface quality, it is put forward thoughts about the laser bionic local melting stripe of mould surface quality detection based on acoustic signal. Analyzed with the relationship between defocusing distance and acoustic signal characteristic, laser bionic strengthening local stripe quality, the results show that acoustic signal is weakened with the increased absolute value of defocusing distance. As the defocusing distance is 0mm, the role of the laser is primarily ablation and the stripe quality is the worst; the function of laser on the surface materials is too weak to strengthen when the defocusing distance is -4mm; laser on target surface plays its role of strengthening, mainly owing to melting, with defocusing distance of +4mm. Overall tests show that, based on the quantitative detection of acoustic signal characteristic, it could inspect and control the quality of strengthening stripe, and it will realize the overall control of laser bionic strengthening mould surface quality with guiding significance.

Comparing with the old medical record, EMR(Electronic Medical Record)has more advantages on morden society. While XML plays an important part in EMR, so people make no efforts to study the XML. There are two data models of XML, which are DTD and XML Schema .Firstly the paper introduces these two data models, then analysis advantages and disadvantages through an instance, finally draws the conclusion.
