In dynamic cooperative games, a player may use ‘irrational’ acts to extort additional gains if conditions allow. For the differential game problem occurred in the infinite interval, we propose a new asynchronous irrational behavior proof (AIBP) condition. This condition requires that the later the irrational behaviors appear, i.e., the more time the player participates in cooperation, the higher payoff the player will get. Considering the differential game about the problem of emission reduction among countries, we show that the AIBP condition can make the cooperation last much longer.

Full-service operations competition is going on among Chinese telecom operators. How to offer integrated information service and acquire competitive advantage has become a new research topic. So this paper focuses on the integrated information service, proposes the eco-industrial value chain oriented view for telecom operator and builds the model of integrated information service quality based on SERVQUAL to help China telecom operators make the integrated information service strategies and tactics in dynamic eco-industrial value chain.

A new type of proportion cycle temperature control algorithm is proposed in this paper. Controller can automatically identify temperature constant related to the heater power, combined with the real time environmental temperature change, dynamically modify the heating and cooling time, controlled volatility in setting temperature range.When the mutant short time ambient temperature occurs, it can make rapid response, so as to achieve better control effect.

In view of the existing coal gangue interface identification technology use ray method that it is not applicable to the working face what it dose not contain radioactive elements in the roof or contain low amounts of radioactive elements, and the detection range of radar detection is lesser, the signal attenuation is relatively serious, so putting forward a kind of coal gangue interface recognition based on Mel frequency cepstrum coefficient of MFCC. The method using coal gangue were put down in the process of coal gangue on the difference of the characteristics of the acoustic signal recognition, first of all, using Mel frequency cepstrum coefficient will after denoising coal gangue acoustic signal transformation to the frequency domain processing, extracting the 32 d characteristic parameters of coal and gangue acoustic signal;The experimental results show that the method can accurately identify the coal gangue down state.

Indirect stabilization technology can make the optical seeker lower cost and more compact, but it will also decrease the system’s performance. In order to improve the line-of-sight (LOS) stabilization precision, the indirect stabilized seeker’s model and loop control algorithm must be deeply studied. In this paper, the dynamic model of LOS coordinate frame is created according to the working principle of indirect stabilization system; A new no-angle-error control scheme was proposed. For severse disturbance environment, a feedforward torque compensation control algorithm was proposed based on disturbance torque estimation. The simulation and experiment results show that the proposed control approach can make the system tracking the instruction angular rate quickly and exactly, and also have the strong disturbance resistance ability. The study result will have great significance to the indirect stabilization technology’s theory study and engineering application.
