The internet has become an important engine of economic growth and social progress. China is a vast territory country and the local governments have different policy to promote the application of the internet technology. Therefore, the development of China’s internet industry and regional differences will be studied to discover the regional spread pattern of the internet industry in this article, in order to provide suggestions for the depth development of China’s internet industry. The main finding is there are a lot of differences among China’s internet regional development level. The internet development level of Eastern China has been significantly better than the central and western provinces and cities, and Central China has been better than Western China from 2006 to 2010. Finally, the suggestions will be presented for the regional internet industry development.

The tight sand in the layer 7 of YanChang Formation, Ordos Basin major develops braided river delta and gravity flow deposits. In this paper, based on previous studies on lake pelvic shape, provenance and hydrodynamic, the sand body in the research area has been systematically studied through core observation, logging data, and sedimentary theory. Various genetic types of sedimentary sand body are developed in this area, mainly as delta deposition, sandy debris flow deposits, turbidites (classic turbidites). We can identify 6 kinds of sand vertical combination type, they are the superimposed sand body (A-type), thick and uniform thickness sand body (B type), thin and uniform thickness sand body (C-type), up thinning sand body (D-type), thickening up sand body (E-type) , thick and thin interbed sand body (F-type). The 6 types mainly controlled by sedimentary facies. The A-type sand body mainly developed in the delta depositional environment, the B type sand body is visible both in the delta and slope belt, while the D-type, E-type, F-type sand body are mainly developed in the deep lake. The distribution of sand body in the plane is zonal pattern.

The intention of this paper is to design a brand new golf putter to provide golfers and putter manufacturers with useful information. First, the new golf putter has an innovative club neck and grip. Second, this research is based on the rules of design for three materials, and applied appropriate design parameters. At last, the conclusion is that Aluminum is the best material for the putters, insertion and hollow of the head indeed improve the quality of putting, and the middle-connected club neck is better than side-connected club neck

Bacterial foraging optimization is a relatively new bio-inspired swarm intelligence algorithm and has been successfully applied to solve many real-world problems. However, similar to other swarm intelligence algorithms, BFO also faces up to some challenging problems, such as low convergence speed and easily to be trapped into local minima. To deal with these issues, we incorporate the concept of neighbor topology and the idea of neighbor learning to improve the performance of BFO, called bacterial foraging optimization with neighborhood learning (BFO-NL). Simulation results demonstrated the good performance of our proposed BFO-NL when compared with original BFO.

Based on slab location and discharge decision, this paper researches the solution of transportation scheduling in the Slab Warehouse, builds up a mathematical model with an objective of minimize the total transportation time considering the location and discharge task at the same time. Moreover, decentralizes this objective to different Agents to form a Multi-Agent system. And reconciles the conflicts among Agents based on a biding-arbitration mechanism. The simulation results show that the system could be performed efficiently and balanced.

Based on the probability reliability theory, this paper proposes a modified consistent mode imperfection method, which fits the integral stability analysis of single-layer reticulated shells with the initial geometric imperfections. Nearly 1000 elasto-plastic load-deflection overall processes of four different rise-to-span ratio for Kiewitt-8 single-layer reticulated shells are analyzed by using the random imperfection mode method, the consistent mode imperfection method and the modified consistent mode imperfection method respectively. The study shows that the random imperfection mode method can assess the influence of initial geometric imperfections on structure stability more scientifically, but the calculation is quite large. By using the consistent mode imperfection method, the buckling load is not sure to be the most unfavorable, and the degree of reliability couldnt be ensured effectively. The modified consistent mode imperfection method can gain the buckling load which meets the requirement of probability reliability with less calculation. It can also assess the stability performance of single-layer reticulated shell structure more reasonably and safely.

This paper made two types metal nanoparticles whose laws of motion had bigger different into ethylene glycol became a new type of double metals nanofluids coolant, and through theoretical analysis and experimental observations to research the different of aggregation properties with single metal nanofluids coolant. Research results of theoretical analysis showed that particles motion laws were the important element of nanoparticle aggregation, because of differences in movement, as the same conditions, double metals nanoparticles had the advantage of aggregation number and equivalent diameter of poly group better than single metal nanoparticles. Experimental results showed that through light beam transmittance test, we knew that the transmitting light degree of homogeneity of double metal nanofluids coolant was better than single metal nanofluids coolants; through contrast TME photos, we got nanoparticle aggregation state of three types of metal nanoparticles, and knew the otherness of nanoparticle aggregation state between double metal nanoparticles and Cu nanoparticles and Ag nanoparticles. This paper provides a scientific attempt to solve nanoparticles aggregation.

In order to make enterprise do better information construction and enhance core ability of competition by appropriately using the knowledge of engineering economics, truly putting the modern sciences and technology knowledge into the construction practice, improving the knowledge economic benefits and accelerating the economic development of enterprises, and adapting to the rapidly growing global information age, this paper discusses the problems in the enterprise information construction and puts forward the corresponding solutions from the viewpoint of information economics.

Grouting fill is one of the main methods of coal gob treatment. The grouting properties directly affect the effect of grouting treatment. Cement-fly ash grout is widely used in the treatment of coal gob. But in many gob grouting fill projects, due to the lack of fly ash, we need to look for other low-cost grouting materials. Study was made through laboratory experiment on the properties of cement-coal gangue materials used for the gob grouting. In this paper, the correlation of water-solid ratio, cement content, admixture, concretion compression strength, setting time, viscosity, water segregation rate and hardening rate is discussed in the case of use of large gangue content cement. The test results show that compared with the grout not go through the activation process, the blended cement grout mixed with coal gangue powder activated by low temperature and mechanical crushing has high concretion compression strength. Water glass has a great effect on the viscosity, initial setting time and final setting time, which can be used to adjust the grout properties to accommodate grouting environment requirements. This grout has the advantage of wide range sources of raw materials, and can be used to solve the lack of fly ash and gangue resource utilization problems.

A set of fixed-phone cluster management system was designed based on C&C08 program control unit and next generation network (NGN). C&C08 is responsible for the bottom access and transfer of the fixed-phone calls. Applying the computer telephony integration (CTI) technology we can realize the telephone call management through a computer. Using this system, fixed telephone managers can conduct limitation control for cluster management users information and implement list query of cost easily, so that managers can know the detail cost. In addition, based on the present situation of the telecom business, we designed four telecommunication services for enterprises and institutions, and added them to the fixed-phone cluster management system. For the cluster management users, they can subscribe to those services according to their needs.

Based on previous studies, the formation mechanism of large-area distribution of sandstone was studied from the views of source supply, ancient terrain, hydrodynamic property and frequent changes of lake level. Sedimentation simulating experiment revealed that the controlling factors of large-area distribution of sandstone include ancient terrain, lake level, source supply, flow, velocity stream. The ancient terrain slope and shallow lake are important geological background, strong source supply is material basis, intersected multi-water is an important way, high velocity stream is considerable driving force, frequent changes of lake level is important controlling factor.

The changes of hydrodynamics will influence the formation of braided river delta. Based on many previous studies, this article does some quantitative analysis of migration rate of channel, sedimentation position for sandbody and the shape of bar under the conditions of flood, common water and low water on the basis of sedimentary simulation techniques, and transportation model of sandbody is set up under the experimental condition. The results of flume experiment show that the difference exists in the position of the thickest sandbody under diffident hydrodynamic conditions. Migration rate of channel is the highest in common water period, followed by flood period and low water period. The ratio of sandbody width/height increases and the ratio of length/width decrease gradually from flood period to common water period to low water period.

The middle Ordovician of Pingliang area on the west margin of North-China platform is represented by a succession of deep-water sediments in which contourites are well-developed. Contour current deposits are well-developed. The contourites can be classified into:calcarenitic contourite, calcisiltitic contourite and calcilutitic contourite. Three typical contourite successions are recognized: complete contourite succession, incomplete contourite succession and contourite successions consisting only of calcarenitic contourites. According to the palaeocorrent and the palaeogeographic format analyse,carbonate contourite drift in the study area is unfolded crossing northwest-southeast, forwarding from southeast to northwest along the slope, and compared with other contourite drifts, it has some characteristics of coarser-grained sediment, thicker individual layers, and highly developed calcarenitic contourites and so on.

Power information is a typical distributed interconnect system, faced with a complex network security problems. It still lacks a systematic method for the design and evaluation of system security. The authors comprehensively survey the layout of the power network and also ISO27001 international standards, and proposed a new security baseline reinforcement method for the power information system. By using the multi-class fuzzy comprehensive judgment model and the SSE-CMM method, the authors proved the reinforcement method is reliable in theory. This method combines ISO27001 PDCA model with the security baseline testing process, and applies ITU-T X.805 security architecture to the testing indicators extraction process, which makes the security evaluation process for the power information system quick and practical.

With the rapid development of the society, the transportation system has become more complicated and vulnerable. For simulating the real-time traffic condition of the whole city, a wide range of OD matrix data are needed which are hard to collect in whole based on the present conventional methods. The paper raises a feasible design of the traffic simulation platform based on the real-time mobile phone data. The popularity and development of mobile phones make the vast amounts of real-time traffic data can be collected and usable. With the help of the GIS module, dynamic OD traffic generation module and other related modules, the real-time mobile phone data will be converted to the valuable traffic data and applied to the traffic simulation platform.

Hydraulic characteristics of orifice plates with multiple triangular holes in hydrodynamic cavitation reactor were experimentally investigated by use of three dimensional particle image velocimetry (PIV), high speed photography, electronic multi-pressure scanivalve and pressure data acquisition system, and numerically simulated by CFD software Flow 3D in this paper. Effects of number, arrangement and ratio of holes on hydraulic characteristics of the orifice plates were considered. Effects of arrangement and ratio of holes and flow velocity ahead of plate on cavitation number and velocity profile were compared. Distribution of turbulent kinetic energy and similarity of velocity profile were analyzed. And characteristics of cavitating flow downstream of the orifice plate were photographically observed by high speed camera. Also, a comparison with flow characteristics of orifice plate with hybrid holes (circle, square and triangle) was made.

The traffic safety in fog area along highway is a worldwide issue. Not only the cost of the injuries and deaths but also the cost of crash involvement by fog is quite large. The rationality and effectiveness of contingency plan for hydro-meteorological hazards is important on reducing the damage to traffic systems. Microscopic simulation models are now widely accepted as the most appropriate analytical tool for understanding traffic capacity problems and for assessing the effectiveness of ameliorative measures. Therefore, the authors have undertaken a simulation study to pre-evaluate the effectiveness of contingency plan in Henan highway network to ensure the effectiveness of traffic organization scheme under hydro-meteorological hazards in Henan highway network. This study illustrated how to assess the effectiveness of ameliorative measures using the microscopic simulation model. The results showed that real-time monitoring and dynamic traffic guidance can better enhance the efficiency of contingency plan.

This paper experimentally investigated hydraulic characteristics in working section of multi-square-hole orifice plates of hydrodynamic cavitation reactor by use of three-dimensional Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) and High Speed Photography etc. Arrangements of holes in the orifice plates can be divided into diagonal, cross and checkerboard categories. The three-dimensional velocity distribution, pressure and cavitation characteristics for each arrangement of multi-hole orifice plates were measured by PIV system, pressure data acquisition system and high speed camera, and a comparison of hydraulic characteristics of the three categories of arrangements of the multi-hole orifice plates were made.

A special designed 2D accelerometer was successfully used in the design of the minitype 2D vector hydrophone. The theory, design and experiment test data of both the accelerometer and the vector hydrophone was presented in this paper. The accelerometer based on cantilever beam mode and used PZT tube to substitute the PZT plate which was traditional used, this substitution enhanced the mechanical strength of the accelerometer, which resulted to the high performance of the 2D vector hydrophone in its natural frequency and sensitivity. The outside electrode of the PZT tube was divided into four equivalent parts, and each opposite part was wiring connected into one accelerometer channel, thus the two orthotropic accelerometer channels was integrate into one 2D cantilever beam mode accelerometer. The minitype vector hydrophone was designed based on this compact 2D accelerometer, and it’s high performace makes it possible to be used in under water sonar transducer arrays.

An ultra-wideband (UWB) printed antenna with dual band-notched characteristic is presented in this paper. The proposed antenna is composed of a semi-circular patch fed by a tapered coplanar waveguide (CPW) and an unclosed ground plane, which are printed onto the same side of a FR4 printed circuit board (PCB) with an overall size of 30 mm × 30 mm × 1.5 mm. By embedding a simple arc-shaped slot in the patch and adding a T-shaped strip on the top of the patch, two notched frequency bands for rejection of WiMAX and WLAN system can be realized. The characteristics of the proposed antenna are investigated by using the software HFSS and validated experimentally, both simulated and measured results show that the proposed antenna prototype achieves good impedance matching over an frequency band from 2.1011.40 GHz for VSWR2 with two notched bands over the frequency range of 5-5.95 GHz and 3.1-3.9 GHz. Furthermore, a relatively stable gain and suitable radiation patterns are also achieved in both lower and upper UWB frequency band.

The Qinhuai River, one of the most economically developed areas in China, is also one of the largest urban agglomerations in the world. Recently, rapid urbanization has caused great changes in the regional natural environment and processes of precipitation. Taking 6 precipitation stations for daily rainfall data from 1961-2006 and using statistical analysis, linear regression, R/S method, concentration ratio and concentration period, focusing on the effects of urbanization on the long term precipitation, comparing the annual precipitation, flood season precipitation, winter precipitation, storm rainfall days and precipitation days, rainfall concentration ratio and concentration period in urban and suburban gauges, this paper probes into the effect of urbanization on local precipitation. The results show that with the development of urbanization, the increasing trend of annual precipitation, flood season precipitation and storm rainfall days in urban areas is more than the suburban areas; the increasing speed of annual precipitation and flood season precipitation in urban area are 25.16 mm/10 a and 12.0 mm/10 a, while the suburb’s are 20.28 mm/10 a and 7.3 mm/10 a respectively. The difference of urban and suburban areas is increasing and the urban rain island effect is evident. The annual precipitation is usually concentrated in June and July, the precipitation concentration ratio is on the decline in urban and suburban areas, and the rate of decrease in suburban areas is slightly more than urban areas, the difference of urban and suburban areas is little.

The simulation models of the hydraulic motor-vane pump and three-phase asynchronous motor are established based on Maxwell 2D of ANSOFT, with which the basic performance and transient characteristic are analyzed and the influence law of the hydraulic oil on the transient starting performance of special motor is obtained. The simulation results can be used to design the special motor.

Industrial product service systems (IPSSs) are special product-service packages used to improve productivity and reduce cost in the life cycle of industrial products, where cost estimation plays a very important role in price making and cost optimization. This paper defines an IPSS for cutting tools and discusses its working modes briefly. A machining process level cost estimation scheme is then proposed for the cutting-tool IPSS. An example has been developed to illustrate the proposed approach.

From the traveler’s view, this paper uses random utility theory of the disaggregate model to construct travelers transportation choice model, employ software STATA to calibrate parameter for getting utility function for prediction, and then employ the critical condition which make rail transit and regular transit coordinated to calculate reasonable rail transit station spacing. Finally, example is given, the results show that rail transit station spacing based on passenger travel choice, make rail transit and regular transit to achieve harmonization and complementarities, and improve overall operating efficiency of urban transit system.

The reliability tests play more and more important role in mechanical systems. A new method named a few samples and combined the probability and the fuzzy mathematics has been set up to explore the unknown system of a few samples with the help of the life samples of the known probabilistic distribution. The method reduced the traditional reliability test samples by some auxiliary information. It converted lots of reliability test into a few samples. This paper introduced two engineering examples to verify the method as an effective way to carry out the reliability tests. It provides the theory basis for the reliability of complicated mechanical systems. The loss caused by fatigue failure is as high as 3%~4% of Gross National Product. Fatigue fracture owned to the cycle load accounts for 95% of the total number of mechanical structure failure. Unfortunately no evidence of failure is observed when fatigue failure reaches its life. This causes human casualties and great economic loss. So the reliability research on complicated mechanical systems has to realize from reliability assessment to the active reliability design. One of the key problems of the active reliability design for complicated mechanical system is to reduce the great waste of the resources used in the probability reliability test. For example, dozens of the high precision gears made of certain material may be run out in the fatigue test which would be running day and night for several months. It has been described many methods about system reliability design in the former research [1-3]. But for many high technological products and important mechanical devices, it is impossible to get the test sample to carry out probability analysis. To exert the advantages of the active reliability design and to realize the green reliability design [4], the only way is to study small samples in the reliability tests and to develop new technique. It is named as a few samples reliability tests method of the complicated mechanical systems.

To improve maintenance of industrial product service systems, an outsourcing e-maintenance system (OEMS) based on active technical maintenance provision of the product manufacturer/vender or service supplier is presented, and then a framework for enabling the OEMS is proposed. The framework includes three layers, that is, development layer, function layer and application layer. The key information and communication technologies (ICTs) for developing the framework are introduced in detail. In addition, an OEMS prototype is developed for illustrating the proposed framework.
