Automatic cotton picker was widely used in contemporary cotton production operations, moreover, the farmers prefer to small cotton picker, and picking mechanism is the most important parts of cotton picker, therefore, the research on the movement of picking mechanism is very important. This paper introduced a new kind of the opposite-two-rows type automatic cotton picker, analyzed its operating principle, and made a theoretical derivation of the equations of motion of the picking mechanism, the obtained results can provide theoretical guidance for the design of picking mechanism of cotton picker.

Fuel cell operation with a dead-ended systems anode reduces fuel cell system cost, weight, and volume because the anode external humidification and recirculation hardware can be eliminated. However, water accumulation is one of the key factors which influence the stability of its performance. Generally, the anode flooding of PEMFC with anodic dead-end operating mode can be avoided by using periodic purge process. But such an operating method can lower the utilization efficiency of hydrogen because small amount of hydrogen is expelled out of fuel cell and wasted. In order to improve the utilization efficiency of hydrogen, the pulsating technique at anode has been proposed. In this paper, the investigation of the hydrogen pulsation effects for PEMFC stack has been made, with only continuous hydrogen supply, with between continuous hydrogen and pulsation hydrogen at different positions, such as the inlet or outlet of anode. The results shows that the performance of a PEMFC stack has been improved significantly when the pulsation hydrogen flow introduced from the outlet at anode.

Moreover, it takes the individual requirements of users as the basis according to the user-oriented principle, putting forward the concept of personalized information integration.

This paper make use of C/S (Client/Server) as the major structure and B/S (Browser/Server) as the minor structure to design the community property management system,using SQL Server 2000 database to design the overall framework of system and complete the process of its implementation. The existing automatable solution for measuring the deformation all adopt the 3-dimension displacement test, which based on high precision total station, unattended, automatic data acquisition and transmission control mode.

In this article, we study the push-pull driving mechanism of a tree-like stereo garage. It mainly uses SolidWorks for modeling and then uses ADAMS for kinematics simulation.In the design process we focus on the feasibility and the stability of the push-pull driving mechanism.

The dynamic recrystallization (DRX) behavior of GH80A superalloy was investigated by isothermal compression tests on a Gleeble1500 thermomechanical simulator. True stress-strain curves and deformed specimens were obtained at the temperature range of 1273-1473K and the strain rate range of 0.01-5s-1. Experimental results show that the stress-strain curves at low strain rate display a typical DRX characteristic. By regression analysis of experimental results, Materials constant n, activation energy Q and Zener-Hollomon (Z) parameter were determined, and the critical strain model and austenite grain size model for dynamic recrystallization were established as a function of deformation temperature and strain rate. The dynamic recrystallization kinetic model for GH80A was established on the basis of the Avrami equation.

The edible fungus industry has relatively high output rate and high added value. In the production of edible fungus, the environmental factors have great impacts. This paper studies the intelligent monitoring system for producing environment of the factory-farmed edible fungus based on the internet of things and aiming at online real-time management. The monitoring system can realize real-time surveillance and visual operation during production by dynamically regulating the environmental factors needed for growing edible fungus and early warning of the environmental parameters fluctuation with traceable history records at any time. When parameters like temperature and humidity are beyond reasonable range, warning will be sent via text messages and equipments such as air conditioners and warming devices will be automatically adjusted for on and off so as to raise management level, increase the output, improve the quality and lower the risks.

A computational method is presented to evaluate non-compact noise produced by compressible flow interacting with arbitrarily shaped solid objects. In conjunction with compressible calculation, hybrid computational aeroacoustics method is used to develop noise calculation. Scattering effect induced by non-compact surfaces is the prime objective to study in the present research, the fluctuations of flow variables are decomposed into hydrodynamic component mainly produced by fluid flow and acoustic component mainly produced by noise propagation. Non-compact integral surface is divided into enough fine elements, and scattered pressure on body surface is firstly captured by acoustic calculation. The acoustic noise of two dimensional stationary circular cylinders at low Mach number is considered with diameter D=0.019m (Re=90000) and D=1m (Re=100). Numerical results indicate that the noise predicated by the present method is as accurate as noise directly computed by Curles equations at low frequency, the total noise of cylinder model has a dipole-like directivity, but a petal-like pattern at high frequency when scattering effects gradually strengthen. This method exactly captures scattered noise produced by noncompact bodies, and the influence of scattered noise with increased frequency is evaluated simultaneously in this paper.

Under the background of cooperative Research and Development (R&D) in the virtual enterprise, the evolutionary game model was formulated in this paper, and the model was analyzed by evolutionary game theory. Using the computer simulation technology, this paper studied the influence of each parameter to the cooperative R&D in virtual enterprise. The results show that the cooperative ratio descends when the cost-benefit ratio increases, but rises when the total income is bigger, and the cooperative ratio will reach the top when the benefit distribution is relative equal.

Chitosan and N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan are non-toxic natural absorbents. In this paper, the adsorbing behavior of Chitosan and O, N-carboxymethyl Chitosan for Co2+ respectively were studied. The result indicated that the adsorbing ability of N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan was better than this of chitosan. The adsorbing ratio increased clearly with the increasing in the pH value of solution and absorbent amount, but it was not sensitive to the concentration of Co2+. Within ten minutes, the adsorbing ratio of above absorbents could achieve above 80%. But with time prolonging, the adsorbing ratio increased slowly. When time was more than 15 minutes and the pH value was higher than 10, the adsorption rate slowly flatted out.

Carbon/Carbon composite is considered to be one of the best biomaterials substitute to human hard tissues due to its excellent biocompatibility and the much closed elastic modulus to human skeleton. It has been widely used and studied to the fields of artificial bones materials, but the osteoinductivity need to be improved. In recent years, the commonly used surface modification to improve their bone induction, such as hydroxyapatite, chitosan and so on, which prompted the adsorption of osseous protein, adhesion and growth of cells. It is believed the surface modification and coating of the carbon/carbon composite should promote its application in artificial bones. This article reviews the modified coat of medical carbon / carbon composites in recent years, and proposed some recommendations for the development of medical carbon / carbon composite in the future.

This paper presented a kind of robot self-protection system which was a combination of photoelectric sensor and ultrasonic sensor. In this study, signals were gathered by using the complement of ranging of photoelectric sensor and ultrasonic sensor. Then the signals were sent to MCU to achieve multi-sensors information fusion.With such function, an accurate robot self-protection command was made as to avoid obstacles, to judge narrow highland and to prevent dropping. The experiment results validate its good self-protection function.

Complex control system bears a heavy task, different field equipment have different requirements in reaction time, transmission speed, real time of fieldbus. Considering the characteristics of industrial Ethernet and fieldbus, mixed fieldbus was combined with Ethernet network; CAN - Ethernet gateway of CAN fieldbus was designed as example which can achieve the interconnection between upper and lower of the control system; the enterprise information network and control network got unified. Further, the system could integrate with internet to make it more practical.

Deinked pulp flotation column has been applied in wastepaper recycling. Bubble size in deinked pulp flotation column is very important during the flotation process. In this paper, bubble images of deinked pulp flotation column are first caught by digital camera, and then the bubbles are detected by using a bubble detection algorithm based on wavelet transform and canny operators. The results show the algorithms are very practical and effective on bubble detection in deinked pulp flotation column.

Plane four-bar linkage is widely used in mechanical products; it is a decisive factor to define the characteristics and output of crusher as the key mechanism for the model crusher. At first, expound and classify the critical parameter in theory; then ADAMS is used in parameterized modeling of plane four-bar linkage, according to the simulation optimization data of critical parameter in ADAMS, the relations among the critical parameter and influence on crusher performance are demonstrated after numerical analysis. Finally, the optimal critical values are optimized, which are applied into the design of a crusher.

This article is in view of the model data storage the problems in the process of interaction, through the XML data intermediate storage method, of the hydraulic press for each model will be stored in the characteristic dimensions in the XML document, according to the predetermined XML Schema (XML Schema Definition, XSD), more articulate products of various kinds of CAD model design information. This study selected sodium silicate, sodium fluoride, glycerol hydroxyl acid, potassium hydroxide and phosphine oxide (LAP) as the stabilizer electrolyte, and then on micro-arc oxidation of magnesium with constant current density. The microstructure, corrosion resistance, chemical composition, structure and characterization of micro-arc oxidation film were determined by SEM and anodic oxidation methods. Experimental results indicated that the test pieces of magnesium would formed an silver-gray uniform densification oxide film on the surface by micro-arc oxidation treatment, and the corrosion resistance of magnesium film-formed had increased by potentiodynamic polarization curve testing.

In this study, a constant current density was used in magnesium microarc oxidation treatment. The microstructure, chemical composition, phase composition and corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation film were characterized by XRD and EDS. The experimental results showed that the test pieces of magnesium would formed an silver-gray uniform densification oxide film on the surface, the film-formed materials was amorphous by XRD analysis, and on this basis we preliminary discused the film-forming mechanism.

Remote sensing satellites equipped with large synthetic aperture radar (SAR) can image the earth in all weather and lighting conditions. For high packaging efficiency in launch and precise configuration on orbit, deployable mechanisms are designed to deploy the large SAR antenna panels. For the two-panel antenna, a six-bar-linkage deployable driving mechanism is designed. According to the design, a parameterized dynamic model is built in ADAMS software with secondary development technology to obtain its dynamics characteristics through simulation analysis. To improve the dynamic characteristics and the precision of deployment design of experiments and optimizations were carried through in this paper.

To study the dynamic behavior of the extendible support structure deployment, a digital simulation using the multibody system dynamics methodology is conducted. Floating frame of reference formulations are used to establish the flexible dynamics model, in which the deformation vector of each flexible part is modeled with the component mode synthesis technique based on the Craig-Bampton method. Modal truncation is implemented through modal participation factors to reduce the computational burden. Angular displacements results of antenna panels as well as those of truss rods are then obtained and show that all parts of the structure have reached accurate positions and keep stable after deployment as expected. Start torque of the driving motor is also acquired and proved acceptable according to the design requirements. Impact forces acting on the hinges at locking moment are finally extracted to evaluate performances of locking processes.

Failure analysis is important for the safety design of the folding umbrella. The failure point is found on certain location after large amount of samples statistics. In order to verify this problem, apply SolidWorks to finish the umbrella framework model, import the model into ADAMS. Then the experiment is conducted, the push force on the umbrella piston which adds to the mechanical model is measured through Gravity Sensor. The dynamic simulation of umbrella framework is discussed by using ADAMS. The simulation result shows the failure point we found is accurate. Since the destructive force on umbrella is diversity and uncertainty, further studies are necessary for this subject.
