Integrated-Circuit (IC) test probes have been designed variously and manufactured flexibly cause of diverse IC packaged forms. To successfully test the functions of the packaged IC, the packaged industry should carefully select a suitable probe type based on the size or pitch of the ball and the lead of the packaged IC. One plunger of the probe is used to be connected with the packaged IC; the other plunger is connected to the testing devices. A probe basically is composite of a barrel and two plungers whose head might be the crown or the pierced type. The main diameter of the probe’s barrel varies from 0.2 millimeter to 0.6 millimeter; the total length of the probe could be from 1 millimeter to 7 millimeter. The probes ought to be detected before implanting them into the housing socket. However, the presenting probe measure method, eye checking by human beings, cannot fulfill the diverse types of probes because the size of IC becomes more delicate and smaller. This paper aims to develop an intelligent system that can detect and recognize more than ten items of a probe. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system can effectively measure the different probes.

B4C/Al composite was a promising neutron absorb material. In this work, B4C/Al composite sheets were asymmetrically rolled and annealed. The asymmetric (ASR) condition was introduced by applying mismatched roll diameters with diameter ratios of 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3, respectively., while the symmetric rolling (SR) was used as the control experiment. Mechanical properties and microstructures of the composite were tested after cold rolling and annealing. Results showed that: ASR with small diameter ratio decreased the texture volume fraction in the B4C/Al composite, but when diameter ratio of ASR reached 1.3 new slip systems were actuated and the texture volume fraction started to increase. The average grain size of the aluminium matrix was smaller after ASR, and it decreased with the increasing diameter ratio. The hardness of B4C/Al composite after ASR was about 40% higher than the one rolled by symmetric rolling, proved that ASR is a promising way to enhance the properties of B4C/Al composite.

In order to reflect the influences of the stochastic uncertain of wind power on the optimal decision-making of the power system spinning reserve, a probabilistic optimization model of the spinning reserve is proposed. Considering uncertain factors such as predicted-deviation of wind, predicted-deviation of load and fault outage of generator, the capacity outage probability table is combined with predicted-deviation of wind and predicted-deviation of load. By introducing the analytic expressed probability reserve constraints into the unit commitment model considering the wind power, the spinning reserve of power system can be optimized to the expectable contingency level. Using a calculation example, the effectiveness of the model is proved, providing a new model for uncertainty analysis and optimal scheduling decisions of power system containing wind.

In this paper, a detailed rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamic model of heavy vehicle was established using multi-body dynamics method, and B class road model was built using harmonic superposition method. Then, the platform of heavy vehicle dynamics simulation was established. The driver seat acceleration and tire dynamic load were simulated at different speeds under the input of different random road excitations. According to the ride comfort evaluation method provided by ISO2631-1, total weighted root-mean-square (RMS) acceleration evaluation method was used to evaluate the ride comfort of heavy vehicle at different ride speeds.

In this paper, an in-depth research adopted a creep model has been conducted to focus on the stress during the process of glass tempering based on the finite element software ANSYS.During this research an simplified model of glass tempering has been established, and as a result the expected stress value of surface and mid-plane was achieved.The results show that using the creep model can also achieve the same simulation effect of glass tempering.

By using image processing and automatic control technologies, this study designs an unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) that can be operated by various control devices, such as laptops and joysticks. A camera is set up on the UGV to capture the sight around it, and then can send the video to the back end system in a wireless manner. Besides, we design an attacking system that allows users to do the zeroing correction for shooting the target precisely. Moreover, a shooting training system is designed to improve the convenience for target practice. It not only can send the result to the back end system immediately but also can simulate the enemy movement to make the training more reality.

This work demonstrates a simple method to improve the conductivity of flexography printed silver pattern by water washing. The flexography printed silver pattern was firstly dried in an oven under 120 celsius degree, then was placed into the deionized water. Heating post-treatment is used to enhance adhesion between the printed silver layer and the substrate film to prevent the detachment of the silver pattern during water washing. The method is compatible with the PET substrate and printed fine pattern of square and hexagon in room temperature. After 2 hour immersion in water under magnetic stirring, the printed silver pattern of square and hexagon show different conductive improvement of conductivity. The silver pattern of hexagon shape with water washing exhibits much better conductivity than the one wiped by lens wipe paper, as measured by using a multimeter. The confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) shows that the morphology of the two shapes of silver pattern was almost no changed, except a little decrease on the thickness of the silver layer.

The preparation method of conductive ink is introduced, with silver acetate as the precursor and dodecylamine (DDA) as the protective agent. The sheet resistance of the sintered conductive pattern varies at different temperature and it is lower than 1 Ω / □ when the sintering temperature is higher than 130℃. Three different methods of blade-coating, spin-coating, ink-jet printing are used to fabricate the electrodes of solar cells. It is found that the morphology of the electrode made by Ink-jet printing is the most regular and uniform. The power conversion efficiency of the best fabricated solar cell is 0.09%.

Fixing Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) in diesel is an effective measure to solve the particulate emissions. As PM is accumulated in DPF constantly, it will increase diesel exhaust resistance and affect diesel performance. Through building the exhaust resistance test rig and diesel test bench, the thesis studies the effects of particulate matter loading in DPF on diesel exhaust resistance and diesel performance. The results show that it is the most effective to conduct silicon carbide filter’s thermal regeneration when particulate matter loading is 8g/L.

With the living standards improvement of rural residents, people pay more attention to the safety of drinking water in China. As the final step in drinking water treatment, disinfection technology has received much attention. At present, drinking water disinfection process is mainly involved in chlorine disinfection, chlorine dioxide disinfection, chloramine disinfection, disinfection of potassium permanganate, ozone disinfection and ultraviolet disinfection. However, due to limitations in rural economic conditions and management level, only ozone disinfection and ultraviolet disinfection are suitable for rural areas in China. This paper described some of the application problems and limitations in drinking water disinfection process, as well as the select principle in rural areas. The principle, research status, trends and issues in application of ozone and ultraviolet disinfection technology were emphatically introduced. Finally, the development of drinking water disinfection technologies was discussed.

In order to automatically generate the railway Alignment, an alignment optimization method based on minimum cost is proposed. Firstly, an optimization model based on the coupling constraints of line-structure-environment is established, in which the comprehensive cost of engineering, operations, and the environment is considered as the objective function. Then based on the regular grids, the Geographic Information Data can be obtained and the comprehensive cost of the connection between two grids can be calculated. At last, the optimal connection between the grids is analyzed under the angle constraint and elevation constraint, thus the optimal alignment can be generated by the connection of grids.

This paper analyses the impact of unexpected diesel tank leak in the non-normal conditions on groundwater, on the basis of a detailed analysis of hydrogeological conditions of a power plant, using the analytical method of solute transport in groundwater,combining with the DTM module of MapGIS spatial analysis. The results show that if leakage of diesel tank lasts 5 years, the maximum influence range of pollution halo is 0.204 km2 and the farthest impact distance is 660m.

With the help of wide area information, a new fault identification algorithm of power grid based on PNN is proposed. This algorithm gives a definition of the line associated domain, the elements’ action information of the line associated domain gathered by line IEDs can form the feature vector into PNN classifier, and then the fault elements of power grid would be identified on PNN classifier. Through a large number of simulation experiments, it shows that the new fault identification algorithm of power grid based on PNN and wide area information has high accuracy and good fault tolerance.

Job Shop scheduling should satisfy the constraints of time, order and resource. To solve this NP-Hard problem, multi-optimization for job shop scheduling problem (JSSP) in discrete manufacturing plant is researched. Objective of JSSP in discrete manufacturing enterprise was analyzed, and production scheduling optimization model was constructed with the optimization goal of minimizing the bottleneck machines’ make-span and the total products’ tardiness; Then, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm was used to solve this model by the process-based encoding mode; To solve the premature convergence problem of PSO, advantages of Simulated Annealing (SA) algorithm, such as better global optimization performance, was integrated into PSO algorithm and a Hybrid PSO-SA Algorithm (HPSA) was proposed and the flowchart was presented; Then, this hybrid algorithm was applied in actual production scheduling of a discrete manufacturing enterprise. Finally, comparative analysis of HPSA/SA/PSO optimal methods and actual scheduling plan was carried out, which verify the result that the HPSA is effective and superiority.

The red loam had abundant rainfall, rich in light and heat resource of Yunnan Province. But the uneven distribution of rainfall temporal during the year, it restricts the development of agriculture in this region. Thus how to use soil water resources reasonably and efficiency become the key to ensure crop and vegetation growth of needed water and improve the ecological environment. In this study, the key factor is district’s slope. Setting the runoff district’s rainfall intensity was 28.7mm/24h under rainfall simulation, selected four Yunnan Province read loam’ slop: 7.5°、10°、12.5°、15°.The results showed that at the same soil prophase water content and rainfall intensity, the higher runoff district’s slope will make it less time to product flow; At the beginning of product flow, flow of underground runoff was little, product flow was reached stable increase.

Complex constraints, huge energy consumption and many other factors lead to the difficulty in hot rolling scheduling. This paper propose a new system to solve this scheduling problem. In order to meet the demand of an independent hot rolling plant, this system includes almost all functions in a scheduling process. C# and C++ is used to develop UI and intelligent algorithm. Oracle database and ADO.net is used respectively in data storage and connection with UI and algorithm. By integrating with Crystal Report, the change trend of relevant parameters can be seen and analyzed visually, which is convenient for modifying and improving. Through testing with some data selected from one hot rolling plant, usability is validated.

Double PWM welding power source can restrain the net side current harmonic. In order to suppress the transient when the intermediate DC link voltage fluctuation, generally adopt the method of increasing capacitor capacity, the disadvantages of this approach are: slow dynamic response, large volume, low service life, high cost of equipment. Therefore put forward a kind of double PWM welding power source based on feed-forward control power, using the power of feed-forward can effectively inhibit the intermediate DC link voltage fluctuation, based on the control method of the power system has a high power factor, good dynamic performance, simple and easy, good application prospect.

LNG tank has extremely low operating temperature, hazardous storage medium and large capacity storage space, therefore it is necessary to carry out temperature field analysis for LNG tank under Ultra-low temperature, and the temperature of LNG tank under Ultra-low temperature is simulated based on finite element method. Firstly, the finite element model of temperature field is analyzed. Secondly, the simulation parameters of LNG tank under Ultra-low temperature are given. Finally, the simulation results are carried out, and the temperature field of LNG tank under Ultra-low temperature is obtained.

A multi-scale modeling method based on big data was proposed to establish neural network models for complex plant. Wavelet transform was used to decompose input and output parameters into different scales. The relationship between these parameters were researched in every scale. Then models in each scale were established and added together to form a multi-scale model. A model of coal mill current in power plant was established using the multi-scale modeling method based on big data. The result shows that, the method is effective.

This paper accomplished a system of high-rise building’s fire monitoring system based on CAN bus. It is applied in avoiding the harm of leakage current , over current and short circuit, and protecting electric power distribution circuits and electrical equipment, thus to prevent the occurrence of electrical fire. The monitoring system can detect phase current signal and the leakage current signal, and can display real-time and alarm. It also can proceed network service and complete the distributed remote control and fault diagnosis. Practice shows that the system the characteristics of high precision, safe and reliable, low rate of false positives, easy operation and maintenance, etc .It can satisfy the demand of large high-rise building electrical fire.

This paper discusses three kinds of typical one-dimensional nonlinear equations coming from low permeability reservoir seepage models with different boundary conditions. The several finite difference methods including forward difference method and second central order difference quotient method are used for the respective discrete process of three models. With these difference methods, the discrete schemes of models are obtained. Then the corresponding nonlinear discrete equations are deduced. While dealing with the boundary condition, the mid-rectangle formula is used. Finally, integrated discrete equations of three nonlinear equations are formed. The results should be meaningful for the numerical simulation of non-Darcy flow model of the low-permeability oil wells.

Cape Pack was used to design the packaging process of small packaging, middle packaging, transport packaging and vehicle shipment in order to keep the packaging material minimum, transportation space utilization maximum and total cost minimum.

In view of the heavy dump truck occurred cargo body floor cracking problems in the process of using, this paper established cargo body finite element analysis (FEA) model with the shell elements as basic element, and calculated the strength of the cargo body floor by using the Hyperworks (a FEA software). The results of finite element analysis indicate that the crack took place because the stress of the connection of floor and support beam of front plate and the connection of floor and backing plate of turnover bearing was close to or exceed the material yield strength. On the basis of the calculation, we worked out the causes of the abnormal floor crack, which accord with the actual crack case. According to the requirement of practical process, the structure of floor was improved, thus the maximum stress value decreased 30% and 80.9% at two positions respectively, compared with the original structure, this shows that the improved method is effective.

The main innovation of this paper includes two parts. One part is the discrete formulas of Thermo-hydro-mechanical (THM) coupling equations and another part is the discussion of the truncation errors based on the Taylor formula. There are many THM coupling problems in unsaturated soils, which are very important in both theoretical and engineering applications. The numerical computing of coupling equations is increasingly important. Considering the deformation of unsaturated soils skeleton, fluid flow and heat transfer, constitutive relationships of the THM coupled behavior are given. Then, the constitutive equations are derived and a closed problem is formed. The equations are dispersed by difference method and the truncation errors of the discrete formulas are given.

Dynamic stability parameters (dynamic derivatives) are important indicators for the control system design, orbit design and longitudinal and horizontal dynamic stability analysis of aircrafts. Methods that evaluate the quality and dynamics of an aircraft typically include flight experiment, wind tunnel testing and theoretical calculation, with one of the most important part of them being the obtainment of dynamic derivatives. Project estimation method derivative action is not considered suitable for boundary layer transition, flow separation and re-attached and the complex situation leeward area vortex small angle of attack linear range. Frequency domain is a dynamic non-scheduled periodic invariant system to get moving derivative calculation method, but the accuracy of the unsteady flow is much lower than the time-domain calculations. Currently, unsteady CFD approach represents a time-domain nonlinear aerodynamic characteristics predicted the most advanced level. Derivative prediction efficiency and adaptability under conditions of high angle of attack of the development trend of nonlinear dynamic derivatives were analyzed. As a global trend, obtaining dynamic parameters through numerical calculation is becoming a prevailing approach to dynamic parameter research.

Intelligent sensing system for distribution line condition monitoring is presented. It uses sensing terminals to detect load current, temperature, humidity and water pass state. It uses intelligent sensor to collect the distribution condition information. The information collected by the terminals transmits to intelligent sensing system. It is designed without the need for primary equipment reform, without the need of large-scale construction of communication channel, without the need for power blackout with small investment and big benefit. It greatly improves the power supply capacity, efficiency of the system accident treatment and the reliability of power supply.

A Hash authentication algorithm of speech perception based on MDCT coefficients was proposed to solve the problems of large amount of computation and bad real-time capability when using traditional authentication algorithm in compressed domain speech. Firstly, the algorithm extracts MDCT coefficients by partly decompressing speech sound in MP3 format. Then MDCT coefficients of each frame of speech are processed by Mel filter in the compressed domain, forming the 15-dimensional MFCC coefficient vector. Finally the perceptual Hash string is generated by Hash structure. The perceptual Hash string can perceive the content of voice authentication. Experimental results show that the algorithm keeping on content presents the strong robustness and good real-time capability.

Aiming at three color pairs of Lk &K, Lc & C, Lm &M, which are commonly used on multi-color inkjet printers. Based on colorimetric matching, polynomial fitting was used to establish a mapping relationship between each pairs of double chroma ink ,and fitting accuracy was contrasted between different fitting times. Experimental results show that the quartic polynomial can achieve better accuracy than the conic fitting. The study is great significance for printer’s color separation which has the two levels of color channel.

This paper reviews the advances in research on superhydrophobic surface, introduces the basic theory of superhydrophobic surface, summarizes the preparation method of super hydrophobic surface and the existing problems, and introduces the latest research progress of functional superhydrophobic materials.

With the research and development of a university in hydraulic dynamometer test, we designed a lower machine based on PLC, and giving the power distribution cabinet, electrical and mechanical control system combined with King View software, SIEMENS WINCC software. This study has hand and automatic operation, sensor measuring tank pressure, the measured current measurement power motor, the measurement results sent to our remote devices by Profibus-dp, such as the design of computer use (PC) and remote operation apparatus (Chu Moping). Due to frequency converter is circular soft starting control structure, the motor has no impact at the time of the launch, and stable performance is good, this can improve the service life of the motor and pump greatly.

Permafrostregions have harsh climate conditions, continuous low temperature, abrupt cooling, large temperature difference, winds, etc. It has an extremely obvious influencetoasphalt pavement structures and materials. Take Lhasa-Gongga airport highway as an example to analyze the low temperature cracking problem of asphalt pavement caused by the climatic conditions. Using finite element method to contrast and analyze the thermal stresses variation of different asphalt layer, and recommend suitable asphalt pavement structure for Qinghai-Tibet plateau permafrost regions.The results indicate that the thermal stresses of asphalt layer gradually reduce along with the thickness direction of structure, moment of maximum and minimum value also been delayed and thermal stresses of base cause is fairly few. It can reduce thermal stresses of base cause and asphalt layer effectively while using the AC-25, and 4cmAC13 + 6cmAC20 + 8cmAC25 is recommended for Lhasa-Gonggaairport highway pavement structure type.

Based on the analysis of the flight stability, the research progress of the unsteady aerodynamic model was comprehensively introduced. Bryan, first of all, the aerodynamic load of traditional dynamic derivative model is put forward, still used today in some engineering issues. However, Bryan state parameters of the model is not complete, not exactly reflect the unsteady aerodynamic force time history effect and nonlinear effect. Etkin models, by retaining the item of high order Taylor expansion, including the influence of nonlinear effect. Improved Etkin model can explain the actual flight of some of the common transient response, including due to stall the mutation and aerodynamic force/torque caused by unsteady flow dynamic bifurcation and chaos of the aerodynamic force/torque value and uncertain phenomenon. Finally, the unsteady flow field of a reduced order model development trends and application prospect were analyzed, and pointing out that the CFD simulation is still accurately predict the plane stability and handling the most important method.

One Bis-Boc-L-alanine-1,8-naphthyridine ligand containing amino acid by amido bond named 2,7-Bis-Boc-L-alanine-1,8-naphthyridine (L1) was synthesized and characterized. And there absorption and fluorescence spectra in methanol is presented. Then, the comprehensive study of spectroscopic properties upon titration of L1 with heavy metal ions as ion source in CH3OH was investigated. It shows compound L1 can use as a fluorescent probe for heavy metal ions like Cr3+.

Communication network (CN) is the fundamental supporting network for communications systems, and products massive network resources in its construction and operation. Efficient organization and management of these resources is key issue to improve utilization of network resources and enhance overall performance of the CN. Based on the analysis of applying GIS on CN resources management, this paper studied key technical issues, design and implement the CN resources management system based on GIS, to improve the level of CN resources management and application.

This paper brings forward a new DFS algorithm in the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) platform communications relay system and gives the disposition processing. As a material application example, the paper simulates the algorithm. Compared to other algorithm, the result of simulation indicates that the new algorithm has these characteristics such as fast finding interference and steady changing frequency. The algorithm can satisfy request of system in complex communications environment and ensure Quality of Service (QoS) of system.

The electronic absorption spectra of four meso-phenyl and 3,5-diaryl substituted BODIPY dyes, A to D, were investigated theoretically using the time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) B3LYP method. The dependence of spectra with the molecular and electronic structures was investigated on the basis 6-31+G*, 6-31G and 6-31G* in different solvents. The UV-Vis spectra were in good accordance with the experimental values. The maximum wavelengths of BODIPYs arose from S0→S1 transition which stemmed from HOMO to LUMO (πbodipy core→πbodipy core*).

B4C/Al composites of different boron carbide contenting were prepared by the liquid mixing method and hot-rolled to 3mm. Microstructure and mechanical properties of the rolled composite were analyzed after the stress relieving heat treatment. Results showed that: the distribution of boron carbide particles was uniform, and only a few particles appeared fractured. With Ti addition, a reaction product layer was fabricated surrounding B4C particles, which acted as a diffusion barrier to separate B4C particles from liquid aluminum to protect them. With the mass fraction of the B4C particles increasing, it can improve the tensile strength but degrade the plasticity of the composites. The fracture surface of composites showed both ductile and brittle fracture characteristics and when the mass fraction of the B4C particles increased the ductile fracture feature decreased.

This paper presents an active cell balancing technique for lithium-ion battery stacks using a flyback dc/dc converter topology. The combination of batteries can be controlled according to the batteries voltages to implement the battery-balancing function. The operational principle of the proposed system is described in detail, then the paper develops different strategies adapting to different working status of battery pack and a series of bench experiments is conducted to examine the effectiveness of the equalization system.

TiO2-Graphene nanocomposites were prepared by a wet chemical method and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis). The nanocomposite demonstrated nice photocatalytic activity for water reduction to produce hydrogen. The optimal graphene content was found to be 10 wt%, giving a Hydrogen-production rate of 13.2 mmol∙h-1∙g-1, which significantly exceeded the rate observed on pure TiO2. This high photocatalytic H2-production activity is due to the deposition of TiO2 nanoparticles on graphene sheets, which act as an electron acceptor to efficiently separate the photogenerated charge carriers.

This paper analyzes the characteristics of Ad Hoc network, and focuses on the further discussion on the physical layer technology OFDM to conclude that the application of OFDM technology in the UAV network communication can improve the data transmission capability.

This article presents a new solution of mobile and portable electronically published content protection which using function area and algorithm to ensure the mobile storage media security and secure authentication protocols to protect communication between data in storage media and document server, on condition that no security system installed on the target computer, the theft of mobile storage media, and key stolen when user access to the documents etc. To facilitate the communication between inside and outside of enterprise, while at the same time guarantee the authorization of confidential message, an information protection proxy-based system and method to authorize the confidential message is provided. User sends its message for outside receiver to his/her approver, and approver check the message and send the message to proxy if he/she agrees. The information protection system is based on a hash chain-based authorization protocol. The information protection proxy can prevent enterprise users from sending confidential involved messages to outside without approval, and at the same time audit the whole information authorization process. The authorization procedure is based on peer to peer mode and the proxy overhead is very low, and can also be used in mobile internet applications.

The characteristics of different grade of iron ore concentrate slurry are different, which causes confusion in pulp conveying process. Therefore, aiming at the problem of accelerated flow wear the pipeline, further propose the accelerated flow elimination technique to reduce the pipeline wear caused by accelerated flow, and ensure the safe operation of iron concentrate pipeline. The production practice shows that the technique can effectively inhibit the accelerated flow phenomena and ensure the different grade of iron concentrate without mixing in conveying, at the same time minimize the pipe wear.

In this paper, characteristics of SMA were analyzed and the research basis was researched. The connecting mechanism and mechanism of pipe coupling was introduced. Otherwise, in our research, after connecting by pipe coupling, the pipe can endure high pressure and occur blasting when the pressure reaches to 84MPa.

In generally, there are multiple factories. According to mining areas, it supplies different quality iron ore concentrate. And according to the unique requirements of owners, different grades concentrate cannot be confused. Therefore, the grade of slurry pipeline transportation is needed to be used. When in the study of grade transmission, we must focus on Hydraulic characteristics of solid-liquid two-phase for different quality of iron ore concentrate. Slurry concentration and Critical velocity of flow is especially important. Research shows that the deposition rate of laminar or turbulent transition velocity is higher than the occasion when the slurry has concentration, so the minimum operating speed is controlled by sedimentation; the concentration lower limit is 62%. If the concentration is over 68%, the yield stress of slurry will increase, and the pipeline pressure will drop, which is very sensitive to slight changes in concentration. Therefore, the solid weight concentration range is 62% to 68%,as the selection range of design.

In order to adapt to the heterogeneity of terminals and networks, Scalable Video Coding (SVC) encodes raw video stream with different scales of temporal, spatial and quality into layers. Considering the P2P network characteristic, it is a challenging task to design an appropriate P2P steaming network resource allocation mechanism combining with SVC. In this paper, SVC is applied in P2P streaming based on game theory; considering free-riding, bandwidth conflicts in P2P multi-overlay and one chunk with multiple providers, we design a bidirectional serial auction model that jointly optimize the bandwidth allocation, the data scheduling and the incentive mechanism, then optimized allocation for scalable video streaming over P2P networks is achieved. With extensive theoretical analysis, we show that these games converge to an optimal topology for each overlay.

The paper makes an overall analysis on present exterior environment and telecom industrial status on the basis of full and accurate datum, and presents the status of 4G technology, the competition relations between 4G and other wireless technologies, overseas 4G service development and the successful experience in Korea and Japan. Then this paper points out that enormous profits and great opportunity still exist in China's mobile telecommunication market, and 4G has become more mature and been applied commercially in a large scale, the conditions of 4G development in China has also become mature.
