This paper mainly introduces the variable cross-section rotary dynamic seal, sealing mechanism, research and development, listing examples of variable cross-section rotary dynamic seal applied in the petroleum machinery. Due to its simple structure, reliable sealing performance, it is widely applied to the occasions such as high pressure, in suffering much, shock vibration.

A novel greedy algorithm for blind CS recovery without prior knowledge of sparsity, called the Bisection Subspace Pursuit (BiSP) is introduced. The most outstanding feature of the BiSP is that it adopts the bisection method to adaptively estimate the sparsity of target signal, which means that no prior knowledge of sparsity is needed. Simulation results demonstrate that the BiSP not only retains comparable recovery accuracy with CoSaMP, SP and SAMP, but also outperforms the SAMP in terms of complexity when sparsity of signal is large. This makes the BiSP a competitive candidate for many practical situations.

Because of some intrinsic properties of the PZT actuator, such as hysteresis, creep and nonlinearity effect, it’s difficult to achieve satisfactory results and control precision for conventional PID controller. In order to improve the control precision of the PZT driven of micro positioning platform, we proposed a CMAC neural network based on PID control scheme, which has the characteristics of realizing feed-forward control and obtaining the inverse dynamic model of controlled object by the CMAC neural network controller, and realizing feedback control by conventional controller, which can ensure the system stability and suppress disturbance. Form MATLAB simulation results, it demonstrates that the CMAC+PID control algorithm can be able to improve the control precision and response time of the system, and enhance the anti-interference ability and robustness, comparing with the traditional digit PID control algorithms.

Network technology accelerates the development of educational information, campus portal building is considered as an important part of it in every university, almost all information of teaching and research appeared on the web. Meanwhile, the utilization rate of some websites was lower in university, information was updated slowly, information classifications were complex and not standardized on a platform. They didn’t emphasis on using and sharing but building and developing, and this phenomenon was widespread. So the paper proposed a decision tree model for score sorting information based on C5.0 algorithm, setting up a statistical model for data mining by adding a line weight value for portal information. Finally, the results verify the correctness and science of the model by giving an example.

Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) works by the force between the probe tip and specimen surface. The nanocontact force between the probe tip and specimen surface has an important influence on the detection surface. Base on the analysis of the working principle of the AFM and nanocontact force calculation model, according to Hamaker assumptions, using continuum method established the theoretical contact force model of the AFM tip. the contact force calculation methods of contact pressure in process has been obtained. The variation of the force between the probe tip and specimen surface has been found by calculation model and programming calculation of Matlab. Provide the basis for improving the accuracy of an atomic force microscope surface inspection and error analysis

Camera calibration is the most important stage of machine vision measurement. The principle and method of camera calibration for binocular stereo vision system are introduced and the left and right CCD are respectively calibrated by using the prepared calibration target and the MATLAB program. Then internal and external camera parameters are obtained by the calibration experiments. The experimental results show that the calibration results have high precision.

The feed drive system is important functional components which effects on precision and efficiency of transmission and cost of CNC milling machine tools. So the designe of the feed drive system of economical CNC milling machine tool is researched. Firtsly the general design scheme which includes the transmission scheme and basic parameters of CNC milling machine tool is determined. Then according to the milling force calculated during mill processing, linear rolling guide, ball screw and stepping motor of X axis and Y axis of feed drive system are respectively calculated, selected and checked in detail. Using the Solid works software for 3D modeling and assembly of mechanical parts of feed drive system, By the scheme comparison, selecting the CNC system of Huazhong century star HNC-21 and accomplishing the electrical connection of CNC system.The feed drive system of economical CNC milling machine in the desing is high performance and low cost,and meet accuracy requirement.

According to the status and development requirements of education information of colleges in China, for the characteristics of higher education, the paper proposes a educational administration cloud service based on SaaS and SOA to provide education and teaching service for colleges. The paper mainly observes and researches key techniques such as educational administration management solutions for characteristics of higher education, design and assembly of educational service based on SOA, and selecting proper SaaS multi-tenant mode to implement informationization on colleges with weak informational basis in China. The idea and thought of moving application of education information to cloud client is the new development direction of educational informationization.

In this paper, intelligent fuzzy control theory is introduced in the model of neural network algorithm, and the neural network system is improved by the PID controller, which has realized the feedback and adjustment function of neural network system, and has made the reaction of the system be more accurate and stable. In order to verify the validity and reliability of the designed intelligent control PID algorithm based on the fuzzy neural network in this paper, the algorithm is carried on the programming by using Matlab programming software, and the control process of PID is calculated by NNbox simulation toolbox, at last, it has obtained the curve of PID control response changing over time. From the response curve, it can be seen that after the PID proportional coefficient is regulated by using fuzzy neural network intelligent control algorithm, it can quickly and steadily obtain the control curve, which has realized better intelligent control effect, and has provided technical reference for the research of intelligent PID controller.

With the growing demand of dry bulk in China, sea-rail intermodal transport gets more attention. In order to define the key factors of sea-rail intermodal transport of dry bulk , system dynamic and modeling software VENSIM were used to establish system dynamic model of sea-rail intermodal transport of dry bulk, and the case of sea-rail intermodal transport of dry bulk of Meizhou Bay Port in Fujian was used to simulate and check the model, the result shows that the model is feasible and effective. Finally, the key factors in the model were sensitively analyzed , and suggestions of promoting the development of sea-rail intermodal transport in Meizhou Bay port were made.

To improve the reliability, real-time performance and maintainability of navigation system, an optical-mechanical-electrical integrative design method of the fiber optic gyro inertial navigation /beidou/odometer integrated navigation system is proposed. Based on the basic working principle of the integrated navigation system, design of system structure and signal connection are implemented. In the integrated navigation system, all-fixed-structure, instrument and system integrative design and modularization design are used. At last, the integrated navigation system is developed, north seeking test and vehicle test are carried out to demonstrate the validity of the referred system design.

Considering in the progress of the power quality detection for disturbance signal, detected signals are often has the problem of random noise and impulse noise, in this paper, by using traditional wavelet de-noising, put forward a detection method of disturbance signal based on mathematical morphology and lifting wavelet, discussed its detection principle and implementation methods. Simulation results show that the method de-noising effect is obvious, can effectively improve the accuracy of the disturbance signal judgment.

Taking a certain dolphin structure of the ship lock in Jiangsu as an example, the finite analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish the 3D finite element model of ship, dolphin and foundation, and the process of collision was simulated for the transient dynamic analysis, obtained the collision force-time curve and the stress and strain of the dolphin, calculated ship collision force and compared with the norms used both in China and other countries. The results show that the maximum compressive stress is on the contact surface, the tensile stress is both on dolphin floor and back surface of the dolphin, and the maximum tensile stress is on the front teeth of dolphin floor; the ship collision force of finite element simulation is between Chinese norms and European norms. The results provide reference for the design of future dolphins.

For e-commerce enterprises, if it wants to obtain benefits from the C2C e-commerce platform, it must know the consumer's purchase tendency based on the e-commerce platform. This paper has used the VAR econometric model to establish the Granger non-causality model, and this model can calculate the non-causality relationship of the store credit and the consumption tendency of consumers in the C2C e-commerce online shopping platform. Through the VAR econometric calculation on reputation, sales and consumption tendency, it shows that with the increase of reputation, and sales, the total sales show a trend of growth. And then the causality test between the two shows that there is a Granger causality relationship between the two, which provides technical support for the optimization design of the online shopping platform.

The strain measurement is a most important and absolutely necessary task on the probing into the constitution of the materials. The ways of strain measurement are theoretically divided as the mechanical type, vibrating-string type, inductive type and bonded resistance type, and the last one is widely used for its high precision and convenience. The geogrid, which has been widespread in the reinforcement structures, is more and more popular for its high strength, good toughness, corrosion resistant, anti-fatigue and effective interaction with soil. The geogrid is made of polymer, its ultimate strain can reach above 10%, and it is sensitive to the time, furthermore it usually has significant relative displacement with soil in the tests. Then some measures have to be taken to make the measuring range wider and make the all gauges achieving synchronization, measures also should be conducted to prevent the strain gauges separated from the geogrid when it has slightly bending, prevent the wires break when the gauges going forward and reduce the influences from the forward preventing measures. Some researchers have showed their techniques to avoiding part of the above problems. Based on a series of pullout tests of geogrid, this paper gives the contrast and analysis on those techniques above, and lists the relative measures that used in these tests, especially for the gauge sticking techniques and preventive measures.

For the effective prevention and control of mine bumps, or to a certain extent, to reduce the loss the losses caused by impact ground pressure accident,thin-walled components are proposed to be applied as a scaffold components in roadway supporting. Components impingement is reflected in the component crushed process ,in which the impacting energy absorption and crushing space provide certain amount of energy to free up space. The energy absorption characteristics of different configuration thin-walled components has been simulated with ABAQUS finite element, such as the conventional square,regular hexagon, round and origami square, regular hexagon etc,.and the results showed that: (1) The problem of conventional components is larger load fluctuation coefficient. Origami component is a kind of perfect impingement components ,as it can reduce peak loads and the load fluctuation coefficient effectively. (2) Under different ratios width-to-thickness, components can have different deformation modes, but the relationship of peak load and wall thickness is near linear and has nothing to do with the deformation modes. (3) The component can have a relatively lower crushing peak load and load fluctuation coefficient and relatively higher specific energy absorption,if given a suitable diamond concave angle. impingement components using combined with existing supports can make the existing supports to become top beam impingement support , mudsill impingement support ,two sides impingement support and impingement hydraumatic support and so on.

The value and variation of this dynamic pressure are great significance in the study of the fatigue strength of the wagon body. This paper reviews the various influencing factors of the pressure distribution and also summarizes its simulation and prediction method based on the sufficiently literature reading.

Polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced cement-based composites are a new kind of material based on micro mechanics design. It is produced by adding polyvinyl alcohol fiber in the cement-based composites. In efforts to study the mechanical properties of polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced cement-based composites, some specimens were tested to examine performances. According to experimental investigation on mechanical properties, the stress-strain relationship curves and failure patterns are obtained. The test indicates that polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced cement-based composites have better toughness and fracture energy, and it has superior physical mechanical performance.

The finite element method and nanoindentation experiment are used in this paper, to analysis mechanical properties of monocrystalline germanium on micro/nanoscale. The cloud charts of stress and strain distribution are obtained by finite element method. It is shown that the depth increment of the contact makes the value of stress and strain in the surface layer greater and the area of action larger in the process of nanoindentation of monocrystalline germanium. In the nanoindentation experiment, load and displacement curve is different with different crystal orientations. With the increase of load, contact depth has been increased. The residual deformation depth of three crystal orientations is also different. The results of FEM is is closed to the crystal orientation of [100].

The paper introduces a realization method of high-speed image acquisition system based on FPGA and USB2.0. After introducing the CMOS chip MT9T001 of Micron Technology, Inc. and the universal interface chip CY7C68013 of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, we design the hardware platform of image acquisition system and the control program written by Verilog HDL language through which FPGA can simulate I2C bus to configure CMOS. Then we introduce the development of firmware, driver and application of the USB interface. This paper completed the design and the experiment of image acquisition system well. In the test, the system achieves the requirement of real-time display. The collected images are clear, which can satisfy design requests.

Here we construct a novel application for the emulation of sensor net-works (Spray), validating that congestion control and voice-over-IP can cooperate to overcome this grand challenge.

Aiming at the problem of initial attitude determination of aerial platform, a low computational attitude fusion algorithm is proposed based on MIMU. Attitude kinematic equations described by quaternions are developed and the filter structure used in this paper is designed. Real fly test results show that: at different initial deviation, the alignment precision of roll and pitch angles are within 1 °, attitude errors converge to 5 °or less within 12s, which meets the requirements of the aerial platform attitude fast self-determination. The filter algorithm has a small amount of calculation and is easy to be realized.

This system implements the health-monitoring and service-provision anywhere and anytime, and community-centered healthcare services.

The Doppler frequency shift of the signal received from receiver carrier in high dynamic environment which means high speed and high acceleration represents different changing rules. The changing rules can make the positioning accuracy become worse and even make the receiver unable to track the signal. On the basis of modeling and simulation of three high dynamic carriers including the aircraft, satellite and ballistic missile, the changing rules of Doppler frequency shift were analyzed using the calculation equation of the Doppler frequency shift. The results show that for the high dyanmic carriers, the larger the velocity of the carrier is, the larger corresponding Doppler frequency shift is and the larger the acceleration of the carrier is, the larger corresponding changing rate of Doppler frequency shift is.

Modern powerful finite element analysis software packages such as ANSYS are now not only an analysis tool but a design tool as well. This kind of technology makes planet wheel gear system design quantified precisely combining with physics principles in one. In the study, we designed a planet carrier with traditional method and built three dimensional full-scale model in Pro/E software. Based on finite element analysis, the finally result of stress distribution and deformation distribution is obtained. The results indicate that the design can meet the requirement.

Hydraulic components are key components of hydraulic press, its design quality directly affect the performance of the host and service life. If the improper design, premature failure will cause large economic loss. So the modern design method to structure design, hydraulic components can improve the service life, increase the economic benefit is of great significance. Then Solidworks software is employed to establish the geometric model, through the interface with finite element software input into the finite element analysis software, the corresponding finite element analysis model is established. At last, through the software to the linear static analysis, the model to obtain the mechanical properties of the hydraulic components, it has reference significance to improve the design.

Selective laser sintering (SLS) is an additive manufacturing technique used for the low volume production of prototype models and functional components.The lower strength of prototype parts might leads to bad finished quality. In this study, author used the coated sand casting as the material of selective laser sintering experiment, studied the processing temperature and time on the mechanical properties of post-processing, and the influence on gas-forming property and collapsibility of the pieces. And combined with casting experimental we can analyze the accuracy influence factors of precoated sand sintering parts and other performance assessment. Through analysis, it indicates that the post-processing of temperature influences on tensile strength of coated sand specimens under three different insulation temperature conditions.

During automobile design stage, a full model of automobile is established in ADAMS software circumstance in according to structural feature and main parameters. Virtual model technology can simulate the working condition, analyze whole performance of related products, solve some drawbacks in the traditional design and manufacturing process. Based on the requirement of country standard and national standard, the braking performance analysis and appraise is carried out in this study, at the same time, the braking performance is optimized.

The breeding plumbing boiler is a full automatic temperature adjustment system with double efficacy of winter heating and summer cooling, constituted by host, auxiliary engine, control system and plumbing pipes, etc. Intermediate between PLC output port and AC contactor is to achieve the isolation between weak current and strong current, enhance the reliability of the system. It is proved by field experimental operation that the control system proposed not only can realize automatic control of boiler burning process efficiently, but also reduced energy consumption greatly and effectively improved the level of boiler control management.

Since the first synthesis of an amorphous phase in Au-Si system from liquid, a great number of amorphous alloys have been prepared by rapid solidification. Almost all amorphous alloys require high cooling rates and a lot of studies have been carried out for these metallic glasses. In this study, metallic glass of Nd60Al10Cu20Ni10 have been fabricated, and experimental research was carried out to reflect thermal features. It indicates that the Nd-based amorphous has shown a distinct glass transition and stable super-cooled liquid region. The research results show that the paramagnetic performance of Nd60Al10Cu20Ni10 metallic glass is different from other hard magnetic alloys at ordinary temperature. From the DSC experiment, it is found that the glass transition temperature is increasing with the heating temperature.

The control strategy based on predictive current is proposed to solve problems that destruct stable operation of grid-connected photovoltaic system during asymmetrical fall. A mathematical model of PV inverter is established to calculate current instruction; a method of tracking based on predictive current is proposed to reduce the fluctuations of 2 times frequency. In the meantime, PV inverter provides reactive power to support voltage recovery according to the depth of grid voltage sags and realize LVRT. The result also shows that the proposed control strategy can reduce wave of DC voltage and provide reactive power to support voltage recovery.

High-speed motorized spindle is a key device of modern industry and has been widely used in numerical control machine. Temperature distribution, speed control loading characteristics, precision maintenance, liberation intensity and circumgyration error are not only the key demand of motorized spindle's capability but also an important index to evaluate it's performance. Therefore, this study has detailed described the main structure of motorized spindle. The basic structure and working principal was introduced, and then demonstrated a series of models and specifications of motorized spindle. The finite element model of high-speed motorized spindle was built up and carried out thermal analysis to study the heat generation and heat transfer. With the help of ANSYS finite element software, the temperature field distribution and the temperature rise condition for motorized spindle were analyzed. The result shows that the front bearing has a higher temperature than that of back bearing. The maximum temperature of inner ring is bigger than that of outer ring. The results contribute to selection of appropriate bearing for motorized spindle system.

Metal cutting processing is the most fundamental, most widely and the most important processing in industrial production. Because the development of mechanical manufacturing level plays a very important role in the coating technology material machining process. A coated carbide cutting tool with its high hardness and high wear resistance, good chemical stability and extensive compatibility characteristics, is widely applied in the metal cutting processing field. The author mainly studies the cutting force contrast between coated carbide cutting tools and not coated ones. Cutting tests have testified that if PVD technology applied on cutting, the cutting force of hard alloy cutter will alter with the change of feeds (f), depth of cutting (ap) and cutting velocity (v). The experiment suggests that the size of three-way cutting force of either the brand ZP25 hard alloy cutter or the carbide cutter by employing matrix ZP25 hard alloy cutter to respectively using PVD technology coat TiN or TiCN coating is successively FZP25>FTiCN>FTiN. The main reason for this is that the difference of frictional factor of the three kinds of cutter material and the workpiece material.

The virtual manufacturing technology mainly provide visual, auditory information, to achieve "what you see is what you get" the effect. Several typical definition of virtual manufacturing dominate in this fields were listed out, based on which expressed an explicit interpretation. Main features and three type of virtual manufacturing, such as design-centered, machine-centered and control centered virtual manufacturing were analyzed respectively. The virtual manufacturing system, supported by cutter tool magazine, pallet storage, production database, material storage and NC storage, have been demonstrated in an architecture figure. Finally, the author concluded the important role of virtual manufacturing and illustrated an example of applying virtual manufacturing in five-axis machining process.

Reconfigurable manufacturing system is essential for sustainable change, rapid response ability important characteristics, research, development and application of manufacturing system. The main architecture and major characteristics of reconfigurable manufacturing systems is explored. Normally, the quality of RMS can be evaluated by several factors. Firstly, the gross cost of production and reconstruction should be less. Secondly, The time of design and manufacture (ascent time) should be shorter. Thirdly, the utilization ratio of existed resource should reach to the utmost. Finally, the cargo stream planning in common space should keep in optimal condition. At last, The author give an example to shown the RMS, the hydraulic integrated package for a gearshift device in automobile, are mentioned to compare and analyze.

Planar targets have been widely used in the field of machine vision, and reordering the feature points on a planar target is of great difficulties and importance. As the current methods for that are of poor robustness, and are easily interfered by foreign objects or the image background, a novel method, which is of high versatility and is not easily affected by the interferences, is proposed in the paper. Cross ratio invariance and homographic relationship between the target plane and the image plane are utilized in the method. Experimental results show that the method is viable and robust to realize precise reordering of the feature points on planar targets in complex site environment.

With the development of industrial control systems manufacture level and reliability technology in recent years, the traditional reliability prediction methods have been unable to meet the needs of product quality. The complicated system have taken the place of traditional simple equipment, maintenance, testing and common-cause failure are becoming new problem before product designers, compared to traditional methods of reliability prediction, the method based on Markov process take maintenance and testing time, common-cause failure factors into consideration, not only make the reliability analysis results more accurate, but also proves that these factors can affect the reliability of product, which can be used as the reference for equipment production engineer to improve products.

Aiming at the time delay of telecommunication problem and the real-time correction problem in path planning, this paper presents a telerobot system based on augmented reality technology and force feedback technology. The core is the dynamic integration of live streaming video of the remote scene and virtual robot, and applying the force feedback sensing and control technologies to solve robotic arms path planning problem. Experiment proves that the system can basically solve the delay problem and make up for the limitation of merely relying on virtual reality simulation technology.

Object tracking has always been a hot issue in vision application, its application area include video surveillance, human-machine, virtual reality and so on. In this paper, we introduce the Mean shift tracking algorithm, which is a kind of important no parameters estimation method, then we evaluate the tracking performance of Mean shift algorithm on different video sequences.

The original DR image is decomposed into different scale and frequency of the band image sequence by using Laplace gaussian pyramid model methods. Using multi-scale image enhancement algorithm to enhance the High frequency component of the decomposed image, Then adjust the light of the low frequency part to make the reconstructed image illumination contrast more reasonable. The enhanced process according to different frequency layer image feature make the different gain weight for the different frequency layer image characteristics,so different frequency image layer realize respectively noise smoothing, dimensionality reduction and enhance the effect of edge character.The simulation experiments showed that this Image Processing Algorithm effect is very good.

The random vibration of simply-supported beam is simplified of the random vibration of the SDOF theory ,the paper analyse its random response. We get the displacement power spectral density function the velocity power spectral density and the acceleration power spectral density function of the maximum displacement point. The same example is calculated by ANSYS, it also get the same results.It proved that using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to anlaysis the random vibration of the simply-supported beam has advantages of fast speedhigh precisioneasy stepsthe small error and so on..

According to the problem that the thickness change of the square cylinder as energy-absorption component affect energy-absorption characteristics of the square cylinder, this paper researches that the thickness of the square cylinder for energy-absorption component of the square cylinders influence through theoretical analysis and using numerical calculation method. The theoretical part in this paper analyze local deformation of the square cylinder theoretical model as a result of axial compression ,and in the numerical simulation part this paper simulate the dynamic response of the thin wall square cylinder model structure , thereby research the thickness change of the square cylinder influence on energy-absorption characteristics of the square cylinder. At last, the change curve of the force-deformation is drawn with the change curve of force-peak load, and it is obtained law that the thickness of the square cylinder influence on energy-absorption characteristics the square cylinder and optimum thickness.

The measure of the significance of the attribute and attribute reduction is one of the core content of rough set theory. The classical rough set model based on equivalence relation, suitable for dealing with discrete-valued attributes. Fuzzy-rough set theory, integrating fuzzy set and rough set theory together, extending equivalence relation to fuzzy relation, can deal with fuzzy-valued attributes. By analyzing three problems of FRAR which is a fuzzy decision table attribute reduction algorithm having extensive use, this paper proposes a new reduction algorithm which has better overcome the problem, can handle larger fuzzy decision table. Experimental results show that our reduction algorithm is much quicker than the FRAR algorithm.

As powerful guarantee for food quality, cold chain logistics has received world-wide concern and is considerably potential for China market. It is highly remarked for its high cost as well as requirement. In this paper we mainly discussed the construction method of intelligent transportation system of cold chain logistics. We introduced the concept of in-car networking to the cold chain logistics industry and explained the construction methods of cold chain logistics in-car networking from information acquirement, information transmission and information platform, providing ideas and innovation point for the construction of cold chain logistics intelligent transportation system.

China is actively carrying out smart grid demonstration projects construction. As an important part of smart grid, substations remote video and environment system are increasingly becoming the focus of research, and playing an active role for the full realization of intelligent substation. The management of the existing substations in China, still require a lot of manual inspection, and the safety and prevention capacity of unmanned substation is not high, which can not meet the increasing demands of the substation. This paper aims to present the design and application of a monitoring system of remote video and environment to smart substations. Discusses in detail how to build video and monitoring information platform, the paper introduces the design principles and the structure of the system. It has greatly enhanced the safety and reliability of substation operation, and has achieved good results in the integrated applications of remote video and environment system.

μc-Si:H thin films have been deposited on the 7059 glass substrate by RF-PECVD. Effects of film thickness on structure and properties of Si thin films were investigated by XRDRamanUV-Vis and precision multimeter. Experimental results indicated that uniform dense microcrystalline silicon thin films can be prepared by rf-PECVD, silicon thin films transferred from a-Si:H to μc-Si:H along with film thickness increased. For μc-Si:H, XRD spectrum occurred (111)(220) and (331) peak, grain size and crystalline volume fraction increased with thickness enhanced, arrived at 82%; optical band gap of μc-Si:H is 2.0~2.36eV and decreased when thickness increased, the transmittance was added firstly and then reduced with film thickness increased, the transmittance curve occurred redshift;the photosensitivity of the thin films was improved firstly and then decreased with thickness increased, which was highest at 104 quantity in the transition zone from a-Si:H to μc-Si:H.
