Under the joint action of dynamic and static loads, the connecting bolts of the top cover of the pump turbine are prone to cumulative damage in local areas such as threads, resulting in cracks or development, and fatigue fracture may occur in severe cases, which will cause serious safety accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out accurate fatigue life estimation analysis for connecting bolts, which has always been a hot spot and difficulty in the industry. This paper introduces several commonly used fatigue life analysis methods of parts, combined with the force characteristics and structural characteristics of the connecting bolts of the top cover, and analyzes and discusses the fatigue life analysis methods suitable for the top cover bolts. Finally, it is believed that the application of stress-strain field strength method can better describe the actual state of the bolt danger area, and the current damage state has an influence on the amount of damage generated by further loading, and the fatigue life analysis of connecting bolts can be combined with the stress-strain field strength method and variable damage linear cumulative damage theory, and the fatigue life and residual fatigue life can be estimated in the design stage or after the phased service of the bolt.

The valve cover of a gray cast iron drain valve, used by a chemical company, cracked during its operation. The cracking reasons of the valve cover were investigated by fracture appearance observation of the valve cover, metallographic observation, SEM observation, chemical composition analysis of the corrosion products, finite element analysis of the valve cover by ABAQUS and tensile tests and impact tests of the cover sample at normal temperature and-12°C. After these investigation jobs, it can be concluded that there was no any significant cast defect or original defect in the fracture of the valve cover, the stress was much lower than the strength of valve cover material, and the cracking of the valve cover was caused by the expansion of the ice which was changed from the seeper between the valve cover and valve body when the weather temperature was lower than-12°C. At the end of this article, some proposals were put forward to the company in order to avoid similar accidents.

This paper presents a new approach for reliability test sampling plan of Railway equipment. Based on the interval censored failure data, the mean rank order method is used for data pre-process and the least square method is used for fitting the parameters of Weibull distribution, where, the best estimations of distribution parameters are derived. The sampling inspection plan for interval censored data is established when the lifetime follows the Weibull distribution. In the case study, we applied the proposed method to design the reliability test sampling plan of an electric multiple units.

In order to study the impact of prestress and aqueous medium for axial pump flow rotor modal ，in this paper, with a axial flow model test of North Water Diversion Project, the flow of aqueous medium modal distribution of axial flow rotary mechanism was calculated through the coupling APDL command stream in ANSYS WORKBENCH with the basic idea of Fluid-structure interaction，and axial flow changes of impeller modal in aqueous medium and in the air was compared under prestressed case; the load of prestressed modal of the rotation for the entire organization was calculated through the one-way coupling method . The results show that the water medium has a significant decreases to the natural frequency of the impeller, while the impact of the prestress for modal is not obvious.

It’s necessary to calculate and analyze the strength of the pump impeller for the safe operation of the pump. In this paper, the impeller strength of a two-way full-adjust horizontal axial-flow pump in a domestic pump station under forward pumping conditions was calculated by using the unidirectional fluid-structure interaction method; it means loading the blade surface water pressure calculating from CFD software CFX as structure surface loads to the blade, and then calculating the strength of the impeller using finite element software ANSYS ; the strength of the impeller was calculated under different blade rotating angle conditions. Through the calculation, we has got static stress and deformation distribution in the impeller. The results show that under each blade rotating angle, the maximum static stress always increases with lift increasing; the maximum static stress occurs at the junction of the blade and hub; the stress concentration also occurs in there prone to cause fatigue failure; maximum deformation of the blade occurs in the leading edge close to the rim; the maximum static stress is far less than yield strength of the material that the static stress can not cause cracks.

Stewart platform is a typical parallel manipulator, which is equipped with rigidity, high positioning accuracy and other advantages. To achieve wonderful fit of the spacesuit upper torso, the Stewart platform is applied in the upper torso fit design, by which the upper torso active fit design method is proposed. The mathematical model and the experimental model are established to study the validly of the fit design method. The results verify that the application of Stewart platform in the fit design of spacesuit upper torso is feasible. The research in this paper provides useful guide for the fit design of the spacesuit in the future

During the development of M gas reservoir which is a typical fracture-pore carbonate reservoir with bottom water, excessive water production is frequently encountered during the lifetime of gas-producing wells, which generally results in a rapid productivity decline and a remarkable increase in operating costs caused by the handing and treating of large amount of water. Nevertheless, there exists no comprehensive analysis method to accurately obtain it. In combination with previous studies about water inrush source in gas reservoirs and the static and dynamic developing data of M gas reservoir, there are four methods brought up firstly, which are means of water sample salinity analysis, water-gas ratio (WGR) analysis, comprehensive logging interpretation analysis and production performance analysis. Subsequently on the basis of formation parameters and fluid data of M gas reservoir, the mechanism model of fracture-pore reservoir with bottom water have been set up by utilizing the Eclipse software to research the water-invasion principles. According to the dynamic change characteristics of water invasion, the numerical simulation analysis method has been brought up. Finally the identification process is illustrated accurately by taking two representative wells in M gas reservoir for example. A timely and precise identification of water inrush source plays a significant role in understanding the principles of gas-water motion in the reservoir, making corresponding and reasonable development measures and improving the development efficiency.

In view of the traditional support vector machine (SVM) model in wind power prediction parameter selection problems, this paper introduced a model which using artificial colony algorithm to seek the optimal parameters of support vector machine. The experimental results show that the SVM model of artificial swarm optimization application and prediction is effective, makes the forecast precision is improved.

Information of in situ stress field is crucial for predicting the response of rock masses to the disturbance associated with underground constructions. Hydraulic fracturing is an efficient method for determining the stress field and is suitable at the early stages of projects when no underground access exists. For this, a series of new improved techniques and equipments are developed for the deep boreholes to increase the reliability of system. For a better understanding of the stress test, the ideal HF pressure-time curve is given and the fracturing procedure is analyzed. Based on the theory of HF stress calculation, two implicit inequations are deduced.

This article, according to engineering geological exploration and mapping data of landslides, describes the characteristics of the typical landslide in eastern Menyuan Basin, including the main landslide body, the surface of rupture and the base of the landslide. And then, through applying GEO-SLOPE finite element software, the evolvement process is analyzed by simulating the formation of dynamics mechanism.

For overcoming flaws of traditional gas stove and kitchen ventilator, the structure and principle of internal combustion stove was put forward, and the prototype was developed and tested. When the opening of gas valve increases, firstly, the thermal efficiency decreases sharply, then smoothly, and thermal efficiency reaches up to 70.93% versus 25% opening of gas valve. The internal combustion stove is very suitable for frying or heating food directly, environmental, energy-saving, safe, compact, etc.

This paper proposes a new idea about damping of suspended floor in huge frame constructions. By using mode-superposition response spectrum method, the inner force and displacement in theory was obtained. Suspended floor system has economical, theoretical, social and humanistic benefits, but is not mature technically. Thus in the end, the paper proposes subsequent researching directions about damping of suspended floor system based on the basic assumption in the program.

Soil erosion in a catchment has becoming a serious environmental issue for an increasing damage to the surface ecological environment. To quantitatively simulate the sediment yield, the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) was introduced in Tao River Basin. The investigation was conducted using a 8-year historical observed sediment data from 2001 to 2008. The performance evaluation shows that the simulated monthly sediment yield matched the observed data satisfactorily, with Re was less than 15%, R2 > 0.9 and Nash-suttclife (Ens)>0.8 for both calibration (2001-2004) and validation period (2005-2008) at two observed stations, indicating the validity of SWAT model for sediment yield simulation in the study area. The results of this study can be helpful for solving the soil erosion issue for water environmental protection.

This paper proposes a new idea about damping of suspended floor in huge frame constructions. Experimental program and physical models were made, and then a lot of vibration tests by controlling acceleration and amplitude were taken respectively. The result shows that suspended floor has damping effect in a certain area and the damping degree is related to acceleration and amplitude. It also illustrates that changing frequency has more remarkable effect than changing amplitude.

In this paper, a new design strategy for the hardware implementation of hearing aid algorithms is proposed. Two familiar hearing aid algorithms—Wide Dynamic Range Compression (WDRC) and Automatic Gain Control (AGC)—are implemented in one circuit as an example. By putting the common arithmetic procedures into common module, the operation units can be used repeatedly. In this way, the area and power consumption are visibly reduced.

A new type powertrain system architecture for city electric bus was introduced, which combines the function of Extended-Range Electric Vehicle (E-REV) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (P-HEV). Five driving modes were designed and its dynamics were analyzed. Numerical method on dynamics was proposed. The dynamic performance parameter of five drive modes were calculated and analyzed. The results indicate that the dynamic performance reaches the limit value at full drive mode and meet the requirement of city bus.

The energy balance of Hydraulic Confined Piston Engine (HCPE) is the key to understanding its working mechanism, improving its efficiency. The working principle of HCPE was presented, and the energy balance for the rated condition and application characteristics for the full conditions were also studied. Taking the low thermal value of fuel into account, the percentage of energy loss related to combustion is 54.99%, the percentage related to friction is 5.59%, the hydraulic loss is 1.92% and the other losses are 1.10%; the efficient work is 36.40%. The efficient work and the loss related to combustion are similar to those of a hydraulic free piston engine and medial speed diesel engine.

In this paper, A new type of power-split HEV system based on Ravigneaux Planetary Mechanism is introduced. Using AVL Cruise software established the hybrid passenger car simulation model. The energy management system control strategy based rules is also studied. The effectiveness of the control strategy for the vehicle is proved by UDDC driving cycle. According to the results, fuel consumption saving of five percent than that of the prototype.

To promote the alcohol catalytic oxidation of Pd/C catalysts, it was implemented that the lanthanide Yb was introduced to the catalyst via the precipitation thermal decomposition and chemical reduction methods. The structure analysis and surface morphology of Pd-Yb/C catalysts were investigated by XRD and SEM. The ethanol electrocatalytic oxidation activity of in alkaline media was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The results show that the performance of ethanol catalytic oxidation on Pd-Yb/C electrode is better than that on the Pd/C electrode. The introduction of Yb can promote Pd/C catalytic oxidation alcohol and its poisoning tolerance ability.

In order to improve the speed and accuracy of lithology identification with logging data, according to the advantage of the recognition of linear distribution with SOM network, a identification model was established to recognize lithology in northern Qaidam basin. Firstly, the input data of logging curves are normalized, and then continuously trained network separately for 30 times, 50 times, 100 times, 200 times, 500 times, 1000 times, and the final results had shown that it did the best when it’s on 200 times, and the accuracy almostly reached 93 percent. Finally, the model was applied in other district which had the same geology background, and it also apparently displayed more efficient than other traditional method.

In the application process of wireless sensor network, LEACH protocol solves the problem of data fusion well, and reduces data exchanges between nodes and bases. Based on the research, this paper proposes an advanced LEACH protocol, which is fused by the data of cluster head, and each time when transmits data to the neighbor shortest cluster head, this protocol gets reduction in the aspects of theoretical existing and energy consumption, and improvement in using efficiency. The LEACH protocol Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) [1] is designed by Hein Zelman W et al from college of electronic engineering and computer science of MIT University for the wireless sensor network. The protocol divides all nodes in the network into several clusters, in which the cluster members are responsible for the collection of user needs in the news, and the cluster head is responsible for the management of cluster member cluster members, for the allocation of communication time slot to receive the cluster members messages, and these messages are forwarded to fusion processing, the processed data to the base station node. Compared with the planar routing, the cluster structure through data fusion, can eliminate redundant data, reduce network traffic, effectively save energy, and prolong the network survival time. But the protocol still has some problems, such as the burden of cluster heads is too heavy, more energy consumption, cost of frequent building clusters bring and network load balancing.

With the development of modern wireless communication technology, the driver assist driving system gets more and more attention from people, because it could receives many real-time information, such as traffic lights information, road information and so on. The arterial velocity planning algorithm based on traffic lights information makes vehicle more economically and efficiently, because it could help driver decrease the acceleration/ deceleration pattern and idling time. This paper creates 3 arterial velocity planning algorithms by analyzing the vehicle driving process, and the acceleration/deceleration parameters and driving time of these three algorithms are optimized. When the vehicle is driving, the arterial velocity planning algorithm gives the dynamic speed advice to the driver through driver assist driving system, ensures that the vehicle will cross the traffic light without coming to a stop. The results show that the fuel consumption savings for vehicles with arterial velocity planning is above 11% on a relatively smooth arterial road.

In order to provide basis and standards to the research on unmanned driving behaviors, a more thorough evaluation system of Intelligent Behavior for Unmanned Ground Vehicles needs to come forward. The intelligent behavior of unmanned ground vehicles in pedestrian crossing scenario is taken as an example in this paper. By using building and analyzing evaluation index system, this paper proposes an evaluation method that can comprehensively expressed the technological performance of unmanned ground vehicles based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Compared with traditional methods, this evaluation method takes index weight into sufficient conderations and is more objective. The method properly works out with index weight of specific scenarios that reflects the actual situations. The establishment of comprehensive scoring method objectively and conveniently turns the performances of unmanned ground vehicle into scores, so that the results can be compared and ranked directly. Last but not least, a certain participating vehicle is used for case study. The result proves aforementioned method to be practical, reliable, convenient and logical. It not only evaluates the assessment comprehensively, but also evaluates the index separately to guide researchers to find out the defects of unmanned driving vehicle evaluation indexes and point out ways to improve them.

This paper does unidirectional fluid-solid coupling calculation on the runner strength under three designed head loading conditions of a certain Francis turbine in the north-eastern China. The water pressure on the blade in the flow fields of different operating conditions is calculated by means of CFD software CFX. With the help of ansys workbench, the water pressure is loaded to the blade as structural load to conclude the static stress distribution and deformation of the runner under different operating conditions. The results show that the maximum static stress increases with the rise of the flow and appears near the influent side of the blade connected to the runner crown; the maximum deformation increases with the rise of the flow and appears on the band. The results provides effective basis for the structural design and safe operation of the Francis turbine.

We build an interference model to embody the influence from topological distribution, transmission power and packet transmission rate quantitatively. Then game theory is introduced. We take transmission power and position tracking accuracy as game strategy and payoff respectively. The existence of Nash equilibrium in vehicle network are proved. A Nash equilibrium is corresponding to the optimized transmission power vector for vehicles. Vehicle network self-adaptive power control algorithm (VNSPCA) is proposed to adjust transmission power in vehicle network. Finally, we conduct simulation and compare the performance of VNSPCA with MINPCA and MAXPCA.

As a type of Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET), Vehicle Ad-hoc Network (VANET) has its own features such as high speed vehicles, large number of vehicles and highly dynamic driving environment. These features bring new requirements to VANET. Transmission speed, respond time and reliability level of communication have very strict instantaneity and Quality of service (QoS) demands. There are many optimized designs to satisfy the demands on each layer of communication in VANET. But there are lack of optimized works on safety messages’ communication sub-layer. In this paper, we introduce queuing theory to model and design the communication sub-layer. The results of simulation and field test show our design has achieved the requirements on both performance and function. The average improvements on performance are one times than before.

Aiming at interactions between human system and water system, a new evaluation system for water-human harmony index (WHHI) was built on the base of triple criteria: Natural water cycle’s health degree (NWHD), Social water cycle’s rationality degree (SWRD) and Human-to-water fitness degree (HWFD). Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Entropy Mothed were applied to the evaluation model for Water-human harmony degree (WHHD). With relevant data of WHHI in Zhangye city, Gansu province, the state of the water-human relationship in Zhangye was assessed from each criterion angle and the result showed that water-human harmony situation as a whole was on the upswing, while the trouble of natural water cycle’s health was the biggest shortcoming in the process of harmonious development. This evaluation model can satisfy practical applications and reflect regional objective reality on water-human relationship, which has a certain guiding significance for regional water resource management.

In complex assembly process, By using the conversion mapping relation of “MBOM-WBOM-FBOM”, consistency mapping and integrity control of material feeding information for complex assembling line was realized, and data describing model that can reflect the feature of assembly process was provided for delicacy management. At last, the rationality of BOM models above and feasibility of transfer approach were proved through actual case.

This article made a in-depth research of the face detection with the method of integral image, which is based on image capture and recognition technology, and designed the hardware circuit and software program development framework. Designed hardware circuit platform around the Cortex-A8 core processor in hardware, which was exclusively for the camera driver, face recognition and image capture. Prorammed face detection code with QT, and finally transplanted the face detection program to ARM board. Results show that the system has a high identification rate correctly and a good real-time performance under normal lighting conditions after a certain sample size of the test.

In order to improve the predictive accuracy of short-term wind power, a prediction model based on improved empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and support vector machine (SVM) is constructed. As to the problems of basic EMD, it is proposed to use the steady point meaning sifting method instead of spline envelope meaning sifting method, to improve the overshoots/undershoots caused by traditional cubic spline interpolation. Wind power series can be decomposed into different series by improved EMD, and then SVM is used to forecast power by each component. The total wind power prediction result is obtained through reconstructing at last. Case study shows that the predictive accuracy has significantly been improved by comparing with other models.

The paper analyzes the working principle of hydro-viscous speed control system, establishes the mathematical model of electro-hydraulic proportional valve and the hydro-viscous clutch. In order to solve the problem of nonlinear and improve the real-time of the hydro-viscous clutch control system, the paper applies the method of fuzzy-PID control, realizes the design and simulation of the speed-system controller in the Simulink platform of MATLAB and performs an experiment by controlling the cooling fan of tracked vehicle.

In recent years, wide installation of smart meters and implementation of Smart Meter Management System (SMMS) provides data foundation for short-term load forecasting. In this paper, a new load forecasting approach is proposed based on big data technologies using smart meter data. The new approach analyzes the characteristics of numerous electricity users, which helps system operators identify influencing factors. Big data architecture can handle large amount of data and computation efforts. Compared with the traditional system load forecasting methods, this new approach produces better prediction accuracy.

The model of wind turbine was created by CATIA software, and then the simulation for blades and wind field was conducted by ANSYS software. The phenomena, such as tip vortex of blade, center vortex, and spiral trailing edge vortex caused by the rotating wind turbine, were presented explicitly and the pressure distribution of wind field was obtained. This paper provides some guiding significance to the arrangement of wind turbine and the studies about loading, deformation, and stress of blades.

The scale-inhibition effect of electromagnetic field was tested on circulating cooling water of power plant, and then the scale sample was analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results showed that, under optimum scale-inhibition conditions, aragonite content increased and calcite content decreased, and scale-inhibition rate was up to 78.2%; under the poorest conditions, both aragonite and calcite crystals existed, and the scale-inhibition rate was-201.0%; after treating with electromagnetic field, size of both calcite and aragonite particles decreased, making them more easily flown away and thus showing better overall scale-inhibition effect; when energy provided by the electromagnetic field was more than the decrease in free energy of the system, extra energy turns the calcite CaCO3 into other forms of metastable crystalline phases, then content of different crystalline phases is changed in favor of scale inhibition.

As the grim situation of the contamination caused by the sludge is gradually expanded in China, the target to make sludge harmless, stable, reduced, and available is increasingly aimed. Traditional methods and techniques of sludge treatment, disposal, and resource utilization are mature and widely used in many waterworks. With the fast progress of science and technology, some new technologies in treating sludge are appearing to manage the incoming challenge of sludge treatment and disposal. Therefore, the traditional methods and novel development of sludge treatment and disposal are reviewed in this paper in order to find optimal solutions to solve the problems of the sludge pollution.

Experimental study was carried out on compressive cube strength, flexural strength and permeability coefficient of color permeable concrete using concrete waste as coarse recycled aggregate. The results show that watercement ratio has significant effect on compressive cube strength, flexural strength and permeability coefficient of color permeable recycled aggregate concrete (RAC).The flexural strength of RAC is improved by polypropylene fiber. The content of pigment from 5% to 10% has no impact on mechanical properties and permeability of RAC.

Based on the optimal design theory, the optimization model for electric-mechanic transmission parameters is established in this paper, and genetic arithmetic is used to solve the optimization model. Comparing the transmission’s performance before optimization with that after optimization, the result shows that the motor design difficulty is reduced and the transmission’s performance is improved after optimaization.

Creep landslide tunnel deformation is a diversity,changeability, less information, complicated nonlinear problem, it’s unable to establish accurate mathematical model.A creep landslide tunnel deformation prediction model based on SVM was constructed in this paper to enhance prediction accuracy, and penalty parameter c and Kernel function parameter g of SVM were optimized by genetic algorithms (GA).nine closely related factors in creep landslide tunnel deformation were selected as Input vector of SVM , creep landslide tunnel deformation measured value as a model target output. In Matlab 2011b simulation software,80 groups observation data from 2012 to 2013 of Laoyeling tunnel in Changchun to Hunchun highway of Jilin province as the sample data, 70 groups were used as training set, other 10 groups were used as testing set. The simulation result shows that testing value is very close to the true value in this method, the average relative error close to 2%. Effectiveness of the creep landslide tunnel deformation prediction based on GA_SVM model is verified by experiments.

In order to improve the biological oxidation and phosphorous removal in BAF, compound inoculation method was introduced to start two stage biological filters by alternative aeration. The two stage biological filters were connected by serial way, and three phases "batch aeration phase, the phase of small flow water for gradually increasing in the load, the alternative aeration phase" were adopted as the start up procedure. The experimental results showed that: COD removal rate was 83.3% after the former two stages; Ammonia nitrogen removal rate was stable at 81.5% while the TP removal efficiency was 68.9% and COD removal rate reached above 80% at the end of the third phase. Totally, 25 days were necessary for the biofilm formation in two stages BAF.

The region of Yushu has fragile natural environment. In 2010, it suffered severe damages caused by earthquakes. This paper subject, on the basis of status research of natural and cultural environment in Yushu area and urban public facilities across the world, is aiming at a design attempt of public facilities suitable for Yushu area under the guidance of sustainable-development design theory. After constructing computer models, we made physical models to further test the reliability of our scheme. The overall design acts according to circumstances, and makes it environmental friendly, developmental sustainable, economical, aesthetic, practical and reliable. We also added to our design some local characteristics to make it better integrate into the local natural environmental features so that it could be widely used. In the end, we summarized the pros and cons of the scheme through theoretical analysis of our design process, despite that, in June 2014, we had an on-the-spot investigation in Yushu, and according to its current state of development, we made outlooks of our further scheme practice.

This paper presents an unsupervised structure damage classification method based on the AiNet immune network clustering for the large-scale structure. The AiNet clustering is employed to update memory cell sets and get the clustering center. The memory cell sets are used to classify measured data. The algorithm is tested using a Benchmark structure. The test results show the feasibility of using this algorithm for the unsupervised structure damage classification.

The performance of biological aerated filter (BAF) with lava media for the treatment of micro-polluted source water was investigated with the operational temperature 18°C, the PH value 6.29-8.35, hydraulic retention time (HRT) 30 min as well as dissolved oxygen (DO) 2-3mg/L. The results show that the lava media is a pretty carrier that has promising surface characteristics for microorganism growth and biofilm formation. The biofilter could be operated successfully in 18d, that was shorter than the ceramic and zeolite media filter in the same start-up condition. During the steady operation period, the lava media BAF performed a promising treatment performance of permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, and turbidity removal, where as the removal rate were 46%, 97% and 62%, respectively. A set of bench scale ASBR reactors with 0.5 L effective volume were carried out to culture anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria, while the anaerobic granular sludge was inoculated into these reactors as well as the operating temperature is 30±1°C, HRT is 72h and pH is approximate 7.8 in this experiment. After 60 days running, these reactors appeared anaerobic ammonia oxidation phenomenon. When the influent NH4+-N and NO2--N concentrations were approximately 50 mg/L and 70 mg/L, the NH4+-N, NO2--N and TN removal were 80%, 90% and 70%, respectively, the ratio of the NH4+-N and NO2--N removal and NO3--N production is approximately 1:1.5:0.25, close to the theoretical valve of 1:1.32:0.26 and that mainly accord with the chemical equilibrium of anaerobic ammonia oxidation mode. Furthermore, when the phenomenon of anaerobic ammonia oxidation appeared, effluent pH value was slightly higher than influent and the sludge become red.

In the process of image matching, it is involved such as image rotation, scale zooming, brightness change and other problems. In order to improve the precision of image matching, image matching algorithm based on SIFT feature point is proposed. First, the method of generating scale space is introduced. Then, the scale and position of feature points are determined through three dimension quadratic function and feature vectors are determined through gradient distribution characteristic of neighborhood pixels of feature points. Finally, feature matching is completed based on the Euclidean distance. The experiment result indicates that using SIFT feature point can achieve image matching effectively.

Technical condition parameters prediction is one of key steps in CBM (Condition based Maintenance). As disadvantage of traditional methods, Base on theory of combination prediction, combining with Delay Time and two-stage prediction model, multi-stage combination prediction model is proposed. The model can solve the problem that complicated rule of variation in equipment condition and uncertainty characteristic. Through lubricating oil analysis and correlated prescribing, operation phase of equipment is parted. At the same time, every method adapt to every stage is found. The result shows the model works well and effectively.

In order to improve the efficiency of auto parts distribution logistics, to lower the cost of auto production in transportation logistics, and to reduce accidents, in this paper it is designed that an automatic guided vehicle control system to replace the manned tractors in the distribution sites. The system is equipped with an infrared homing device that can ensure the automated guided vehicle (AGV) along a predetermined route automatic driving at a given distribution information, without the needs to manually guided. Test results show that the circuit performance of AGV control system is stable to ensure the accuracy of the tracking in the practical application, and the mean absolute error of the tracking is less than 0.04m.

The principle of balancing a high speed cantilever rotor at full speed has been put forward by low-speed and high-speed balancing. The portable field dynamic balancing instrument based on the microcontroller is discussed from the hardware, the software and the signal process in detail. With the developed instrument, the whole-machine balancing experiment was conducted on a saucer-separating centrifuge RJ-460. The vibration of the saucer-separating centrifuge decreased from 3.8mm/s to 0.3mm/s at 1200r/min and decreased from 9.8mm/s to 0.6mm/s at 7200r/min. The experimental results indicated that the principle of balance is correct and the designed instrument is reliable and promising.
