The research of College English mobile learning platform based on mobile phone help to develop and improve mobile learning theory and provide a solid theoretical foundation for future generations; on the other hand, it also help to achieve the learning style with student-centered, Individualization and self-control the learning process to stimulate College students 'interest in College English learning and improve College students' English ability.

This paper mainly studied how to inject the project team management into the collaborative translation tools based on the cloud platform, so as to better coordinate the relationship between different translators and translation project, and the aided translation input method will be introduced to collaborative translation platform, as a bridge between the translator and the collaborative translation platform, to effectively improve the efficiency of different translators. At the same time we realize the terms detection and recognition system and translation memory system, to not only improve the efficiency of different translators, but also can solve the problem that translation content repetition and lack of communication between different translators.

A speed controller with fuzzy sliding mode algorithm was designed by using power function instead of the traditional switch symbol function, and adjusting the approach law parameters combined with fuzzy algorithm in real time, as it was difficult to eliminate the chattering when designing a PMSM speed controller with the traditional sliding mode variable structure. The mathematical model of the PMSM was built in Matlab/Simulink with the vector control strategy. The simulation results showed that the control system of PMSM built by improved sliding mode had quick velocity response with less overshoot and significantly weakened chattering, which verified the efficiency of the improved algorithm in the simulation stage.
