Automatic Target Recognition (ATR) system is widely utilized in engineering. However, the performance evaluation method for an ATR system is limited. This paper resolves the problem based on the theory of Sugeno fuzzy integration. The performance metrics are firstly measured. Then, a performance evaluation model is developed. Simulation result shows that, compared to the existing technologies, the novel method can offer more objective performance conclusions for an ATR system.

Dams can effectively alleviate great debris flow hazards to downstream regions, so they has been widely applied to prevention and control engineering of debris flow disaster now. A kind of steel-concrete combined structure with steel braces was presented based on conventional gravity dams, and the superiority of the new structure in terms of impact resistance was verified contrastively by means of model experiments under solid impact. The results show that braces can restrain cracks and reduce their width, thus the extent of damage in impact areas is alleviated effectively. Compared with the conventional dam, the dynamic strains and acceleration peak values of the dam with braces both observably reduce, and the highest reduction ranges of them may be up to 69.2% and 47.8% respectively, so the deformation and vibration are limited by the braces. The dynamic displacement peak values of the new-type dam are significantly less than the conventional dam, and the average reduction range of this index can reach to about 46%, so the structural stiffness has been enhanced by a large margin.

Organochlorine pesticides have had a wide and long history of applications in many countries around the world, which cause serious environmental problems. Constructed wetlands are considered an effective means of removal of organochlorine pesticides. This study describes the constructed wetland and applications of organochlorine pesticides contamination in constructed wetlands, and focuses on purification for organochlorine pesticides of microorganisms and plants in constructed wetlands. Then discussed constructed wetlands removal influence factors of organochlorine pesticides. And put forward some recommendations in research.

Water quality criteria (WQC) is based on the results of scientific experiments and inferences, which prescribe a limit threshold value to pollutants and other harmful factors in water. The system of water quality criteria study is basically a blank circumstance. It’s urgent to establish water quality criteria to adapt with the characters of China water environment to supply theoretic bases for revising water quality standards and managing environment. In this paper, an overview of the water quality criteria, as well as domestic and foreign research progress in theoretical methodology are systematically discussed, furthermore, considering current status of water quality criteria, comprehensive research were pointed out to be done in the future.

This paper further investigates the problem of synchronization of hyperchaotic memristor-based Chua’s circuits. An active control method is employed to design a controller to achieve the global synchronization of two identical memristor-based systems. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, a sufficient condition is given to guarantee the stability of the synchronization error system.

A dynamic calculation model of the pile supporting structure with single prestressed anchor for the slope is proposed in this paper. The motion equation of the pile-prestressed anchor is established and the analytical solutions are obtained. In addition the proposed method is applied to a project case to carry out the seismic analysis and design of the pile supporting structure with single prestressed anchor. The calculation model provides a new approach for earthquake analysis and seismic design of slope supported by pile supporting structure with pre-stress anchor.

Salt expansion was the main diseases of the salty foundation. In order to study the deformation regularity and quantitative description of coarse particles saline soil ground in natural condition, a field test was conducted in Dunhuang area. The exploratory well with 7.5 m depth (deeper then annual temperature change layer) was excavated on site, and the data of salt content \water content \ground temperature \salt expansion rate were collected. From the test it was found that : salt expansion mainly decided by salt content, salt content and salt expansion rate have approximately a quadratic function relationship; the minimum salt content could cause soil expansion is 1.5‰; The salt expansion force was strong, and the gravitational stress could not suppress the deformation.

In this paper, a clock domains cross FIFO interface of multichannel continuous DDR2 read and write is designed. The interface provides continuous data stream from DDR2 to 12 different channels simultaneously. Four core issues are resolved: mismatch on bit width between DDR2 user interface and the channels, data stream conversion control from DDR2 to channels, clock domains difference between DDR2 and channels, Discontinuous process of DDR2 read and write. DDR2 storage spaces are partitioned for matching data width of the DDR2 user interface and the channels, and to achieve the maximum utilization of the DDR2 memory. Via state machine, data conversion and synchronization from DDR2 to channels are implemented, and the state machine can be applied to providing continuous DDR2 data to any numbers of channels simultaneously. Cross clock domains FIFO interface goes to solve the different clock domains problem between channels and DDR2. When bank or row addresses conversion occurs, or DDR2 auto-refresh cycle comes, DDR2 cannot be read or written, leading to data interruptedly in time aspect. To solve the problem, the FIFO interface is designed followed the full-mode handshake protocol. Through the interface caching, the 12 channels can continuously read data from the DDR2 simultaneously. The final design can achieve the goal that under the fastest case, DDR2 provides 12 channels data stream simultaneously at 61.538 MHz rate at the same time, and 90.566% efficiency in the reading and writing aspects.

Graphene and its derivatives have become great concern in biomedical fields. Though many investigations about their toxicity have been reported, investigation on the interaction with γ-globulins is lacking. In this work, we studied the effects of the graphene oxide (GO) on the structure of γ-globulins by UV absorption spectra, circular dichroism (CD) and fuorescence spectra. The results showed that GO could alter the secondary structures and conformation. The results obtained in this study provided good insight into understanding the biomedical application of GO in vivo.

According to the process of the ECG signal extraction, the ECG signal is susceptible to interference which will affect the quality and effect of ECG test. In this essay, we designed an ECG signal filtering system based on ARM. It can filter the interference signal and reduce the interference of the common mode signal and power frequency, through the design circuit of the preamplifier, post amplification, filtering, notch filtering, and power amplification. Thus, ECG signal will be better collected and met the best demand.

With the development of organic agricultural certification, organic certification company as a professional economic form to organize organic certification activities with information service function is well aware of growing importance. Organic agricultural certification spatial network is composed of company organizing network and service network of organic certification, whose united operation generates the spatial network of organic certification. Much attention is paid to the spatial network of organic certification company. The organic agricultural information centers in China are classified into three types: monolayer endogenous type, monolayer radiation type and multilayer divergence type. This paper analyses the spatial networks of organic certification information centers of Nanjing and Beijing. The interaction between company organizing network and service network of organic certification spatial network is one of the main drivers of Chinese organic agriculture.

Document NO.1 of the Central Government and the report of the eighteenth National Congress has aroused widespread concern in academic circles with its emphasis on rural micro-management body, while research on spatial organization of organic agricultural enterprise under the paradigm of enterprise network is still insufficiency. The paper analyzed the organic agricultural spatial organization of headquarters, processing factories and bases in China by the end of 2012, which reflects the overall development level of the enterprise network is low, and the organizational structure shows an inverted "T" type distribution. Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Shandong and Sichuan provinces scale the highest level. Regional organizations are quite different on spatial distribution, while strong networking provinces mainly gather in the east coast, northeast and west regions, and due to the strength of the dominant organizational functions, provinces can be divided into seven types, such as headquarters-type, base-type, headquarters-processing type. Natural resources, geographical embeddedness, institutional environment, flexible production level and regional innovation capability are the five drivers of spatial organization, and measures can be taken to develop organic agriculture from four aspects of policy guidelines, strategic planning, marketing planning and technical guidance.

Organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), which is widely distributed in the environment, long residual period, semi volatile, high toxicity of persistent organic pollutants (pops), can migrate for long distances through a variety of environmental medias. In this study, we introduced the OCPs on the ways of pollution in the environmental soil and its characteristics of residues. We discussed the migration and transformation of OCPs in the environmental soil.

The organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) including a large group of insecticides were widely used in the world in the agriculture and household. OCPs are organic compounds that are resistant to environmental degradation, bioaccumulated in body, and enlarged in the food chain, they are great harm to humans and animals. Although OCPs have been banned for about 40 years, they are still remained in the environment. OCPs are toxic to human and animals, and some compounds have been identified as carcinogenic, mutagenic, and teratogenic. OCPs are also considered as endocrine disruptors, which interfere with the hormone system and can cause birth defects, reproductive and developmental disorders, as well as some cancerous tumors. There is ongoing concern over the risks to human and wildlife reproductive health of OCPs. This overview introduces the effects of OCPs on human reproduction.

A fault diagnosis method of steam turbine based on the theory of super ball is proposed, which combines density clustering with hierarchical clustering. The correlation of vibration and thermal parameters is introduced as the clustering factors. The efficiency of diagnosis,the sensitivity of noise and the accuracy of diagnosis are improved. Experiments show that the method and the selection of clustering factor are feasible.

However, the static load test and low strain test play a very important role in pile foundation inspection and ensurement of the quality of pile foundation engineering. In this paper, combined with the engineering of the basis of a hospital in lanhou, the author analyzed the results of 7 test piles static load test and a large number of low strain test and summarised pile testing contents and methods. At the same time,the bearing capacity of anchor pile in static load test is discussed.

TiCp/Al composites coating was in-situ synthesized on the L1060 alloy surface by TIG cladding. The microstructure and the phase of the coating were analyzed by OM, SEM, ADS and XRD, and the properties was been tested by micro-hardnessmeter and wear testing machine. The results show that the composite coating has no porosity, inclusions and other defects. The microstructure of the composite coating mainly consists of TiC particle and aluminum. Microstructural evidence suggests that the formation of TiC occur not only by reaction between Ti dissolved in Al and Al4C3, but also by reaction between C dissolved in Al and Al3Ti. The hardness of the composite coating obtained by TIG cladding is up to 120HV0.2. The wear resistance of composite coating is 1.6 times more than that of the matrix.

GeO2 has been doped solely and together with SiO2 into barium titanate ceramics by mixing and calcination. The microstructure and dielectric properties of doped BaTiO3 have been characterized. When doped in BaTiO3, Ge4+ ion could incorporated into the crystal lattice of BaTiO3 to occupied Ti4+ sites. For relative smaller Ge4+ ion, the tetragonal phase could be enhanced. As dielectric properties have strong relation to tetragonal phase. The relative permittivity could be increased in this mechanism. However, the high leakage current which induced by more ionic defect was also lead to high dielectric loss. Besides, the assemble in grain boundary by Ge4+ ion may also have effect. Results on the GeO2-SiO2 co-doped sample showed that the mechanisms of Ge doping and Si doing could happen at one time.

There were some reasons which cause the concrete cracks in monolithic concrete bed construction of high-speed railway. In this paper, combined with the specific situation of monolithic concrete bed construction of high-speed railway in northwest area of China, the states and causes of two kinds of cracks in monolithic concrete bed of high-speed railway were analyzed, the concrete cracking control measures were discussed from the concrete mixture ratio, construction technology and maintenance measures and other aspects, and the corresponding views were put forward. The study results had the important guiding significance on crack controls of concrete structure during the construction process of northwest area.

This paper considers single-machine due-window assignment and scheduling with learning effect and resource-dependent processing times. The processing time of a job is a function of its position in a sequence, its starting time, and its resource allocation. The objective is to determine the optimal sequence of jobs and optimal resource allocation so as to minimize the sum of earliness, tardiness, due-windows and resource and operation time cost, the considered problem is molded as an assignment problem and can be solved with a polynomial time algorithm.

As for the study on the strain performance of tensile reinforcement under the fatigue loads with amplitude of certain values, two groups of reinforced concrete slab bridge specimen were made. The fatigue test was carried out on one group of specimen, and the corresponding static load test was carried out on another group of specimen, the experimental study on the strain performance of tensile reinforcement was carried on bottom of the mid span of slabs. The results of the study shown that, under the fatigue loads at a certain amplitude, the strain performance of the tensile reinforcement tend to be stable with the increase of number of fatigue cycle, the strain value showed certain linear relationship with static load applied. When the fatigue amplitude increased, the change rule of strain with static load value applied was approximately linear, but the strain value increased more than the fatigue amplitude less under the same static load. It could be seen through the comparison of load - strain curve of the static load specimen, after effect of compressive fatigue with certain amplitude, the strain change with load applied was close to linear change, which has great relationship with the effect on concrete and reinforcement plastic deformation by fatigue load. The test results had the vital significance of further research on reinforcement performance under the action of fatigue loads.

Finite element software was employed to establish a model to simulate the compound soil nailing. The model simulates the process of constructing prestressed compound soil nailing. Compared the condition prestressed with no prestress, analyzed the Impact of prestress anchor on the deformation in the process of construction and the effect on axial force of soil nail. Applying prestress is able to control the horizontal displacement obviously, but has not obvious effect on vertical displacement, especially place the anchor bolt at the lower part of the slope. In the process of construction, prestress has an advance effect on the deformation of foundation pit and the axial force of soil nails near the anchor bolt.

By utilizing finite element software MIDAS-GTS, layer structure model is established and the force situation of large section tunnel under the combination of three sets of surrounding rock and three sets of flat ratio is analyzed. Through comparing axial force of anchor, axial force and bending moment of shotcrete and displacement of the lining, the optimal flat ratio is selected. Results can provide reference for the design of the large section highway tunnel.

In recent years, considerable worldwide development in organic agriculture has attracted widespread attention from scholars both within and outside China, driven by its effects on environmental protection, food safety and health, international green barriers, At present, most of the existing research focuses on the production technology, development mode and benefit evaluation of organic agriculture, with relatively less concern about the activities of organic agricultural enterprises. Based on the indicators of number of enterprises, number of certificates, and certificate types, this paper analyzes the features characterizing the spatial distribution of organic agricultural enterprises in China. The results show that there are significant spatial variations in degree of diversity, degree of concentration, and evolving trajectories. It suggests that provinces and autonomous regions should give full play to the regional comparative advantages in order to facilitate the development of different types of organic agriculture.

The low strain method has the advantages of simple, fast detection is widely used in the pile testing. The low strain method was presented to pile test on a communication hinge engineering of China Mobile Group Gansu Co.,Ltd. The basic theory, tesing method of pile and judgment standard about the ultrasonic wave method are analyzed.

Slope anchorage structure of soil nail is a kind of economic and effective flexible slope supporting structure. This structure at present is widely used in China. The supporting structure belong to permanent slope anchorage structure, so the design must consider earthquake action. Its methods of dynamical analysis and seismic design can not be found for the time being. The seismic design theory and method of traditional rigidity retaining wall have not competent for this new type of flexible supporting structure analysis and design. Because the acceleration along the slope height has amplification effect under horizontal earthquake action, errors should be induced in calculating earthquake earth pressure using the constant acceleration along the slope height. Considering the linear change of the acceleration along the slope height and unstable soil with the fortification intensity the influence of the peak acceleration, the earthquake earth pressure calculation formula is deduced. The soil nailing slope anchorage structure seismic dynamic calculation model is established and the analytical solutions are obtained. The seismic design and calculation method are given. Finally this method is applied to a case record for illustration of its capability. The results show that soil nailing slope anchorage structure has good aseismic performance, the calculation method of soil nailing slope anchorage structure seismic design is simple, practical, effective. The calculation model provides theory basis for the soil nailing slope anchorage structure of seismic design. Key words: soil nailing; slope; earthquake action; seismic design

The passive direction finding cross localization has got great achievement and has been widely used in military and civilian fields. Currently, the researches on passive localization have focused on AOA, TDOA and FDOA. In our system, the passive direction finding cross localization is more effective and useful. We use two UAVs to locate a single source. We apply the geometric method to analysis positioning accuracy. In order to study the performance of a passive direction finding cross localization, MATLAB is used to simulate the result. Finally, the simulation results and performance analysis provide operational technical principle for such a system.

This review paper introduces the principles and successful examples of dielectrophoresis (DEP) which was used to position nanowires suspended in fluid medium between two electrodes. The main external affect factors of DEP assembly are discussed in detail, including the potential and frequency of applied electric field, the electrode structure, and the concentration of the nanowire solution.

Organic certification system is an important part of organic agricultural production network. As the core of information network, Organic certification agencies are pivotal to our understanding of the structure, organization and effects of the network. This paper, taking the spatial distribution, organization and the influential area of the information center as the basis, suggests that the information network of organic agriculture in China is characterized by high degree of unevenness, and hierarchical order in development level. The analysis shows that the whole network can be divided into three tiers. Through a case study of some key areas such as Beijing, Zhejiang and Liaoning, the study put forward some suggestions for the sustainable development of organic information network.

This article mainly analyzed the load of fixed and movable pipe supports in the catalyst factory,then classified the load. A calculation was made using MIDAS/CIVIL software modeling. The results show that the bending moment and displacement are all the same in axial of movable and fixed pipe supports, and the axial displacement is influenced heavily by load. Fixed pipe supports are less affected by lateral load, but movable pipe supports are more affected by lateral load. The results can help us to design the pipe supports reasonably.

Based on analysis of characteristics of earthquake-induced landslides and summary of main factors of controlling earthquake-induced landslides, three main factors which are seismic parameters, topography and landforms features and engineering properties of soil are considered the main factor affecting on earthquake-induced landslides. These factors should be focused on to meet the similitude ratio design of the dynamics of landslide in Shaking table test design. Based on study of dynamic similitude law of landslide, the method of changing model soil specifications is used to prepare the model soil which is in accordance with the maximum shear modulus of prototype soil. Also, the engineering properties similitude of model soil is checked by the method of shear wave velocity similitude. By taking the theory of vibration behavior theory of similarity and dynamic failure similar, the formula of dynamic parameters similitude ratio was got. This formula provides calculating methods using shaking table test to simulate earthquake induced landslide.

Based on the limit equilibrium theory and the failure model of the soil nailing structure, used the circular slice method and the geometric relationship of circular sliding surface with the center of the circle to derive the stability coefficient formula. The most dangerous slip surface was searched by genetic algorithm. To establish the reliability analysis function through the stability coefficient formula. Finally, the reliability calculation of engineering examples, compared the results with the Monte Carlo method, the reliability analysis method was reasonable and valid.

The path planning relates to the safe movement and navigation of the Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV). This paper discusses the way of real-time path planning for autonomous underwater vehicle based on tracking control lyapunov function. The simulation conducted on H300 illustrates the effectiveness of proposed method.

Based on the water quality investigation data of December in 2010, the water environment quality of Lv-tang River in Zhanjiang national urban wetland park was assessed using single water quality parameter model and integrated water quality index model. The results show that the water quality of Lv-tang River is worse than the national quality standards for Grade V. The water is polluted seriously. The main pollutants are total nitrogen (TN), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) and chemical oxygen demand CODCr with their average concentrations of 60.49 mg/L, 30.57 mg/L and 227.38mg/L, respectively. The averages of their single parameter pollution index are 30.25 , 19.79 and 8.74. The average of single parameter pollution index of the river is 8.23 which indicated that the river belongs to heavy pollution zone. The integrated water quality index was 22.5 showing that the river belongs to serious pollution zone.

The combustion of hydrocarbon fuels produces large amounts of carbon dioxide. In order to cope with the challenge of greenhouse effect and global environmental protection. H2, as a cleaner and more energy-burning fuel, is being considered in many of the practical applications of combustion equipments. However, H2 fuel combustion will still produce pollutant NOx. Thus, the study of NOx emission is one of the most important topics in H2 combustion. With the classical counterflow burner, a numerical simulation of NO emission was carried out on the H2 diffusion flames. The stretch effects on flame temperature, NO concentration, and EINO are analyzed; the contribution of different NO generation routs are also quantified and analyzed. The major parameters influencing NO emission are flame temperature, radical concentration, and residence time, the observed relationship between stretch rate and NO emission is explained with the three major parameters.

The seismic response of slope supported by composite soil nailing is analyzed by using finite element software ADNIA, in which the EL-Centro wave is selected as input earthquake wave.The analytical contents include the displacement and acceleration of supporting slope, as well as the time history responses of the axial forces of anchors. In the establishment of finite element model, the interaction between soil body and supporting structure is considered. The elastic-plastic M-C model with nonlinear static and dynamic behavior is used to simulate the soil body, and the dual linear strengthen model is adopted to simulate the supporting structure, then the interaction between soil body and supporting structure is simulated with contact element. The results show that the composite soil nailing slope supporting structure has better seismic performance than the general soil nailing slope supporting structure. The maximum horizontal displacement of the latter occurs at the slope top, but that of the former occurs at the slope upper. Especially after the imposition of the prestress, the slope displacement under earthquake reduces significantly, and the axial forces of anchors under earthquake enlarge significantly. Moreover, the axial forces of anchors reach maximum values near the slipping surface. The displacement and the acceleration of slope increase along the slope height. The conclusions obtained provide basis for the seismic design of permanent supporting slope and reference for similar projects.
