In the domestic certification bodies the automation degree of the definitive test of the accessories products left much to be improved, as for safety of the transformer conforming to the international standard of IEC61558-1, the traditional manual testing method barely meets the requirements of sampling rate, and has caused a lot of technical deficiencies including inadmissible deviation in the calculation and post-processing of the related experimental data, lengthy work-time of staff, and low test efficiency. In this paper, concerning the type test of various electronic and power transformers, a set of intelligent automatic measurement and control system of the temperature rise test is presented, consisting of software packages with modularized designing and an original hardware apparatus with built-in control modules. Therefore this system is capable of performing a series of operations without human intervention, such as controlling of the related testing equipment, data analysis, real-time monitoring, timing acquisition and data processing of corresponding algorithms, auto-save of test configuration and generating original record of the test. Thus, the idea of ‘Full automation with only one simple configuration’ has truly been realized. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional testing method, the application of this system minimized uncertainty caused by human factors in the testing process and improve precision of data analysis, and also ensured the reproducibility, consistency and traceability of the test results effectively.

Two methods of realizing the Quantum Cutting of Sunlight wave by modulating the sunlight-frequency are introduced in this essay. Based on Lu2O3, The low-conversion powder composed of Tb3+and Yb3+is prepared by co-precipitation method; Using NaYF4as a foundation, the up-conversion powder containing Er、Yb and Tm is prepared by hot water extraction. Experiments show that, a high-energy photon in the powder of Lu2O3,Tb3+and Yb3+can be cut into two 974nm near-infrared photons. The co-doped material up-conversion can have a significant effect on the up-conversion when using the 1122nm laser light to irradiate the 0.25cm2experiment silicon photovoltaic cells, and the photocurrent density of battery can be increased to 0.06mA/cm2. In this paper, the PTN silicon structure with nanostructural characteristics is designed for a method to increase the photovoltaic effect. The analysis of results indicates that the effects of the external electric field on the photovoltaic voltage and photocurrent are important.

In this paper,the basic idea is to use fuzzy conversion principle,through membership degree theory to qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation,and consider all relevant factors, from the lowest level of each factor level comprehensive evaluation, followed up until the highest target layer, thus subject to many factors thing or object to make a relatively objective, accurate, realistic assessment. Then solve practical problems with fuzzy nature. It has the result of clear, systematic and strong features can solve vague, difficult to quantify the problem, suitable for solving a variety of non-deterministic problem.

This paper designed the wind-solar hybrid electricity generation system, it might offer users reliable power supply when the climate and other factors change. The system has a variety of operation modes, can be either manually or automatically transforms. Each mode can be selected manually switching storage batteries to achieve the reliable power supply and prolong the battery service life. Through Matlab simulation analysis, the feasibility of the control system has been verified. Simulation results show that the system output stability, it can satisfy user demand.

As an important part of urban water system, urban landscape water plays a significant role in the improvement of urban ecological effect, such as adjusting regional climate, increasing water vapor content and reducing urban heat land effect. At present, the pattern of landscape water has a lot of research findings, but quantitative analysis of the impact on ecological function of urban landscape water is too little. This paper took hydrologic station upstream in Huangtaiqiao in Jinan city as study area and respectively compared ecological effect of landscape water with land surface on adjusting regional temperature from two periods of annual and summer evaporation. The result shows that landscape water does better in this aspect. So it is essential to pay extraordinary attention to reasonably planning landscape water of land use in the future in order to give full play to its ecological effect.

on the basis of inflow calculation and water quality monitoring of Jiazi river, the present quality situation of landscape river in University of Jinan was evaluated, with the indicator of nitrogen, by arithmetic means method which was usually used for environment quality evaluation of surface water. In addition, the river dilution mixture model was built for water quality simulation with the indicator of ammonia nitrogen. Moreover, the relevant control measures of aquatic plants restoration technologies and dam reconstruction were proposed to improve the landscape river water quality.

With the requirement of the construction of water eco-civilization, the urban development in Northern China have paid more attention to the construction of landscape water. The spatial pattern of landscape water directly affects urban ecological function, but now, the study of this field is too little. Four typical distribution of landscape water area in Jinan, Weifang, Linyi and Jining of Shandong province, China were selected as study areas, four appropriate spacial indexes, such as suitable ratio of water surface area, shape index, evenness index and dispersity index were adopted and the corresponding standard for each index were determined to compare four cities’ landscape pattern with comprehensive analysis. So it is essential to reasonably plan landscape water area of land use in the future in order to give full play to its ecological effect in cities.

Take composite wallboard of residential parts as object of study, use investigation and theoretical calculation to check unfavorable conditions of Mold-unloading-lifting and lifting-transportation in industrial production. mold-unloading coefficient and dynamic coefficient value are researched according to summarize domestic and foreign standard, and give out suggested dynamic coefficient values of construction checking of lifting-transportation for composite wallboard. It can provide reference of production and development of residential parts.

As the estimating of natural gas consumption can provide a better guidance target to gas production and market development ,its accuracy is playing an extremely important role in both the reasonable programming of oil and gas field development management and the promotion of economic benefits. This article builds a mathematical model of combinatorial optimization based on the natural gas consumption data of China, and solves it then by means of MATLAB .Compared with the actual value, the deviation of the combinatorial optimization worked out less than that in the single calculating method. When applied to the real production, this model can provide theoretical evidence to the programming of oil and gas development management and the adjustment of development project as well.

For studying the influence of eccentricity e on autoclaved fly ash solid and perforated brick masonry. Adopted method is that eccentric compression tests were conducted on 24 autoclaved fly ash solid brick masonry samples and 24 autoclaved fly ash perforated brick masonry samples. The damage patterns and test results are comparative analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the strain distribution in section accord with plane section assumption and the eccentric compressive capacity decreases proportionally as e increases. In conclusion, The limit value of eccentricity e are given.

The paper introduces the procedure of building model equation for thread rolling machine. Based on the model, show the machine has overshoot and takes minimal step method as the control algorithm. By the Simulink, prove the algorithm is correct for the machine.

For the problem that the field range taken by CCD camera under resolution of wafer defect inspection system is small, which cant get the whole wafer image once and influences the extraction of subsequent defect features, the study demands to add image mosaics to the system.

3D and three-phase simulating module of extra-low permeability reservoirs in YSL Oilfield has been established by using PVTi module and E300 module of ECLIPSE. Based on historical matching, Parameters such as gas injection volume, slug size, gas/water ratio, the speed of gas injection and injection rate of sequent water flooding in water alternating gas were considered. The volume of increasing oil and oil-draining rate were taken as evaluation criterion. Then orthogonal test design was preceded according to the principle orthogonal experimental design. Through intuitive and variance analysis with the test results, primary and secondary orders evaluation criterion effected by injection parameters were obtained. The best combination scheme of water alternating gas injection parameters was optimized, which provides theoretical direction and technical support to water alternating gas injection parameters optimization in spot CO2displacement[1-3].

Using the Eclipse software to establish the component numerical simulator of formation crude, this paper analyzed the factors that influence the effect of CO2 flooding, including permeability, the crude oil relative density, the inlayer heterogeneity, interlamination heterogeneity, intrastratal cross flow channel and so on. The results show that along with the increasing of the permeability, the degree of reserve recovery of CO2 flooding enlarged, and with the increasing relative density of the crude oil, the degree of reserve recovery of CO2 flooding decreased. The stronger of the inlayer heterogeneity and the interlamination heterogeneity, and the higher of the permeability of the cross flow channel is, the lower level of CO2 flooding degree of reserve recovery it tends to be.

Using nonlinear energy sink absorber (NESA) is a good countermeasure for vibration suppression in wide board frequency region. The nonlinear normal modes (NNMs) are helpful in dynamics analysis for a NESA-attached system. Being a primary structure, a cantilever beam whose modal functions contain hyperbolic functions is surveyed, in case of being attached with NESA and subjected to a harmonic excitation. With the help of Galerkins method and Raushers method, the NNMs are obtained analytically. The comparison of analytical and numerical results indicates a good agreement, which confirms the existence of the nonlinear normal modes.

A series of nanofiltration membranes with high flux at low operating pressure were prepared by dynamic self-assembly of poly (styrenesulfonic acid sodium salt) (PSS), poly (4-styrenesulfonic acid-co-maleic acid) sodium salt (PSS-co-MA) and poly (allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) on the modified polyacrylonitrile (PAN) membrane. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR-ATR) testified that the polyelectrolyte could successfully deposit on the surface of the modified polyacrylonitrile ultrafiltration membrane. The effects of substrates, assemble bilayer number and the capping PAH solution concentration, operating pressure and CuCl2 concentration on CuCl2 removal were investigated. The [PAH/PSS] 1 PAH/PSS-co-MA/PAHc NF membrane composed of only 2.5 bi-layers displayed 88.9% CuCl2 rejection and the permeate flux was 25.1 L/ m2.h when the operating pressure was 0.2 MPa. The CuCl2 rejection was still above 86.3% when the operation pressure increased to 0.8 MPa, meanwhile, the permeate flux increased greatly to 85.8 L/ m2.h.

The paper proposes a new method based on the Viere theorem to decide the range containing the optimal parameters. The method can accelerate the parameters search speed on the computer and avoid some unnecessary job for PID controller design. It can be acted as a criterion to judge the stability of the closed loop system.

A new method to realize 3D measurement and modeling based on Active Control System was put forward in the paper. The Active Control System included two parts: one was for the calibration of digital camera, and the other was for the six-freedom control of digital camera. This method enlarged the intersection angle and improves the intersection precision by multi-baseline photography; enlarges the angle of view by panning photography, and resolves the difficulty of matching for images with large intersection angle. The experiments proved that this method can acquire the high accuracy and improves the production efficiency.

Bases on the expansion of Geordie Coefficient, a analysis method for water consumption fairness have been set up, and the Geordie coefficients are calculated to describe the influence of population, GDP, water quantity on water use of China in 2009. Then water demand coefficient is put forward to estimate the reasons for unfairness of water use. Moreover, Geordie coefficient of the North and South of China is analyzed. The results show that Geordie Coefficient represents unfairness of water use, which result from the unfair factors, including population, GDP, and water quantity. The research can provide reference for reasonable configuration of the water resources.

Formulating and implementing river basin water resources allocation scheme is one of the most crucial measures to promote orderly development, efficient utilization and management, reasonable allocation of water resources. Clarifying water share for each region in a river basin and perfecting water resources allocation system can effectively contribute to achieve the social stability, eliminate the water use contradiction among different regions, realize sustainable water resources utilization and eco-social development, guarantee environment flow. It also conforms to the strictest water resources management system proposed and carried out at present of China. In order to make the readers better understand water allocation done or being done in China, river basin water resources allocation practice was summarized in this study. Institutional arrangements related to water resources allocation in China was also been summed up.

Water stress is an important approach to use water resources efficiently and remit the agricultural water shortage. Hemarthria compressa is one of perennial grasses, a pasture of high quality, which has abundant species resources in China. To explore the response of the growth, yield and water use efficiency(WUE) of Hemarthria compressa under water stress, this study, adapting pot experiment, imposed three water stress degree (LD, MD and SD) treatments and a control treatment on Hemarthria compressa. The data of growth indicators during control period, yield and total water consumption were obtained. The results show a noticeable inhibitory action of water stress on the growth of Hemarthria compressa. Along with the intensifying of water stress, plant height increment, leaf area, total biomass, dry matter of each organ and yield decreased, and the root-shoot ratio increased firstly and inclined to slump finally. Plants under the middle water stress treatment achieved the greatest WUE of 38.25 kg/m3. The first 10d in the water control period was the most sensitive period of the pasture responding to water stress.

Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger special line is the most important backbone of China high speed railway net. The line span is 968 km, among of them; roadbed is 388 km, occupied 40.1% of the total line. Due to the rigorous residual settlement of the roadbed, the CFG (Cement Flayash Gravel) pile is used as the composite foundation to enforce the intensity of roadbed and reduce the post-settlement. The paper studies on CFG pile composite foundation at the Wuhan experimental section, using the finite element numerical simulate the interaction of the pile and pile surrounding soil under the permanent load conditions. The results show that the stimulation model has the more accordance with the actual observation results. The residual settlement comes from the soil layer is bigger than the pile length.

Product lifecycle management (PLM) is a valuable concept for the implementation of advanced manufacturing method. Based on the principle of PLM, the involved manufacturing sessions were integrated, and scientifically managed in order to improve the cooperation and innovation ability of a modern enterprise. The knowledge resource allocation service is one of key technologies for the successfully implementation of product lifecycle management. Aim at the knowledge resource allocation service, an product lifecycle oriented domain specific model (p-DSM) was proposed in the paper, which will help to guide the knowledge resource modeling and resource allocation, and provide a system framework for knowledge based enterprise management system.

Based on different aromatic dibromides and diamines, using Material Studio software and molecular simulation method, Poly(imino ketone) (PIK), Poly(imino ketone ketone) (PIKK), Poly(imino imino ketone) (PIIK), Poly(imino imino ketone ketone) (PIIKK), Flourene-PIIK and Naphthyl-PIIK, respectively, were designed as six different structures of polymers. And through the method of molecular mechanics and molecular dynamics the single-molecule polymer chain model and the aggregation-state model with three-dimensional periodic boundary conditions would be built. Theoretically, the established model has been verified availably after optimization based on molecular mechanics and molecular dynamics.

Simulating real virtual ocean environment is necessary for the research of interaction simulation of underwater gravity aided inertial navigation system. One of the key techniques of realizing virtual ocean environment is modeling and simulating three-dimensional ocean waves. Numerical simulation of three-dimensional ocean waves in the case of different wind speeds is realized using MATLAB based on directional spectrum composed of Pierson-Moscowitz frequency spectrum and directional spreading function. Experiments show that the simulation speed is fast and the simulation results are vivid if suitable simulation frequency band, interval of wave frequency and interval of direction angle are selected. The simulation can provide some technological supports for interaction simulation of gravity aided navigation system for underwater vehicles.

Considering the requirements of the high accuracy, high reliability and real-time capability for the aircraft geomagnetic correlation matching algorithm, the similarity core function, geomagnetic properties and search methods will be processed synthetically in this paper. The correlation variance is introduced as the similarity core function, the feature normalization of the geomagnetic field is introduced as the matching parameters and the differential evolution algorithm is introduced for reducing the running time. The experiments have been done in the laboratory based on the actual measured geomagnetic field data, its results show that: the matching probability and accuracy of the new algorithm are better than the traditional one on the whole and the average running time is shortened from 7～11s to 1～2s.

Combined with Wuhan test section of Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger special line, proportioning of mixtures、integrity of pile、bearing capacity and cushion of CFG pile detection technology were studied in this paper. The systematic and perfect methods of quality detection and control standard have been put forward. It provide useful reference for practical engineering．

The outlier identification and correction of the geomagnetic parameter measurement is an important influencing factor for the probability and precision of the matching algorithms. The ream-time measurements of the geomagnetic field parameter can be considered as the first-order non-stationary random process, the real-time measurement value can be predicted by using the multi-level recursive method, the outlier identification can be done by the Dixon criterion, and the correction can be made by using the median filter and the one step prediction value. The inspection is carried out by using the emulation data and actual data, the results show that not only the isolated type but also the spot-type outlier value can be detected well and the signal reconstruction error is less than 5%.

An experimental program was carried out to obtain the density and compressive strength of lightweight expanded polystyrene (EPS) concretes. Tauchi’s approach was adopted to reduce the numbers of experiment. Four control factors and two responses were used. The results show that EPS dosage had the most significant effect on density and compressive strength. The density value of EPS concrete showed an almost linear decrease as the volume of EPS and W/C parameters increased, but results in a decrease in compressive strength.

Based on 1.9L small non-road diesel engine, mechanical and combustion system were redesigned and optimized to improve the emission performance. The engine block structure such as ribs, bolt hole depth and water jacket were optimized to improve the strength and stiffness and reduce the block’s distortion. The type of piston ring, piston skirt profile and their fit clearances were also optimized, and plat-honing cylinder liner was used to reduce the oil consumption. In combustion system, fuel injection pump, injection nozzle, fuel spray distribution and fuel supply advance angle were modified, combustion chamber was changed to small platform dumbbell-shaped chamber, and the closed-loop exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system controlled by negative pressure was applied to trade-off the emissions of NOX and PM. The test results show that the emission performance of optimum diesel engine could meet EPA IV emission regulations.

Performance evaluation for knowledge management in organization is an important task under enterprise management. This paper designed a knowledge-based self-assessment system model based on Criteria for Performance Excellent framework established by National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Firstly, the base framework and self-assessment scoring guidelines were introduced and explained. The paper also did requirement analysis for the system and explained the system function in details. Lastly, system process model and flowchart of primary function was designed.

One new sliding-block balancing mechanism is proposed for the single-cylinder diesel engine. In the new mechanism, the sliding block is installed against the engine piston. The reciprocation trajectory of sliding block is collinear with the piston trajectory, while sliding block and piston move in the opposite direction, just like two opposite crank connecting rods. The new mechanism includes the crankshaft, connecting rod ring, the slider and the guide components. Through the bearing, connecting rod is installed in the eccentric journal of the crankshaft. The circular connecting rod is in the accurate guiding surface of the slider; and the guide pins are in the guide groove. Guide rod connects with supporting shaft through the guide hole of the slide. The optimized parameters for the sliding block show that the ratio of eccentric distance of the eccentric journal to the length of the connecting rod is equal to the ratio of crank radius to connecting rod length. The appropriate results can balance both the centrifugal inertia force and the reciprocating inertia force generated by piston group. Even the complete balance of the first and second-order reciprocating inertia forces can be obtained, which can reduce the vibration and noise of diesel engine.

Starting from the product life cycle, this paper established the modeling of enterprise cluster entity at the base of analyzing the various products of the enterprise cluster. The modeling comprises the process dimension, resource dimension and organization dimension. Every dimension was expressed by the analysis of product view. Then, based on the complex network theory, we obtained the distribution of the products by the product network. Finally, we got the relationship of enterprise cluster entity from the result of the product network.
