With the increasing of plastic consumption, the recycling of plastic waste has become an important problem with huge environmental impact. In order to analyze the environmental impact of plastic waste recycling, this study presents a systematic evaluation framework for plastic waste’s recycling process in China. Based on the framework, theoretical analysis and experimental research are made to evaluate the relationship of scale volume and environmental impact of plastic waste recycling. Cost and energy consumption of typical processing of plastic wastes have been calculated. And an optimization research is made to reduce the environmental impact, and increase recycling output efficiency for enterprise and local region.

This paper aimed at the quality of the transparent paper package, developed a machine vision detection system and successfully applied it in production line. A variety of transparent paper defects are detected out. This system makes the transparent paper packing quality b improved and provides good reference for the application of the technology of machine vision detection.

Redundant Discrete Wavelet Transform (RDWT) and Wavelet Atomic Transform (WAT) are proposed in this paper as a couple of dictionaries to get the structure and texture basing on morphological component decomposition. Then, basing on the fact that the structure and texture have different characteristics, in this paper we use curvature driven diffusion model and Criminisi texture synthesis method to inpaint the structure and texture respectively. At last, compound the inpainted structure and texture and get the inpainting result. The experiment results show the new method can not only decompose the image very well, but also inpaint the image with strong and fairing edge, complete and clear texture .This method shows better results in image inpainting compared to the classical ones.

White light interference technique for topography measurement effectively avoids phase ambiguity in phase-shifting interferometry. The spatial frequency domain algorithm based on scanning white light interference technique has the advantage of insensitivity to noise and higher calculation accuracy compared with other methods. The white light interference sensor is constructed based on nano positioning and nano measuring machine (NMM), the calibrated step height standard of 100±3nm is measured. The spatial frequency domain algorithm is adopted for data processing, the repetitive test result of 97.9nm and standard deviation of 0.48nm are achieved. To verify the measuring ability of complex device, the number ‘242’ on ink box is measured and three-dimensional reconstruction is conducted. The high precision and traceable measurements of micro/nano scale step height standard and complex devices are realized by the white light interference system based on NMM with steady frequency laser interferometer built-in.

As the meteorological parameter of numeric weather forecast model has systematic error, which leads to the restriction of forecast precision for photovoltaic electric field, the paper put forward a short-term output forecasting model of photovoltaic electric field based on wavelet transform. Wavelet transform algorithm that using 4 series of sym6 wavelet decomposition conducts a dynamic correction to the wind speed data outputted by numerical weather forecasting. Through combining other meteorological data, it formed a new amended meteorological data collection used to forecast the photovoltaic power; according to the two training set of both the original and the amended meteorological data, two prediction model based on original and amended neural network outputted by photovoltaic plant power are established. By comparing the measured data and model analysis data within a same period, it shows that the amended model can significantly reduce the RMSE of predict results and decrease the error from 70.66% to 70.66%, and increase the relative accuracy from 70.66% to 70.66%.

The pyrolysis kinetics of Chinese oil shale and its kerogen was investigated using thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) in this paper. Experiments were performed at four different heating rates of 10, 15, 20 and 25°C/min from ambient temperature to 560 °C at nitrogen flux with 60ml/min. The results demonstrated that the thermal decomposition of oil shale and its kerogen involved three degradation steps. Different thermo gravimetric data were analyzed by Friedman procedure. The values of apparent activation energy E of oil shale ranged from 160kJ/ mol to 240kJ/mol, but these of kerogen were in the range of 150kJ/mol to 240kJ/mol. It was found that the plot of lnA versus E became a linear line with a regression coefficient of 0.99.

Application of this method results in effectively reinforcement of slope by containing plastic area at toe and sliding face.

Network traffic is the key factor to describe the adaptive business of Internet. As Internet becomes key battlefield of cyber warfare, how to model the Internet traffic at the macro level has become a hot research topic in war simulation and cyber warfare. Focusing on the global undersea cable system which serves as the backbone of the Internet, this paper proposes an Internet traffic modeling method based on multi-commodity flow. This method can estimate the traffic demand between each pair of regions, generate traffic flow distribution in global undersea cable system, and support adaptive adjustment of Internet traffic according to damage situation of undersea cable system in a crisis. Finally, the method is validated by an example.

In order to research the effect of core material on strength and stiffness of hat stiffener, using the finite element method which establishes a series of hat stiffener finite element models with different core materials. This research indicates that foam core material in simple models can be negligible, and pinewood needs to be considered. For large and complex composite material structures, from the security and efficiency aspects to consider, the core material of hat stiffener could be ignored in their models.Using Beam188, Beam189, Shell99 element to simulate rectangular hat stiffeners, the results shows that the beam elements can simulate the hat stiffeners instead of shell elements when setting up a finite model of the whole ship in order to simplify the modeling.This study provides a basis for the simplification of GFRP fishing vessel finite element model and makes great significance to its direct calculations and rapid design. Meanwhile, this study has a certain reference value for the design and calculation of the hat stiffeners in composite ship．

In order to improve the precision and reliability of the autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) inertial navigation system, a redundant inertial measurement unit (RIMU) based on micro electromechanical system (MEMS) inertial sensors has been designed, then use support vector machine theory (SVM),construct multi-fault classifier training and combine three-step search parameter optimization method,to achieve rapid, automatic fault detection and isolation (FDI). With Monte Carlo simulation and experimental analysis, SVM method has more obvious advantages than conventional Generalized Likelihood ratio Test (GLT) on false alarm rate, undetected rate and correct isolation rate for common fault sources of RIMU, and can detect and identify the type and number of failure more effectively on redundant systems, and provide a guarantee for fault sensors isolation.

To reduce costs and obtain excellent performance, acrylic modified lignin sulfonate instead of butyl methacrylate stearyl methacrylate was prepared to oil absorption resin. And 1, 4-butylene glycol dimethacrylate as a crosslinking agent, 2,2’-azo-bis-(2-methylpropionitrile) as the initiator, with butyl acrylate to product the high lignin oil-absorbing resin, selected the best scheme for preparing by the orthogonal method, and the different concentrations of lignin and the best resin properties determined by SEM and its oil absorption test. Experimental results show that the resin has the high oil absorption properties,the maximum absorption of 20 times, and the suction speed is fast that 90min to reach saturation; It also has other characteristics,such as inexpensive cost, lightweight, easy recycling and disposal, reusable and so on.

Frequent patterns mining is one of the most important tasks in data mining, traditional algorithms usually deal with this problem in simple structured data, but there are so much complex data in reality, for example, the tree type of data, graph type of data, and so on, when investigating these complex structured data, constrains are often needed to be given in order to narrow the search space, however, this will lose some of the useful interesting patterns. In this paper, we present a novel algorithm based on higher-order logic to discover frequent patterns in complex structured data, the novel method can overcome some drawbacks occurring in traditional algorithms. We use Escher, which is a higher-order logic programming language, to discover frequent patterns in complex structured data. Experimental results show that the proposal algorithm is efficient and scalable.

The rotary control orifice, in which the relative angular openings are adjusted by the rotary motion of the spool, thus controlling the flow area and the flow passing through, is a basic control element of hydraulic control valve. It has several advantages, such as little minimal steady flow rate, good anti-contamination, small driving power, small opening and shutting shock, and etc., over the translational control orifice. The working medium is tap water. A model is developed and numerical studies are carried out to investigate the hydrodynamic characteristics of the rotary control orifice, including flow and pressure field, flow characteristics, flow torque. The relationships between the flow and the pressure drops, the efflux angle and the angular openings, the steady-state flow torque and the pressure drops as well as the angular openings are obtained. The results show that a) the orifice geometries have great effects on the efflux angle and the steady-state flow torque; b) Under the same openings and flow direction, the efflux angle is almost constant under different pressure drops. It is larger for meter-in flow than for meter-out flow and decreases with the increase of openings; c) The steady-state flow torque (including meter-in flowTsfinand meter-out flowTsfout) is proportional to the pressure drops and first increases and then decreases with the increase of openings, finally reaches zero at the fully opened position; d) The friction moment is proportional to the rotary speed so as the transient flow induced moment to the rotary acceleration. The in-depth study of the drag moment of rotary control orifice helps to design high performance rotary servo valve for robots. The in-depth study of the rotary control orifice provides a basis for developing high performance rotary control valve.

Smart wristband has recently emerged as one of the most popular smart wearable devices. With the help of smart wristbands, we can easily gather and record the user's data of everyday life including exercising, sleeping, diet, etc. In this work, we explore the feature of falls of the old and redesign the smart wristband to detect their movement. We propose a novel algorithm to judge whether he/she stops in a sudden, then produce vibrations through the man-machine interactive interface that provided by the smart wristband. The wearer can judge whether it is misjudged if he is still in conscious, if so he can press a button to stop the shaking or the wristband will give an alarm through communication interface to the medical care center.

An important requirement for assessing technology for wireless applications is to have an accurate description of the wireless channel. Rayleigh and Rice are the most popular models for wireless channels. In this paper, we simulation study the most important statistical properties, such as PDF and CDF, of Rayleigh and Rice channels, we also simulate the outputs of complex signals which passed the Rayleigh and Rice channels, and give some useful results.

In this paper, a model of wind power generation cost per Kilowatt-hour is proposed. Firstly, we analyzed the factors which influence the wind power generation cost, and then highlighted the interest cost and tax cost which had been neglected in previous research works. Finally, we gave the calculation formula of the wind power generation cost per Kilowatt-hour. A case had also been studied to to verify the effectiveness of the model. We find that the wind power generation costs per kilowatt-hour is still much higher than regular energy generation costs if we ignore the government allowance. Although there's limited room for further declines in the cost of wind power generation, we still gave some some valuable advice in the end.

This paper studies on the thermal decomposition analysis kinetics of nanometer powders. The DTA-TG-DTG curves obtain by SDT 2960 Simultaneous DSC-TGA analysis apparatus. Under the condition of N2atmosphere operation and rise temperature velocity was 10°C·min-1. The mechanism function dα/dt=κ(1-α)nis used to calculate the kinetics factors. Reaction progressionnwas obtained by calculation of the kissinger peak shape factor method. The results showed that the apparent activation energy of nano-Ni(OH)2was 254.027 KJ·mol-1, the pre-exponential factor was 3.062×1036, the reaction progression was obtained as 1.560, the kinetic equation is dα/dt=3.062×1036exp(-30554.166/T)(1-α)1.560

This paper brief describes FIR anti-aliasing filters with equiripple pass bands and stop bands. We designed equiripple linear-phase FIR filters with one stage, two stages and three stages. The simulation results of the proposed design scheme are very encouraging as far as robustness and computational complexity are concerned

In this study, the ecosystem service function value of Lingang wetland park was calculated,such as hydrological regulation,water conservation and purification, biological habitat, erosion control, carbon sequestration and oxygen release port,with the market value method, carbon tax and forestation cost method, shadow engineering method, replacement cost method ,ecological value method and other methods. The results showed that the total ecosystem service function value of this wetland park is ¥1.03×108•a-1. The species habitat, carbon sequestration and oxygen release and hydrological adjusting function value is larger, which is 40.3%, 38.3% and 13.0% of the total value, so they are the main core function value of the Park. Therefore, the scientific and rational planning should be carried out in the development of the wetland park, avoiding influencing the ecosystem service function of this park.

As an emerging tourist city, Yichang is where the Gezhouba hydropower station and the Three Gorges hydropower station locate. It is honored as "Pearl of the Three Gorges", "Power Heart of China", and "City of Water and Electricity". Though Yichang’s city construction enjoys rapid development, the development of its urban color does not keep up with the speed. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of Yichang’s urban color, like natural geography, humanity, history and regional feature. Moreover, scheme and advices are put forward to provide theoretical and technical support for Yichang’s urban color planning.

To investigate the photocatalytic degradation of MG by PW12-TiO2/SiO2, in this study PW12-TiO2/SiO2 composite oxides were prepared by sol-gel and hydrothermal strategy. The prepared photocatalysits were characterized by XRD, BET,TEM and EDS techniques and the configuration charateristics of PW12-TiO2/SiO2 nanoparticles were systematically investigated. Photocatalytic activity was checked by the photocatalytic oxidation of MG dye in aqueous solution. The results showed that the phosphotungstic acid still has the Keggin structure. The anatase phase of titanium oxid is identified by XRD. The result of the present work implied that compared with pure TiO2, the PW12-TiO2/SiO2 composite oxides have stronger catalytic activity, good particles dispersion and bigger specific surface area. The optimal concentration of MG was 20mg.L-1, the best dosage of PW12-TiO2/SiO2 was 1g.L-1. Moreover, after three times of recycling, the catalyst still has high catalytic activity.

High precision calibration of Micro inertial measurement unit (MIMU) for large installation misalignment can improve the instrument and the practical use of the system precision. It can use high precision turntable to get the coarse value of installation misalignment angle as the optimization initial value, and take the standard deviation of turntable angular rate and the acceleration of gravity as the optimum index to find MIMU misalignment parameters using artificial fish swarm algorithm. Simulation and analysis are carried out based on the position and rate experiment. In addition, static navigation test is taken by using self-developed MEMS heading and attitude measurement system. Both the simulation and experimental results show that this method can improve the calibration accuracy of MIMU effectively with reduced of heading and attitude error.

The soil seed bank (SSB) is regarded as “potential genetic pool” of ground vegetation, which has functions of recalling vegetation history.In practical vegetation restoration engineering,the transplantation of alien species is the most popular method,which will influence the stability of ecological system.The soil seed bank has the advantage ofnatural regeneration,so it will become new afforestation materials.In order to enhance the feasibility of engineering application, orthogonal tests were set with three factors (the top soil thickness, the covering thickness and the number of adding seeds) and three levels.The results showed that:1) compared with blank tests,the orthogonal testshad improved species richness and density of soil seed bank significantly.2) the differences between nine plots in the number of germinated seedlings were very obvious,but in the number of arbor seedlings were not obvious.3)Overall,the Shannon-Wiener index, Simpson index and Pielou index were not high,the distribution of diversity indexes between nine plots was very even,the effect of three factors in the orthogonal testwas not obvious.4)The dominant factors of all the three factors was the topsoil thickness,for it determined the number of contained active seedsdirectly,but the specific influenceshould be determined by range analysis.

Biogenic volatile organic compounds are a class of small molecule compounds produced by the plant secondary metabolites. Although the contents are relatively low, but have strong ecological effects. In plant communities, the plant can hinder the growth of competing plants around by releasing BVOCs, and it could also enhance the ability to resist predators. At the same time, it can inhibit the pathogenic microorganisms and enhance the disease resistance. In addition, BVOCs can regulate the body's mental and physical state to exert the health effects. Therefore, the study of the BVOCs’ ecological functions is of great significance.

We experimentally report that electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) in the nonlinear propagation of probe beam, four-wave mixing (FWM) images and in a cascade three-level atomic systems. It is shown that by changing the frequency between pumping fields or dressing fields, respectively, the properties of the measured signals including the intensity and spatial images are affected greatly, including the electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT), Aulter-Townes splitting. By changing the laser frequency we can control the four wave signal, Moreover, the AT splitting effect due to spontaneous emission was also observed under EIT conditions..

Through the long-term deflection observation results and the measured data of effective pre-stress of Humen bridge before and after reinforcement, using three-phase bridge long-term deflection calculation method, compare the measured data and the calculation conditions in three kinds. Basing on the measure value of construction degradation, presenting the long-term deflection correction coefficient of long-term deflection to predict construction deflection. Analysis results show that the calculation model considering the construction degradation is more close to the practical situation. The long-term deflection calculation method based on the coefficient of correction can be used in the prediction calculation.

Numerical simulations are made for 10 storm wave processes during the period of 2008-2010, based on SWAN, with the Myers wind field, CCMP wind filed and the combination of the two as the storm driving wind field respectively. The results are compared with the observations from Jason-1 satellite altimeter during tropical cyclones (TCs). It indicates that Myers wind field makes a good agreement with measured values near the TC center, while CCMP wind field makes a good agreement with measured values far away from the TC center. Synthesis of the wind field combines the merit of the Myers wind field and CCMP wind field, and it is more in line with the wind field distribution; the simulation results of synthesized wind field make a good agreement with the measured results, with maximum deviation of -0.62m, mean deviation of -0.11m.

Mechanical research on structural strength is done for the driving taper assembly of automobile in this paper, of which the assembly process is also explained. Based on theoretical analyses of the connection between tighten torque and axle force, the analytical model of the main reducer is established. In order to get the stress field and displacement field of the main reducer after assembly, which is used to conduct strength check, finite element analysis method is introduced. Based on these results, some theoretic suggestions for design and manufacture of the main reducer are provided.

The dispersion process of hydrogen leaking from the exhaust pipe of rocket tank is analyzed with numerical simulations in order to assess hazards and associated risks of a leakage accident in the present study. The temporal and spatial evolution of the hydrogen concentration at the different tank pressures is predicted numerically. The results show that when the tank pressure is 0.35MPa, the farthest dispersion distance of flammable region in the horizontal direction is 156m within 15s of leakage, simultaneously, the vertical distance upward is 80m and the vertical distance downward is 51m. Additionally, due to the assumption that the tank pressure is constant, the leakage rate is constant and extremely high, buoyancy can’t impel completely hydrogen clouds to diffusion upward. The present numerical results can be useful to analyze safety issues in the aerospace field.

The establishment of independent control area for JiBei grid will improve the flexibility of regulation for local units, and absorb more wind power and other clean energy. However, due to the high proportion of wind power capacity and the fluctuation and intermittent of wind power, it presents a challenge to the power supply safety. In this paper, based on the prediction of regulation demand and regulation speed in different time scales, dynamic hierarchical control method is proposed. Several strategies of hierarchical control under the emergency of steady climbing, reverse and fluctuations are established. Hence, it improves the capacity of power supply safety and the proportion of wind absorption. Finally, based on the measurement of characteristics of wind fluctuation, the value of reserve capacity in different control levels is calculated.

This paper simulates the characteristics of 2D U-shape bend flow using nonlinear k~ε closure turbulence model in the software CCHE2D. Furthermore, we get the pictures about transverse slope of water surface, the transverse velocity distribution and transverse section water level variation. With comparison and analysis, the numerical simulation results are agreement with the experimental data measured by De Vriend. Simulating the movement of 2D bend flow with the software CCHE, an accurate flow basic characteristic can be obtained.

Increasing the beam cross section is a kind of traditional and universal strengthening methods of civil structure. The mechanical performance test were studied on the mechanics performance and deformation of four reinforced concrete beams in this study. The results show that increase of the cross section and tensile area at the bottom of the steel could effectively improve the performance of mechanical. The beam crack load, yield load, ultimate load and bending strength are increasing with cross section and mechanical. By simulating the relationship bwteen load and deflection. It is concluded that The finite element simulation of reinforced concrete beam with the reasonable concrete unit and reinforced unit can meet the demand of practical engineering.

CI-340 portable photosynthesis test system and JYM-B leaf area meter were employed to observe the physiological velocity and leaf area index of 25 widely used afforestation plants in Tianjin. The results indicate that the diurnal change curve of net photosynthesis rates of 25 experimental species has one or two peaks. The daily carbon sequestration and oxygen release per unit leaf area are respectively 3.98-13.01 g/( m2·d) and 2.9-9.46 g/( m2·d). Among arbors, the order of carbon sequestration and oxygen release capabilities per unit leaf area is Ulmus pumila >Fraxinus velutina>Sophora japonica>Salix matsudana f. pendula>Malus micromalus cv.‘American’>Koelreuteria paniculata>Acer truncatum>Ulmus pumila cv. ‘jinye’>Prunus davidiana>Malus micromalus>Cotinus coggygria > Rhus typhina> Platanus orientalis>Catalpa speciosa>Diospyros kaki> Morus alba cv. ‘Tortuosa’. Aiming at the situation where the double-threshold detection has been widely used without complete mathematical proof and condition of application, this paper proves its correctness under the circumstance of spectrum sensing, and circulates the condition where this method can work. The proof and simulation show that, comparing with traditional energy detection, this method can increase the probability of detection by 27% to 42% at most when the SNR is between-15dB and-2dB, while the probability of false alarm is increased by less than 2%.

This paper illustrates an application of the mass transport model, turbulent model and dynamic mesh technique to the simulation of hydrogen leakage and dispersion in the Docking Process of exhaust pipe of rocket tank. Some numerical simulations are made to investigate on the effects of the tank pressure, docking mechanism and buoyancy. The experiment results indicate that tank pressure has significant influence in horizontal direction and vertical direction of hydrogen diffusion. Besides, the effects of buoyancy are slight. In addition, direction of hydrogen flow has been changed to vertical direction mostly at 2ms as a result of the action of docking mechanism, and there are no longer dangerous concentration areas of hydrogen inside the exhaust pipe after 2ms of leakage.

Bench test and computational fluid dynamics (CFD ) simulation of the air pump loss on the 380 hydraulic retarder are completed in this paper . It turns out that the CFD simulation has nice reliability from the contrast of the air pump loss between the test and the simulation . And on this foundation , CFD simulation of two kinds of retarders with different turbulent structures is done . The contrast of the results of the simulation give the effects of different turbulent structures on cutting down the are pump loss .

Regarding the scheduling problem for real-time business over Bluetooth sensor networks, an adaptive scheduling algorithm for real-time business over Bluetooth sensor networks was proposed. By evaluating the current channel quality and data arrival rate, the best scheduling interval was computed for each link with real-time business. Master maintained a slot counter for each link and determined whether to schedule this link by comparing if the value of slot counter reached the best scheduling interval. The simulation results indicate that this algorithm has better bandwidth utilization, higher fairness and lower scheduling delay than traditional scheduling algorithms.

A new preparation of alumina from high iron bauxite, which has not been being made reasonably use of yet, has been studied. Iron in high iron bauxite was removed by carbothermal reduction and aluminum-rich slag could be obtained. Then aluminum was extracted from aluminum-rich slag by ammonium sulfate roasting. After leaching, Al2(SO4)3 was obtained, which can be used for preparation of alumina. The effects of roasting temperature, roasting time, ammonium sulfate/aluminum-rich slag mass ratio were investigated. Optimum roasting conditions from aluminum-rich slag by ammonium sulfate were found as roasting temperature:400°C;roasting time:120min;ammonium sulfate/aluminum-rich slag mass ratio:6. Approximately 98% of aluminum was effectively extracted.

An novel intermediate of (4-Iodo-phenyl)-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-diazene for azobenzene liquid crystal was synthesized. 4-Trifluoromethyl-phenylamine as raw material was oxidized by Oxone (Potassium peroxymonosulfate) in CH2Cl2/H2O solvent to synthesize 1-Nitro-4-trifluoromethyl-benzene (m1). The effect of Oxone amount on the conversion degree of raw material was discussed in ditail. Then m1 was coupled with 4-Iodo-phenylamine to obtain the important intermediate, yellow solid, the yield was 52%. The chemical structures of synthetic intermediate was confirmed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.

In order to obtain an important azobenzene liquid crystal with high birefrience, click chemistry reaction was used to preparation the compound. In this paper, the novle azobenzene liquid crystal was synthesized by (4-Ethynyl-phenyl)-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-diazene and C8H17Br as raw materials. In addition, the synthesized compound was characterized by FT-IR and1H-NMR to confirm the consistent structure, and the liquid crystal phase behaviors of phase sequences were investigated by polarizingmicroscope (POM).

According to the traffic survey data and meteorological data of a certain section between Jinshan and Wuhan on Beijing-HK-Macao Expressway, the change of the weighted average speed and the speed of different vehicle types under different visibility grades was studied, and the linear speed-density model of Green Shields was improved using the method of curve estimation and regression analysis. The results show that the higher the grade of fog, the lower the driving speed, and the effect of fog on speed is even greater for faster vehicles than slower ones. In addition, by adding the two variables visibility and models to the Green Shields model, the accuracy of the model has been improved.

In view of the difference in design, construction and the usage of the old and the new bridges, there are always stress defects in seamline because of the concrete creep and shrinkage, temperature effect and prestress loss, which seriously affect the service and driving safety. The current ways in foreign and domestic, such as plant steel and semi-rigid connection method, are passive processing based on structure, can’t ensure the long-term performance. According to the three direction stress existing in the seamline, this paper decomposes the material contribution and structure influence, putting forward respectively using material and structure to overcome the adverse situation, using material to remove partial long-term effect, and through the sensitivity analysis of related parameters, to make the structure bearing the rest adverse effect, ensuring the long-term performance of seamline. The relevant conclusion can provide reference for the design and construction of the concrete bridge seamline.

Management of power supply reliability is not only the quality management of equipment and power supply system, but also the safety management of equipment’s operation and power supply system’s maintenance. In order to analysis the reliability of 10kV distribution grid, on the one hand, this paper analyzed the structure characteristics of 10kV distribution grid and four kinds of wiring patterns, which were the main parts of 10kV distribution grid. On the other hand, it pointed out the reasons, which affected the distribution grid’s reliability and discussed the ways to improve the 10kV distribution grid’s reliability.

When Fiber-Optic Current Sensor(FOCS) measures the grid’s small current, FOCS’s output contains large noise due to the environment and components’ inherent noise, which results in lower accuracy. In order to improve the small current’s accuracy, a system of signal processing base on FIR real-time filtering was adopted. This text introduced the window functions’ features and filtering system aiming at the FOCS’s output was proposed. This system can adjust filter coefficient conveniently according to the output’s character. By the AC experiment under room temperature, the result proves that the SNR of FOCS’s output signal is improved by filtering and the current error ratio meets 0.2s class.

In the paper, the decoupling control method based on least square support vector machine (LS-SVM) inverse system is proposed, and adopting the method realizes decoupling control of an AC-DC three degrees of freedom hybrid magnetic bearing (AC-DC-3DOF-HMB). Aimed at the complicated multivariate nonlinear, strong coupling system of the AC-DC-3DOF-HMB, the reversibility of original system was analyzed, by the ability of least square support vector machines (LS-SVM) in universal approximation and identification fitting to get inverse model of AC-DC three degrees of freedom hybrid magnetic bearing. Then according to the basic principle of inverse system method, the inverse system was connected with the original system. So the complex nonlinear multivariable system is decoupled into three independent pseudo-linear system. The simulation results show that the system was decoupled; the hybrid control method has good dynamic and static performance, verify the feasibility of the proposed control method.

IGBT is the important component of electric vehicle. According to the characteristics of IGBT module in electric vehicle, this article introduces the package design of a high power IGBT module. The feature of the scheme is analyzed from the aspects of power chip, substrate, power electrode, control electrode and epoxy resin layer. Experimental results of the sample show the design meets the qualification.

The capacitor voltage balance of the sub-module is the necessary condition for normal operation of the STATCOM. In this paper, the topology and mathematical model of the STATCOM are introduced briefly, the instantaneous power characteristic and capacitor voltage balance principle are studied in detailed, and the balance control algorithm for real project is put forward, in this algorithm, the modified reference wave is got by delay the phase modulation wave by 90°, rather than calculate the sine value of the PLL phase. So the algorithm in this paper can realize in sub-module in real project, the simulation result and real project validated its efficient.
