This paper mainly introduces the system configuration of the Philippines Mariveles power plant, the difficulty and key points of the unit fast cut load (Fast Cut Back - FCB) control function were analyzed, and the boiler pressure control valve (Pressure Controlling Valve - PCV) discharge, turbine bypass opening coordination decrease pressure, integrate the override control, a fixed value servo and other control strategy, the possible problems in the process of test are sorting and analysis, and put forward effective solution, ensure the successful application of turbine outages kept boiler of FCB function, lay solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.

There is a lot of analysis algorithm in Recorder wave file system. In addition, the various types of analysis algorithm, the different of parameter and output. According to the above mentioned characteristics, we propose an information processing method of Separated Request-Algorithm-Data. We can unified manage it via the model and schedule the correct algorithm through user’s request. Then we can get result from data. In the experiment, we evaluate the model we proposed is supportive when schedule the recorded wave file analysis algorithm. The method improves the versatility and scalability in the respect of wave analysis algorithm.

The equivalent circuit diagram was established based on the internal structure of the photovoltaic cells, and a simulation model of the photovoltaic cells was built in Matlab/Simulink, which could simulate the output characteristics of the cells under different temperatures and light conditions. According to the separate simulation of the perturbation & observation and fuzzy-control algorithms, the results show that fuzzy control has better performance when dealing with this non-line system.

Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) now is widely used in hybrid vehicle drive area. When the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is used in PMSM control, the stator three phase currents must be collected for its control calculation. In this paper, a PMSM stator current collection system based on C8051F500 and AD7865 is designed, and proved to be effective with experiments.

Acid mine drainages treatment technology is a hot issue in the mining industry. It summarizes the causes, the reaction mechanism and impact on the environment of acid mine drainage, and introduces the monitoring indicators of acid mine drainage. Further it focuses on the acid mine drainages terminal treatment technologies that including neutralization, sulfide precipitation, microbiological method, constructed wetlands, membrane method and the iron-carbon micro electrolysis, with the analysis of its theories, advantages, disadvantages and practical application. Meanwhile it introduces the major source control technologies, and further proposes the development tendency that is from terminal treatment technology to the combination of source control and terminal treatment technology. And its a focus and hotspot in the research of the acid mine drainage in China's future.

Damaged cultivated land reclamation in mining area is one of the important ways to remediate the cultivated land in China. In the study, Index system of monitoring damaged cultivated land quality in mining area was established on the basis of agricultural land classification indexes. Collapse depth, excavation depth, cover occupation height, density of fractures, and the additional slope are added to reflect the characterization of micro topographic. Methods which are used to monitoring damaged cultivated land quality are summarized according to the condition of mining area. The connection between gradation of agricultural land (upper level) and damage level (lower level) is established. These measures could make the results of land reclamation management effectively and directly serve the update of agricultural land grading results.

In order to develop a more practical, higher security and less time-consuming webpage tamper-resistant system, we proposed a webpage tamper-resistant strategy on the basis of original tamper-resistant strategies and technologies in the paper. This strategy adopted the file system filter driver and event-triggered technology. It also controlled users writing operations through the file filter driver of the bottom of the system, which can efficiently and actively prevent attackers illegal tampering. At the same time, it had also set up a monitoring module. The monitoring module and the tamper-resistant module formed a self-protection mechanism of the ring. Therefore, the strategy can greatly improve the security of system.

The spiral-wound heat exchangers are mainly used in the industries of food, oil, natural gas and chemical industry with the merits of compact structure and high thermal efficiency. The FEM (Finite Element Method) has been used in this paper to analyze the stress distribution of two different welding methods of T-weld and butt-weld between the tube sheet and barrel with the procedure of modeling, defining constraints, applying loads, numerical calculation. Conclusions are obtained that structure of butt-weld connection is more reasonable than the T-weld method with much smaller stress with the same thickness circumstances of tube sheet.

Nowadays, there are many regulatory issues in China. This paper explores, compares and analyzes the governance framework of the developed countries, then find out the similarities and differences between them. Learning from their advanced ideas and methods, from the regulatory laws and regulations, regulatory bodies set up to find loopholes in supervision. Meanwhile, it gives implications about Chinas governance framework.

Using the ground-penetrating radar (GPR) system with the different frequencies and neutron probe, combing with radar image interpretation and the amplitude spectrum, the impact of GPR detection effects on the soil taxonomy and underground pipe were analyzed. The results indicate that when the soil content is 17.02%, the effect on soil taxonomy of 750MHZ antenna is better than 400MHZ, but the effect on underground pipe is same. As soil water content increases to 25.333%, the soil taxonomy of two antennas’ detection tends to same, and “fake stratifications” existed. The soil water content accelerates to 36.389%, the detection effect on soil taxonomy and underground pipe is so poor. Attenuation mechanism and propagation characteristics of the high electromagnetic wave were presented to interpret those phenomena. The above analysis shows that the soil water content is one of the main prerequisites for the applications of GPR. Some indicators could be provided to nondestructive test in land consolidation project quality by GPR from this research.

This paper describes the brazing technique of SiCp/2014Al aluminum matrix composite. The surface reinforcements were partly exposed and the surface was deposited by vapor deposition process. Observing the microstructure of the brazing joint, Cu and M6 aluminum filler metal are more adaptable for the brazing process than Ti and 4047 aluminum filler metal. The tensile strength of the as-welded joint can reach 181MPa. The fractography of the brazing joint indicates that the fill metal can not wet the parent composite, which is the main reason for the loss of strength. Furthermore, the porosity caused by high brazing temperature and the aggregated reinforcement on the parent composite are two other important reasons for the brazing joint strength lost.

A new type of aluminum lithium alloy Al-Li-S-4 was investigated in this paper. Process of phosphoric acid anodization and method of making bonding joint sample was introduced. Micrographs of plate surface were study by scanning electron microscopy. The pattern of aluminum alloy was modified after anodization. Plates were bonded with FM94 film adhesive and cured at 121°Cin the special clamping fixture. Morphology of bonding sample cross-section interface was investigated after bonding and curing process.

The elastic-plastic constitutive relationship and the Drucker-prager yielding criterion are used to simulate the behaviour of non-linear geo- materials. Dynamic change laws of abutment pressure of S2S2 work face of xiaokang coal mine is simuluted by the ansys program. It is shown that the distribution of abument pressure can be divided into two zones, elastic region and plastic region. The front inside the 13m distance is plastic zone. The zone outside 13m distance is elstic zone. The affecting scope is 144m when the concentrated coefficient of abutment pressure is 5%. The affecting scope is 160m when the concentrated coefficient of abutment pressure is 3%. The simulation provides a reference bases for the application and promotion of thick seam mining technology.

Based on the strong danger and great difficulty characteristics of coal pillars mining under strong ground pressure in Datong coal district, the observations on the No.311 coal face in Tongjialiang coal mine were carried out by the method of drilling bits. The key zone of ground pressure prone was determined and the effective unloading measures by blasting were also taken to mining coal pillars by fully mechanized mining technique.

At present, because more embedded image compressions are single, various compression methods have not transplant to embedded equipment. In this paper, A BP neural network based image compression methods have been proposed. The neural network is trained more and more, and obtained a set of weights and thresholds usefully. Then, use the FPGA to achieve, In the FPGA, using the framework of soft-core Nios Ⅱ way. Ultimately, compression program written using Verilog and burned into the FPGA. Experiments show that the system has the advantages of high compression ratio, small size, and can stable operation.

The data accessing technology is the core and foundation technology of the community health information systems. In the process of designing the system, the relational database compared with the Caché database from the data model, extensibility, scalability, etc. Study the associated technology about the heterogeneous data sharing with the Caché database. After analyzed the common solution of heterogeneous data sharing then the paper proposed a new data sharing solution, which design a middle proxy server. With the middle proxy, the implementation class completed the uploading and sharing of data access and other functions.

One kind of ARM and FPGA integrated design ideas have been proposed in this paper. The cost of ARM and FPGA integrated design is not large, but it can be powerful and expand the scope of application of ARM and FPGA. The system can be divided into two parts: image acquisition and image processing (image compression and storage). The part of image acquisition is composed by the FPGA, and the part of image processing is by the ARM. The system uses high-speed SRAM switching mode “Ping-pong operation” can help to improve image acquisition speed on the part of image acquisition. In addition, the paper describes the method of image compression and image storage, JPEG2000 coding standard is used in image compression, and SQLite embedded database is used in image storage. The operation of the whole system can be stable and reliable through integrated debugging. The results show that the system can achieve the requirements of industrial site with required high acquisition of speed. Because the use of the “Ping-pong operation” in the system, the acquisition speed can be improved significantly and the effect can be reached in a high speed standard.

With the development of computer’s hardware, main memory becomes bigger and bigger and can hold more data, so some operation before need disk I/O, now can be completed in main memory. In OLAP what-if or hypothetical analysis may need modify data or alter structure of cube, it should recalculate cube and is a long process. This paper presents how to do What-if analysis in main memory database environments and the experience shows that main memory OLAP is obvious superior to disk OLAP.
