Compare with several transmission tower vibration monitoring methods, analyze the advantages and existing problems, present a monitoring method for tower vibration based on fiber grating sensor technology, and introduce the fiber grating sensor about its working principle and absolute preponderance in application, design a strain monitoring system which satisfied for the requirement of tower safety pre-alarm.

The slider-crank mechanism is a special case of the four bar linkage which is widely used in reciprocating machines. Flexible multi-body mechanisms that gain some motion through the deflection of flexible elements are classified as compliant mechanisms. Dynamics of flexible slider-crank mechanisms is presented in this paper. Both rigid and flexible parts are included in the slider-crank mechanisms. As one of the widely accepted dynamic analytical method for the multi-body system modeling, floating frame reference formulation has been applied to derive dynamic formulations. Simulations of dynamics of flexible slider-crank mechanisms have been carried out using Matlab. It was shown that flexibility of parts has a certain extent effects on mechanical properties of flexible system that disagree with that of rigid ones. Impact test of shipboard systems must be taken before navy ships take service. Only in this way can we ensure the safety and reliability of them. In middle-weight high impact testing machine which is one of main devices to test medium weight equipments, pendulum is the most important as well as the most perishable part of this machine. Good quality of pendulum should be ensured. Energy demands, reliability, service life and deformation of the pendulum must be taken into account when design pendulum of this tester part. An optimization methods to design pendulum is presented in this paper. By means of optimization of the position of mass centre, percussion centre and impact point, the reliability and service life of pendulum can be improved.

Collision impulse to pendulum shaft is tend to be generated when hammer impacting the anvil. In order to eliminate the collision impulse and find a preferential size of the pendulum, based on the rigid body dynamical model, the conditions of the coincidence of the center of strike and the center of percussion are established; calculation formula of the distance between the axis of the pendulum shaft and the center of percussion is derived. By selecting certain geometric parameters of the pendulum as design variables and transferring the multi-objective nonlinear optimal design problem into single objective problem, a mathematical model of the optimal design of the pendulum is established. Matlab optimization toolbox is utilized to calculate the model, and a reasonable result is obtained. The work of this paper has considerable significance in the far field of engineering design.

Aluminum electrolytic capacitor (AEC) is widely applied in many fields, but also it plays an important role in the capacitor industry. The assembling machine is the key equipment in the AEC production, whose performance determines the quality of capacitors. This paper introduces the working process and system structure of the typical AEC assembling machine, and analyses some problems of assembling machines in our China. Combined with these problems, the paper brings forward the prospective development direction, which provides the reference for the design and manufacturing of assembling machines.

Turnover mechanism is one of the important parts of the element bar conveying subsystem in the aluminum electrolytic capacitor assembling machine (AECAM). This paper analyzed the structure and motion characteristics of the turnover mechanism, and used the ADAMS software to do its parametric modeling, dynamic analysis and optimization design. Finally the paper concluded that Final result of turnover mechanism optimization was that the maximum of resultant force in the cam rotary center decreased by 49.3%.Application of ADAMS software will provide a new way for design and improvement of the assembling machine in future.

In the multimedia device management system, because can be applied to reading information from the tags and also to communicating with the database server through the GPRS network, the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is superior to the currently widespread automatic identification (Auto-ID) technology of the barcode, so which can provide further benefits. On the basis of applying the RFID technology to the management of multimedia devices, we design a RFID-based multimedia devices management system.

The magnetized water which is used to mix concrete can improve the performance of concrete. This paper presents the effect of magnetized water on performance of sprayed concrete in laboratory, also carries out the changes of dust concentration and rebound rate of sprayed concrete mixed with magnetized water in mine roadway. The results indicate that the early strength of concrete mixed with magnetized water has been obviously improved and the dust concentration and the rebound rate can be effectively reduced while spraying concrete.
