A highly efficient Fe3O4@VitB1–Ag(I) magnetic catalyst has been obtained using surface modification of Fe3O4. To this end, silver chloride was immobilized on Fe3O4 nanoparticles via vitamin B1 biomolecules. The synthesized biocompatible magnetic catalyst was applied in an A3‐coupling reaction in the presence of aldehyde, amine and phenyl acetylene under solvent‐free conditions and afforded the desired products in excellent yields. Current paper represents immobilization of sucrose on the Fe3O4 core and grafting of boron trifluoride (BF3) onto the new surface. The catalytic activity of these nanoparticles was tested in syntheses of Dihydroquinazolinones (DHQZs) and Bis (3‐Indolyl) Methanes (BIMs) as two fruitful pharmaceutical structures. Acidic capacity, FT‐IR, XRD, VSM, TGA and SEM–EDX tests are carried out on such novel nanoparticles (NPs). A green, benign, heterogeneous, superparamagnetic catalyst (Glu.@Fe3O4) was synthesized and characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometry. The prepared catalyst was used to achieve a high-efficiency, low-cost, eco-friendly and easy-to-handle protocol for synthesizing substituted pyrazole derivatives from aldehydes, malononitrile and phenylhydrazine. The catalyst was also used in chromene synthesis. Glucose coated on magnetic nanoparticles provided excellent catalytic activity. Immobilization of copper(I) ions on magnetic nanoparticles was performed using surface modification of Fe3O4 with creatine. Fe3O4@creatine‐Cu(I) magnetic catalyst was synthesized and applied in C&bond;X cross‐coupling reactions with aryl halides in a deep eutectic as a green solvent. The results indicate the Fe3O4@creatine‐Cu(I) magnetic nanoparticles showed excellent activity and high stability. Formation of C(sp2)–X bonds was carried out using a Fe3O4@SiO2‐copper(I) sucrose xanthate nanoparticle catalyst with the aid of the copper(I) xanthate moiety in the catalyst which was prepared from the reaction between sucrose and carbon disulfide through an alkaline medium via the traditional Zeise approach. Various techniques were employed for the characterization of these novel nanoparticles. Three sorts of heteroatoms, N, O and S, successfully underwent heteroatom arylation to produce secondary or tertiary amines, ethers and thioethers, respectively. α‐Aminonitriles as key intermediates for the preparation of α‐amino acid derivatives, amides, diamines, peptides, proteins and heterocycles were synthesized through methylarene oxidation in the Strecker reaction using a unique combination of KI/ZnFe2O4 as the best catalyst and aqueous tert‐butyl hydroperoxide as oxidant. A wide range of amines and methylarenes were converted to the corresponding products. Operational simplicity, short reaction time and recyclability of the catalyst are advantages of this protocol. α‐Amino nitriles were synthesized through the methylarenes oxidation in Strecker reaction by a unique combination of KI/ZnFe2O4 as the best catalyst and aqueous ter‐butyl hydroperoxide as an oxidant in good to high yields. A novel and effective dual catalysis system, copper combined with pyridoxal phosphate, which is anchored in maghemite nanoparticles were designed and applied to synthesize α‐aminonitriles from benzyl alcohols. This catalytic system has the potential ability to perform oxidation reactions and subsequently synthesize alpha‐amino nitrile in a reaction environment. Thus, the purpose of this paper is introducing a heterogeneous, sustainable and recyclable catalytic system to perform reactions that require a transition metal catalyst and organocatalyst continuously to achieve a target molecule. The catalysis system is examined and investigated with seven useful analyses such as FT‐IR, TGA, VSM, SEM, TEM, XRD, and ICP.
