In zwei ungarischen Boden (Sand und Lehm) wurden im Gewachshaus mit Hafer als Versuchspflanze Ammoniumsulfat und Harnstoff (beide 15N-markiert) in zwei Jahren mit dem Nitrifikationsinhibitor 3,4-Dimethylpyrazolphosphat (DMPP) getestet. Die Nitrifikation wurde anfangs um 6 Wochen (Sandboden) bzw. 4 Wochen (Lehmboden) verzogert. DMPP erhoht die N-Immobilisation. Dungerstickstoff wird fruhzeitig ausgeschopft, wahrend die Aufnahme von bodenburtigem Stickstoff im Vegetationsverlauf allmahlich erfolgt. Die Mineraldungung hat organisch gebundenen Bodenstickstoff zusatzlich fur die Pflanzenaufnahme aktiviert. In der Trockenmasseentwicklung zeichnet sich bereits ab Mai eine starke Differenzierung zwischen den Prufgliedern ungedungt und N-Dungung ab. Folgerichtig wird zum Erntezeitpunkt in den Gefasen ohne N-Vorlage ein statistisch gesicherter Minderertrag erzielt. In the Static Nutrient Deficiency Trial Thyrow (weak silty sand) 3 trial blocks were selected: without fertilizer, NPK + lime and NPK + lime + manure. They differ in nutrient content and graduate themselves considerably in the content of organic soil substance. In the field plots there are micro plots with the nitrogen stages 60, 120 and 160 kg ha− 1, as the 15N marked ammoniumsulfat becomes incorporated. The nitrogen fertilizer of the first input only migrated 0 – 10 cm deep into the layer of the ground. Next to the plant N-intake it is defeated considerably by an apparent nitrogen immobilisation in the soil. The second nitrogen input is directly received by the plant and is affected by a nitrogen establishment; as it is a mineral nitrogen, also in the upper crumb lay, hard to prove. Against that the soil-born nitrogen is distributed above the depth, here until 60 cm, and becomes increasingly assimilated in the second vegetation half by rye. In the extremely dry year of 2000 three variants of the static long-term experiment were selected: (1) unfertilized, (2) N [60 kg ha v m v 1 ] PK v + v animal manure and (3) N [120 kg ha v m v 1 ] PK v + v manure v + v clay. Micro plots were adjusted in the experimental plots. 15 N-addition was fertilized at 0, 60 and 120 kg ha v m v 1 N in each field plot annually. Half of the ammoniumsulphate was formulated with the nitrification inhibitor Dimethylpyrazoliumdihydrogenphosphate. Throughout the vegetation of winter rye, soil was sampled and intermediate crops were taken up at two-week intervals. After the harvest of the main crop, Perko was replanted. The nitrification delay of the DMPP-treatments was minimal. In comparison, the apparent 15 N-immobilization was in parts very high.
