In recent yeas, Guangxi realized consecutive bumper harvests in fresh agricultural products, leading increase of logistics demand; logistics infrastructure begins to take shape, and logistics of fresh aricultural products takes on diversified development form with wholesale maket as main form. However, traditional fresh agricultural products are not selling well and it lacks construction of supply chain; the construction of logistics information system for fresh agricultural products lags behind; organizational level of production and operation of fresh agricultural products is low. Through analyzing current situations and existing problems of logistics of Guangxi fresh aricultural products in the new period (21st century), this paper came up with recommendations for developing logistics of fresh agricultural products of Guangxi. Government should increase policy and financial support, build and manae supply chain of fresh agricultural products, accelerate construction of logistics information system for agricultural products, and improve organizational level of logistics of fresh aricultural products, to ensure healthy development of logistics of fresh aricultural products in Guagxi. In view of drawbacks in supply chain of China's traditional agricultural products, this paper proposed building supply chain system for modern agricultural products: taking informationization as basis, channel system a core, organization system as support, and service system and safety system as guarantee, to promote high efficient operation of the supply chain system. The expanded agricultural trade deficit in recent years concern about the international competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products. In this paper, guided by Michael Porter's diamond model theory, based on agricultural production and trade data in China and the world from 1986 to 2011, we use principal component analysis, cointegration and vector error correction model, to perform an empirical analysis of the impact of agricultural modernization , economic growth and industrialization on the international competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products. The results show that China's agricultural modernization is slow, the demand for agricultural products caused by economic growth is increased, and excessive rural labor transfer due to industrialization leads to decline in the international competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products. China should increase its efforts to promote the modernization of agriculture and level of industry nurturing agriculture ; use WTO rules to create a good international and domestic environment for the development of China's agriculture and improvement of the international competitiveness of agricultural products; give full play to the role of demand n boosting the industrial upgrading of domestic agriculture. Based on the data related to the Chinese and world agricultural production and trade from 1986 to 2011, this paper uses the principal component analysis, cointegration and vector error correction model to perform the empirical analysis of the impact of processing, import and export of agricultural products on the agricultural modernization in China. The results show that the processing and export of agricultural products play a role in promoting the agricultural modernization in China, while the import of agricultural products has some negative effects on the agricultural modernization in China. The negative effects of the import of agricultural products are from the limitations of farmers' small-scale operation and foreign trading partners' protectionism. China should further develop the processing industry of agricultural products, and strengthen the role of downstream industries in promoting the agricultural modernization; improve the level of large-scale and intensive operation, and make good use of WTO rules, in order to provide the necessary market conditions for the agricultural modernization. Agricultural product trading website is not only an important way to realize the agriculture informatization, but also the main manifestation of the agricultural informatization. Based on the preliminary understanding of the content and characteristics of China's agricultural product trading website, the paper builds a scientific evaluation indicator system and evaluates 50 typical agricultural product trading websites objectively by using classification and grading method. The results show that the overall construction level of China's agricultural product trading websites is general, and there are obvious differences between regions; the lack of website commercial function and the lag of informatization are the main factors restricting the development of agricultural product trading websites. This paper selects China and Thailand as a reference object. Based on the U. S. market, it analyzes the export competitiveness of the agricultural products of China and Thailand by market share and growth rate, measures the agricultural products of China and Thailand export competition degree by export product similarity innex and estimates the agricultural products of China and Thailand export competitiveness strength by shift share method. The results show that: At present, in the U. S. market, the competition of the agricultural products of China and Thailand is fierce, but export growth of China's agricultural products is faster and more competitive. Through a series of exploration based on PR framework model, for the purpose of building a suitable Chongqing agricultural nonpoint source pollution evaluation index system model framework, combined with the presence of Chongqing specific agro-environmental issues, we build a agricultural non-point source pollution assessment index system, and then study the agricultural system pressure, agro-environmental status and human response in total 3 major categories, developed an agricultural non-point source pollution evaluation index consisting of 3 criteria indicators and 19 indicators. As can be seen from the analysis, pressures and responses tend to increase and decrease linearly, state and complex have large fluctuations, and their fluctuations are similar mainly due to the elimination of pressures and impact, increasing the impact for agricultural non-point source pollution.
