Since the subsidizing agricultural machine purchase was launched in 2004, the agriculture equipment industry in Chongqing has progressed by leaps and bounds, but it is still faced with a few urgent problems, which requires the coordination of stakeholders, with an aim to establish a clear direction of the development of industry and a technolog route. With planting industry as an example, this paper applies the principle and method of industry technolog roadmap to analyse the market demand, industry target, technolog barrier and R&D demand of agricultural equipment industry in Chongqing. Based on the results, the top technolog R&D items of agricultural equipment industry in Chongqing are obtained. China's urban agricultural development takes on stage evolution, and functional structure, customer structure, industrial organization, innovation activity, spatial form and industrial value of each stage has significant difference. Using the system variable analysis method, this paper established the urban agrcultural development system including six types of functional variables. On the basis of summarzing stage characteastics, it analyzed reasons for stage characteristics focusing on four key variables, i. e. cost, efficiency, connection, and risk. To provide reference for fertilizer application of sugarcane planting in Xinping County, this paper analyzed nutrient content of topsoil according to the nutrient indicators established in the Second Soil Census. The results show that 51. 76% soil in sugarcane planting area of Xinping County is faintly acid, 50. 88% soil has relatively low organic matter, 45. 88% soil lacks alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen (N), 26.47% soil lacks phosphorus (P), 50.29% soil lacks potassium (K), 37.14% soil lacks sulfur (S), 12.86% soil lacks magnesium (Mg), 10% soil lacks manganese (Mn), and31.43% soil lacks zinc (Zn). In the sugarcane production, it is required to pay attention to increase of application of organic fertilizer, tofoster soil fertility, supplement boron fertilizer, to keep balance of soil nutrients. From the perspective of the influence on credit for farmers, this paper takes the temporarily poor farmers in Rongchang County of Chongqing Municipality as the respondents, and employs the expert survey method and on-site analysis to analyze the reasons and put forward three hypotheses. Using the AHP model, we carry out the empirical analysis of three major hypotheses concerning the credit for farmers. The study demonstrates that the state's unclear definition of property rights of farmers and farmers' lack of collateral are the primary factor influencing the credit for farmers, followed by insufficient targeted financial and technical support for the farmers who are engaged in the agricultural sector affected by the nature; farmers do not really get the assistance for them to use the natural resources to develop the rural economy, so that the banks complicate the loan procedures and increase the requirements of loans for farmers in order to ensure the capital liquidity and safety, thus further deepening the plight of credit for farmers. Based on the subdivision of industrial land in Chizhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, this paper builds the evaluation indicator system for the economical and intensive use of industrial land in the development zone, to analyze the current situation of economical and intensive use of industrial land. Land use is the main factor affecting the carbon emission. Taking Yuheng Mining Area as the research object, this paper chose two periods of remote sensing data of 1999 and 2006, and adopted the remote sensing image interpretation and supervised classification to study the changes in land use types and carbon sink in different periods in the mining area. The results showed that the area of arable land was reduced from 166. 96 km2 to 81. 10 km2, the area of woodland was increased from 46. 79 km2to 134. 53 km2, and arable land decreased by 51%, but carbon sink in the mining area still showed a rising trend; the carbon sink value increased by 16.4 million yuan in 2006 compared to 1999, an increase of 40%, indicating that the reasonable land use pattern can mprove the ecological environment, and promote the sustainable development of environment and economy in the mining area. The enhancement fishery is one of five pillar industries of aquatic products industry. Cultivation and development of enhancement fishery have certain conditions and advantages in China. From the concept of the enhancement fishery, this paper introduced four approaches for developing the enhancement fishery. Based on the data related to the Chinese and world agricultural production and trade from 1986 to 2011, this paper uses the principal component analysis, cointegration and vector error correction model to perform the empirical analysis of the impact of processing, import and export of agricultural products on the agricultural modernization in China. The results show that the processing and export of agricultural products play a role in promoting the agricultural modernization in China, while the import of agricultural products has some negative effects on the agricultural modernization in China. The negative effects of the import of agricultural products are from the limitations of farmers' small-scale operation and foreign trading partners' protectionism. China should further develop the processing industry of agricultural products, and strengthen the role of downstream industries in promoting the agricultural modernization; improve the level of large-scale and intensive operation, and make good use of WTO rules, in order to provide the necessary market conditions for the agricultural modernization. Urbanization is the result of economic and social development, but also an important indicator to measure the level of regional economic and social development. Since the reform and opening up, the level of urbanization in Hebei province has been lagging behind the national average level. The 18th National Congress of the CPC proposed to develop new urbanization, and this paper evaluated the comprehensive urbanization level of Hebei province combined with new connotation of urbanization. It constructed an evaluation index system of Hebei Province's urbanization comprehensive level, and then used the method of factor analysis with SPSS statistical analysis software to distinguish the major influencing factors. Thirdly, it overlaid the result with spatial pattern, which calculated by the spatial visualization function of Arc-GIS software, making the evaluation results presented in a more vivid way. Agricultural product trading website is not only an important way to realize the agriculture informatization, but also the main manifestation of the agricultural informatization. Based on the preliminary understanding of the content and characteristics of China's agricultural product trading website, the paper builds a scientific evaluation indicator system and evaluates 50 typical agricultural product trading websites objectively by using classification and grading method. The results show that the overall construction level of China's agricultural product trading websites is general, and there are obvious differences between regions; the lack of website commercial function and the lag of informatization are the main factors restricting the development of agricultural product trading websites. S. market, it analyzes the export competitiveness of the agricultural products of China and Thailand by market share and growth rate, measures the agricultural products of China and Thailand export competition degree by export product similarity innex and estimates the agricultural products of China and Thailand export competitiveness strength by shift share method. Two-dimensional (2D) barcode technology is an electronic tagging technology based on combination of computer and optical technology. This paper firstly summarized experience of Vietnam and Taiwan in developing modern agricultural manorial economy. The manorial economy of Vietnam is characterized by intensive and specialized operation and high marketization and wide employment of labors, while the experience of Taiwan can be outlined as "government launching, agricultural association promoting, and farmers acting". Using the modern information technology, this paper analyzes the 20 years of experimental observation data of wheat ear differentiation research team led by Professor Cui Jinmei. It reveals that in the appropriate sowing period, there is a quartic polynomial regression relationship between the sowing period and spike primordium period, namely between duration of vegetative growth stage and the average daily temperature. Using quantile regression method, this paper made an empirical analysis on convergence of China's regional economic growth since the reform and opening-up. It firstly introduced principle of quantile regression method and related theories of convergence of economic growth. Through discussing interprovincial variation coefficient of GDP per capita, it carried out σ convergence analysis on economic growth and divided 3 decades since the reform and opening-up into 3 stages. Then, it made a comparative analysis of absolute β convergence on 3 stages using least-squares estimation and quantile regression method, and also stressed the advantage of quantile regression method. On this basis, it made an in-depth study on conditional β convergence at 3 stages. Empirical results indicate that there is absolute and conditional convergence at the first stage, no convergence at the second stage, and weak convergence at the third stage. Frequent occurrence of land expropriation disputes in rural areas of China has attracted attention of scholars to study causes. Most existing studies discuss causes from "structure-institution" level. In other words, land expropriation disputes are caused by existing imperfect institutions, regulations, and policies. Such analysis model points institutional causes, but pays little attention to policy implementation process, especially the subjective initiative of parties concerned. This paper described a decade-long land expropriation dispute case in detail. Through description of event and process and survey of reasons of actors, it revealed factors resulting in occurrence and upgrade of dispute, and analyzed factors and their interactions with the aid of Smith Process Model. This paper studied soil erodibility of slope farmland in Guizhou mountain areas by the plot runoff method, analysis and test. Results show that the variation coefficient of erodibility K value calculated according to formula introduced by Sharply is low and relatively stable and accurate, so it is a suitable method for calculating erodibility K value of slope farmland in Guizhou mountain areas. K value of layer A slope farmland decreases with increase of years. The erodibility of entire soil layer is high, and the erosion resistance is weak. From the influence of different planting system and use types in 4 year, K values of different soil layer decrease, average reduction of A, B and C layers reaches 3. 17% -11. 64% (1. 26% - 12. 34% for layer A, 1. 29% - 13. 80% for layer B, and 1. 26% - 10. 80% for layer C). Except engineering terraced treatment, the decline of K value of grassland, zoning crop rotation, economic fruit forest, grain and grass intercropping, plant hedge, and mixed forest treatment is higher than farmers' treatment, and the decline level is grassland > zoning crop rotation > economic fruit forest > grain and grass intercropping > plant hedge > and mixed forest treatment. Planting grass and trees is favorable for lowering erodibility of slope farmland and improving farmland quality. Interlanting of corns with other plants can increase plant coverage and species, so it is favorable for improving erodibility of slope farmland. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Based on DEA - Tobit model, the efficiency of occupational training for rural migrant workers of 30 provinces and cities was studied in this paper. The results indicated that there are significant differences among these 30 provinces and cities. Technical efficiency of East areas is lower than average level. Moreover, there is a significant negative correlation between the efficiency and Average education attainment, and a significant positive correlation between the efficiency and proportion of rural population. This paper measures the Chinese regional income distribution gap based on the Theil index with data of 31 provinces in China from 1998 to 2011. The results showed that overall the income gap between China's rural areas was on the rise from 1998 to 2006, and the income gap was manly caused by the gap between the East China, Central China ad West China. After 2006, it showed a slow decline. The dynamic panel data model established for consumer demand, spending habits, income, regonal income disparities showed that income and regional income disparties significatly influence consumer demad of rural residents. It is an unarguable fact that the urban-rural dual structure led to two different results. On the one hand, it had been playing a great role in the city development and prosperity, and on the other hand, it had led the slotv development of rural economy and the income gap between rural and urban areas. The government makes efforts to promote the process of urbanization to maintain the sustained development of China's economy and economic transformation which are the two needs of the Chinese reality. But in the top-level design of the policy, the government did not give a fair profits distribution to all social groups. On the contrary, the result of urban development is based on the expense of a part of the people's interests in exchange for the interests of another parts of the people, and especially on the government expropriation in the process of urban expansion. Under Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the government monopolized the expropriation right of te rural land, and the rural employees and farmers as the land owner and constructors respectively have no rights to decide the lad use purposes. In fact, they are forced to accept the land compensation, and because of the litte barganing rights, tey gain little from the land value increment. Comparatively, the governments became the biggest beneficiary who made use of the land as a source and capital to earn te achievement in their official career and more money required by the urban development. The paper mainly analyzes the current situation of te distribution of the land added value, elaborates the reasons why the government strives for the land interests, and discusses what farmers lose in the government expropriation. On the basis of questionnaire survey in 54 natural villages of 22 cities (counties) in 6 central region provinces, this paper analyzed the willingness of rural land circulation and securitization and influencing factors with the aid of Logistic model and Multinomial Logit model. The quality and safety traceability system of agricultural products is an important measure to protect the quality and safety of agricultural products. Farmers and food enterprises are main operators of the traceability system. If they are effectively encouraged to practice traceability system, food safety can be guaranteed from the source. The mathematical model is often used for fitting the trend of changes in cultivated land resources in the land use planning, but the fitting effect is different in different study areas. In this paper, we take two geographically adjacent cities with great differences in the economic development model, Xinghua City and Jingjiang City, as the research object. Using logarithmic model (M1), Kuznets model (M2), logistic model (M3) and multivariate linear model (M4), we fit the process of changes in cultivated land resources during the period 1980 - 2009, and compare the differences in the fitting effect between different models. In terms of the model fitting effect in Xinghua City, it is in the order of M3 > M4 > M1 > M2, which is related to the fact that the local areas lay great emphasis on agicultural development, and pay close attention to ensuring the cultivated land area; in terms of the model fitting effect in Jing'iang City, it is in the order of M1 > M3 > M4 > M2, and the deep-seated cause is that its development model is dominated by extended trade expansion, and the level of intensive land use is constantly improved. In addition, we discuss the multi-stage characteristics of changes in cultivated land resources, and propose a solution of using the same model to simulate in various phases. The research results in Jing'iang City show that the coefficient of determination in the first phase (R2=0.958) and the standard error (SE=0.261) are both better than those of the original model (R2=0.945, SE=0.312); the coefficient of determination in the second phase is slightly low (R2=0.851), but the standard error is greatly improved (SE=0.137). Compared with the research conclusions of other scholars, it can be believed that this method can better solve the problems that the scatter plot of logistic model presents wave-shape and the scatter plot of Kuznets model presents "M"-shape, in order to improve the applicability of mathematica models. This paper carries out calculation and analysis of various kinds of ecological footprint and 104 yuan GDP in Hefei City during the period 2005-2010, and the results show that in recent years, the industrial economic development in Hefei City is accelerated, people's living standards are improved, and the momentum of urbanization is gathered. In order to find out reasons for local government illegally occupying cultivated land and reduce such acts to ensure China's grain security, this paper made an analysis through building the single person game model for local government's legal or illegal occupation of cultivation land. It reached the conclusion that the benefit obtained by local government from illegal occupation of cultivated land is far greater than cost and punishment of such illegal acts. Illegal act is an optimal choice of local government to maximize its benefits, which is also the major reason for its illegal occupation of cultivated land. Thus, to reduce these illegal acts of local government, it should reduce benefits of local government obtained from illegal occupation of cultivated land, and increase costs for illegal occupation of cultivated land. Guangdong Province is one of the provinces in China with the best modern agricultural industry and the highest production efficiency. While Jiangmen City, one of the agriculture-based cities in Guangdong Province, has made active exploration in building a modern agricultural system. China has established cooperation with the four largest agricultural research institutes in China to offer technical support for the development of modern agriculture. In this paper, the status quo and existing problems of agricultural development in Jiangmen, Guangdong are briefly introduced. Then, the cooperation status and prospect of local government with the research institutes are discussed. Finally some suggestions are given on the agricultural development pattern in Jiangmen City.
