This paper, from the city integration perspective, analyzes the main beneficiaries who benefit from the household registration system reform, and studies the influence of individual decisions about the transfer from agriculture to non-agriculture. Based on it, this paper makes an empirical research by using the survey data about migrant workers in Chongqing. The research findings are as follows: (i) The urban em- ployment, the living condition and the rural connection have a significant impact on migrant workers' transfer decision ; (i) If the value of those factors (such as the working stability, the family income, the urban house condition and the urban social security) is higher, then the migrant workers who have no economic interest in rural areas are better able to integrate into the urban areas, therefore the inclination to trans- fer the household registration from agriculture to non-agriculture will be much stronger. It is proposed that we should do some significant things, such as enhancing the investment of security housing, bringing the migrant workers into the city housing accumulation fund system and giving them prior allocation right, perfecting land elastic exit mechanism, creating a harmonious employment environment, which are important strategies promoting migrant workers to integrate into the urban areas and afecting their individual decision about transferring from agriculture to nonagriculture. This paper mainly introduces the longitudinal transmission mechanism of urban vegetable prices in Chongqing area. On the basis of the supply chain theory, the "farm price- wholesale price- retail price" of vegetables in Chongqing has been identified as the research object. Through statistical analysis, it is found that the above three types of price show a modest annual fluctuation of 7-12% from 2008 to 2013. Later, the paper focuses on the empirical research on the weekly price data in 2013 applying the co-integration theory, which reveals that the farm price of vegetables is largely influenced by themselves; the wholesale price of vegetables is mainly affected by their own price, the production price and the retail price of the earlier stage without the current influence of the production price; and the retail price of vegetables is also affected by their own price, but is not affected by the their current local price and the wholesale price. Vegetable prices have shown an obvious positive transmission mechanism in the links from production to retail, but the feedback effect of retail on production is not brought into play. Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. On the one hand, there is increasing demand for fresh and safe refrigerated agricultural products; on the other hand, the current cold chain logistics is relatively underdeveloped and has many problems. This paper does a research on the major large-scale agricultural cold-chain logistics companies in Chongqing, and finds that cold-chain logistics in Chongqing has some problems such as incomplete industrial chain, relatively backward infrastructure, lack of talents, and high logistics costs. Some solutions to these problems are put forward; improving chain logistics infrastructure; strengthening personnel training; building information platform to create a new model of the cold-chain logistics in the Internet era; seeking government's policy and financial support. Taking 20 relative poor families in Hechuan District of Chongqing Municipality as survey samples, taking 275 households of rural famiiies selected by stratified sampling method as research objects, and taking family education investment behavior of this rural area a research content, this paper studied current situations of rural family education investment behavior in Hechuan District, difference in investment behavior and related influence factors. It is intended to provide references for family education investment of rural areas in Hechuan District and even Chongqing Municipality, and promote development of rural education undertaking in China. Based on a survey of 939 farmers in Sichuan and Chongqing, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of entrepreneurial farmers' formal financial credit demands and credit constraints with Probit model. It is found that entrepreneurial farmers have strong demand for formal financial credit, which is mainly production investment demand, but the formal financial credit constraint is obvious. Family size, cognition of loan procedures and conditions have a positive effect on entrepreneurial farmers' formal financial demand, while family per capita income, the distance between family location and the nearest formal financial organization, have negative influence. The relationship between householder' age and entrepreneurial farmers' successful formal loan presents inverted U shape, and educational level presents a negative correlation with successful loan. Compared with the traditional scale agricultural business, farmers engaged in other entrepreneurial businesses would get loan from formal financial institutions more difficultly. Understanding level of the loan procedures and conditions has a positive effect on successful loan. Compared with entrepreneurial farmers without employment, employed farmers are more likely to get loans. Statistically, householder' age and educational level, entrepreneurial business choices do not have significant effect on entrepreneurial households' formal financial credit demands. Family size, family per capital income, the distance between family location and the nearest formal financial organization, and the size of loan do not have significant influence on entrepreneurial households' successful loan. To get rid of formal financial credit constraints, we must implement the incremental reform of financial institutions, promote the formal finance of the villages and towns which can adapt to the farmers' financial demand, and create a good financial environment. Meanwhile, it is necessary to give impetus to innovation of financial management, products and services, reduce credit threshold, and adapt to the characteristics and demands of entrepreneurial households. Since the subsidizing agricultural machine purchase was launched in 2004, the agriculture equipment industry in Chongqing has progressed by leaps and bounds, but it is still faced with a few urgent problems, which requires the coordination of stakeholders, with an aim to establish a clear direction of the development of industry and a technolog route. With planting industry as an example, this paper applies the principle and method of industry technolog roadmap to analyse the market demand, industry target, technolog barrier and R&D demand of agricultural equipment industry in Chongqing. Based on the results, the top technolog R&D items of agricultural equipment industry in Chongqing are obtained. Finally, the following sugestions are put forward: integrating resources, constructing platform ad improving innovation ability; constructing agricultural industry park and promotng clustered development of agicultural equipment industry; strengthening finance and taxation support; strengthening constructon of agicultural mechanization infrastructure; substantially developing socialized service of agricultural machinery. From the perspective of the influence on credit for farmers, this paper takes the temporarily poor farmers in Rongchang County of Chongqing Municipality as the respondents, and employs the expert survey method and on-site analysis to analyze the reasons and put forward three hypotheses. Using the AHP model, we carry out the empirical analysis of three major hypotheses concerning the credit for farmers. The study demonstrates that the state's unclear definition of property rights of farmers and farmers' lack of collateral are the primary factor influencing the credit for farmers, followed by insufficient targeted financial and technical support for the farmers who are engaged in the agricultural sector affected by the nature; farmers do not really get the assistance for them to use the natural resources to develop the rural economy, so that the banks complicate the loan procedures and increase the requirements of loans for farmers in order to ensure the capital liquidity and safety, thus further deepening the plight of credit for farmers. Economic responsibility audit evaluation of township cadres is important and difficult. According to the evaluation content and principles, the paper constructs the evaluation indicator of five subsystems: " economic management", " economic decision-making", " implementation of economic policy", "economic development", and "honest and upright administration". Through the field survey of some county in Chongqing, evaluation indicator is screened. According to the expert questionnaire, it uses the Hierarchy Analysis Process method to construct the judgment matrix and calculate the indicator weight and thereby build evaluation indicator system. The circular agriculture is conducive to achieving the purpose of efficient agricultural economy and environment - friendliness. Based on the perspective of circular agriculture theory, this paper builds the evaluation indicator system for circular agriculture, and uses entropy method and Matlab analysis tool to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of the level of agricultural development in Chongqing City during the period 2003 - 2012. With rapid economic development, resource and environment problems become more and more prominent. Chongqing Municipality, as a city focusing on industrial development in the past, has serious problem of environmental pollution and scarce agricultural resources. At present, it is urgent to find out how to develop circular agieulture and coordinate economic, social, environmental development. On the basis of understanding the intension of circular agieulture, this paper built evaluation indicator system for development of circular agieulture from social and economic development, resource reduction input, resource recycling use, and resource and environment safety. Then, it made an evaluation of circular agriultural development of Chongqing Municipality by AHP approach combined with gray correlation analysis. Finally, it came up with countermeasures, including reducing input of agriultural production materials, strenghening land management, promoting scientific and technological progress, and improving policy systems. By introducing development situation of specialized cooperatives and vegetable specialized cooperatives in China, this paper discussed existing problems in the process of development of China's vegetable specialized cooperatives. Then, it made efficiency evaluation on typical vegetable specialized cooperatives in 3 districts of Chongqing Municipality by the DEA method. Considering traditional DEA model has drawbacks, it introduced super efficiency DEA model to make complete identification and ordering of cooperatives. On this basis, it divided efficiency value into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, and classified cooperatives into 4 categories according to efficiency characteristics of non-complete effective cooperatives. Finally, it came up with recommendations and countermeasures for improving efficiency of specialized cooperatives from raising technical level and increasing members of specialized cooperatives. Firstly, this paper reviews and analyzes historic background of urban-rural integration of Chongqing, and the evolution and trend of urban and rural dual economic structure. On the basis of previous researches, it selects factors and variables influencing urban and rural dual economic structure, and establishes an econometric model. By state space Kalman filtering method, it analyzes dynamic influence of factors upon urban-rural dual economic intensity. In this paper, we use DEA – Tobit model to conduct empirical study on the governmental supply efficiency of public service in Chongqing's 38 counties and the influencing factors during the period 2008 - 2011. The results show that the supply efficiency of basic public service at county level is generally low, and there is significant regional differences and strong volatility; per capita GDP, population density and population size, and level of education of the residents, are significantly correlated with the supply efficiency of basic public service at county level, but traffic density, urbanization level, and the proportion of government spending on public service to total fiscal expenditure, have no significant effects on the efficiency of basic public service at county level. Based on this, we propose some policy recommendations for enhancing the level of local economic development and the level of education, and reasonably guiding the residents' agglomeration. Through a series of exploration based on PR framework model, for the purpose of building a suitable Chongqing agricultural nonpoint source pollution evaluation index system model framework, combined with the presence of Chongqing specific agro-environmental issues, we build a agricultural non-point source pollution assessment index system, and then study the agricultural system pressure, agro-environmental status and human response in total 3 major categories, developed an agricultural non-point source pollution evaluation index consisting of 3 criteria indicators and 19 indicators. As can be seen from the analysis, pressures and responses tend to increase and decrease linearly, state and complex have large fluctuations, and their fluctuations are similar mainly due to the elimination of pressures and impact, increasing the impact for agricultural non-point source pollution.
