- Abstract
This paper attempts to study the interactive relationship among financial development, industrial structure adjustment and urbanization in China. Based on the data from 1978 to 2018, this paper establishes a VAR model for empirical analysis. The results show that after the impulse response analysis and variance decomposition of the model, industrial structure adjustment and urbanization have a positive impact on financial development in the long run. Financial development and industrial structure adjustment do not play a positive role in the process of urbanization, and there is still room for further development. It is suggested that the state should strengthen the financial support for urbanization so that the two can develop in coordination. At the same time, we should adhere to the simultaneous development of industrial structure adjustment and urbanization to ensure the simultaneous development of financial scale and efficiency. - Abstract
Based on the GIS spatial analysis technology, this paper assessed the effects of Nanchang metro in improving the accessibility of public transport networks in different spatial patterns. Besides, from the perspective of transport fairness, this paper evaluated the fairness of allocation of transportation resources for indemnificatory housing residents. Then, it revealed the reasons for the welfare loss of indemnificatory housing residents in fast rail transit resources, so as to provide a reference for promoting the space adaptation of indemnificatory housing residents. The study found that (i) the subway has improved the accessibility of the urban public transport network in terms of travel time and accessibility, but it has a different effect on improving the accessibility of the public transport network. After crossing a certain transit time and distance, there is a weakening trend, showing a pattern of "central expansion-peripheral weakness". (ii) The relative improvement of the metro on the accessibility of public transport for indemnificatory housing residents is lower than the overall improvement efficiency, and the fairness of the redistribution of transportation resources of the indemnificatory housing residents is impaired. (iii) In order to prevent and reduce the problem of space mismatch between indemnificatory housing and rail transit, it can be achieved by planning the metro network according to the spatial characteristics of indemnificatory housing residents’ activities, guiding the selection of sites for indemnificatory housing with the TOD model, and forming a mixed community by combining the indemnificatory housing construction with commercial housing, to guarantee fair resource allocation of indemnificatory housing residents. - Abstract
Oriented by ecological, production and living functions of land, this paper analyzes the status of land use in Xueshan Township, Luquan County, Yunnan Province using the method of assignment. The land is classified into general production land, production and ecological land, general living land, living and production land, living and ecological land, general ecological land and ecological and production land. The result is compared with the classification system of the second national land survey. In theory, the classification system of ecological land, living land and production land is constructed. Taking Xueshan Township, Luquan County, a typical alpine valley area of Jinsha River as an example, based on the survey data on the changes of land use in Xueshan Township in Luquan County in 2016, this paper analyzes the distribution of ecological land, living land and production land in Xueshan Township. The results show that in Xueshan Township, ecological land (including general ecological land and ecological and production land) has the largest proportion (54. 84%) in area, followed by production land (including general production land and production and ecological land) (44. 41 %), and living land (including general living land and living and production land) has the lowest proportion (only 0. 75%). In overall, the distribution of production land and ecological land in Xueshan Township is not reasonable enough. For example, the proportion of dry land with a slope bigger than 15° and serious oil erosion in the township is currently 79. 23 %, among which, the dry land with a slope bigger than 25° and particularly serious soil erosion accounts for 52. 88%. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually take measures to convert cultivated land into forests and further optimize the structure and spatial configuration of ecological land, living land and production land. - Abstract
The new agricultural business entity is the representative of the "new" productive forces in the countryside. Based on the analysis of the connotation of the new agricultural business entity, this paper further explains the new characteristics of the new agricultural business entity, such as internationalization, informatization, greening, ecologization, and organizational integration. The new type of agricultural business entity is the innovation of socialist agricultural management system with Chinese characteristics, which has brought new institutional performance to agricultural and rural modernization, and caused changes in the rural governance body and its structure in terms of production relations. The traditional basic subject "villager" has changed to "professional farmer", "homogenization" to "heterogeneity" and "diversification", and governance pattern to "unitary leading and pluralistic participation". These developments and changes reflect the dialectical relationship movement between rural productive forces and production relations, economic base and superstructure. New agricultural business entity, rural governance body and their structural system have become an important basis for rural revitalization. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
