The development of specialty agriculture is of great significance to western China's agricultural structure adjustment, and it's an essential way for the construction of ecological agriculture in Southern Ningxia mountainous area. This paper makes a summary about the development status of specialty agriculture in Southern Ningxia Mountainous Area and put forward the basic benefit goal and problems needing attention. On this basis, the paper studies the development pattern of specialty agriculture in Southern Ningxia Mountainous Area from the aspects of production factors and industry. This paper suggests that the development pattern of specialty agriculture in Southern Ningxia Mountainous Area should combine the regional agricultural pattern and innovative organization structure pattern, demonstration agriculture and market-directing pattern, engineering agricultural pattern and enterprise-driven pattern. From the perspective of micro-subjects of rapeseed planting, namely, the rape seed planting farmers, this paper made an analysis on factors influencing supply of rapeseed in provinces of China on the basis of panel data of 14 provinces producing rapeseed. Analysis indicates that decision of rapeseed planting area is influenced by planting area of the previous year and comparative benefits of rapeseed and the substitute crop wheat, while the local non-agricultural employment level exerts little influence on decision of rapeseed planting area. Finally, it came up with pertinent policy recommendations: since lagging influence of previous planting decisions and selection of planting decisions are a long period, formulation and implementation of any policy should consider long-term subsequent effect, instead of excessively focusing on policy objectives; strengthening new technological researches of new rapeseed varieties relying on scientific and technological innovation, enhancing construction of rapeseed production infrastructure, and improving integrated rapeseed production capacity, so as to increase relative income of rape-seed planting. The economic development of China has transformed from factor-driven type to innovation-driven type, and the upgrading of industrial structure is very important. In this paper, in order to explore the path of the coupling effect of modern service industry and agriculture, based on previous research and practical experience, we select 14 indicators, and then use the theory of disipative structure, coupling degree and coupling coordination degree to measure the coupling phase of modern service industry and agriculture. On this basis, we use the spiilover effect for the empirical testing of influence of modern service industry on agricultural development. The study shows that modern service industry and agriculture in our country are at the medium coupling, and in the early stage of development. The spiilover effects of China's modern service industry on China's economic development and agricultural progress are significant. Finally, the policy recommendations are put forward from tourism, logistics and so on to promote the coupling of modern service industry and agriculture and provide a reference for promoting the coupling level of China's modern service industry and agriculture. Using social network analysis method,this paper made an empirical study on growth of evil forces in land requisition and relocation in City G of Hubei Province. It obtained following results:(i) lawless developers and inefficient public security organs form interested parties of evil forces. Besides,the inward closeness centrality of evil forces is high,manifesting that evil forces independently possess decentralized power of network and have unscrupulous behavior in land requisition and relocation to a certain extent.(ii) Activities of evil forces have complicated spatial correlation and their geographical distribution is uneven,taking on irregular characteristics. In the field of land requisition and relocation,some evil forces are expanding and spreading,while other forces are relatively weak. In conclusion,growth of evil forces comes from premeditation and collaboration of lawless developers,lack of functions and weak attack of public security organs; growth of evil forces has periodic changes,when in power,they will take opportunity to expand,while losing power,they will hide or even disappear. As a basic industry, agriculture has a far-reaching impact on national economy. Based on input-output tables of China in 2005 and 2010, this paper gives a deep insight into the relationship between agriculture and national economy and its macroeconomic effects by the methods of input-output analysis, industrial correlation and macroeconomic effect analysis. The results show that the agricultural development is highly dependent on the national economy, but makes low contribution; agriculture contributes to promoting employment and improving the structure of national income distribution; despite the government's tax incentive, the agricultural equipments are updated slowly, and the corporate profits are at low level; agricultural export effect is far below the average industry level, but the import effect increases over the years, and final products are often used for domestic consumption. finally, we set forth recommendations for improving the development of agriculture and national economy. Pig production efficiency and its regional differences in China have strategic importance to the transformation of pig production mode and optimization of pig production layout in China. In this paper, Malmquist-DEA model is adopted to analyze the statistical data; TFP and its decompositions are made. Results show that among different pig breeding scales, free-range breeding scale is dominant in Hunan, small breeding scale is dominant in Sichuan, medium breeding scale is dominant in Sichuan and Hunan, and large breeding scale is dominant in sichuan, Shandong and Jiangsu; among the provinces, pig production efficiency varies with breeding scale, and small-scale is dominant in Simchuan, Guangdong and Hebei, free-range and medium-scale pig breeding in Hunan, medium-scale pig breeding in Henan and Yunnan, large scale pig breeding in the rest of the provinces, have significant efficiency advantage. In recent yeas, Guangxi realized consecutive bumper harvests in fresh agricultural products, leading increase of logistics demand; logistics infrastructure begins to take shape, and logistics of fresh aricultural products takes on diversified development form with wholesale maket as main form. Taking Wangcang County of Sichuan Province a an example, this paper made comprehensive benefit analysis on models of circular agriculture in Wangcang County. Major models include "pig - biogas - fruit", "pig - biogas - vegetable", ad "pig - biogas - tea". It made cost benefit aalysis of economic, social and ecological benefits. Through benefit analysis charts, it obtained that the net present value of each household building biogas pool is 6029 yuan. In this way, it significantly improved ecological environment ad social benefits, and the agricultural economic development model gradually chages to sustainable development model. However, there are stiil problems of insufficient government input and single model of agricultural circular economy. In order to promote the development of agricultural large-scale operation in China, this paper constructs a calculation model for agricultural moderate large-scale operation to estimate moderate operation scale of China's major crops and different agricultural varieties in different regions based on the analysis of present situation of agricultural moderate large-scale operation. The results show that the national average moderate operation area of grain is7.3 ha; the average moderate operation area of vegetable, cotton and apple is 0.61, 21.42 and 0.37 ha, respectively; the average moderate scale of hog and sheep is 388 and 234. 8, respectively. In addition, for diferent varieties of agricultural products, we estimate their moderate scale in diferent provinces. The study provides a scientific basis for speeding up agricultural land transfer and resizing moderate large-scale operation, and sets forth corresponding recommendations on this basis. This paper firstly reviewed development process of UPOV Conventions and briefly introduced current situation of protection of new tropica crop varieties in China. Using SWOT approach, it analyzed internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of breeding R&D of tropica crops if implementing UPOV Convention 1991 Act in China. Internal strengths include rich resources, strategic significance of tropical crops, solid crop breeding foundation, ad broad market prospect. Interna weaknesses include insufficient reserve of germplasm resources, weak R&D and protection of new varieties, low market level of breeding R&D entities, unreasonable structure, low input in breeding R&D, and weak protection awareness. Opportunities include bringing into play strengths of rich tropical plant resources, stimulating enthusiasm for new variety R&D ad awareness for variety protection, promoting structural optimization of breeding input entities, raising technology level of breeding R&D, and promoting international cooperation of new variety protection. Threats include more strict restriction of intellectual property right, impact to weak fields of new variety R&D, and difficulty in implementing limitation of farmer privileges. In China's vast rural areas, the most significant manifestation of people's livelihood improvement is the improvement of living conditions. Based on the data on two censuses, this paper analyzes the degree of improvement of rural residents' living conditions from the changes in the rural residents' residential structure. The expanded agricultural trade deficit in recent years concern about the international competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products. In this paper, guided by Michael Porter's diamond model theory, based on agricultural production and trade data in China and the world from 1986 to 2011, we use principal component analysis, cointegration and vector error correction model, to perform an empirical analysis of the impact of agricultural modernization , economic growth and industrialization on the international competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products. The results show that China's agricultural modernization is slow, the demand for agricultural products caused by economic growth is increased, and excessive rural labor transfer due to industrialization leads to decline in the international competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products. China should increase its efforts to promote the modernization of agriculture and level of industry nurturing agriculture ; use WTO rules to create a good international and domestic environment for the development of China's agriculture and improvement of the international competitiveness of agricultural products; give full play to the role of demand n boosting the industrial upgrading of domestic agriculture. To provide reference for fertilizer application of sugarcane planting in Xinping County, this paper analyzed nutrient content of topsoil according to the nutrient indicators established in the Second Soil Census. The results show that 51. 76% soil in sugarcane planting area of Xinping County is faintly acid, 50. 88% soil has relatively low organic matter, 45. 88% soil lacks alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen (N), 26.47% soil lacks phosphorus (P), 50.29% soil lacks potassium (K), 37.14% soil lacks sulfur (S), 12.86% soil lacks magnesium (Mg), 10% soil lacks manganese (Mn), and31.43% soil lacks zinc (Zn). In the sugarcane production, it is required to pay attention to increase of application of organic fertilizer, tofoster soil fertility, supplement boron fertilizer, to keep balance of soil nutrients. This paper firstly summarized experience of Vietnam and Taiwan in developing modern agricultural manorial economy. The manorial economy of Vietnam is characterized by intensive and specialized operation and high marketization and wide employment of labors, while the experience of Taiwan can be outlined as "government launching, agricultural association promoting, and farmers acting". Then, it analyzed existing problems of modern agricultural manorial economy in China and opportunities and challenges of characteristic modern agricultural manorial economy in Yunnan plateau area. On the basis of questionnaire survey in 54 natural villages of 22 cities (counties) in 6 central region provinces, this paper analyzed the willingness of rural land circulation and securitization and influencing factors with the aid of Logistic model and Multinomial Logit model. The study indicates that factors influencing willingness of rural land circulation and securitization mainly include land contract method, land circulation information and approaches, rights and interests of farmers infringed or not, policies of benefiting farmers, and non-agricultural skills. In order to find out reasons for local government illegally occupying cultivated land and reduce such acts to ensure China's grain security, this paper made an analysis through building the single person game model for local government's legal or illegal occupation of cultivation land. It reached the conclusion that the benefit obtained by local government from illegal occupation of cultivated land is far greater than cost and punishment of such illegal acts. Illegal act is an optimal choice of local government to maximize its benefits, which is also the major reason for its illegal occupation of cultivated land. Thus, to reduce these illegal acts of local government, it should reduce benefits of local government obtained from illegal occupation of cultivated land, and increase costs for illegal occupation of cultivated land. Guangdong Province is one of the provinces in China with the best modern agricultural industry and the highest production efficiency. While Jiangmen City, one of the agriculture-based cities in Guangdong Province, has made active exploration in building a modern agricultural system. China has established cooperation with the four largest agricultural research institutes in China to offer technical support for the development of modern agriculture. In this paper, the status quo and existing problems of agricultural development in Jiangmen, Guangdong are briefly introduced. The Agricultural Science and Technology Experiment and Demonstration Park, as a unique tourist scenic spot, is a new model for the development of low-carbon leisure agriculture. In this paper, with Xinglong Tropical Botanical Park as a study case, the practice of developing a model of low-carbon agricultural science and technology tourism in the park is explored. Too large urban-rural gap and weak rural consumption is the most significant problem in rural areas, and also an insurmountable barrier to the process of China's economic development. At the same time, the modernization of agriculture is proposed as the major policy for China to actively solve issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. Using panel data model and taking into account the regional characteristics and time effects of the sample data, we conduct analysis of the farmers' income structure in the five provinces and one city of East China at the upper reaches of economy, and estimate the effects of farmers' income on farmers' consumer spending, in order to find the main channel for improving farmers' consumption.
