Using the method of structural equation and balanced scorecard, this paper establishes the evaluation indicators and evaluation model for the performance of 21 rural cooperative economic organizations in X City of Hunan Province, and analyzes the relationship between indicators and dimensions of performance evaluation indicators, in order to find the influencing factors, obstacles and successful experience concerning the development of rural cooperative economic organizations. According to model analysis and conclusions, this paper sets forth the recommendations for promoting the development of rural cooperative economic organizations in Hunan Province, in order to provide a scientific basis for the institutional design and mechaism innovation of rural cooperative economic organizations in Hunan Province. Vigorously developing agricultural circular economy is an effective way to achieve sustainable agricultural development, and a strategic measure to ease the pressure on agricultural resources, protect ecological and clean resources, and promote sustainable agricultural and rural economic development. From the theoretical perspective of circular agriculture, this paper builds the evaluation indicator system for circular agriculture, and uses entropy method to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of the development level of agricultural circular economy in Guizhou Province from 2003 to 2012. At the same time, this paper analyzes the obstacles to the development of agricultural circular economy in Guizhou Province in 2012, and sets forth the relevant recommendations based on these limitations, in order to improve the development level of circular agriculture in Guizhou Province. At the background of the experience economy becoming major economic form in place of the service economy, forest experience develops vigorously and becomes a new approach for people alleviating pressure, acquiring knowledge, and relaxation. On the basis of analyzing concept and characteristics of the forest experience, this paper analyzed current situation of forest experience by taking Kunming West Mountain Forest Park as an example. It found there are existing problems in subject image, development methods and degree, professional personnel and concept. In view of these problems, it came up with recommendations including determining subject image, designing special products, accelerating cultivation of professional personnel, and strengthening training of forest experience concept. Firstly, this paper analyzed current situations, major practice and existing problems of under-forest economy in Henan Province. Then, it made an in-depth discussion of guiding thought, principle and objectives, construction task and safeguarding measures of the under-forest economic development plan. Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. On the one hand, there is increasing demand for fresh and safe refrigerated agricultural products; on the other hand, the current cold chain logistics is relatively underdeveloped and has many problems. This paper does a research on the major large-scale agricultural cold-chain logistics companies in Chongqing, and finds that cold-chain logistics in Chongqing has some problems such as incomplete industrial chain, relatively backward infrastructure, lack of talents, and high logistics costs. Some solutions to these problems are put forward; improving chain logistics infrastructure; strengthening personnel training; building information platform to create a new model of the cold-chain logistics in the Internet era; seeking government's policy and financial support. The impact of the agricultural mechanization development on the agricultural economy has caught public attention. In this paper, the role of the agricultural mechanization in the agricultural economic development of Chongqing is analyzed with the qualitative and quantitative methods based on econometrics and agricultural engineering theory, and its contribution rate is 30.6%. On the basis of survey of current land use situation in Changfeng County, this paper analyzed land use structure, trend and environment of structural adjustment. Besides, it explored county-wide land use structure mode, namely, "division + indicator + policy". This paper analyzes the current situation of industrial land supply, use and structure and industry pattern in Chizhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, and selects 83 typical enterprises which can reflect the comprehensive innustrial land utilization within this zone and the problems in economical and intensive utilization, to carry out the evaluation of economical and intensive utilization of industrial land. Human capital and finance can boost economic growth, and this paper performs empirical test of economic growth, human capital and financial level, and finds that tere is a long-term stable dynamic equilibrium relationship between te three. Results show that the finance and human capital in Qingdao City go through six stages ("imbalance-on the verge of imbalance-narrow coordination-primary coordination-intermediate coordination-well coordinaton"), and during the coordination process, human capital significantly lags behind. Agricultural product trading website is not only an important way to realize the agriculture informatization, but also the main manifestation of the agricultural informatization. Based on the preliminary understanding of the content and characteristics of China's agricultural product trading website, the paper builds a scientific evaluation indicator system and evaluates 50 typical agricultural product trading websites objectively by using classification and grading method. The results show that the overall construction level of China's agricultural product trading websites is general, and there are obvious differences between regions; the lack of website commercial function and the lag of informatization are the main factors restricting the development of agricultural product trading websites. This paper selects China and Thailand as a reference object. Based on the U. S. market, it analyzes the export competitiveness of the agricultural products of China and Thailand by market share and growth rate, measures the agricultural products of China and Thailand export competition degree by export product similarity innex and estimates the agricultural products of China and Thailand export competitiveness strength by shift share method. The results show that: At present, in the U. S. market, the competition of the agricultural products of China and Thailand is fierce, but export growth of China's agricultural products is faster and more competitive. This paper firstly summarized experience of Vietnam and Taiwan in developing modern agricultural manorial economy. The manorial economy of Vietnam is characterized by intensive and specialized operation and high marketization and wide employment of labors, while the experience of Taiwan can be outlined as "government launching, agricultural association promoting, and farmers acting". Then, it analyzed existing problems of modern agricultural manorial economy in China and opportunities and challenges of characteristic modern agricultural manorial economy in Yunnan plateau area. Finally in line with these problems and combining experience of international manorial economy, it came up with systematic recommendations for healthy and sustainable development of characteristic modern agricultural manorial economy in Yunnan plateau area: (i) perfecting organization leadership, improving planning guidance, and enhancing standardized management; (ii) putting forth effort on innovation of system and mechanism for land, fund and technology, to break bottleneck of manorial economic development; (iii) increasing input and comprehensively building the service support system to promote long-term development of manorial economy. Using quantile regression method, this paper made an empirical analysis on convergence of China's regional economic growth since the reform and opening-up. It firstly introduced principle of quantile regression method and related theories of convergence of economic growth. Through discussing interprovincial variation coefficient of GDP per capita, it carried out σ convergence analysis on economic growth and divided 3 decades since the reform and opening-up into 3 stages. Then, it made a comparative analysis of absolute β convergence on 3 stages using least-squares estimation and quantile regression method, and also stressed the advantage of quantile regression method. On this basis, it made an in-depth study on conditional β convergence at 3 stages. Empirical results indicate that there is absolute and conditional convergence at the first stage, no convergence at the second stage, and weak convergence at the third stage. The mathematical model is often used for fitting the trend of changes in cultivated land resources in the land use planning, but the fitting effect is different in different study areas. In this paper, we take two geographically adjacent cities with great differences in the economic development model, Xinghua City and Jingjiang City, as the research object. Using logarithmic model (M1), Kuznets model (M2), logistic model (M3) and multivariate linear model (M4), we fit the process of changes in cultivated land resources during the period 1980 - 2009, and compare the differences in the fitting effect between different models. In terms of the model fitting effect in Xinghua City, it is in the order of M3 > M4 > M1 > M2, which is related to the fact that the local areas lay great emphasis on agicultural development, and pay close attention to ensuring the cultivated land area; in terms of the model fitting effect in Jing'iang City, it is in the order of M1 > M3 > M4 > M2, and the deep-seated cause is that its development model is dominated by extended trade expansion, and the level of intensive land use is constantly improved. In addition, we discuss the multi-stage characteristics of changes in cultivated land resources, and propose a solution of using the same model to simulate in various phases. The research results in Jing'iang City show that the coefficient of determination in the first phase (R2=0.958) and the standard error (SE=0.261) are both better than those of the original model (R2=0.945, SE=0.312); the coefficient of determination in the second phase is slightly low (R2=0.851), but the standard error is greatly improved (SE=0.137). Compared with the research conclusions of other scholars, it can be believed that this method can better solve the problems that the scatter plot of logistic model presents wave-shape and the scatter plot of Kuznets model presents "M"-shape, in order to improve the applicability of mathematica models. Too large urban-rural gap and weak rural consumption is the most significant problem in rural areas, and also an insurmountable barrier to the process of China's economic development. At the same time, the modernization of agriculture is proposed as the major policy for China to actively solve issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. Using panel data model and taking into account the regional characteristics and time effects of the sample data, we conduct analysis of the farmers' income structure in the five provinces and one city of East China at the upper reaches of economy, and estimate the effects of farmers' income on farmers' consumer spending, in order to find the main channel for improving farmers' consumption. In this paper, we use DEA – Tobit model to conduct empirical study on the governmental supply efficiency of public service in Chongqing's 38 counties and the influencing factors during the period 2008 - 2011. The results show that the supply efficiency of basic public service at county level is generally low, and there is significant regional differences and strong volatility; per capita GDP, population density and population size, and level of education of the residents, are significantly correlated with the supply efficiency of basic public service at county level, but traffic density, urbanization level, and the proportion of government spending on public service to total fiscal expenditure, have no significant effects on the efficiency of basic public service at county level. Based on this, we propose some policy recommendations for enhancing the level of local economic development and the level of education, and reasonably guiding the residents' agglomeration. This paper uses econometric methods to carry out a Granger causality test on the construction of water conservancy infrastructure construction and agricultural economic growth in the boom period (1981-2002) of Shandong agriculture. Empirical results indicate that there exists two-way Granger causality between Shandong water conservancy infrastructure construction and Shandong agricultural economic growth.
