Through analyzing current situations of newspapers about agriculture, countryside and farmers and problems impairing development of these newspapers, this paper presents constructive recommendations for combination with NIE project at operational level. In China, NIE project should not copy foreign experience, but should proceed from rural realities, expend its intension and enrich its extension, and extend coverage of newspaper to all levels in rural areas. In addition, it is recommended to explore new approaches and find a new development road of newspapers about agriculture, countryside and farmers through transforming the publishing mode. Using the survey data on 340 farmers in Chongqing City, this paper performs an empirical analysis of the factors influencing the non-point source pollution of pesticides. The results show that the older householders will apply more pesticides, which may be due to the weak physical strength and weak ability to accept the concept of advanced cultivation; the householders with high level of education will choose to use less pesticides; the pesticide application rate is negatively correlated with whether farmers have participated in agricultural technology training, that is, the farmers having participated in agricultural technology training have stronger ability to scientifically apply pesticides, and in-depth understanding of advanced agricultural production technology and positive and negative effects of pesticides, so they often choose to reduce the application rate of pesticide; the cognitive factor on the role of pesticides in better promoting the growth of crops is significant, which requires the government and relevant departments to carry out concrete publicity of effectiveness and negative impact of different pesticides during the popularization of agricultural science knowledge, to prompt farmers to have a systematic and in-depth understanding of the agricultural nonpoint source pollution caused by pesticides. This paper analyzes the key indicators which reflect farmer and herdsman's income in Inner Mongolia region, and then carries out regression analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis of their income status in this region with SPSS software. Through the analysis, it can be seen that the net income of per farmer and herdsman in Inner Mongolia, has not reached the national level, and the differences in the influencing factors of the income are very obvious. From the background of small peasant management and information asymmetry, this paper introduced the middle profit sharing model and discussed influence factors and ownership of pricing power of agricultural product. It obtained following results: (i) the transaction scale has positive effect on farmer's pricing power of agricultural products, while the competitor's transaction scale has negative effect on it, so does the cost for information search; (ii) under the condition of small peasant management system, farmer is in a relatively weak position in the distribution of pricing power of agricultural products, due to factors such as small transaction scale, information asymmetry ad farmer's weak negotiation ability; (iii) through cooperative game, farmer and buyers can share cooperative surplus at the agreed ratio; (iv) the introduction of self-organizing specialized farmers cooperatives is favorable for solving the problem of pricing power of agricultural products, ad possible problems, such as "collective action dilemma" and "fake cooperatives" in the cooperative development process can be solved by internal and external division of labor and specialization of cooperatives. To adapt to rural and agricultural economic development, Jiangsu Province adjusted main task of comprehensive development of hiily and mountainous areas to supporting a d promoting agricultural structural adjustment of hilly and mountainous areas and promoting increase of agricultural benefits and farmers' income. Through typical survey, this paper made a objective evaluation of effect of agricultural comprehensive development of hilly and mountainous areas in Jiangsu Province from increasing famers' income. Results indicated that aricultural comprehensive development investment projects in Jiangsu hilly and mountainous areas are closely coupled with local aricultural production structure; financial funds promote social capital input to construction of economic forest, fruit and grass planting, and livestock raising. Through building "relation skiils - knowledge acquisition - operation performance", this paper discussed action mechanism of relation skiils of viilager autonomy organizations on operation performance of farmer households. On the basis of questionnaire survey of 208 farmer households in Guangdong, it studied influence of relation skiils of viilager autonomy organizations on operation performance of farmer households from hierarchical relation skiils and market relation skiils, and introduced knowledge acquisition as mediator variables to discuss the influence mechanism. Results indicate that relation skiils and knowledge acquisition have positive influence on operation performance of farmer households, knowledge acquisition takes intermediate action on market relation skiils and operation performance, while hierarchical relation skiils promote improvement of operation performance only through acquisition of explicit knowledge. The disposable income per capita of rural residents in Tibet was 7471 yuan in 2014. There is a high gap with the national average disposable income per capita of rural residents (10489 yuan). This paper firstly analyzed legislation of the United States for guaranteeing qualified successors of agriculture, such as Morrill Land Grant College Act. Then, it elaborated policies of the United States for supporting beginning farmers and ranchers. Urbanization is a powerful engine for the growth of rural residents' consumption in China. This paper selects the cross-sectional data concerning 31 provinces (municipalities) in China during 2005 -2012, and builds the panel data model of influence of urbanization on rural residents' consumption in China for empirical analysis. The results show? that there is a significant positive correlation between urbanization ad rural residents' consumption level. From the mechanism, urbanization drives the growth of rural residents' consumption by improving rural residents' income level and changing rural residents' consumption concept. However , the uncertainties of rural residents' income inhibit the growth of rural residents' consumption. Therefore , it is necessary to accelerate the development of urbanization , broaden farmers' income channels, improve the consumer environment and accelerate the reform of the household registration system to further activate the rural consumer market. Lack of public forestry information and techniques has restricted the development of forestry management and the income increase of rural farmers in hot region of Yunnan province. Therefore it is necessary to provide the forestry information and techniques to rural areas so as to compensate for the defects of the information gap between urban and rural areas. Based on the survey about farmer demand for information and technique in Menglian County, the paper analyzed the supply methods and demand characteristics of forestry information and techniques. The results showed that the farmers had very strong demands for forestry information and techniques with diversified trend. Using stakeholder survey, documentation and policy analysis, through the survey of stakeholders, this paper aims to explore the problems in the collectively owned land requisition compensation system and their causes, and put forth the reform ideas and measures to provide a reference for the development of new urbanization. The results show that there are some problems in the current land requisition compensation system, such as improper land requisition compensation standard and calculation method, low compensation standard, unsound social security system, irrational compensation and placement methods and low satisfaction of farmers whose land is requisitioned. Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate the reform of land requisition compensation system and smooth progress of new urbanization construction in accordance with the requirements of 3rd Plenum of the 18th Communist Party of China (CPC). Based on a survey of 939 farmers in Sichuan and Chongqing, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of entrepreneurial farmers' formal financial credit demands and credit constraints with Probit model. It is found that entrepreneurial farmers have strong demand for formal financial credit, which is mainly production investment demand, but the formal financial credit constraint is obvious. Family size, cognition of loan procedures and conditions have a positive effect on entrepreneurial farmers' formal financial demand, while family per capita income, the distance between family location and the nearest formal financial organization, have negative influence. The relationship between householder' age and entrepreneurial farmers' successful formal loan presents inverted U shape, and educational level presents a negative correlation with successful loan. Compared with the traditional scale agricultural business, farmers engaged in other entrepreneurial businesses would get loan from formal financial institutions more difficultly. Understanding level of the loan procedures and conditions has a positive effect on successful loan. Compared with entrepreneurial farmers without employment, employed farmers are more likely to get loans. Statistically, householder' age and educational level, entrepreneurial business choices do not have significant effect on entrepreneurial households' formal financial credit demands. Family size, family per capital income, the distance between family location and the nearest formal financial organization, and the size of loan do not have significant influence on entrepreneurial households' successful loan. To get rid of formal financial credit constraints, we must implement the incremental reform of financial institutions, promote the formal finance of the villages and towns which can adapt to the farmers' financial demand, and create a good financial environment. Meanwhile, it is necessary to give impetus to innovation of financial management, products and services, reduce credit threshold, and adapt to the characteristics and demands of entrepreneurial households. This paper revised the key agricultural support polices in China's Taiwan after World War II, and examined the effects of policies on agricultural production and the farmers' income. From the perspective of the influence on credit for farmers, this paper takes the temporarily poor farmers in Rongchang County of Chongqing Municipality as the respondents, and employs the expert survey method and on-site analysis to analyze the reasons and put forward three hypotheses. Using the AHP model, we carry out the empirical analysis of three major hypotheses concerning the credit for farmers. The study demonstrates that the state's unclear definition of property rights of farmers and farmers' lack of collateral are the primary factor influencing the credit for farmers, followed by insufficient targeted financial and technical support for the farmers who are engaged in the agricultural sector affected by the nature; farmers do not really get the assistance for them to use the natural resources to develop the rural economy, so that the banks complicate the loan procedures and increase the requirements of loans for farmers in order to ensure the capital liquidity and safety, thus further deepening the plight of credit for farmers. On the basis of questionnaire survey in 54 natural villages of 22 cities (counties) in 6 central region provinces, this paper analyzed the willingness of rural land circulation and securitization and influencing factors with the aid of Logistic model and Multinomial Logit model. The study indicates that factors influencing willingness of rural land circulation and securitization mainly include land contract method, land circulation information and approaches, rights and interests of farmers infringed or not, policies of benefiting farmers, and non-agricultural skills. Too large urban-rural gap and weak rural consumption is the most significant problem in rural areas, and also an insurmountable barrier to the process of China's economic development. At the same time, the modernization of agriculture is proposed as the major policy for China to actively solve issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. Using panel data model and taking into account the regional characteristics and time effects of the sample data, we conduct analysis of the farmers' income structure in the five provinces and one city of East China at the upper reaches of economy, and estimate the effects of farmers' income on farmers' consumer spending, in order to find the main channel for improving farmers' consumption. The re-employment of landless farmers in reconstruction of urban village is an important way to solve the problems concerning farmers. In S Village of Shaanxi Province, the landless farmers are facing the employment problems such as low re-employment rate and quality, lack of employment competitiveness, and weak employment willingness. This paper analyzes the main factors influencing the employment of landless farmers in this urban village such as local government's lack of overall design on the employment of landless farmers, landless farmers' lack of long-term employment concept, poor employment conditions, and lack of vocational education in rural areas.
