The disposable income per capita of rural residents in Tibet was 7471 yuan in 2014. There is a high gap with the national average disposable income per capita of rural residents (10489 yuan). Thus, it is urgent to increase income of farmers a d herdsmen in Tibet. On the basis of literature in recent yeas, this paper analyzed methods for increasing income of farmers and herdsmen in Tibet, major factors restricting increase of their income, and approaches for increasing their income. Urbanization is a powerful engine for the growth of rural residents' consumption in China. This paper selects the cross-sectional data concerning 31 provinces (municipalities) in China during 2005 -2012, and builds the panel data model of influence of urbanization on rural residents' consumption in China for empirical analysis. The results show? that there is a significant positive correlation between urbanization ad rural residents' consumption level. From the mechanism, urbanization drives the growth of rural residents' consumption by improving rural residents' income level and changing rural residents' consumption concept. However , the uncertainties of rural residents' income inhibit the growth of rural residents' consumption. Therefore , it is necessary to accelerate the development of urbanization , broaden farmers' income channels, improve the consumer environment and accelerate the reform of the household registration system to further activate the rural consumer market. Lack of public forestry information and techniques has restricted the development of forestry management and the income increase of rural farmers in hot region of Yunnan province. Therefore it is necessary to provide the forestry information and techniques to rural areas so as to compensate for the defects of the information gap between urban and rural areas. Based on the survey about farmer demand for information and technique in Menglian County, the paper analyzed the supply methods and demand characteristics of forestry information and techniques. The results showed that the farmers had very strong demands for forestry information and techniques with diversified trend. Using stakeholder survey, documentation and policy analysis, through the survey of stakeholders, this paper aims to explore the problems in the collectively owned land requisition compensation system and their causes, and put forth the reform ideas and measures to provide a reference for the development of new urbanization. The results show that there are some problems in the current land requisition compensation system, such as improper land requisition compensation standard and calculation method, low compensation standard, unsound social security system, irrational compensation and placement methods and low satisfaction of farmers whose land is requisitioned. Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate the reform of land requisition compensation system and smooth progress of new urbanization construction in accordance with the requirements of 3rd Plenum of the 18th Communist Party of China (CPC). Based on a survey of 939 farmers in Sichuan and Chongqing, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of entrepreneurial farmers' formal financial credit demands and credit constraints with Probit model. It is found that entrepreneurial farmers have strong demand for formal financial credit, which is mainly production investment demand, but the formal financial credit constraint is obvious. Family size, cognition of loan procedures and conditions have a positive effect on entrepreneurial farmers' formal financial demand, while family per capita income, the distance between family location and the nearest formal financial organization, have negative influence. The relationship between householder' age and entrepreneurial farmers' successful formal loan presents inverted U shape, and educational level presents a negative correlation with successful loan. Compared with the traditional scale agricultural business, farmers engaged in other entrepreneurial businesses would get loan from formal financial institutions more difficultly. Understanding level of the loan procedures and conditions has a positive effect on successful loan. Compared with entrepreneurial farmers without employment, employed farmers are more likely to get loans. Statistically, householder' age and educational level, entrepreneurial business choices do not have significant effect on entrepreneurial households' formal financial credit demands. Family size, family per capital income, the distance between family location and the nearest formal financial organization, and the size of loan do not have significant influence on entrepreneurial households' successful loan. To get rid of formal financial credit constraints, we must implement the incremental reform of financial institutions, promote the formal finance of the villages and towns which can adapt to the farmers' financial demand, and create a good financial environment. Meanwhile, it is necessary to give impetus to innovation of financial management, products and services, reduce credit threshold, and adapt to the characteristics and demands of entrepreneurial households. From the perspective of the influence on credit for farmers, this paper takes the temporarily poor farmers in Rongchang County of Chongqing Municipality as the respondents, and employs the expert survey method and on-site analysis to analyze the reasons and put forward three hypotheses. Using the AHP model, we carry out the empirical analysis of three major hypotheses concerning the credit for farmers. The study demonstrates that the state's unclear definition of property rights of farmers and farmers' lack of collateral are the primary factor influencing the credit for farmers, followed by insufficient targeted financial and technical support for the farmers who are engaged in the agricultural sector affected by the nature; farmers do not really get the assistance for them to use the natural resources to develop the rural economy, so that the banks complicate the loan procedures and increase the requirements of loans for farmers in order to ensure the capital liquidity and safety, thus further deepening the plight of credit for farmers. In this paper, based on the survey data on farmers in 14 provinces and cities nationwide provided by China Rabbit Research System, we analyze the farmers' rabbit breeds selection, purchase channels and the demand for new varieties of rabbits as well as the problems in the course of rabbit usage. In recent years, the income and consumption level of farmers is lower than that of urban residents, and in the context of current grave international economic environment, it is very unfavorable to expanding domestic demand and stimulating economic growth. On the basis of questionnaire survey in 54 natural villages of 22 cities (counties) in 6 central region provinces, this paper analyzed the willingness of rural land circulation and securitization and influencing factors with the aid of Logistic model and Multinomial Logit model. The study indicates that factors influencing willingness of rural land circulation and securitization mainly include land contract method, land circulation information and approaches, rights and interests of farmers infringed or not, policies of benefiting farmers, and non-agricultural skills. Finally, it came up with following pertinent policy recommendations; (1) reforming and improving land contract methods; (2) strengthening disclosure of land circulation information ; ( 3 ) reforming and improving land circulation approaches ; (4 ) strengthening protection of farmers' rights and interests in the process of land circulation ; ( 5 ) reinforcing and implementing policies benefiting farmers ; ( 6 ) cultivating and developing farmers' non-agricultural skills. Too large urban-rural gap and weak rural consumption is the most significant problem in rural areas, and also an insurmountable barrier to the process of China's economic development. At the same time, the modernization of agriculture is proposed as the major policy for China to actively solve issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. Using panel data model and taking into account the regional characteristics and time effects of the sample data, we conduct analysis of the farmers' income structure in the five provinces and one city of East China at the upper reaches of economy, and estimate the effects of farmers' income on farmers' consumer spending, in order to find the main channel for improving farmers' consumption.
