As a developed province in China, Jiangsu Province is competitive in the livestock and poultry production industry. With the development and growing intensity of livestock and poultry industry, animal pollution has become the major source of panel agricultural pollution. This paper studied the characteristics of livestock and poultry industry in Jiangsu Province: large amount of livestock poultry, imbalanced development of livestock and regional differences, large pollution, large amount of pollution emission, uneven distribution of livestock and great pressure on reducing pollution. Besides, the ways to deal with pollution in Jiangsu Province were analyzed: fertilizer accumulation, biogas process technology, animal stools disposal center, ferment bed technology, and comprehensive disposal technology. Governments' policies on pollution reduction were expounded. In the end, several suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening management, innovating treatment, intensifying governments' responsibility, enlarging financial input and creating favorable atmosphere to protect environment. To analyze the efficiency of the agro-ecosystem of Dongting Rim in Hunan Province, this paper adopted the emergy theory to study the agricultural output of this region during 2001 to 2010. The results showed that the value of regional agricultural emergy output increased by 44.68% to (6.50 E) sej, but lower than the growth of non-agricultural industry output. Compared with 2001, the emergy output of planting industry was (4.10E) sej in 2010 which occupied 63.09% of the total agricultural emergy output and got an increase of 2.93 percentage points, while the emergy output of stock farming got a decrease of 2.87 percentage points. The growth of fishery emergy output was not in conformity with the characteristics of Dongting Rim in Hunan. From the contrast between emergy output and economic output, we could find that the economic return ratio of planting industry and fishery industry were lower than those of forestry industry and stock farming industry, which indicated that it is necessary to improve the economic benefits of planting industry and fishery industry which were the traditional industries with advantages of the Dongting Rim in Hunan. This paper is aimed to analyze the current situation and problems about use of various karst environments via filed survey, documentation and comparison methods, and to make reasonable recommendations about land use and management for different karst types in a bid to provide theoretical and practical basis for optimization of karst land use and the comprehensive control of karst rock desertification. The results show that, ① as the bare karst areas are lack of water and soil and highly prone to droughts and floods, land utilization in such areas should follow the principle of soil and water conservation and ecological restoration, emphasize both the ecological benefit and the economic benefit and reasonably configure the land resources to achieve the virtuous circle; ②in covered karst areas, the most important task is to take measures to prevent the appearance of secondary kast rock desertification, water exhaustion and karst collapse; ③ the buried karst areas shall mainly focus on prevention of overlaying sand shale collapse, and possible pollution of deep karst water and the surface land resulted from exploration and exploitation of oil and gas and geothermal water. ④ The final conclusion is that features and problems of land utilization of the three karst types are different from each other, and that the general principle for land use in karst regions shall be based on the local conditions. The Agricultural Science and Technology Experiment and Demonstration Park, as a unique tourist scenic spot, is a new model for the development of low-carbon leisure agriculture. In this paper, with Xinglong Tropical Botanical Park as a study case, the practice of developing a model of low-carbon agricultural science and technology tourism in the park is explored. Too large urban-rural gap and weak rural consumption is the most significant problem in rural areas, and also an insurmountable barrier to the process of China's economic development. At the same time, the modernization of agriculture is proposed as the major policy for China to actively solve issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. Using panel data model and taking into account the regional characteristics and time effects of the sample data, we conduct analysis of the farmers' income structure in the five provinces and one city of East China at the upper reaches of economy, and estimate the effects of farmers' income on farmers' consumer spending, in order to find the main channel for improving farmers' consumption. Tremendous achievements of live pig industry in China are closely related to the industrialization of the industry, and development trend of the latter is essential for maintaining sustained and stable development of animal husbandry. The paper, on the basis of defining the evolution of industrialized live pig breeding model, elaborated the industrialized operation models of live pig industry in China since 1978, i.e. household operation, large-scale operation, and industrialized operation. In this paper, we use DEA – Tobit model to conduct empirical study on the governmental supply efficiency of public service in Chongqing's 38 counties and the influencing factors during the period 2008 - 2011. The results show that the supply efficiency of basic public service at county level is generally low, and there is significant regional differences and strong volatility; per capita GDP, population density and population size, and level of education of the residents, are significantly correlated with the supply efficiency of basic public service at county level, but traffic density, urbanization level, and the proportion of government spending on public service to total fiscal expenditure, have no significant effects on the efficiency of basic public service at county level. Based on this, we propose some policy recommendations for enhancing the level of local economic development and the level of education, and reasonably guiding the residents' agglomeration. Yunnan Province is the bridgehead for the opening of the southwest region in China, and the economic frontier of China - ASEAN economic cooperation, where the export of agricultural products plays an important role in promoting the openness of the southwest region and strengthening China - ASEAN economic cooperation. In this paper, we use CMS model to analyze causes of the increase in the exports of agricultural products in Yunnan Province during the period 2001 - 2010. It is found that the expanded import scale of agricultural products in the world, improvement in the export competitiveness of products and the adaption of product export structure to the changes in the structure of world import demand, are the main factors responsible for increase in the exports of agricultural products in Yunnan Province. In recent years, the improvement of competitiveness of the export of agricultural products becomes a key factor for the growth of the export of agricultural products in Yunnan Province. In terms of the products classified, strong export competitiveness has promoted the export of plant products, such as beverages and tobacco, while weak export competitiveness and unreasonable export structure has impeded the export of animal products, plant and animal oil and fat products. Based on the empirical survey of 184 young migrant workers in Nanjing City, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of issues concerning the social integration of young migrant workers from economic integration, cultural integration and psychological integration. The survey results show that the overall level of social integration of young migrant workers is low; the dualistic household registration management system of urban and rural areas is the root cause, the lack of human capital, cultural capital and social capital is the underlying causes, and urban residents' discrimination and exclusion is the external cause; to speed up the social integration of young migrant workers, the key is based on the actual needs of youth migrant workers to take practical measures to gradually integrate them into the city. China is one of the few countries using coal as the main energy and is the world's second largest coal consumer. Researching the coal consumption is very necessary. At present, the prediction model of coal consumption is mainly based on time series analysis of price, and it rarely considers the influence of other factors. In this paper, on the basis of demand theory, we establish the multiple impact indicators, and use principal component analysis as well as partial linear model for multiple factors to establish coal consumption model. With the class V water standards of Surface Water Quality Standards (CB3838 - 2002) as a basis for evaluation, this paper monitors the water quality of Hongqi Village and Hongxing Village monitoring sections in Xiaoquan tributary of Huaxi River, and uses the single factor index method for evaluation. The monitoring results show that the water quality of the two sections falls within inferior class V, and Xiaoquan tributary can not meet the water functional requirements. The main reason for polluton lies in the pollution from the upstream sewage, and it is recommended to strengthen inter-regional water pollution control coordination mechanism and effectively address river pollution problems. To find solutions for legal system for capitalization of rural land ownership in China, this paper studied and analyzed existing problems in rural land system and legal environment using legal theory and transaction cost theory. Results indicated that (1) the restriction of institutional condition upon property right and transaction is more essential, and key points include the relationship of entities of right formed jointly by the state, collective and farmers, accurate positioning of property right structure, and security for land appreciation income right and allocation mechanism ; (ii) the land property right structure should select a legal structure with minimum transaction cost. This paper uses econometric methods to carry out a Granger causality test on the construction of water conservancy infrastructure construction and agricultural economic growth in the boom period (1981-2002) of Shandong agriculture. Empirical results indicate that there exists two-way Granger causality between Shandong water conservancy infrastructure construction and Shandong agricultural economic growth. This paper is to examine the urban and rural construction land data of Dafang between basic year and final year based on country scale and spatial econometrics, and analyze its spatial pattern and change feature. According to the results, the construction lands in all the villages of Dafang County showed strong spatial autocorrelation and significant spatial cluster. After the analysis of local Moran's I, the construction lands in 381 villages of 36 counties presented strong activity. The original small-scale villages were gradually enlarging, which will not only gradually benefit local development, but also be in accordance with the strategy of "one city, one district, eight parks".
