The study aims to identifying the development of quantities and values of exports and imports of some dairy products manufactured in Egypt during the period 2002-2016. The percentage of each of these products in terms of quantity and value of exports and imports of the total exports and imports of processed dairy products. In the amount of exports of pasteurized milk, yogurt, cooked cheese, white cheese, and natural masseli is estimated at 0.59, 15.9, 7.3, 4.6, 0.16 respectively.While the amount of dry cheese exports did not prove significant. The study also showed a significant increase in the amount of imports of yoghurt, cooked cheese, white cheese and dry cheese, estimated at 8.1, 0.48, 2.5 and 5.6, respectively, While the quantity of imports of pasteurized milk, and natural masseli, was not substantiated. The study also showed a significant increase in the value of exports of pasteurized milk, yoghurt, cooked cheese, white cheese, and natural masseli estimated at 6.9, 44.7, 166.8, 76.9 and 2.5 respectively. The study also showed a significant increase in the value of imports of pasteurized milk, yoghurt, cooked cheese, white cheese, dry cheese, and natural masseli, estimated at 66.5, 193.8, 15.6, 68.4, and 42,6 respectively.
