In our world, meeting the consumer wishes and demands puts the prioty on services efficiency in providing the quality of products and services. Services efficiency is one of the most important matters and strategy in automotive sector like all sectors. In this study, automotive sector in Erzurum have been examined and some conclusions have been drawn for companies. In this study, services efficiency in seventeen dealers in automotive sector in Erzurum City Center have been examined by DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). The performances of dealers in automotive sector is compared with the others and the efficiency rate for each dealers is assessed. In this study, the efficiency of Turkish automotive firms in top-500 according to ISO is examined by taking care of the differences in their capital structure. Firms are divided into 4 groups in terms of capital structure. These are public, domestic, foreign, and mixed capital firms. Mixed capital firms also are divided into 2 sub-groups as domestic-weighted owned capital and foreign-weighted owned capital firms. Data Enveleopment Analysis technique (DEA), non-parametric mathematical programming model, is used to compare firm's efficiencies in the study. Input variables of the model are net assets, equity capital, and the number of employee, and output variables are endorsement, profit, and exports. As a result of the study, it is found that only 6 firms work more efficient than the others. In efficient firms, three of them domesticly owned capital firms, two of them foreign owned capital firms and one of them mixed capital firms. Public capital firms are not efficient.
