The structural and functional characterization of the regions in Prickle (Pk) protein that regulates cell movements through its association with the Dishevelled (Dsh) protein and PET domain is presented. The results revealed that the three LIM domains of Pk physically interact to regulate membrane penetration of the PET domain that is engaged in Pk membrane insertion.
