A conference paper on inferring gene regulatory networks from classified microarray data is presented. The network inference method is based on the optimal network search algorithm proposed by Ott. ROC analysis of networks recovered from synthetic data provides a measure of the performance of the method. The method shows that distinct sub-networks associated with AML and with T-cell responses emerge.
