Abstract
The article reports that the Wisconsin has hired Kroll Bond Ratings Agency Inc. for a 500-590 million U.S. dollars municipal bonds refunding deal as of 2013. According to firm's capital finance director Kevin Taylor, the state intends to hold a retail order period on October 9, 2013 and pricing of bonds for institutions will be done on October 10, 2013. It mentions that sale of bonds includes first series from 350-400 million U.S. dollars and second series of 180 million U.S. dollars.
