Nowadays the words entrepreneurship has been shown in business world throughout the national and international scene. The initial training programs for new employees of companies, often called integration training, are the subject of much controversy regarding their effectiveness as a mechanism for learning and socialization. Thus, interpersonal relationships and the climate of the groups can bring satisfaction or dissatisfaction personal or group, reflecting the organization in its entirety. Given the above, the following question arises: current models of integration program are effective in performing their task of socialization of new employees? That is the question that guides the work and it is here that guided the study objectives. In general, this study intends to analyze the importance of the integration in the perception of employees. To that end, it was conducted a case study in manufacturing industry engaged in producing plastic packaging, which has a staff of 65 employees, spread over various sectors that comprise its organizational structure. His choice for this study was due to the presence and the constant use of a training model of integration fully structured. As mechanisms for data collection, questionnaires were used with closed questions from employees, and later interviews with some respondents and managers of the organization itself in order to clarify and confirm certain points regarding the implementation, evaluation and effectiveness of integration training. In short, we can conclude that the respondents confirm the importance of the program to see that for most respondents the integration program had a positive impact on facilitating the adjustment to the company.
