The article presents information on the discussion of John Scala, television and private consultant meteorologist, on his research paper of a case study on the December 1, 2006 tornado outbreak in Pennsylvania at the Pennsylvania State University. Topics include the atmospheric conditions that created an abnormally strong frontal system in early December of 2006. The discussion featured several photographs and maps of affected area in the country helping to formulate a concrete analysis of the tornado. INSET: KATRINA VICTIM ONLY BY NAME.
