At the same time, it faces bottlenecks in its own development. The scientific research itself, the scientific establishment, and the scientific policy are in a state of change. It is necessary to understand the new laws of scientific knowledge production, and re-understand the interactive relationship between science, technology, and engineering to expand the boundaries of scientific research.
