_This research delves into the decomposition kinetics of propylene oxide within a novel reactor design characterized by a corrugated inner wall for enhanced cooling. By applying Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), this study aims to optimize the reactor's heat transfer capabilities to achieve precise control over the exothermic decomposition process. This approach addresses a previously unexplored area in CFD application, proposing a model that fine-tunes the decomposition efficiency of propylene oxide by considering the interplay of key parameters such as inlet mixture temperature, activation energy, flow rate, and the resulting thermal profile. The primary goal is to advance the development of more efficient and environmentally friendly chemical processing techniques in the propylene oxide industry. The study highlights the critical relationship between activation energy (74–76 kJ/mol), process temperature (29–37 °C), and cooling efficiency in optimizing the decomposition process. Significant findings indicate that higher inlet temperatures (37 °C) and lower activation energies (74 kJ/mol) lead to superior conversion rates. The study presents a clear correlation between temperature elevation, reduced activation energy, and enhanced conversion rates, demonstrating that optimizing these parameters can lead to significantly improved conversion efficiencies, potentially approaching 100 % under ideal conditions.

The study of natural convection and heat transfer in a trapezoidal cavity finds a wide range of technological applications including thermal energy storage systems, building ventilation/insulation, waste heat recovery, electronic device cooling, controlling PV panel temperature, energy conservation, exchangers, nuclear reactors, furnaces, glass production, food processing, and drying technologies. The purpose of the current study is to explore the entropy and natural convection of non-Newtonian nano-encapsulated phase change material (NEPCM) suspension in a saturated porous medium enshrouded in a trapezoid-shaped domain with three heated blocks fitted with the bottom surface. The novelty of the present work is the introduction of power-law (Ostwald-de Waele) model subject to NEPCM suspension in trapezoidal enclosure emplacing three heated fins at its bottom surface embedded in Brinkman-Forchheimer extended Darcy medium with variant porosity. The finite element method is implemented to solve the governing equations numerically. The important findings of the present study include streamlines, isotherms, velocities, and apparent viscosity enhance while entropy generation whittles down with rise in Darcy number. Entropy generation ameliorates by 519.16 % for low to high porosity of Brinkman-Forchheimer extended Darcy medium. The maximum apparent viscosity augments by 1441.24 % when power law index ameliorates.

The present work deals with thermal aspect and entropy of ternary hybrid nanofluid (Graphene, Al2O3, and MWCNT as nanoparticles and water as base fluid) inside an inclined domain considering heat generation/absorption. The domain possesses triangle-shaped corrugated walls with variable height and a semi-circular heater located on its bottom wall. Finite element method (FEM) is employed to acquire a well-defined solution of the non-dimensional governing equations along with the boundary conditions. The influence of the pertinent parameters along with their ranges (0.2≤b≤0.3), (105≤Ra≤106), (0o≤η≤90o), (−1≤Hs≤1) has been studied. Some striking outcomes of the present investigation are that streamlines and entropy generation (EnT) peter out while local Nusselt number (Nuloc) and average Bejan number (Beave) ameliorate with rise in dimensionless height of the corrugated wall (b). The absolute maximum values of vertical and horizontal velocities of ternary hybrid nanofluid enhance by 96.47 % and 29.5 %, respectively, when inclination angle (η) increases from 45o to 90o. It is visualized that Nusselt number is maximum subject to heat sink while it attains a minimum value in response to heat source. Because of triangle shaped corrugated walls and ternary hybrid nanofluid, the present problem contributes superior cooling in thermal systems featured with such complex geometry in industries.

The present work may deal with the flow, heat transfer and entropy dissections of hydromagnetic buoyancy-driven nanoliquid inside a diamond-shaped container considering ⊥- shaped obstacle of varying configurations subject to heat/sink source and porous matrix. The importance of the above problem is due its potential utilizations in modern industries such as thermal extrusion systems, solar energy collectors, heat exchangers, microelectronic cooling, automobiles, building ventilation, bio-medicine etc. The equations governed may well be solved via finite element method. The present work's novelty would be the introduction of ⊥- shaped obstacle of varying configurations in a diamond shaped cavity embodying a porous matrix and analyzing the flow along with heat transfer aspects there in. The main findings are that alteration of flow nature from hydrodynamic to hydromagnetic whittles down streamlines and augments isotherms at given Rayleigh number in presence of source/sink subject to porous medium. Total entropy exhibits 3896 % enhancement and average Bejan number shows sharp 85.5 % diminution due to rise of Rayleigh number. The outcomes of the present study finds effective and persistent industrial cooling due to better stability of alumina nanoparticles in nanofluid involved in complex geometries like diamond shaped cavities which is the beyond of existing literature.

The current study focuses on utilizing an advanced statistical concept for optimizing rate of heat transfer in a micropolar nanofluid flow within a squeezing channel. The study employs RSM to plan experiments and analyze the role of distinct constraints on HT performance. Moreover, the inclusion of dissipative heat due to the interaction of applied magnetic field along with thermal radiation enriches the study. The proposed designed model is transformed to its non-dimensional form using appropriate similarity rules and then numerical simulation is presented to solve the set of formulated problem. However, the irreversibility process of the system is assessing by incorporating the entropy analysis. The validation along with the characteristic of the contributing factor is presented via the solution of the present design. The outcomes reveals that enhanced volume fraction generally increases viscosity of the fluid which resulted in a strong retardation in the fluid velocity. However, the entropy rate augments with an increasing Br. The results provide the optimal conditions for HTR for both of the nanofluids, which is relevant for applications in drug delivery systems. The advancement in optimizing HTR using RSM and the regression analysis using ANOVA (analysis of variance) may have potential implications for biomedical engineering.

The role of natural convection NC in nanofluids is vital to the heat transfer efficiency of various thermal systems, including solar energy devices, HVAC systems, and heat exchangers. This research examines the NC of TiO2-water nanofluid in a porous wavy circular area with a ┴shaped heater under a constant magnetic field. The governed equations may well be solved utilizing the finite element technique, and the impact of various variables, such as the volume fraction of nanofluid (φ), radiation parameter (Rd), Rayleigh number (Ra), aspect ratio (AR), and Hartmann number (Ha), on the heat transfer of the ferrofluid is analyzed. The findings show that amplifying the aspect ratio from 0.3 to 0.5 reduces the local Nusselt number by up to 35%. Additionally, increasing the Ha from 0 to 40 results in a decrease in the maximum streamline by 85%.

In industry, double-diffusive convection has various and important technical applications. These applications include electronic apparatus cooling, drying processes, fuel cells, geothermal engineering, and thermal storage. We provide an entropy-thermal based analysis of magnetized Boussinesq-free double-diffusive convection engendered by internal heat and concentration source block in a nanofluid-filled C-shaped inclined confined space. Findings may be interpreted and assessed in terms of the leading variables such as Lewis number (Le = 2 to 8), Hartmann number (Ha= 0 to 20), buoyancy ratio (N = 1 to 3), and Rayleigh number (Ra = 105 and 106). Besides, to determine the effective geometry and good control of the phenomenon, the investigation also covered the system geometry parameters including the position of the concentration and heat source block (h/L = 0.2 to 0.8) and the inclination angle of the enclosure (δ = 0°–90°). We state that the mass and heat transfer rates increase with Ra, N, and δ while decreasing with Ha, Le, and h/L parameters. Furthermore, when Le, Ha, N, and δ increase, overall entropy increases, whereas it decreases as the h/L parameter increases.

The emphasis of this study is the numerical analysis via finite volume method of magneto-natural convection induced by double-diffusion of a nanofluid within an enclosure equipped with a wavy porous cylinder. The porous cylinder which is under the local thermal non-equilibrium (LTNE) situation is modeled using Darcy-Brinkman-Forchheimer design as momentum equation. Results are interpreted and evaluated in terms of the dimensionless controlling variables such as Rayleigh number (Ra), Lewis number (Le), Hartman number (Ha), buoyancy ratio parameter (N), Darcy number, (Da), and medium's porosity (ε) at a given heat transfer coefficient for the solid/fluid inter-phase (H) and modified conductivity ratio (γ) of the porous wavy cylinder region. Corcione's correlations with 4% of Al2O3 nanoparticles is used to estimate nanofluid's thermal conductivity and viscosity. Findings show that the heat and mass transfers are improved by Ra, Da, and ε augmentation and Ha and Le diminution. In general, as Le increases, the mass transfer rate rises while the corresponding heat transfer rate drops. Also, we identified a value of N where Le-dependent heat and mass transfer rates are minimal. Moreover, the heat transfer rate is found to be more sensitive to the changes in the porous medium's properties of the wavy porous cylinder than the mass transfer rate. Furthermore, the LTNE situation everywhere exists in the porous wavy cylinder except for the center where the LTE is realized.

Non-Newtonian flows are a relatively recent aspect of industrial heat transfer and fluid mechanics. The development of new products, the use of conventional fluids under special conditions, the interaction of heat exchange phenomena with viscosity variations, and the search for new manufacturing processes all encourage us to evaluate industrial problems involving fluid flows that do not obey Newton's classical law. The present study deals with the modelling and the numerical simulation of natural convective flow, heat exchange, and entropy generation features within a hexagonal-shaped domain influenced by an inclined magnetic field and filled with a non-Newtonian shear-thickening fluid charged with Alumina nanoparticles. Three variant configurations of three cooling channels positioned inside the domain are considered. The equations system resulting from the mathematical modelling of the physical problem has been discretized via the finite element method. The spatial distribution of apparent viscosity was portrayed in this study. The findings represented that by growing the Power-law index from 1.2 to 1.8 as well as the magnetic field's power from 0 to 80, the mean Nusselt would descend 27.5% and 12.1%, respectively. Moreover, it was recognized that Config.2 might present the highest mean Nu among other cases examined in this research.

Natural convection heat transfer in a porous prismatic enclosure emplacing two movable hot baffles may well be executed in this research. The domain may be loaded with ternary hybrid nanofluid and the governing energy and Navier-Stokes equations might well be solved using finite element approach. The simulation is devised for a wide range of Darcy number, Rayleigh number, non-dimensional length between hot baffles. Examination of the influence of flow and thermal fields through isotherms, vertical and horizontal velocities, streamlines and Nusselt and Bejan numbers is carried out lucidly. Water + Carbon Nanotube (cylindrical)+ Al2O3(spherical)+ Graphene (platelet) is regarded as heat transfer medium within the enclosure. Results indicate that amplification of Darcy number upgrades vertical and horizontal velocities up to 88.51% and 83.77%, respectively, streamlines up to 88.12% as well as Nusselt numbers and isotherms effectively. Augmented Rayleigh number gives rise to intensification of isotherms, vertical and horizontal velocities, and streamlines while it exhibits reverse effect for average Bejan number. Moreover, rise of non-dimensional length between hot baffles from 0.4 to 0.6 leads to the encumbrance of maximum streamline, horizontal and vertical velocities by 11.32%, 8.6% & 5.12% respectively and lifts up average Bejan number by 24.17%.

The energy and exergy analysis of a single slope solar stills using ceramic type rectangular and circular magnets in the basin was carried out in this study and compared to conventional solar still. The results showed that the rectangular magnet solar still (RMSS) had higher hourly productivity of about 5.8% and 13.7% than circular magnet solar still (CMSS) and conventional solar still (CSS), respectively. For 12 h of reading, the cumulative productivity in RMSS, CMSS, and CSS was observed at 3.15 kg/m2, 2.82 kg/m2, and 2.15 kg/m2, respectively. Compared to CMSS and CSS, the RMSS has enhanced its energy efficiency by 4.9% and 6.9%, respectively. The observed exergy efficiency in RMSS has increased to 3.4% and 17.2%, respectively, than CMSS and CSS. Due to sensible heat absorbed by magnets, the amount of exergy lost in the RMSS and CMSS basin is much less than in CSS. In economic analysis, the estimated produced water cost (PWC) of RMSS is 4.5% and 22.2% lower than the PWC estimated in CMSS and CSS, respectively. Overall, the results showed that the magnetization of saline water made the solar still work much better.

Multi Wall Carbon Nano-Tubes (MWCNT's) are new types of nanoparticles which enhance thermal behavior of the base fluids. These are applicable in automotive engineering. Besides, Micro-polar Nano-fluids are another type of Nano-fluid in which the micro-rotation of the nanoparticles is considered when solving the governing equations. In this study, the natural convection and entropy generation of a Micro-polar MWCNT-Fe3O4/Water Hybrid Nano-fluid is investigated. The governing equations which consider the Non-Newtonian behavior of this type of Nano-fluid are solved by FEM. The effcacy of micro-rotation parameter (0–2), Hartmann number (0-20), Rayleigh number (104-106), and inclination angle of the cavity (0°–90°) on the Nusselt number and S is investigated. The findings disclose that both micro-rotation parameter and Hartmann number reduce NC and Nuavg of hybrid nanofluid. Besides, Be number will increase by reducing Ra number. Moreover, the average of Be number will enhance up to 19% and the Nuavg will be weakened by 24% by changing the φ from 0° to 90°. Plus, Nuavg will descend by 27% when the micro-rotation parameter is increased from 0 to 2. This study is mostly applicable in solar collectors, heat exchangers, and biomedical engineering such as blood flow in which the micro-polar flow is present.

This paper investigates natural convection and entropy generation of the Nano-Encapsulated phase change materials (NEPCMs) in an inclined L-shaped cavity. The NEPCMs are made up of core and shell in which the PCMs are the core section that are capsulated in Nano-shells. These NEPCM particles go through phase change from solid to the liquid while absorbing the heat and release it when their phase changes back to solid. The Navier-Stokes equations are solved by Finite Element Method (FEM) to simulate the behavior of NEPCMs under a set of defined boundary conditions. The effect of Rayleigh number (104-106), micro-rotation parameter (0–2), Nano particle's concentration (0.01–0.05), Stefan number (0.1–0.5), and non-dimensional fusion temperature (0.1–0.3) on the Nusselt number and entropy generation of the fluid flow is also analyzed. The results reveal that the Stefan number, micro-rotation parameter, and non-dimensional fusion temperature have a negative impact on NC heat transfer of NEPCMs and reduce the Nuavg up to 25%, 42%, and 15% respectively. Conversely, the nanoparticle concentration enhances the Nuavg up to 36%.

In this study, mixed convection regarding nanofluid within the wavy lid-driven enclosure and a prominent heat source is investigated. A two-phase method is applied to the employed nanoliquid which leads to a non-homogeneous concentration field. The obtained governing equations are solved by the finite element technique. The effects of adding nanoparticles in base flow on velocity, temperature, and concentration field are investigated. Also, the effects of different geometric dimensions on heat transfer, such as heat source aspect ratio, wave number, and amplitude of wavy walls are investigated. The outcomes reveal that increasing the application of nanoparticles, wave number and amplitude of the wavy wall, and aspect ratio of heat source yields an improvement within the rate of heat transfer.

In this study, the hybrid lattice Boltzmann scheme is introduced for three-dimensional heat transfer by conduction, natural convection and radiation. The mesoscopic LBGK model with the D3Q19 stencil is used to describe the flow pattern whereas the thermal model is formulated in terms of the finite difference solution of the macroscopic energy equation. The governing equations are solved in MatLab by means of the in-house code validated on experimental and numerical benchmark data. Three-dimensional heat transfer and flow patterns are analyzed when varying the Rayleigh number 104≤Ra≤106, solid-fluid interfaces emissivity 0≤ε≤1, walls thickness 0.05≤M≤0.2. During numerical simulations, it is found that temperature of the air and solid walls is reduced with an increment in the Rayleigh number under studied conditions. However, the flow field is slightly altered with Ra. Computational performance of the hybrid lattice Boltzmann model is significantly better than the conventional vorticity-vector potential formulation. No radiation heat transfer mode provides thermal stratification in the entire cavity. Along with that, thermal and flow behavior are very similar under the 2D and 3D simulations. On the contrary, a significant discrepancy is observed in the temperature and velocity values when taking into account surface radiation. Hence, it is very important to implement the 3D model when studying conductive-convective-radiative heat transfer under the top location of the heater.

A numerical study is conducted to evaluate the flow, heat exchange and irreversibilities of micro-polar Al2O3-water nanofluid during the thermal buoyancy convection engendered by two heated cylinders inside an inclined I-shaped enclosure having cold top and bottom walls and adiabatic sidewalls. A numerical approach based on the finite element method was used to solve the equations that govern the phenomenon. For various scenarios for the position of the active cylinders and inclination angle of the system, the macro-flow and micro-rotations structures, temperature fields, the origin of entropy production, and heat exchange rates were determined for varied values of the control parameters, namely: Rayleigh (Ra), vortex viscosity parameter (K), geometric aspect ratio (AR), enclosure inclination angle (χ), and nanoparticles' concentration (φ). All of these variables were discovered to have significant influences on the strength of macro-and micro-nanofluid flows, as well as the entropy production and the rate of heat transfer. The rate of heat exchange escalates as the Ra and AR parameters rise but decreases when the K parameter rises.

The present work deals with the statistical analysis to determine the relationship between the vital biodiesel properties (cetane number, density, viscosity, heating value) and fatty acid compositions of nine different types of biodiesels originated from edible oil non-edible oil, waste oil, and animal oil. Multiple linear regression analysis (MLR) was used to develop the mathematical models to predict the properties from the saturated (lauric, myristic, stearic) and unsaturated fatty (oleic, linoleic, linolenic) acids composition. The developed models were then validated with experimental data from the literature to determine their predictive capability. The models developed for cetane number and density were highly statistical and successfully predicted the respective properties of randomly selected biodiesel from the literature. On the other hand, predictive models for kinematic viscosity and heating value were ineffective; however, the error between experimental and predicted values was sufficiently minimal for heating value.

Double diffusive natural convection (DDNC) is caused by temperature and concentration gradients in buoyancy-driven flows which is applicable in printing, HVAC, and solar collectors. A numerical study is accomplished to investigate DDNC of a hybrid Cu–Al2O3-water nanoliquid inside an H-shaped cavity with a baffle at the top wall. The Finite Element technique and Boussinesq approximation with no slip wall condition are applied to solve the governing equations. The left and right walls are at the cold temperature, while the inner up and down ribs and baffle are at constant heat flux, and other walls are insulated. The effect of Rayleigh number (104-106), Lewis number (2–8), and Buoyancy ratio (1–3) on Nusselt, Sherwood numbers, and entropy generation is investigated. Besides, the effects of baffle inclination angle (−60°to 60°) and also the aspect ratio of the corrugated bottom rib (0.375, 0.75, 1.5) on the mean Sherwood and Nusselt numbers are investigated to find the optimum geometry with the highest heat transfer performance. The results depict that the geometry with baffle angle −60°and with no corrugation has the best Nuavg; however, the geometry with baffle angle +60° and with no corrugation has the best Shavg.

Natural convection (NC) of nanoliquids specifically in enclosures is of use in diverse fields such as solar collectors, HVAC, and medical treatment. Recent research shows that suspension of nano-materials within the base fluid enhanced the heat transfer performance. NC heat transfer of Al2O3–H2O nanoliquid within a crown cavity with a circular cylinder inside it is studied in this paper. The flow is considered buoyancy-driven which is under thermal radiation (Rd) and constant magnetic field within the porous media. Dimensionless modes of Navier-Stokes equations are considered as governing equations, and FEM is used to discrete the equations. Two scenarios are considered in the present paper. In the first scenario, the effect of parameters namely; Rayleigh number (103-105), Darcy number (0.001–0.1), Hartmann number (0–20), Radiation parameter (0.1–0.3), angle of magnetic field (0∘−90∘), and nanoparticle concentration (0.01–0.04) on heat transfer performance and entropy generation (Sgen) is studied. In the second scenario, the effect of geometry on Nusselt number (Nu) and Sgen is investigated. Da, Rd, and nanoparticle concentration have a positive impact on Nuavg and enhance heat transfer. Besides, the geometry with the best heat transfer performance is the one with the base wavy wall and the cylinder at the left side.

The radiative unsteady magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flow of an incompressible viscous electrically conducting non-Newtonian Casson hybrid nanofluid over an infinite exponentially accelerated vertical moving porous surface under the influence of slip velocity in a rotating frame has been explored in this paper. Water and ethylene glycol mixture have been considered as a base Casson fluid. A steady homogeneous magnetic field is applied under the assumption of low magnetic Reynolds number. The ramped temperature and time varying concentration at the surface is made into consideration. First order consistent chemical reaction and thermal absorption are also considered. Silver and Titania nanoparticles are disseminated in base fluid water and ethylene glycol mixture to be formed as hybrid nanofluid. Laplace transformation technique is employed on the non-dimensional governing equations for the closed form solutions. Based on those outcomes, the expressions for non-dimensional shear stress, rates of heat and mass transfer are also evaluated. The graphical representations are presented to scrutinize the effects of physical parameters on the significant flow characteristics. The computational values of the shear stresses, rate of heat transfer and rate of mass transfer at the surface are tabulated by the different implanted parameters. The resultant velocity is increasing with an increasing in thermal and concentration buoyancy forces, whereas rotation and slip parameters have overturn result on it for both cases of uniform wall temperature and ramped wall temperature. Species concentration of Casson hybrid Ag-TiO2/WEG nanofluid is decreased with an increase in Schmidt number and chemical reaction parameter. The Nusselt number is increased with an increase in heat absorption at the surface.

The present article reveals the study of heat transfer via buoyancy-driven flow and entropy generation of magnetic Fe3O4–H2O nanoliquid inside a porous enclosure using two square cylinders. The shape factor of diverse particle shapes may well be also considered. Numerical technique called FEM is implemented for the transformed governing equations. Results of Nusselt number, entropy generation, Bejan number along with the streamlines and the isotherms are obtained for disparate contributing parameters. Validation with earlier studies exhibits an excellent agreement in particular case and findings portray that entropy generation rises with growing Hartmann number and mounting Rayleigh number could overshoot the velocity gradient within the enclosure.

The present article has been groomed to explore the boundary-driven magnetized flow of cross nanoliquid over thin needle subject to auto catalysis chemical reactions. In addition to it, the effect of entropy optimization model is incorporated and transportation of heat under non-uniform heat source/sink, Cattaneo-Christov heat flux (rectified Fourier) viewpoint (CCHF), and non-linear thermal radiation is also taken into account. Furthermore, the Brownian and thermophoresis aspects of nanoliquid are invoked. The dimensionless governing equations are solved by apposite shooting scheme. The outcomes of the present study via demonstrated graphs and numerical benchmarks seem to indicate that controlled Sakiadis and Blausius flow pattern of cross nanofluids is attained due to incremented magnetic field strength. Temperature ratio parameter contributes the upgradation of thermal boundary layer thickness and homogenous reaction rate leads to the diminution of nanoparticles concentration. The relative values of needle velocity and the velocity of cross nanofluid are most important factor for the regulation of viscous drag force and rate of heat transportation. Augmented Weissenberg parameter and Reynolds number are the prime factor for the uplift of the flow field and the related layer thickness. Furthermore, the existence of CCHF could result in augmentation in Nusselt.

For the first time, a numerical investigation is performed to study the influences of magnetic field on Marangoni boundary layer flow of water and ethylene glycol based γ Al2O3 nanofluids over a flat surface in the presence of non-linear thermal radiation. Experimental based thermo-physical properties and an effective Prandtl number model for γ Al2O3 nanofluids are considered to analyse the Marangoni convection. To study the magnetic field effects, the electric conductivities of both nanoparticles and base fluids are taking into account. Numerical solutions of resulted equations are obtained using fourth order Runge-Kutta method with shooting technique. The combined effect of magnetic parameter with other involved parameters is discussed on velocity and temperature distributions and the local Nusselt number via graphical illustrations. In this work, magnetic nanofluid natural convection in the porous enclosure considering Brownian motion is studied numerically using Control Volume Finite Element Method (CVFEM). The effective viscosity and thermal conductivity of nanofluid are specified by Corcione correlation in which the impact of Brownian motion on the thermal conductivity is considered. The considered porous enclosure is heated from the inner circular side and it cooled from the outer circular side while two other walls are insulated. The impacts of various controlling parameters such as the Rayleigh number, Hartmann number, Darcy number and angle of magnetic field parameter are examined on the streamlines and isotherms. In addition, the average and local Nusselt numbers are obtained and presented via figures. The results state that the intensity of the convective flow has a direct relationship with the Rayleigh number and Darcy number while it has a reverse relationship with the Hartmann number and inclination angle of the magnetic field. In the present article, the Newtonian fluid flow problem with buoyancy and thermal radiation in non-linear form is investigated by considering the entropy generation. The boundary is mathematically modeled with slip conditions (velocity and thermal) of order two. The parameters for the slip conditions of order two are calculated from the slip parameters of order one. The governing PDE's and the corresponding BC's are derived and transformed into ODE's by suitable transformation. Fourth order RK with shooting method is utilized to solve the transformed non-dimensional governing equations along with the boundary conditions. The efficiency of the present type of thermal fluidic system can be increased by reducing the generation of entropy. In view of these, the influences of slip conditions of order two on the entropy generation number are discussed. It is found that the increase of second order velocity and thermal slip effects reduces the entropy generation. Furthermore, the significant results are discussed with buoyancy effects. The present research work suggests to increase the second order slip factors in order to achieve the higher efficiency in the present type of thermal fluidic system.
