Highly effective contrast enhancer that processes targeting ability and maneuverability is in great demand in clinics for accurate diagnosis. Here a new strategy using deformable and manipulatable magnetic microswarm as MRI contrast enhancer is developed. Magnetic microswarm aggregated from nanoparticles is inherently deformable and they can be controlled with multiple programmable deform abilities. It is demonstrated that spatiotemporal programming magnetic field enables the magnetic microswarm not only to exhibit both ribbon‐like and round‐like behaviours but also to adaptively navigate multiple terrains. Intestinal model is conducted to explore the effect of magnetic microswarm as MRI enhancer, indicating the obvious enhancement of T2‐weighted MRI sequences. Interaction behaviors are a crucial, distinctive feature of organisms in ecological systems. Inspired by nature, micro‐/nanorobots also show interaction behaviors with a significant number of novel and advanced functionalities. The micro‐/nanoscale size and self‐driven abilities of micro‐/nanorobots have attracted considerable attention for potential applications. The mission of micro‐/nanorobots has evolved from basic mechanical transfer or assistance to a diverse range of complex tasks, such as targeted drug delivery, biosensing, and environmental remediation. Herein, we focus on the interaction behavior of coexisting cooperative cognitive (Tri‐Co) micro‐/nanorobots, summarize recent research, and classify the interactions into three broad types: with the environment, with robot peers, and with human external control. We report the bubble dragged microrocket consisting of functionalized multilayer polymer covered asymmetrically by platinum nanoparticles. The microrocket is pushed back during bubble growth over a small step and dragged forward over a big step during bubble explosion. Each bubble explosion induced a shock wave of gas which propagates in water at ultrafast speed. The bubble dragged microrocket can move along an approximate straight line instead of a fluctuating circle which is the trajectory of a bubble‐pushed microrocket in most cases, which makes it a promising candidate for drug delivery and simulating rod‐shaped bacteria. The assembly of micro‐nanoparticles is one of the key tasks for controlling and manipulating the structure of materials at micro/‐nanoscale. By carefully designing the ultrasound experiments and comparing the results with acoustic theories, we presented an in‐depth study of the ultrasound‐induced assembly behaviors of micro/‐nanoparticles (microparticle size≪wavelength), especially their dynamic interactions between microparticles. The whole assembly processes including floating micro/nanoparticles, single particle communication, assembly to single particle interactions, and reorganization of assembly are fully studied. A rapid response of the ultrasound‐based assembly (0.5 min) shows distinct advantages compared to those of previously used methods such as light‐, electrical‐ and temperature‐based ones.
