To achieve high efficiency, the blocking layer is of vital importance to perovskite solar cells. To investigate the influence of the morphology, conductivity, and photoluminescence quenching ability of the TiO2 blocking layers on device performance, three deposition methods (magnetron sputtering, spray pyrolysis, and spin coating) were adopted. A one-step deposition method was adopted to form the organic-inorganic mixed halide perovskite (CH3NH3PbI3-xClx) on compact ZnO in order to study the effect of annealing temperature on perovskite film morphology and photovoltaic performance of solar cells. High-performance perovskite solar cells (PSCs) based on organolead halide perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 were fabricated by employing magnetron-sputtered TiO2 (MS-TiO2) blocking layer with high compactness. A new scattering particle structure, dense coremesoporous outer layer beads, was designed and synthesized by a one-pot hydrothermal method.
