Abstract

Simple impregnation of graphene oxide (GO) in cyclohexane containing Ti(OC4H9)4 or Zr(OC4H9)4, followed by a solvothermal reaction, resulted in the deposition of nanosheets of TiO2 or ZrO2 a few nanometers thick on the reduced GO.
