I Stephania sinica i Diels, a slightly fleshy deciduous vine in the I Stephania i species, belongs to the family Menispermaceae [[1]] and is widely distributed in the southwest of China, such as Sichuan, Yunnan, and Guangxi Province. The cytotoxic and apoptosis activity of compound B 1 b was also tested, which showed moderate activity against MGC-803, NCI-H460, SKOV3, and T24 (hydroxycamptothecin was the positive control) (Table 2). All isolated compounds ( B 1-6 b ) were screened for their antibacterial activity and antibiotic resistance activity towards a panel of bacteria. [Extracted from the article]
