Inversion calculation was carried out for the optical constants of polyimide films. The simulated annealing algorithm was introduced to improve the behavior of traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm. Based on the improved algorithm, the refractive index and extinction coefficient of the film in the range of 450-2 500 nm were solved by inversion using the film transmittance measurement data. According to the characteristics of large wavelength range and sharp change of film transmittance value, a subsection method based on the transmittance value was adopted and the balance evaluation function was taken as the optimization index According to the Fresnel equation, the theoretical value of the transmittance of the film was recovered by using the optical constants calculated by inversion, and compared with the experimental values. The results show that, compared with the traditional algorithm, the calculated transmissivity recovered by the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is closer to the measured value and has better optimization performance. In order to solve the problems of slow convergence speed and low search precision of whale optimization algorithm, a new whale optimization algorithm based on chinos optimization find simplex optimization (CSWOA) was proposed. Firstly, the whale species were initialized by chaotic reverse learning strategy. Individual population reduced the influence of randomized original population on the convergence of the algorithm. Then an adaptive weight strategy was introduced to balance the global optimization and local exploration ability of the algorithm Finally, simplex method was introduced to improve the original algorithm, so as to improve the local search ability and optimization ability of the algorithm The simulation results of eight typical benchmark functions show that the convergence speed and optimization accuracy of CSWOA are improved to a certain extent. In order to solve the multi-objective dynamic reconfiguration problem of the unbalanced source distribution network, a multi-objective dynamic reconstruction strategy was proposed for active distribution network based on affine number. The affine number was introduced to describe the uncertainty of distributed generation output, electric vehicle charging load and node load. The active network loss, voltage deviation and load balance were the objective functions, and the dynamic reconfiguration of unbalanced distribution network was modeled. The static multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on Pareto entropy and parallel mesh was used to obtain the static reconfiguration solution in hours. Finally, a reconfiguration time division scheme based on Mahalanobis distance and target expectation was proposed. And the time period was divided again until the switch action constraint was satisfied. The proposed method was verified by IEEE-123 bus system The results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the network loss, node voltage deviation and load balance by 62.21%, 24.92%, and 46.44%, respectively, with the minimum reconfigurable time period divided.
