Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 78-year-old-man who had a history of angina, hypertension, and prostate cancer. The histological examination conducted to the patient who also underwent excision for due to extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) in penis and scrotum reveals nests of Paget cells. The patient started taking docetaxel monotherapy at a reduce dosage due to his age and choice of treatment.

It discusses OK-432 as a biological response modifier (BRM), which is prepared through a penicillin G-inactivated and lyophilized preparation of Streptococcus pyogenes.
