Schizophrenia is associated to somatic disorders especially cardio‐vascular and auto‐immune. Through this case report, we describe an association with hypertrophic osteoarthropathy (HPO). For this patient, it was a paraneoplastic syndrome secondary to lung cancer. This syndrome is rare but important to recognize since it could hide a life‐threatening condition., Schizophrenia is associated to somatic diseases. Key Clinical Message Hypertrophic osteoarthropathy (HOA) is a rare syndrome characterized by the abnormal proliferation of dermato‐osseous tissue. We report a rare case of malignant mesothelioma‐associated HOA who suffered from refractory painful osteoarthropathy. HOA can be associated with malignant mesothelioma and that may be resistant to any treatment.

Key Clinical Message The Conradi–Hünermann Disease is a rare syndrome, which affects the cranial development and the anatomy of dental occlusion. After interdisciplinary treatment completion, the patient reached satisfactory facial anatomy, as well as regular occlusal relationship, attested 2 years of accompaniment.

Key Clinical Message SCARF syndrome is a very rare syndrome that so far only two cases have been reported in the papers. In this article, a 3-month-old female who exhibited SCARF syndrome presented with multiple congenital abnormalities and problems at Imam Hossein hospital of Shahroud.
