To accurately establish evolutionary relationships among the newly generated sequence and other isolates of SARS-CoV-2, we then subjected a combined data set (including 5,531 SARS-CoV-2 full-length viral genomes available on GISAID [https://www.gisaid.org/] up to Oct 31st, 2021) to phylogenetic inference.
